Enhance Image Med Spa and Float Therapy

Gigi and her staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The spa is a beautiful, relaxing environment. I have visited the spa three times for float therapy. I leave feeling rested, relaxed, yet energized, and with silky smooth skin. The pod for float therapy may seem quite daunting, but Gigi explains everything in great detail making you feel so comfortable.

Had a massage and Facial and both were amazing! First off when you walk in everyone is welcoming and nice. I was given a tour of the building and all the different services they offer. Everywhere I was shown was super clean and organized. Gigi did my facial and it was great! She was very informative about what she was doing and why. My skin felt and looked amazing afterwards.

My facial with GiGi was fantastic! My skin looks and feels so much better, and the whole experience was luxurious and relaxing. This is something that I will now plan to budget; she gave me some great advice specific to my skin, and everything she told me echoes what my dermatologist has said. Im already looking forward to my next visit!

We just finished our first couples massage with the Escape Together package and I feel relieved in areas I hadn’t even notice were sore before. The entire staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hydrotherapy tub was a fantastic start to our experience. Chase was very attentive to my target areas and provided a relaxing and therapeutic massage. I can’t wait to go back!

Super messy and unsanitary conditions. Really should be shut down for unsafe and unsanitary practices. I found dog hair and feces on rugs and massage tables in the med spa room and in the hallway which was not clean or sanitized before the next client (picture attached). Owner seems to have no idea what’s going on or how to treat employees. Watched her direct an employee to handle harsh chemicals with no protective clothing or eyewear! Also seen her pull bugs out of float tanks and not clean or sterilize the water. She has left her Invisalign trays in the bathrooms and float tanks as well (picture also attached). VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Extremely rude or short to clients and wonders why they cancel or don’t show up for their appointments. Also very pushy on products and selling services puts a lot of pressure on client and employees to purchase products and services as well! Also she needs a mint or to brush her teeth her breath honestly is awful when she talks to you during facials nonstop!!!

Enhance Image has a great tattoo removal service!! When inquiring about the service Gigi explained in detail the process and how it works and she ensured I was comfortable with moving forward with it. I have had 3 sessions done and each time Gigi has done a great job making sure that levels on the machine are in the right range and my comfort level good. Thank you for such a great experience!

I had a facial done here with my daughter. We both enjoyed it tremendously. Gigi was amazing and took her time explaining the process. The results were amazing and we were treated like royalty. I cant wait to go back for float therapy and massage. Enhanced Image Med Spa is amazing.

The other day, a few of us at work were talking about float therapy and whether it would be worth the time and cost to try it out. So today, I was the guinea pig and went to try it out. I dont even have words to explain how calm and relaxed I feel. It by far exceeded all expectations I had.I was nervous because I am very claustrophobic and I didnt know how I would feel in the enclosed pod. Gigi showed me how to easy it was to open the top if I felt uneasy. No need. I wasnt bothered at all. It was so relaxing to just float.Gigi was absolutely wonderful. She gave me a tour before my session and answered all of my questions.I would definitely recommend giving float therapy a try!!

Hands down the best Spa that Ive been to in years. Victoria gave me the best deep tissue massage that Ive missed since my military doctor moved 4 years ago. It was really hard to actually find someone who is talented in their craft since living in the midlands! We were given the VIP treatment the entire visit and its hard to please my husband when it comes to spas and he gives it 10 🌟. Check them out folks...you wont be disappointed!

Today, I got a massage done by Emily. She was absolutely amazing. This was my first massage ever and she did an exceptional job. She informed me of some things that I had going on that I did not know about. It was great to hear what she suggested that would help me out in the meantime until I get back for a next appointment.If you are looking to try this service out as first timer, or want to just give yourself the much deserved TLC, Emily is the one.

What a truly great experience. My husband surprised me with a mini-spa day for the two of us and I cannot believe we did not know about this gem in Lexington! The hydro therapy tub was great to begin and relax, then the real treat was the massage. The massage therapists knew exactly where to apply pressure and found all the sore spots. I literally melted. 100% will be back! Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a treat for their wives, moms, or even themselves!

I go with my fiancé. She was a regular at another med spa but started going to Gigi’s. I have been with her multiple times. I watched Gigi as she did my girl’s eyebrows. Let me tell you that they look amazing every time! Hot!!! Gigi is a perfectionist in every sense of the word. My hubby booked a spa day for us for Valentines Day and it was truly amazing. GiGi made sure we felt welcomed and my massage therapist Emily made me feel relaxed and refreshed. The ambiance is peaceful and the VIP lounge room has snacks, books of encouragement, and refreshments. We enjoyed Mimosas and Nates chocolate chip cookies along with specialty chocolates. If you are looking to romance your honey or simply refresh yourself, this is the place to be!

