I recently visited Smokes Mart, and I couldnt be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Zach, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided excellent recommendations.Q was also fantastic, offering great insights and making sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The shop itself is well-organized and has a wide variety of products to choose from. The customer service here is top-notch, thanks to Zach and Q. Ill definitely be returning and highly recommend this smoke shop to anyone in the area!

Where do I start? You go here once and meet the owners and hear about the perks and discounts and see the impeccably decorated and uniquely stocked place of perfection! These owners will let you throw a small even in their place connected to the smoke shop thats filled with luxurious and modern velvet couches and adult 18 and up games to play and things to win they give you discounts when you bring in your old vape bc they actually care about recycling and go thru quite a bit that they dont really make any money off of but they care about the environment I love this smoke shop you can literally go in and hang a while and theyll just let you.

Absolutely the BEST business in Vegas! Not only are they 24 hours for us night owls, but as a business owner, I am extremely impressed by the level of customer service …period. Everyone is kind and so friendly, they deliver 24/7! I have not waited more than 20 minutes for a delivery even for just one item ( live in Summerlin within 5 miles of the store btw) Even with dealing with a faulty vape, the night time manager was so kind and went above and beyond for me ☺️ Honestly I have not been this impressed with a business and their customer service practices since moving to Vegas 3 years ago. Very happy customer and I will only be shopping here from now on 🙏 Highly recommend 👍🏻

Never go back !I had a good experience long time ago and this place is the only place that 24 hours near my place that’s why I went last nightI only smoke summer straw kiwi (flum) and when I got it and tried, products is false product it’s not the same taste And I’ve seen that happened before at the other smoke shop that I always went. That’s literally manufacturing problem the whole box is false products and I told them it doesn’t matter if I try every single one it will be all the samethe lady who worked there said they can’t keep giving me to try because of the flavor don’t taste rightHello? If the product is false you shouldn’t sell itAnd the reason I get that flavor because that’s what I want to taste. Poor customer service

Open 24 hours, which is awesome because my work schedule is constantly changing. Great ways to get discounts if you want, and all the staff is really cool. They always check IDs and match it to the name on your card to make sure you’re not using someone else’s card. Really awesome place.

At first I really liked this spot until I left an item I purchased there. Ive spent so much money here Im a bit upset with them.. I left an item I purchased there ( I didnt even know I left it, I just searched everywhere in my house for the item thinking I brought it home) . Well I went back to the shop and explained what had happened. The girl behind the counter says, oh yea I remember you, you left your bag (the purchased item) I put it up for you. SO she searches behind the register and walks around to the back. I see it on her face she was unable to locate it but she just goes back behind the register and says nothing after that. No replacement item no refund, just thewelp your loss I didnt want to be rude so. I just stopped going here. I guess they reshelved and resold MY item

Every time I go here the employees are super friendly and helpful. The shop itself has so much to choose from too! Gio has helped me the last few times and not only is he super patient and knowledgeable but has great energy! Thank you Gio.

Rin has always been such a help whenever I come in and is always in a good moods. This is my favorite smoke shop in town overall due to its friendly and cozy vibes!

If you’re visiting Las Vegas for the first time from another state, and you like smoking with grabba leaf, this is the ONLY place we found in Nevada that sold Grabba leaf. They also have almost allThe papers you are looking for. Beautiful grinders and souvenirs! We came here three times during our trip.

Stopped in here to get a last-minute birthday gift from my husband he needed a new pipe so I thought this would be a nice place to go until it’s right next to Lee’s which made it super convenient walking into the smoke shop it’s actually really big and spacious and it’s not creepy like some of the other ones I’ve been to it actually has a lounge area also which was pretty cool the prices were pretty reasonable and the girls that work there were very nice and very helpful! Mikki helped me out ask for her when you go in!

Broke my rig at 6am! Found this place open on Apple Maps. I talked to Ashley who was very courteous and professional. When I arrived, she found and greeted me. Wow! Amazing service off the bat. She helped me pick out a new piece and I am pleased with what we decided on. Everyone was working hard, very professional and knowledgeable! It was a super vibe inside. The is is by far my favorite smoke shop in ALL of Vegas for a few reasons:Prices are reasonable, they have a huge selection of products, customer service is excellent (THANKS RIN!), you get to choose which game to play at checkout for an added discount and they’re open 24 hours.

