Our group received VIP straight from the moment we hit the line. We were well taken care of upon our entrance and escorted to our table. Our bottle service staff were attentive and fun to have around in our booth. The club is very spacious and an incredible vibe that is both polished and lively. We arranged for this night as a surprise bachelorette party and the bride-to-be was on the dance floor the whole time, dancing the night away, she even missed her vibrant presentation that we arranged for her (despite the staff being gracious enough to delay doing in hopes she would be back at the table). It was the most lively night and best club experience any of us had ever had, we closed the place down!!!
Our recent experience at Hakkasan Nightclub in Las Vegas was incredibly disappointing since we really love to watch the Best DJ Steve Aoki that night we are from California and Washington.Despite the scorching summer temperatures reaching triple digits, the club enforces a baffling and inconsistent dress code. While women are allowed to wear short shorts and mini skirts, men in decent shorts are turned away without any explanation. The double standard is frustrating and unfair, especially given the extreme heat. The lack of clear communication and arbitrary enforcement of the dress code makes it difficult to understand the clubs policies. When asked for an explanation, the staff simply stated that shorts for men are not allowed, offering no further clarification.Overall, the experience left much to be desired. Hakkasan needs to reconsider its dress code policy, especially during the summer months, to provide a more inclusive and fair environment for all guests. Until then, I would not recommend this nightclub to anyone looking for a reasonable and enjoyable night out in Las Vegas. We really missed DJ AOKI that night! Was here 06-22-24
Overall: 4.4/5We got on the guest list and got in around 11 PM the Friday of Halloween weekend. The line moved pretty fast and the check-in/security process was streamlined. It was our first time in Hakkasan so we were surprised we had to take an elevator up to get to the club. They only opened 2 floors so we didnt get to see the 3rd one. The floor we got off on was the top floor where it was all lounge seating. The bar area was big and provided a nice overview of the club. The space in front of the DJ was huge but it was already filled. We grabbed a drink first since there was no line which was a smart choice because half an hour later, both bars were packed. It was ladies open bar too from 11:30 PM - 12:30 AM so the girls can get free well drinks/beers. HOWEVER, the drinks - even the paid ones - tasted like juice with barely any alcohol in them. The lemon drop was $20 and the long island tea was $26 too so pre-game before you come in. The lemon drop we got had sugar all over the cup so our hands got sticky. The bartenders were really nice though and didnt seem to hate their jobs. The music got better as it got later into the night but we left a little before 1 AM since it got way too crowded. They even blocked off the middle entry stairs to the main stage dance floor and had security managing path of travel/flow. Overall, had a pretty good experience. Definitely one of the better clubs Ive been to.
Security is aggressive and unhinged. My coworkers and I had VIP bottle service here following a party in this same venue, where we were corporate sponsors. I was dancing away and having a great time when after repeated harassment from security I was finally ejected from the club with zero explanation. Two of my coworkers spoke with our server and some of the staff afterwards who were mortified and confirmed that I had done nothing wrong. They said it was not the first time this sort of thing had happened and urged us to report it, which we are doing.I was dancing on the platform connected to our booth when a security guard told me to move. Even after I retreated, another security guard came along and kept ordering me to move, and forcing me to take weird paths to get out of the way. I was not blocking the bottle service, waitstaff, or anything else, but I complied anyway. Eventually, I was commanded to stand on a narrow strip of the platform on the back corner of our booth, like a social exile. Things got weirder when I noticed several of my female coworkers were over on the SAME platform I had been told I could not dance on. The second I tried to join them, the second security guard demanded I get out. I was paraded out of the club in front of my entire team in the most humiliating manner.I was not drunk. I was not causing any problems. I repeatedly asked for an explanation, and none was given. Really humiliating experience that I will never forget.
Wow! What an incredible time we had here. We enjoyed a vip table and bottle service. The host was wonderful and our server was great at keeping everything stocked up. We celebrated a bachelorette and danced all night! The DJ was amazing, the club atmosphere was great. Plenty of room on the dance floor! They even did a sign and confetti cannon for my friend!
