The store has the best value on all things in his store, and he treat his customers in such a superb manner and is so helpful in all your needs in a smoke shop. Go and visit and you will always return for the great values and the great service experience you receive every time you enter into his shop. They are awaiting the complete approval for lottery tickets. Everyone should go here and purchase all your smoke items and your future lottery tickets. Horrible!!! SOLD A FAULTY VAPE!! I dont even leave reviews yet I will be this time! I purchased a Mr. Fog switch vape and fresh out the box it was dead and needed charging. I told him what happened the guy claimed it only needed to be charged and Mr.fog was having problems. I informed him I never had that happen before and asked ig i could just exchange it because somethings not right. He said it was fine just charge then it will still last very long if any other problems contact them.......3 days later the vape is dead and doesnt hold a charge. Ive attempted multiple times to contact them and no answer. Im extremely uoset for the lost of my money and will never shop here again! I want a replacement!

I love this establishment & the customer Service is great. Very attentive and informative. I love my pen & oils. I also attended a hookah night held on Saturdays and it was a very pleasant First time experience. I felt welcomed & comfortable The entire time I was there. Can’t wait to go back. Was there on a Sunday afternoon. My mod wouldnt work I was a bit frazzled & not the most knowledgeable. The fella working spent a great deal of time with 2 of my mods. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it. No charge. So I bought myself a new tank. One of the nicer ones Ive seen for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be a customer.

I didnt catch the young mans name, but he was very helpful and knowledgeable! Ive bought vape pens before and I didnt want anything bulky. He showed me the perfect, girly pen! I also bought a couple new flavors that had just come in

I am a first time vape user, and she was amazingly helpful with answering all my questions. She got me started with one of the best mod boxes out there, and explained how to operate it.. all an all a great place to buy vape supplies from... great customer service, plus shes very attractive lol but I am extremely pleased with my mod, will definitely be buying from there more often.

They had a rather good selection of vape juices. Unfortunately its also a place that sells tobacco/hookah products, which I personally would rather them swap those out for some mods at least, but each to their own, so I cant hold that against them. The woman working there wasnt mean or crabby, but did give off a sort of unfriendly vibe. She was helpful with the juices of stating which ones had how much nicotine. Not too bad of a place, but could be better.

I absolutely Love this place! Endia knows what shes talking about when it comes to any aspect of this business! I used to mail order my vape stuff until I stopped here to see if I liked any of the flavors they had to offer. Let me tell you, they blow the competition away!!!! Ignorant ass lady didnt want to leave the counter to look if they had batteries Im stock when they are in display 5 steps from the counter. Wouldnt give prices over the phone because I might be another vape shop comparing prices which I am not and if I were I could just as easily go in the shop and compare prices. This lady is dumb as hell!!

TERRIBLE customer service. Both guys in there acted like I was an inconvenience. Recommended a juice that was on sale and the one guy says its GREAT! Only to later find out that they sold it at the original price. That juice was terrible BTW. Also definitely needed steeping. Ive been in there a few times before with no issues and there was a good selection. NOW there are these other 2 jagoffs in there and theyre charging for samples. I will NEVER go back and those guys should be ashamed for attempting to run a business... 🖕

Very nice young lady working when I came in about 2:30 May 5th. Excellent customer service. She was very patient and informed about the various products sold there.GRRREAT job young lady.

I came in just five minutes ago. Its currently Wednesday. The little lady that helped me saved you guys a customer. The last few times I came in was on the weekend. I have gotten the wrong coil. Wrong nicotine % and have been asked if I was high. I was tired and did not like that comment. I have also been told that my friends were uncomfortable with her as well. Shes the larger lady Ive met from the store. It feels like she doesnt know much about vaping at all. Unlike the lady today who informed me on how to build a mod. And I appreciate the knowledge. I will be coming in just not on a weekend with the unruly one around. This is their merrilville store

Had an issue with a purchase I made and knowing I probably wasnt going to get my money back I was extremely upset and discouraged I went in today and discuss the matter with India who is amazing and handled the issue informed me of new products that suited my needs not just to make a sale!!!! She really has great customer service

Definitely my number one vape shop around the 219 area. Every time I come in they always make me feel welcome, especially Endia she always very helpful and just a great worker in general.

Juice prices were better than most except smoke219 but the juice i got today was banana cream candy and was told it was a really good flavor. I bought a brand new coil from another shop since they were out. I let the juice soak for 20 mins and am now currently using it. It has absolutely no flavor. And i can do nothing about the money I spent now. Highly reccommend getting rid of sugar rush vape co line. Highly dissatisfied as I have no other juice or funds to buy more.

Very bad service. The woman working didnt know anything about what was in the shop. The entire store was messy and smelt as if someone had been smoking cigarettes inside. I was unable to find out what they had in stock and unable to try any of the flavors they offered, because all of the flavors that were available to try were old and leaking all over the place. Never going back.

Trying to quit Cigarettes and thought I would give Vaping a try. I stopped in on spur of moment. Endio was very informative selecting the right product and how to set it up and use it. So far so good, no cigarettes

Nice vapes and CBD gummies fruity pebble bar etc occasionally they throw little tattoo parties. Also black owned very helpful if you dont really know what to get

Only had one staff memeber to help everyone. He stayed with a customer for 30 minutes that did not buy anything before even speaking to me. Rude customer service and needs more staffing.
