Ive been going to White Willow for years for massage therapy for issues related to scoliosis, TMJ disorder, and recently for anxiety. Ive happened to have seen several different therapists over the years and Ive had a great experience every time! When Ive scheduled looking for more of a medical/educational massage, Ive learned a lot and theyve given me recommendations for stretches and exercises. I recently went in looking for more of a mental health/anxiety reduction massage with Mary, and it was a fantastic experience. I also want to add that as someone whos not really into the stuff that is sold in the emporium, I can say that that really doesnt have to be your vibe to have a great experience with the massage therapy part of their business.

Got a deep tissue from Mary, she was very thorough and talked with me before hand to get information on any troublesome areas to work. Highly recommend!

Ive had 2 massages by Mary now and shes been a godsend. The last time I went in with some severe jaw/mouth pain and after the massage, she gave me great tips for relaxation and recommended I see a dentist. I am so thankful I did because I went to the dentist and sure enough I have some issues going on and they had been going on for a while now without my knowledge. I am super thankful for her and hope to be on the mend soon! In the meantime, Im going to self-prescribe some more massages from her!

Relaxing environment with beautiful crystals and decor. Mary is terrific and does amazing work, with helpful knowledge/insight. Left the massage with my muscles feeling a lot more loose/ pain-free and relaxed. It was an overall wonderful experience!

This wonderful studio, and the intuitive and skillful work of Arielle, was just what I needed to help get me relaxed and gain back some movement that has hindered me for a long time. Arielle, and the awesome therapists at White Willow Massage Therapy are great! They are absolutely focused on helping each client reach their goals. This is my first time receiving services from White Willow Massage therapy. This is my honest review and which it will explain why I also gave it a 3 star rating. The atmosphere was to be expected. It was the location of this place, I was able truly able to relax because I can hear a lot of things outside. Secondly, the lymph drainage treatment was new for me and I felt it was done in a hurry. The only good and positive experience that I have received was the massage but there was still a lot of work that needed to be done. Recommending to the customer that a one hour would sufficient, I didnt like that one bit.

Absolutely LOVE this place. I have been getting massages for a decade now and moved here from CA. I was worried I wouldnt be able to find a studio that met my expectations. Since coming to White Willow, theyve met and exceeded all expectations! I cant express how grateful I am to have the massage/energy treatments and that this gem is right in the neighborhood! Have sent my mom to get massages and now shes a regular too! Definitely recommend!

I have been getting massage from Charley (from White Willow Massage) for a long time and can tell you she is great (very positive, caring and intuitive)! However stressed or tense I may arrive, I always leave feeling great. I have heard only good things about Arielle and Breanna too, so I am sure whichever of these talented ladies you book a massage with you will be glad you did.

Highly recommended! My girlfriend sees Charley and I see Breanna and we could not be happier with our experiences. I had some trouble with massages at other places due to a lower back condition, and this is the first place Ive been comfortable. They will talk to you before and after to gauge how youre doing and they seem genuinely concerned and interested in your long term health and wellness!

I lived in Lexington, KY very briefly before moving to St. Louis. I was working with Arielle from February - July and the only thing I miss in Lexington is her! Her practice is truly an art. She takes the time to know and understand you, and really cares about your well being. She introduced me to the art of Thai body massage and A shiatsu. She has raised the standard so high that I am having a very difficult time finding her caliber of service here in St. Louis. For anyone looking to find a massage therapist who is really concerned about your well being, and really wants to help you, please try Arielle. You will not be disappointed!

This place is so neat! Vintage decor in an old house, located in the best part of town. Each of the treatment rooms are decorated to fit the unique style and personality of the therapist. Charley, Breanna, and Arielle are all fantastic massage therapists and very intuitive about the bodys needs.

This is the best place in Lexington, KY to find a great selection of crystals and stones. When you walk in the door you can “feel” the good energy emanating from the place. They also have a good variety of essential oils, jewelry, tarot & oracle cards, and incense. They have several homemade tinctures, salves, teas, and sprays—I have tried at least one of each and am still amazed at how effective they are. Highly recommend this place. Oh, and they have a small parking lot behind the building so you don’t have to hunt for a place to park.

Awesome collection of crystals and other trinkets, friendly staff, and Brandons deep tissue massage was capital P Perfect! I havent tried their beauty products yet but I plan to. Cant wait to return!

Great massage! Breanna was very professional. She sat down before the massage and discussed what issues I was having. She checked frequently about the pressure if the massage. At the end, we again sat down and talked about ways to improve my health and exercise. 5 plus stars from me!

I used to be a skeptic about the utility of massage as a therapeutic technique. Two years ago, though, I came to Arielle with some chronic shoulder pain, a bit of desperation, and a coupon. The shoulder pain was completely gone after two visits and has yet to return. Ive since seen her at least once a month for tune-ups for running related stresses. Arielles professionalism and her versatility with massage techniques are second to none. She can fix what ails you. Unless its a cold. You probably shouldnt come if you have a cold. You dont want to be spreading that stuff around.

Tucked away and youll miss it if youre not looking for the sign. Parking is in the back and the entire place has a cozy feel. the front end is crystals and oils, they even have an oil recipe book if you know what you want to use them for but do not know the blend. They price the oils by the drop, not a bad price for the vial size I got. It came with a roller ball too. They do offer massages, however I did not enquire about the price.

I had a massage last Thursday with Charley Caudill, and I felt totally renewed in body and spirit at the end of the hour! I got an amazing massage here that really helped my tight muscles, its a great place for athletes and anyone else who needs a really deep massage. I also tried their skin healing cream and some soaps from their shop and they were great!

Had a great massage with Breanna, helped me to work out some of the lingering aches and pains from sports, as well as cleared out some of the sinus issues I get from allergies throughout the summer. Will definitely return.