If you are staying in MGM area this is a great choice for a party. Be aware that some of the DJ’s are not that impressive and you have to arrive early to take a place on a dance floor or buy a table and splurge on bottle service. The ambiance is worthy an entrance ticket. The kinetic ceiling is fun to watch. I am only giving three stars because this club has a great potential.
Since this my first time in Vegas, staying in Excalibur. I was walking around and about 9 pm today and tried to ask the guard at the door of the Hakkasan whether is a restaurant or a club, as soon as he hears my foreign accent - he told “go away I will not talk to someone like you”, I asked why he is talking like that, but he started to express aggression, so I left. Not sure whether this message will approach management but some of your employee make very bad first impression, maybe it is just OK for this place and management knows.
Very nice club but like many modern night clubs they have too many tables and the dance floor is small.I understand they focus to maximize the money they make but the experience for the people is worse. The drinks are way too expensive. I understand thats the market but it is weird to see most people empty handed all night long.Anyway good place to visit .
Hakkasan declined me as a disabled veteran for trying to enter their event which I was invited to during defcon/blackhat with medicines legally prescribed to me in my backpack. Reckless discrimination has no place in our society. Never attend this venue under any circumstances. Imagine declining to allow a disabled veteran entry to your venue, while many others with backpacks walked in right in front of me while their backpacks didnt get looked at or searched. Your bodyguard also tried to intimidate a disabled veteran in front of the entry crowd for no reason. Will never return and neither will anyone I know or work with. Ill relay this feedback to my corporate sponsors as well.
The bouncers here were really rude and aggressive for no reason. I was dressed in a skirt and yes, I am a man. As I was waiting in line, bouncers were pointing me out and then one started to interrogate me about my sexuality. He asked me if what I was wearing was a kilt like 3 times. Then he asked me if he could ask me questions without being offended. Then he asked if I was gay, and if I felt more comfortable dressing like that than wearing pants. He eventually did let me in but I felt like I had been singled out and asked about my sexuality for no reason. For a resort like MGM that claims it’s an LGBT destination, I expect better from a nightclub there. I encourage any LGBT people looking for a nightclub to go elsewhere
Had a good time here. Only complaint is about an Asian bartender male in his mid to late 20s early 30s, he was EXTREMELY rude. Gave us attitude and snarky comments. I would not go back for this reason. If they allow staff to act like this it’s not an establishment I wanna give my money to.
Just too full to have fun, you even have to stand in line to get to the dancefloor. We couldn’t even get drinks cause it was just very exhausting. The club itself was very cool though.
What to expect: We left at 2 am (perhaps early) and Tyga hadnt even come out. He was the main entertainment. I wasnt too bothered, the dj was really good.It is expensive as expected, and no seating unless you pay. Bottle service will get you a both, and that is about $2k.Music was good, and great atmosphere never the less. We had a great time!
Don’t ever come here, they let in numerous people with Sandals but then they deny my finance and then go and let in another few people with the EXACT SAME SANDALS. Don’t come here they are horrible, service sucks and they don’t deserve business. For real please go anywhere else, pay $200 and anywhere else would be better. At least get value for your TIME and your money. They are terrible and my shorty fine as hell trust compared to the others they let in. This place can get cooked and I wouldn’t even think about it at all. I’d think about a snail on the ground before considering this place again for a night out. Please never come here and continue validating this post because this place sucks more balls than Riley Reid.
The worst nightclub Ive ever been to. Not just in Vegas but overall. We were on the guest list, and when we arrived, we had to pay the entrance fee when it was supposed to be free, a scam. We paid because we at least expected something fun, but the music was bad and the prices were excessive. And to top it off, when we wanted to leave, the person who was supposed to be monitoring the elevator wasnt nearby. We thought we had to select the lobby ourselves to exit, and he came in shouting at us, using curse words, and telling us not to touch anything. Maybe you should try doing your job properly and monitor the elevator.
2/4/23Sucks that headliner DJs start so late. Its too packed and we were like pin balls waiting for sofi. Ended up leaving after getting banged around because too many people were on the dance floor and kept shoving us further and further away... Such a cool club - wish there was more dance floor space. I was so excited to see her too.2/3/23We had a great time. The lighting technology is so fun to watch. Dancing was fun. DJ was great.
