After using my same setup for years, I was forced to upgrade to a more modern system. I visited every established vape shop in town, finding that I was far behind what is common today. I visited this place, and Christian gave me a no pressure, relaxed, informative conversation about what Ive been missing over the years. I told him what I needed and wanted, and he provided a lot of choices and answered a lot of questions mixed with a lot of personal experiences with his own use. I left with a new setup and juice and was very pleased. I will definitely be back for the top-notch products and friendly service. Thanks!

I have been using Heaven South Vapors for over a year now. I have stopped smoking cigarettes completely! They have worked with me by finding the one vape juice that wouldnt irritate my throat. The service and environment is absolutely phenomenal. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my vape needs. I live in Greenville and will happily continue to drive to Heaven South Vapers! Thank you for all you guys do! I am sure Mrs. Amy would be absolutely proud for the positive changes you guys have brought to the business she built. With the rising economy and prices, their prices are still very reasonable for the amount of high end equipment and products they carry. When I first moved to Georgia, this place was right down the street from where I live.. their customer service is amazing! They treat their customers like family. Amazing prices, great products! Highly recommend this place!

Sad they never have the right product anymore , prices went up drastically and the new team seems to not know what they are doing... miss the warm inviting atmosphere, I miss ms Amy. She would be very disappointed especially with the threatening legal action for honest truth ... this place really went down hill over night ... I refuse to return and spend any money here .. 😒 sad sad sad .

Money.. money.. money.. Honestly, its sad to see what the new management has done to this store. Hardly ever have what youre looking for (though prior management had little to no issue) and the new staff just isnt knowledgeable on product or availability of said product. Theyve raised the prices on almost EVERYTHING. I personally dont feel like the new staff and management are a good representation of what Alan and Amy had built. For example, Amy and Alan were huge about word of mouth, and honest feedback. The new owners are on Google Review threatening legal recourse over bad reviews! (Just Scroll Down). I assume they think being an Executor of Alans Will, somehow superceded our rights to free speech? LMFAO........ Its just a shame to see whats come of this store. If youre familiar with the family atmosphere, the knowledgeable staff, and the store being stocked up, THINGS HAVE CHANGED!BUT THERES HOPE!!! If youre not aware, the former management and staff are opening up a new building in lagrange in the coming days, I personally HIGHLY advise checking them out if and when youre dissatisfied here. Amys dream, and dream team, are still out here keeping the dream alive!!!!

The store is well stocked.The folks that work there or they might be owners,I do not know. However,the one thing I do know is that they helped me in a way that I dont have room to explain all of it. The main and lady there that I had dealings with went out of their way to help me. So,suffice it to say that 5 stars is not enough to post,it should be the at least 10 stars. They for real received a gold star for the day of at least from. Thanks and blessings go to the store and that lady and man that were so kind to me.😀🙏👍

All the employees are fríendly, and so helpful, best quality juice in town. Prices are great, I love this store. I would recommend if you vape to come here. All there juices are American made. The owner Amy is on top of everything, she makes sure that only quality and insured batteries are sold, quality juice, and there is also a taste table where you can find your favorite flavor and there are so many to choose from. I promise you will love this place!

Had some questions about the product I was looking to get. The guy that helped me was very patient answering every question I had. He was very knowledgeable about the products they had and gave me excellent service. Im sorry that I didnt catch his name, but I know hes been working there a long time. I would highly recommend this place. Prices are great and product selection is very excellent.

1st time visit and prices on vape juice is amazing!! Much cheaper than the usual ones we visit. Will be making it our new stop! Environment is chill and still eye catching. Bought juice 120m, 2 coils and a rubber tank band and still spent less than we would have if we went to our usual and only got 100m juice.

Very caring staff. Were new to this and they walked us through it and patiently waited while we chose flavors we liked even though we took forever. We had my grandson along and they took the time to set him up with cartoons so he would be entertained while we shopped. It doesnt get any better. They sell top of the line products and do not make their own. They also seem to have many vape systems. More than Ive seen in the other vape shops Ive been in, but then Im new so I cant say too much. Prices were a little higher than the other shop we went to in town, but the other one makes their own stuff so it makes sense they would be cheaper. I do wish they would let you choose your own testers and try them yourself instead of making you ask for each and every one. I did find that a bit annoying. Either way, we will definitely be returning.

We were drawn in by the business appearance from the outside, looks pretty classy, but they have awful customer service. No one greeted us when we came in the door, no one said “we will be with you in a moment,” nothing. We were in the store 15 minutes literally waiting at the counter and got nothing said to us with employees sitting on their butts. We won’t be back.

Everything and the people were great. The amount of products was fantastic. The vibe was on point. The only reason for the 4 stars is the rewards program. $150 only to get $5 off is outrages. Other than that. Great store

Went to replace a vape that broke. Everything was going good until....strike one, I felt like some of the prices were being made up as we asked. Which Im in sales and Im a lay down I get it. Strike two However, trying to sell me a knock off tank for the same price as the sourin name brand tank is unacceptable. Offer it as a money saver and I may buy it. But try tricking us thats when bad reviews start to happen. Not a big deal could have been an honest mistake. To an untrained eye they wouldnt know the difference. Maybe they were newAnyways over nice clean store with tons of product!

Went for my son. Had drive thru so didnt know to get out. Didnt know that I was wanting. Enjoyed very helpful and look at note my son had written as to what he needed. Still had questions so called my son and they spoke to him directly. Went the extra step and very patient and friendly. Oh, had good selection of vapes.

I came from Newnan to Lagrange and was so sad when I realized that I would still have to go to Newnan to purchase my juice from VGW. I soon found out they sold it down here too, I was very pleased but when I had an order go wrong I thought I had made a mistake. They were so great about handling the situation they ordered my right juice and even exchanged the juices out so I had my right stuff!! Then I ended up braking my battery and needed a quick fix so I came here, everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything I ended up walking out with my most favorite setup yet. I couldnt be more happy with The Smoke Stop Vape Shop I will definitely continue to keep coming back!!!

Went for a certain product, asked for that product by phone first. Got there guy goes we have this,this, and this, well I just called about this , guy says yes this is the same thing. It WAS NOT, IT SUCKED, FELT LIKE I WAS BEING PUSHED OUT. WILL NOT BE BACK, Couldve let window down and threw 60 bucks out the window