I had my first 90 min massage today and I feel great. The masseuse was great, she worked out alot of tense muscles which allowed me to relax more. I should do this again.

Great massage very relaxing. Emily was great, she took into consideration that its been a minute since Ive had a deep tissue massage. So she did a blend. Simply amazing. So peaceful and accommodating. I saw Jordan for nails and I was nervous because I have a severe autoimmune condition that leaves me sensitive to certain things as well as immunosuppressed. I have not had my nails done since I got sick in 2020. Jordan wore her mask so I’d feel comfortable and safe, told me about her thorough cleaning process and products, and was also creative about making sure my hands and feet were protected from the UV light for the gel curing. Not to mention the nails look beyond beautiful especially with my new engagement ring! We will be back soon!!! So excited to have found this gem where I can continue to enjoy getting pampered in a safe way for my condition!

Using a gift card I was given, I went for a Float Therapy 60 minute session. The light and music were optional and I left them on for about half way through. However, the floating was magnificent! You truly don’t have to do anything but relax! 10/10 Recommend!

I discovered Enhance Image Spa after I received a gift card about a year ago. The staff and owner are so wonderful and friendly. I usually get a 60 or 90 minute massage and all of the therapists have been great. Victoria gives an amazing massage! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. They have so many services to choose from and they are very affordable.

I did the cool peel and Gigi was great! I expected pain but it was completely comfortable and tolerable heat feeling afterward. Such a great spa experience! They have so many other services there too! Like Botox, fillers, and sensory deprivation float tanks!

After struggling with a pulled muscle in my neck and trying two other locations in Lexington I scheduled a deep tissue massage with Emily. This was the BEST experience I’ve had with a spa and a masseuse. Emily was knowledgeable and experienced. This is the first relief I’ve had in 6 weeks. I will definitely be back for follow up treatment and look forward to trying other services offered.

I am a new client for enhance image and just recently had my first treatment. Prior to starting services I went in for a consultation which was great, gigi was very friendly and gave me a tour of the facilities. She then answered all of my questions about laser hair removal. They had some great financing options some that were 0% apr for a period of time. It was easy to find times that work with my schedule and we booked my first appointment. My first appointment went really well and Im excited to see how future appointments go.

I had my very first “float” tonight! If you have severe back pain like I do, then you have to try Float Therapy! I’ve had injections, spinal stimulator surgery and most recently, a bi-lat SI Fusion. I’ve continued to battle the pain. But when I got into the tank tonight and relaxed, I almost fell asleep! The water/salt that you get to float in is warm and relaxing. The music that was on was relaxing too. When I got out, I felt awesome! Pain level had decreased a decent amount! First time anything I’ve tried has helped in any way! So, if you have severe chronic pain, go see these folks and try float therapy! The owners are fantastic! They’re very kind and explain everything and answer all your questions before your first float!

Enhance Image Spa provided me a wonderful facial experience by America. The facial was very relaxing and soothing, America gave me Some education on my skins needs and advice for the best results. In addition America sold me on the sunscreen for optimal skincare benefits. I will be going back they offer so much in the field of beautyI love this stuff!

I’ve been wanting to get laser hair treatment for awhile and just put it off. I researched every place and came across Enhance Image Spa. I immediately saw the great reviews and made an appointment. I met with Gigi, we discussed and she answered all of my questions. I was still hesitating because it’s a lot of money. She says to get the first one done and see how it feels. I’m now a couple sessions in and I’m amazed at the results. Gigi and her staff have been absolutely amazing.

Booked an appointment the day before my wedding about 2 months ago and made it very clear there would be 3 of us who wanted massages and mani pedis. We were promised that there would be enough staff to accommodate us so we could enjoy services before obligations later in the evening. Leah, explained they typically don’t have a certain amount of staff members present but she told us that she would make sure an extra person was there. This was the only reason we booked and made a deposit. This brings us to yesterday where I still had not received any kind of confirmation of the appointment 24 hours before, so I called and when they were confirming me they casually mentioned only 2 staff would be present. I inquired and asked about the additional staff member as again, we had a time frame. America proceeds to say she knew about the request but a staff member had quit on them therefore there were only 2. I told her again that this was the only reason we had booked with them in them in the first place. You cannot control if people quit but you can control being honest and letting people know that you could not provide the staffing instead of breezing by the request. I also had to remind her to give us a refund on the deposit as she apparently had no idea we gave one? You can’t see in the system when a deposit is on the account? Weird, glad I asked for it back. Super disappointed.