Booked a VIP table through Brian Pfeiffer, our VIP host. Entrance was super easy as he helped us skip the line and even got a table upgrade.Ten of us had a great time with the upgraded table as it’s super close to action and we didn’t need to do a crazy amount of minimum purchase. The DJ was Timmy Trumpet.
HOMOPHOBIC SECURITY. Saw Sofi Tukker 6/6 and it was an incredible show! A warning though, if you come here solo and want to be in front be prepared for a fight that security will NOT help you with. I had two groups harass the heck out of me, but they wanna remove the gay and keep the straights in the club. Elbowing pushing and stomping on my feet and since I was alone security thought it be easier to just remove me instead of the aggressors. LAZY. I hope these people are getting paid bottom of the barrel wages because they pay 0 attention to what is going on in this club. WORST SECURITY I HAVE EVER SEEN. Everyone else was a 10/10 but security should all be fired and replaced. I had FIVE people approach me to remove me. Im peaceful as heck, I dont want no problems. Were all here to have a good time, but insane that I was physically assaulted and almost removed as the issue. SECURITY GET IT TOGETHER. MESS.
I am a frequent flier to Las Vegas and have visited all the popular night clubs. This night club is absolutely horrible. The managers the hosts the bouncers do not know what customer service is. They want to take all your money for zero service. I do not recommend this place. Stay away from this club !!!!
I understand the poor reviews but we knew what to expect and attended a show in March, which I’m assuming is a slower month for these clubs. We had a fabulous time. The employees got us through the lines quickly and efficiently. The dress-code is listed clearly online so we came dressed accordingly and had no issues entering. The atmosphere was great (but not as nice as Omnia or Zouk)! Drinks are expensive but… it’s Vegas. You can pre-game and even drink outside before entering so there are options. We had some drinks before entering because we knew we didn’t want to buy too many drinks once inside. They had free drinks for ladies if you came early enough!
We got in using a promoter but the only difference it made was not paying general admission. We were lied to about the free drink times. We came on a night lil Jon was suppose to play and we left at 1am and he still hadn’t made an appearance yet and we were cut off from the dance floor by 12:30am. You might as well just save your money and go to Omnia’s at least you can dance. I’d rather pay full price when the Truth is being told.
RUN!! The worst nightclub Ive ever been to. Not just in Vegas but overall. We were on the guest list, came in at 11.30 for the open bar as advertised from the promoter as we go to bar to grab our drinks the bartender had this nasty face while serving other guest when he finally gets to me I asked for old fashioned and he tells me this is a club NOT a full bar so I told him let me get a gin a tonic then he makes it and tells me its $24 dollars so I tell him oh i thought its open bar to which he says do you have wristband? Showed it to him and he Yells only Vodka and tequila is for the open bar!So I tell him ok let me get vodka with orange juice so he screams at me telling me whos going to pay for the gin and tonic? At this point he says Im NOT serving you anymore go somewhere else. When I speak to a manager he tells me hes going to handle it goes to talk to him and tells me theres other bars within the club so if you can please just avoid this 1 bartender.Poor service poor management false advertising.RUN and dont look back.TAO and OMNIA are two other clubs I visited and enjoyed my time there.
I went to Hakkasan nightclub, the largest in the United States, on a Friday night. I checked in at the promotion entry to the left with No Covers for free entry, and the staff was professional and organized when checking patrons in.Hakkasan may collectively have the most professional, courteous, pleasant, and customer service-oriented security staff I have ever encountered. I asked one security staff about the additional level access, and he informed me that only the main room would be open that night and that access to the massive club would resume in the summer. I met a lady who wanted to walk to her car and retrieve her flip-flops because her feet hurt. The security staff said we could return inside since we had a stamp and would only have to go through the security protocol and metal detectors again. I have attended nightclubs where security carries an overly tough, combative, and condescending attitude, and its unnecessary, so I was super impressed that none of the security had a Napoleon complex. The lights inside alternated between blue and red hues, and the main room had a decent-sized dance floor and two large bars on the polar sides of the room. The patrons were primarily caucasian. However, there was some of every ethnicity in there. On the night I attended, rapper OT Genesis performed around 1:15 am and did a solid set. The dress code claimed to be strict in writing. However, it seemed anything goes inside. I saw a man wearing a full-on crip blue bandana outfit and tennis shoes, and most male clientele dressed super casually—the ladies I observed dressed in the classic nightclub attire of dresses and high heels. It is a pilgrimage from the parking garage to the club, so expect a walk.Unfortunately, the additional levels were closed off, so I couldnt run amok. However, I still had a great time! I would return, especially once they open up all areas.
