My husband and I each had 80 minute massages. He had Kristen and I had Christine as our therapists. When we walked out of our massages, we both agreed they were one of the best we’ve ever had. These ladies were very knowledgeable and were able to target spots we really needed worked on. It was a very pleasant experience, with friendly professional therapists.We will return when we visit Maui in the future. Thank you for quality massages!

Wow, I recently tried this amazing body scrub made by Jackie Lopez, and I have to say, it worked wonders! Not only did it leave my legs incredibly soft, but the scent was amazing. The lavender fragrance was so soothing and relaxing, creating a spa-like experience right in my own bathroom. And the best part? My skin felt incredibly refreshed after each use. Its like a mini pampering session in a jar! I highly recommend this body scrub to anyone looking for a product that not only delivers on its promises but also provides a luxurious and aromatic self-care experience.

My husband and I had two massages here. They were both very good! I particularly liked Nina as she was very strong, intuitive and had really great energy. All of our experiences at this place have been very good. I highly recommend.

That was the best massage I ever had. I had suffered a major car accident. I was so sore and Jackie was Amazing. She had the most perfect pressure. Not too hard and not too soft. My body feels so good and relax and she made me feel so much better. I hadnt been able to sleep and her touch put me right to sleep. I feel so good. I recommend this place so much! Dont miss out!

We stay at Napili Kai every year -- and every year I have a massage at Makai (I used to go to the Montage, but the prices went through the roof and the therapists are sometimes great and sometimes just okay). This trip I had a FABULOUS massage (80 glorious minutes) with Titi. She was amazing! I carry my stress in my shoulders and upper back -- Titi worked all of that out and I had THE BEST therapeutic, deep tissue massage. I know it is the best I have had because I wasnt in any residual pain the next day. Just more flexible and shoulders were released. Titi is attentive, kind, expert in massage skills and insightful as to your needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKAI AND TITI!

I’d like to share my Mini Facial service experience, but first of all, I’d like to congratulate the new owner in her recent 1st Year Salon anniversary! I love the changes.I was received with a wonderful warm welcome, and was made comfortable right away. I was asked about any allergies or concerns Jackie should be made aware of before my mini facial treatment. I liked how thorough she was from the beginning. I was excited to learn about her products which are locally made. And since I’m not sensitive to strong smells and actually love them,she adjusted my treatment to a variety of relaxing island-infused scented products. (Don’t worry if a scented service is not your thing) Jackie can accommodate your request.Once the service started, I immediately felt relaxed. It honestly had been a while since I had a mini facial! I do have eyelash extensions and she wonderfully adjusted her technique around my eyes, a mini neck and hand massage was absolutely relaxing. (Now, I undoubtedly, need a hot stone service in a near future) Miss Jackie has a very nice warm touch.My favorite part was the cold stones, (one of Miss Jackie’s suggestion). I have a bit of rosacea condition and facials stimulation can increase the pink pigmentations on my face. And the cold stone add on was just a wonderful ending touch to my experience. Would definitely recommend her in the future!

Normally, I feel slightly uncomfortable having a male massage therapist, but after seeing my wife exit from the room, I decided to try out Joey for a massage. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about finding the perfect pressure points to release my tension and knots. I walked out of the room and felt like butter. My wife was right about how great Joey is. After all the traveling and sightseeing,this was very helpful. We both agreed that once we got back home from the vacation, our massage therapist needed to be replaced. We were both very sad to leave this place. 😢

I had one of the best massages of my life from Joel at Makai massage. I am a massage therapist and get a lot of massages. This was a thorough and informed therapeutic massage that got at all the spots I didn’t even know were sore. Quality, firm and full strokes, mixed with targeted work and stretches. I was a new a woman afterwards. I highly recommend him!

The ocean view cabana couple’s massage was fantastic! It was relaxing to hear the birds chirping and the waves. They’re located inside the Napili Kai resort. The experience lived up to the name Makai “by the sea!” My masseuse (the owner) customized the experience based on my needs and also incorporated stretching to open up my shoulders. My wife also couldn’t stop talking about the other masseuse Theresa. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Tea was phenomenal - my wife and I did Lomi Lomi massages with her that were as relaxing as Napili Bay. Mahalo Tea!!

Makai Massage is a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Jackie. She is extremely professional, and wonderfully kind. I am visiting on vacation, and can say hands down this massage is my highlight. I was in complete bliss throughout, and found myself in a near sleep state from the complete comfort and relaxation. If and when I return, I will make it a point to come back to Makai massage, and I will certainly request Jackie again. Truly 5 star experience.

Jackie is a pro! I had an amazing massage with her and will go back to her next time! She took the time to ask me questions about any pain/problems I was experiencing and was very professional. It was relaxing and spa-like but also helped with my tight shoulder muscles. Hot stones are a must.

I had one of my best massages of my life, and the exactly what I needed after dealing with a lot of recent stress. Jackie is very skilled in technique and truly listened to what I needed. I wish I could find someone at home to work on my knotted up shoulders the way she did I enjoyed every second of the treatment.

Found this place after looking at a couple of other hotel spas. It was the closest to where I was staying and I liked the pricing. I did the 75 minute massage which is $160….. or so the website says. Ended up being $180 before tip. While a $20 difference isn’t going to break the bank, I was puzzled as to why the pricing was different. I think the massage therapist did the 15 minute deep tissue add-on, but that was NEVER discussed. I really would have appreciated better communication when it came to what he was doing. I probably would’ve declined if I knew he was doing something “extra”. If he didn’t do anything extra then the prices on the website truly need to be updated.

Had some very sore spots after a few weeks of work and then sitting on two flights to get to Hawaii. We didnt have anything scheduled for our first 2 days here so on the first day we looked into massage and they were able to squeeze us in on the next day! They were very nice and it was a great way to relax to start off our week here.

Wonderful experience. The massage therapists were very knowledgeable and gave a gentle, painless massage that was relaxing and accommodating. They communicated well. We recommend moonlight massage outside or inside as we had our couples massage out in the gazebo during the day and the temperature was a little hot. It seemed a little overpriced -- 50 minute and 80 minute sessions were similarly priced to the 60 and 90 minute sessions in Seattle.

We came in today for the body massage. And it was extremely good. Staff very friendly. I have Jacky and my aunt have Joe. Definitely come back when i have a chance visit the island. Thank you so much for a wonderful service!

Joel did a very therapeutic massage with cupping. He helped my sciatic pain and I would highly recommend him.

We had a great vacation at Napili Kai, then we had a massage. What a joke. We paid for a couples massage oceanfront. It was one of the worst experiences of our lives. Between the charge ups, the week wackers, and the joke massages, this was the low point. You are not oceanfront. The massage was the low point

This is for the NAPILI KAI location: for the price you pay you would expect way more than what was given. My wife had a horrible masseuse, mine was pretty good (thus the 2 stars not 1 star review). The place has no ambiance it looks like a physical therapy space but TINY. Just spend the small extra $$$ and go to Kapalua. We ended up getting another massage there because this one was such a bad experience, after tip (not included at Makai) it was the same price. Learned my lesson. Update: I called the main office to explain some of the situations that we encountered. The owner was receptive and sided with us in our concern. There was mention of receprecation, but nothing has been realized as of yet.