Just left and my overpriced kratom exploded on me without even opening the seal.Apparently someone decided to put a hole punch through the bag - seemingly to be able to hang it from the rack.Not only did it get everywhere, but not having it sealed makes it lose potency very fast.Dont even get me started on their price gouging as well. $40 for this 3oz bag(85g).All their other other kratom is seriously overpriced as well. 30-50% more than other smoke shops.Do NOT go here for kratom.

The customer service I received from Thomas and Rin was absolutely perfect! They informed me of new flavors and product they had and gave me recommendations on flavors based on my taste, which resulted in a new flavor from a different brand than my usual that I absolutely love. Definitely will return.

Smokes Mart is truly amazing, I’ve never had an issue going there! The only issue I had is when the battery in my car died while I was parked in their parking lot at 2am! And not one but TWO smokes mart employees helped me get my car back up and running and made sure I was safe! Thomas and Geo thank you so much!

Super friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located right by where I work, and has a nice selection of everything I was looking for! Will definitely be going back soon! Oh, and Im really looking forward to more of the vapes with the interchangeable mouthpiece that you can sample 1st. I hate spending $30 bucks and end up not even liking the flavor at all. Ive done it too many times.... so those would be appreciated SO MUCH!!!

I brought in a bong that had the slider stuck inside bc it broke. Rin worked really hard to fix it for me but it was truly stuck in there. The only 24 hour smoke shop I know of in Las Vegas and they just remodeled this store and changed a few things lits of glass and lots of vape type cigarette pod things they have good ones I live this strawberry mango it has helped me cut back on smoking by half

By far the best smoke shop in Las Vegas. Meg and Sam provided the highest level and most professional customer service I have received in a very long time.I was unhappy with the dab rig I purchased because the pull was too hard on it and it was caving my head in lol. I was promptly greeted and when I explained the situation, they completely understood what I was talking about. I was quickly able to do an exchange for a product that I was satisfied with. I was a little embarrassed but they made me feel comfortable and welcome. I also like the fact that it’s 24 hours, you guys are amazing. Besides their prices being a tad bit pricier than your average smoke shop they have an awesome opportunity for their customers to save a little money in return. You can hula hoop and do an array of other games to save up to 30% on your purchase. They even let you hula hoop for disposable vape pens! You can also bring your old disposable vape that you have purchased in the past from them back in and they will give you a discount for recycling it. The employees are always friendly and welcoming and are very attentive, friendly, and knowlageable from the time I walk in until the end of my transaction and I walk out. Every time I have come to this smoke shop I leave happier than when I walked in. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Super cool graveyard peeps and I love that they care about your safety with dedicated security to ensure you are good. The glass selection is limited but worth every penny if you care about quality. I visited Smoke Mart for my first time on Friday July 10th. I have never had a BETTER EXPERIENCE at a smoke shop, ever! They greeted me right when I walked in and was so helpful, I didnt feel pressured to make my purchase instantly and they didnt hover. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. They also had a few discount games before purchasing and it was just so fun and interactive! I just wanted to say thank you for having great customer service and really help me make the right purchase. The prices were incredibly reasonable, I will defiantly be visiting again! Ask for MIKKI when you go in- she is very friendly and personable, and even recommended a new Hawaii Banana ice flavor which was delicious! She’s great at connecting with customers; definitely an asset to this store. I will be back !!!

Cool interior, nice music playing and friendly workers. Pricing seemed decent enough with a vast selection of smoke related products. Not sure if its offered all the time but on my visit I was allowed to spin a wheel for different percentage discounts on my purchase.

During the early AM shift a few days back this cool kat put me onto these “Utopia” batteries for 510s. Though didnt catch his name the service was awesome and felt heard by a fellow stoner! The battery has been the best I ever owned! (Curly hair, glasses). Today, went in looking for a stem and bowl for my bong which i also purchased here, and was helped by some super nice team members who hooked me up with a sweet discount! This place rox. They have my favorite brand of incense, and the bowls of stickers are a fantastic idea for an impulse buy! It smells lovely, and the atmosphere is very laid back and peaceful. Will revisit for more incense and any glassware that I might need!

Trang has some of the best customer service Ive seen in a while! The pieces here also makeup somewhat of a museum. Theres something for everyone as well. Im on a budget and walked out with a new water pipe. Always a pleasure visiting this place. And what a bonus theyre always open 👏👏

This place has no problem accepting my girlfriend and I credit card for purchases, Unam has allowed us to purchase items from the store there before and was super nice. Now we can’t purchase items without an ID when she blatantly looked past this before? There’s a reason people stopped coming here, price increases and poor ownership. Pretty messed up we were customers for so long and they make exceptions for us now they won’t? It’s hypocritical and poor business practices. Either pick a side don’t waste my time and flip flop your policies when it’s convenient for you.