Service was good. Servers came around and collected used plates. Refilled water. Food was ok. Oysters were expensive and very small. The caviar was a good touch. The pan fried shrimp with udon was good. The hakka sampler was not the best. Overall the food was tasty and the portions were fair. Atmosphere is very nice especially for a date night. A bit pricey so the value wasnt there in my opinion. Perhaps another visit to try the Peking duck but didnt see anyone at the surrounding tables having the duck. Would recommend for a date because the service and atmosphere is worth the experience.
I got ticket online and paid 64 USD(including surcharge and tax). There is a different line for ticket holders. Entrance was pretty smooth. I entered around 11 pm on Saturday and it was empty. People started coming after 12 am. Around 12:30 am, club was full. I got Gin tonic (21 USD) and budweiser beer (13 USD). Security is nice. I read negative comments about security but security was nice. They only warned people who disturbs other tables. They were ok for people to talk and interact. DJ was really good. I enjoyed my time there. It is a bit dark inside but lightning was good.
Went to go see Tyga. It was suppose to be a gift for a special moment. He went on at 2 am, performance was cool but it turned out to be the horrible so thank you hakkasan night club for a terrible night
Happening night club! We were a group of 3 girls. We went in free entry and free drinks for girls. Since we went in March, it was a little cold. We had to drop our coats and it was 10$/coat/person for handing out (which is crazy). One must check who is playing before you go to a club. We had a pretty good DJ and few songs were familiar which makes it more fun. The drinks when free are mainly vodka+cranberry or coke+rum. After the free drink hours are over, we got an LIT and felt that was so overpriced 25$/drink. The crowd is mix. We faced a good crowd. I vote for ambience for sure!
Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM Grand offers an exhilarating nightlife experience that pulsates with energy and excitement. As a frequent visitor to various nightclubs, I can confidently say that Hakkasan stands out for its impeccable atmosphere and fantastic vibes. From the moment you step inside, youre enveloped in an electric ambiance that sets the stage for an unforgettable night. The clubs interior design is simply stunning. The modern and chic decor creates a sophisticated yet vibrant feel, with mesmerizing light displays and innovative use of space. The attention to detail is evident throughout, making you feel like youre in a world of opulence and luxury. The DJs at Hakkasan are undoubtedly talented and know how to keep the crowd engaged. The music selection is diverse, catering to a wide range of tastes, and the beats are infectious, prompting even the most reserved individuals to hit the dance floor. The sound system is top-notch, delivering crystal-clear sound that resonates through your entire being, enhancing the overall experience. However, one aspect that falls a bit short is the dance floor size. Considering the clubs popularity and the number of attendees, the dance floor can become quite cramped during peak hours. This can hinder the ability to move around freely and fully immerse oneself in the music. While the ambiance and vibe are outstanding, a larger dance floor would undoubtedly elevate the overall experience even further. On the other hand, Hakkasan compensates for the limited dance floor space by providing alternative entertainment options. The club features various areas to explore, including intimate lounges and private VIP sections where you can unwind and socialize. This diversification allows guests to find their preferred spot and enjoy the night according to their preferences. The service at Hakkasan is also worth mentioning. The staff is attentive and courteous, ensuring that patrons needs are met promptly. The bartenders concoct a wide array of signature cocktails and drinks, which, despite being on the pricier side, are expertly crafted and undeniably delicious. In summary, Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM Grand is a fantastic destination for those seeking an electrifying and unforgettable night out. The good atmosphere, great vibes, and exceptional music selection make it an exceptional venue for partygoers. Though the dance floor may be small, the overall experience is still one that will leave you with cherished memories of a night well spent
I had an amazing time celebrating my besties bachelorette party!! We had VIP bottle service, the service was great! The music was on point and the party vibe was perfect for the night
Looks like security chief is racist and agressive ! Was able to enter with a canadian driver licence written in French but not my friends with a french driver licence. He told them to get out and then started to insult us and shouting us to leave.Big +++ to the security of the casino he called who told us it was a bad club, we cant doubt of that after what happened. (We entered litterally every other clubs on the strip with a french driver licence: XS, Encore Beach, Tao, Omnia, Zouk, AYU...)
