I met Mo. I like my Smoke Shop and Kratom Store attendant to have some attitude. Mo keeps the mood fun but also takes care of the people in the store. I watched him juggle four customers at once with ease. I look forward to seeing him a few times a week!

Went to buy a usb lighter. It was defective. It was clearly clean and brand new and the guy says no exchange no refund. It’s a complete rip off. Not to mention his attitude about the whole thing. To hell with them.

So.. they have a new guy in there and he does not care... at all... about anything. These past four weeks Ive told him they are out of what I usually buy. He thinks its funny. Been going there for over a year and Im done with that place. Miss the guy that used to be there. Wont be going back

Pathetic... I’m actually friends with the brother. But the guy that’s always in there now is a straight clown... I understand it’s hard to learn a new language but damn.. he can’t even help u cuz he don’t understand anyyyyything.. last week he was laying on the floor behind the counter eating and wouldn’t even acknowledge me.. I sat there for 15 minutes while he air and talked on the phone. And right this minute I walked to the door and he showed me and other customers away and wouldn’t say why. Just acted like we’re neighborhood cats.. he’s ruined it for me. Plus the last two smok novo nic salt burners I bought didn’t work cuz they’re fake... fu&k themmmmmm

I went in there to buy some coils for my smok Nord. He didnt have any but I wanted to quit smoking asap so I just bought a new Nord that come with the coils. No big deal. What really earned the one star review was the fact that the box he sold me didnt even have a Nord in it. It was empty. I had went out to my truck to set it up and drive off a happy vaper but was so shocked and appalled that the box was empty I ran back inside and tried confronting him he tried saying that since the box was wrapped in plastic there was a mod in there. I had to threaten to call the police and have them search my vehicle for the Nord before he finally agreed to replace it. Watch out for this guy he is very shady. I will not be visiting his store again and I will highly recommended to anyone and everyone that they avoid his shop at all costs. Horrible business person who deserves to be shut down for trying to rip off his customers.

Never open on time, employees don’t seem to want you there and almost push you out of the door. Better shops can be found damn near anywhere the only positive is the large selection to choose from

K&A Tobacco Store is very unprofessional. There Customer service is a joke. They have items priced at a certain price. Then when you get to the check out they say they cant sale it for the price marked. They then smile and double the price. FALSE ADVERTISING IS WHAT WE CALL THIS IN AMERICA. AND THAT IS ILLEGAL. But K&A does not recognize or follow the law. So shop at K&A Tobacco Store at your own risk.

This guy has sold me 4 rechargeable Hyde vapes that never work. He is always trying to sell me other vapes to buy and I did one time and it didn’t last me a day.

An outstanding experience, the worker tries his best while talking and servicing you, amazing people, and I had a lot of fun learning about their cultures.
