My Boyfriend & I Purchased An E GoCtwist Battery From This Establisbment , 7 Days After The Purchase, The Pen Light Started Malfunctioning & Wouldnt Go Off - Constant Firing. We Took The Battery To Get Exchanged The Next Morning & Were Happy To Hear They Would Do An Exchange. 4 Days After The Fact, The Same Incident Happened. Once Again, We Went Back To The Store & Requested Our Money Back. The Clerk Was More Than Happy To Give a Refund As Well As Inform Us That A Bad Shipment Was Received. After Leaving & Talking With Eachother We Decided We Would Still Purchase A Battery From Them - In Hopes That This Chaos Would Be Solved. However , After Re-purchasing A Pen Yesterday ; Here We Are Today With The Same Issue. Except This Time, However, A Refund Is Unacceptable. We Are Very Displeased With The Poor Management That Has Come From This Establishment. When You Openly Admit To Having A Defective Product , You Should Offer A Refund. 0 Stars

Cant try their juices, Ive bought 4 there and they are all nasty, even the one they say won an award.Wont be going back, they wont last long with the new vape place in town, its much better.

There isnt alot unstick, but the staff is friendly .
