Fantastic massage therapists: Rich, Matt, and Karen are among the best, although there are more. Professional, attentive to detail, and polite, they really go above and beyond.The facility is clean, bathrooms well maintained. I always have fresh sheets for my massage and the ambiance is very calming and welcoming. The staff at the front desk greet me with a smile, are friendly, and helpful.My only criticism is how busy the place is. Sometimes its a challenge to book an appointment, as they can literally fill up for 3 or 4 months out. I hope they are actively recruiting more talent like the therapists they have presently. These professionals all work so hard, I hope that they receive appropriate raises for company loyalty and to also recruit similar talent to the location. Employee retention is critical in the current employment climate, and so appropriate compensation and fiscal recognition of existing employees is paramount.Policy-wise, I really think that having 60 days to use credits if membership is canceled is a little short, especially with the challenge of scheduling appointments. I think 6 months would be more appropriate and reflect appreciation of their members. Why join if you dont have adequate time to use credits when you terminate your membership?

I have been going to Massage Envy for the past 6 months for facials and I am very pleased. There’s a notable difference in my skin and although I’m 58, I get compliments on what nice skin I have. The esthetician’s are great; very professional. I love Faith, Daniella and Teresa. Also, Massage Envy, if you join their club, is very affordable compared to other places. I am a satisfied customer, and will continue to go for these effective and relaxing facials.

Had such a good experience at massage envy lake grove! Aesthetician lona is amazing! She knows exactly what to do and what products to use depending on each skin type, I felt comfortable and relaxed, most importantly my skin looked amazing after!! I will be back so she can work her magic on my skin!

Would recommend other locations over this one. Not professional. Had a facial appointment and was taken almost 15 minutes late and she rushed the facial to finish at scheduled time. Had the facial scrub still all over my neck and back when finished where I had to find a towel and clean it off Myself. Commack is a much better location.

Wonderful facial with Julianna. The products she recommended were spot on. My skin had never looked better. Will definitely be back.

Had a gift certificate a couple of years old. Called ahead of time to make sure it was still valid and they told me their gift cards never expire. Made an appointment and went to pay and they told me my gift certificate was expired. I told them I was informed they dont expire. Had them call the supervisor and all they could do for me was 20% off. Will never go back, worst customer service.

I went in for a massage and I loved it! from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, the staff was so sweet, offered me tea and explained how everything works. The massage I had was one of the best ones I have experienced, after my massage they explained their package they have, explained all the health benefits of massage i couldnt resist the savings! The staff all around was great and I am glad they recommended the therapist who would fit my need for the massage! definitely try this place for massage and facials

I have always loved massage envy but after my most recent visit last Tuesday I cant say Im so sure Ill go back. I went for a prenatal massage and unfortunately only one out of the three areas I requested a focus on were worked on. I was really looking forward to this massage as my feet, neck and back are all constantly aching carrying this baby around. I called after and let them know that I wasnt satisfied with my massage and to confirm I requested these specific areas worked on. The person working said that they would have management reach out after confirming that I did request those areas. At this point I still havent had anyone contact me. I wouldnt normally write a negative review but maybe other women shouldnt consider massage envy for a prenatal massage.

The 2 stars go to the receptionists, whom understand customer service and truly did their best.Do not book with Olena for skin care. She will try and sell everything, ignore your initial request for the session, encourage you to see her somewhere in Queens, pitter patter around the room for 30 minutes, and just lacks communication skills. My skin looks worse than when I walked in, this milky looking product is in my hair after she tried to erase my skin with a hot towel (which yall need some new towels, they smell like mildew and havent been dried properly), just a terrible terrible terrible session, after the initial inconvenience last week. Again, the front desk girls, Kate and I forgot the first lady, were SO nice and so empathetic. Everyone else that came out of sessions looked fine and relaxed and then theres me, agitated skin, product in my hair and beard, dry stuff all in my eyebrows. The session was compd, rightfully so, and with that, I will be moving forward and not looking back. Happy Holidays yall, ditch Olena.

Im not one for going to get a massage. Usually, I just lean up against a corner and grind out a knot in my back or neck with brute force. I pulled/pinched/tore something near my left shoulder-neck region and I couldnt get rid of it this time. I got a suggestion to try massage. Why not? Overall, the experience depends on how much you try to loosen up mentally and physically during the massage. I did what I could and it almost put me to sleep at some points. I left feeling much more comfortable, until I had to start dealing with the real world again. Ill have to come back more often.

I havent found a masseuse as good as my previous in IL but Teresa is my favorite for facials. She doesnt try to push products, like another does, but is very knowledgeable when you ask.

I got a couples massage for my girlfriend and I on her birthday. Although I got a great massage (mimi) sadly hers (gf) was apparently really bad. I left feedback online and requested a follow up contact but that never happened.

Very satisfied with my massage with Maria. The place is very clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and Maria was very accommodating to my specific needs. Highly recommended.

Went for Mother’s Day two for one gift cards sold out can’t buy online only in person drove all the way to Lake Grove. They offered to call Rocky point who doesn’t pick up the phone

Therapist are not that good, customer service has poor communication and appointment availability do to lack of staff os a waste of money..
