Drove my friend on new years around 11p & paid for a disposable vape for my friend that was burnt & the employee told us we could exchange it (red flag, they know they products are bad). We went back half an hour later & the employee put his very nasty teeth & mouth on the device & then tried to give it back to my friend & said it was fine. We left it on the counter & the employee stole the device with the receipt & we got no refund. Don’t go here(Update Malik the owner took care of us)

Do not shop here. Went on new years & the cashier sold me a disposable that was burnt. So I tried to exchange it within minutes & he stood there using the vape for 5 minutes & handed it back & flashed a disgusting smile saying he can’t exchange it. He tried giving it back to me after he put his garbage mouth on it and did not exchange it. I left it on the counter with the receipt and the employee put it in his pocket and laughed.Update 1/2/2023 the owner took care of us. The employees could use a meeting with the owner on customer service because he’s a great guy, too bad he’s based from out of town or he’d have this store in check. We will return next time we’re in town because of Malik!

This was my first and last visit to the store. They are way overpriced. I bought two 60 ml photos of coastal cloudy fluid. She told me its their new product buy one get one for half price and the total cost was $56. I bought the exact same two bottles at Chuckin clouds in Arkansas for $32 you can order any fluid off of Mount Baker vapor website for almost a third of the cost. Or better yet just take a few minutes and go south across the border