Great place! I went in to purchase a vape battery. The team wad lively and helpful, cery pleasant considering that it was near midnight. I felt welcome from the second I stepped foot in the establishment, greeted by smiling faces and how do you dos. It was well lit, very clean and easy to find. I did not feel pushed into buying anything and they even had a cool little discount system where you pick a cup for a random discount!. The best part is that its 24 hours and in a central location thats accessible to everyone.I highly recommend this smoke shop. Great selection, great people, and great prices!

Maybe I came in at the wrong time but one rep smoking a vape at the door, didnt speak however I did and all your reps looked at me sideways and when I addressed the fact that they didnt speak. He said yeah we normally do okay well whats up with today? He claim he did, but the music aint even loud where I miss someone saying hello and aint nobody in the store, tacky so I might have to get yall a little break. I aint got to get no 24-hour smokes so I can go somewhere with normal hours.

The shop was open 24 hours which was great for anyone. Adrian Alex Rachael and Lamar were the most helpful and upbeat sales people especially for that time of night. Very knowledgeable on products and friendly.

Heather was as accommodating as she was knowledgeable, and had an upbeat, positive attitude. As I walked thru the door, I was greeted with a friendly welcome. I knew nothing about what I was trying to buy, and I had a very limited budget. Neither were a problem, and I walked out with a nice vape. Beginner, or experienced vape users, this store is the place to shop. As if thats not enough, they give a veteran discount. Cant say enough good things about them!

Really weird energy here especially if you’re a minority you’re just gonna get weird and angry stares Especially from the fat girl with glasses. Can’t get a simple forsaken good morning or hello . If it wasn’t 5am I would’ve totally went elsewhere. The other 2 two Caucasian women that walked in after me were greeted and welcome but I have to get the second hand treatment.

Bought a dab rig from here, it broke the first night, bought 3 bowls from here and 2 out of the 3 broke within the first day of use, got a blow torch and had to take it in to get it replaced. When I called after the last item broke, just finally done and frustrated with the horrible quality of product, they told me they could give me a discount on my next product but no refund or anything and then told me they would have to show me the more expensive bowls if I want one that lasts. Then why even sell the cheap stuff if you know its no good?! Just so mad so much money went down the drain.

There are a million of them all over the valley, some better some worse. The staff here was very nice and attentive. They had a large supply of everything that you would expect to find in a place called smokes mart. If you need and youre nearby you definitely could do worse.

This is the shop for vape pens. Haha! They have it all. I prefer the rechagable ones. I cant have a pen die on me in the middle of the desert when Im out riding. 🏜 The strawberry watermelon Mikki recommended was savage. Normally I stick to ice cream, shake flavors, or mango, but this one is awesome. Thanks.

My tank broke, i drove to my usual smokeshop only to find it closed down. So i drove to the first shop i seen.. Smokesmart. The young man that helped me was Kaizer. He searched for a similar tank and didnt stop until he found what i needed, he fitted it, filled it and made sure it worked. He spent a good 15-20 minutes helping me. So I came in tonight I’ve been going to smoke smart for over 6 months I’ve never had any issues recently I purchased a Ez vape and it was defective but I’ve seen Alex Meg Bubba Ashley and Rob they ALL we’re so attentive in fixing the issue that I had they could have easily pushed my concerns away but they cared that I was satisfied what your really means a lot their customer service is beyond amazing not only did they care enough to fix my problem but they all seem happy to be there which is very rare anytime I go in all the employees greet me with a smile and are very knowledgeable and honest about the products they cari as well as their security Danny was very welcoming and make me feel that I was protected as I was shopping due to me working late nights and I only visit very late which is greatly appreciate it I want to thank everyone at smoke smart for enjoying their job and making all their Customers feel welcome and safe which is very hard to come by now daysi truly left a happy customer 😘

Blasts music with every other word being F this and the N word. Very inappropriate for a public facing business. It’s not a club, or a lounge, it is a retail establishment that has good employees and a good selection, but unless you like listening to trash music you just try to get what you want and leave. They need to put the music at a more appropriate level on volume, and play pop or another genre of music that doesn’t make you feel like you are in a hostile environment.

If you are looking for tobacco products don’t come here. They have been out of 3 different brands in the last month and don’t really seem to care, when I asked staff I was told they’re focused on vape products. Should change their name to VapesMart because they don’t bother stocking tobacco for regular customers.
