Super great store. I switched over from the other vape store because they only wanted to take my money and did not care about my needs. Brianna is always super helpful and awesome. She always helps me find exactly what I need and helps me find new items to try that meet my needs. I keep coming back to this location for the customer service that she offers.

Always a pleasure walking in and dealing with the associates! Lex never gives me a bad recommendation. Glad to see variety coming back into stores.

It’s worth it. Everyone chill, nice, and helpful. Reliable to the point of I haven’t tried any other place more than once in this region. Always end up back here.

Under new management! I stopped going for a while due to problems with a certain employee. Now they have a new professional staff, new products, and its back to being a very enjoyable experience when you go to the store!

Lex sold me the Echo device, I can honestly say it’s the best Disposable I’ve used. Not only do I enjoy the vape, his vibe and energy was very chill and business ready. He made a sell very quick and I definitely recommend vapor fog for the good prices, chill Employees, and excellent products!

I just moved into town and I saw this vape shop. First, I’d like to note - the shop is beautiful and clean. The displays are well kept and they carry a wide selection of juices. Bad Drip is one of my FAVORITE brands and it is generally hard to find. They carry the whole line. Which in itself is so impressive, I will continue to bring my business to this store.Not to mention, the manager is an absolute doll! 10/10 would recommend!

If I could make it any lower I would. Went in the shop today and it will be my last time. A gentleman was sitting in the back eating and watching something online. I came in to get a coil. He asked me what was said on the coil to replace it. There was excess juice in it. I went to the trashcan to empty it. My eyes couldnt make out the lettering on it, and I told him that. He then explained to me if I couldnt see it he couldnt either. At this moment, I wasnt offered a paper towel or anymore help from the gentleman. Im guessing you are gonna say something like FDA rules prohibit workers from touching product as this. Fine. Couldnt there be a slight bit of empathy of trying to help me get the product that I was needing or maybe a paper towel to wipe my hands or something.Just to let you know, I said nothing to the gentleman after that other than fine and have a nice day. Im usually a pleasant customer. The worst part about this whole thing is, I believe this was the manager of the store. Please set this poor soul free and remove him from that store because he is miserable there. I am older and I do remember what customer service means. This aint it. Im really appalled that I am having to write this, and I will keep trying to get in touch with this company to have someone to listen to me. Customer service should be trained especially with managers.

Excellent service. My man Lex is always insightful and helpful when it comes to recommendations. I follow what he recommends. Trust him. Ive been through alot of shops and stopped going because of how I was treated. I come here now.

Nice employees, however the last 4 Meloso’s that I’ve purchased there have been broken and continue to hit by themselves until they’re burnt out and unusable. I visit the store frequently and the staff and selection is great, however this has left me quite disappointed as this is not the only occurrence where the Meloso’s fault- just the first where it’s been 4 products consecutively.

Went in to get some information and recommendations for something for anxiety. Kayla was pleasant from the time that I entered until I left. She was very knowledgeable about the products and educated me as well. This was my first time in Vapor Fog and the experience was great, I will return!

They have a very good selection. But their prices are terrible. Highly overpriced. I would never even go here if it was the last vape store on earth. Their sales they always send you a out a text with are practically regular prices on vapes and delta or still higher price than 90% of shops.

Mallory is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Its always a pleasure to get to speak with her. I know first hand how good her customer service is and anyone Mallory helps is in great hands.

It was my first time visiting this store yesterday at approximately 8pm.I just wanted to grab something lightweight and cost efficient.The owner (I believe) and the associate were both extremely friendly and were very helpful in finding something that would work for me.I will be back again soon!

Went by the Lagrange store the other day and there internet was down, so they weren’t able to take payments. I was completely out of juice and they still gave me the product for free due to the inconvenience! That says a lot about a company and they have my service as long as they’re around!