UPDATED REVIEW:Gave this place 4 stars (which is very fair) but now I want to give it a 1 star only because the owner called me almost immediately after leaving the establishment and asked me change my star rating.Ma’am, you cannot technically push people to leave you a review and then call and harass them all upset about any negative opinion they may have. That is childish and unprofessional! A professional business would take judgement and work on improvement but instead, you told me (in an upset tone) to come back and change it because it hurts your business ..but let me tell you, YOU just hurt your own business by doing this. I will not be going back or recommending Enhance Image to my friends or family. I will be nice enough to leave the 4 stars only because the girl that did my facial was very nice and did a lovely job.4 stars instead of 5 was because although it was my first time, I feel like it could’ve been better. No information was ever given or explained at all. No products were offered or recommended. I got the Head over Heels massage with Victoria and it was heavenly! First massage I’ve had where I completely shut my brain off and relaxed. Victoria was attentive to my needs (I had indicated some postpartum discomfort) and not only spent extra time working on those areas, but also gave me some at-home ideas for extended relief. I got the 60 minute and wish I had done the 90!

The staff is so pleasant and welcoming! Gigi is so accommodating and knows exactly what she’s doing and knows her stuff! The laser treatment had very minimal pain and discomfort and Gigi also makes you feel so comfortable during your service as well! Definitely check out Enhance Image :)

The place is nice and looks clean. My appointment was at 2:20 but didnt get called back till 2:40 ish. Since it was my 1st time getting a facial I dont have anything to compare it to. I do think if you have self-esteem problems dont get a facial because they will point out ALL of your flaws. I will try other places before I decide to return here.

I was in town on a two-day photo shoot when my leg and ankle began cramping and hurting. One visit to Enhance Image had me back to normal in one hour! Emily is a fantastic masseuse and was very knowledgable and professional. They squeezed me in (pun intended) to their busy schedule and took great care of me. Absolutely amazing spa!! I had NO idea this little gem existed despite driving past it frequently! The entire experience from the moment you walk in the door is both tranquil and restoring! We had originally booked a couples massage but unfortunately one of the masseuses called out sick so we were unable to do a couples massage. However they were still very accommodating and we still were able to enjoy the hydrotherapy tub together with a charcuterie board which was so lovely and then I was able to get an amazing facial while my fiancé got a great massage. Gigi is literally the best. I had my consultation a couple of months ago when I found out my black tattoo actually faded to a green color. Gigi purchased a laser that removed color ink within that month. Today I had my second session and I am completely satisfied. The process did not hurt at all. I didn’t feel it at all. WOW! I just was blown away by my first visit to Enhanced Image. From the outside, it looked like a doctor’s office, but go inside and you will discover an ultra elegant spa. Now I go on cruise ships every year and one of my favorite cruise activities is to head to the spa for a facial. Well this spa rivals the cruise ships in elegance, ambiance, cleanliness and professional service. The owner, Gigi, was very welcoming and gave me a tour of their facility. Tip: Book 2 services and you get to use the VIP suite. I elected for a facial and l truly had the best facial ever! Never have I had such a custom facial designed specifically for my my skin type. Gigi was gentle and soothing while giving an absolutely incredible facial. Trust me, I have had many over the years and this was the best one yet! I will be back soon!

Enhance Image was an absolute pleasure! My wife made the appointment for us in celebration of our anniversary. I am not one to make a special effort to book a day spa experience. But, I was so thankful my wife did! It was a calming and relaxing environment. We started with a brief tour of the spa and its services. I have to say Ive been terrible at neglecting my skin, but when I hit 51, I made an appointment to have a MicroDermabrasion procedure at Enhance Image to see if some of my aging skin could be removed. Upon my arrival, Gigi gave me a tour of her whole facility and I was impressed with how clean and lush everything is. I loved the feel and smell of all of the products she used, and all of the special comforts (like slippers and cover-ups) make you feel like a VIP. But more importantly, I was immediately elated when I actually saw my face glowing; real and beautiful results. I had a chiropractor appointment afterwards, and the first thing she said to me was your face is glowing! I would definitely recommend this procedure and Enhance Image!

Today, I had my first facial EVER! I have 5 year old twins and just recently left a job that had me super stressed 24/7 for 6 years. I recently promised myself that I would start doing more for ME! I’ve had the worst adult acne for the past 5 years and have tons of scars from it. I was always hesitant about facials because of how bad my skin is. Gigi not only gave me some of the most relaxing and luxurious moments of my life, but she talked me through each step and went above and beyond to make sure that she was really doing what was best for my skin! Had my second tattoo removal appt today. The staff is amazing and extremely kind. I highly recommend enhance image spa if you are regretting a past tattoo :)

I can’t say enough great things about this spa! It exceeded all expectations! Perfect location, amazing service, I mean high quality top notch! You really feel relaxed and beautiful when you leave as they offer sooo many options and packages. I highly recommend to anyone who just needs that serine atmosphere for a facial or massage or pedicure, options are endless. So happy I had the opportunity to experience this.