Purchase a VIP table for Steve Aoki. Steve Aoki never showed up after we waited until 3 AM. There was no communication as they already had our money.Reached out to multiple people within the club and got not response.Around 2 AM security left and random people were walking into our VIP area. We could not control it. There are better nightclubs in Vegas if you’re going to spend a few thousand dollars on a VIP table. Stay away from this place.
I was able to experience Hakassan night Club on my first trip to Las Vegas as a legal adult. I was walking down the strip with my girl and was approached by a promoter. Lil Jon was the feature artist on the same night as the Davis vs Garcia boxing match. The timing couldnt have been better. My girl got a bracelet for 2 hours worth of free drinks. Benefits of being a chick! The dance floor was the best Ive EVER been on. The ceiling not only moved but also had lights in it. Between the moving ceiling and fog machines things got Litty!! Lil Jon did not disappoint. 10 out of 10, I recommend!
Dont bother with this nightclub. If youre looking for an upscale night out, go somewhere else. The dress code listed on the website is a joke “Upscale nightlife attire is strongly encouraged. Sports attire, athleisure / casual loungewear, and swimwear are not permitted.”Most of the crowd was wearing sneakers and tshirts, reminding me of a typical underground hip hop club. Even worse, $13 for a 250ml (8oz) bottle of water is ridiculous!
Besides, one little staff member that tried to squeeze himself between my wife and I when we were on our way out. This place was good. We came to see Lil Jon. The line was long but managed efficiently
Tried to ask a guy at the door a question and he became hostile! Yelling “get out! Get out!” When I said “excuse I have a question about attire” not sure if he yelled at me bc he looked like he was on drugs (I’m in healthcare and can tell when people are on drugs by their pupils or maybe he yelled at me bc of my skin color.) he even walked away from me when I said excuse.before healthcare work, I did club service as well and we fired people on the spot for this type of “customer service”If this is how he acts before the club is open imagine how he treats people while they’re not at their best??!You are the front door guy, you are the face of this name and business. Find someone better!! How do you want people to come in if we can’t ask questions to know what to wear. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! every other club we asked questions before coming/opening were a lot more open and welcoming.Don’t come here. This first interaction really set a tone on what this establishment is at the moment.Came in to ask questions around 8:15 on 5/3White male around 5’9-6’0Black hair
Got scammed from a bartender. He said a $1 for a water and he took my $20 and gave me $6. Definitely never coming here again. Just a bunch of scams.
We were stopped by a promoter and put “on the list” to get in free and free drinks from 11:30pm-12:30am. So we decided what’s the harm in checking the place out for free? As far as the music and light show, the place was outstanding. We were having a great time on the dance floor. Upstairs there are booths that overlook the dance floor and the only way to see the lower level is to pay to reserve one of those booths. It wa a just funny they were all empty and the bouncers just constantly had to be telling people to leave who were looking over to see the lower level. Like rope them off at least, just a massive and constant waste of their time. Anyway, as you’d expect it was a huge rush for drinks at 11:30pm and the bartenders were clearly not enjoying it. I tipped mine but I didn’t see many people ripping. What really got me was a little later we asked for water and the bartender very rudely said that was $13. We showed him our wrist bands for free drinks and he rolled his eyes and said water is not included. I’m sorry….what?? I literally, all over the world, we have never encountered this in any bar or club, ever. They ALWAYS have water available for free. We were absolutely floored. He didn’t make any effort to show us where we could get water, we looked around and never saw a water fountain or anything. So we left early because, screw that. So ladies, this is not a safe place for you. It’s very clear the intent is to get us drunk, and believe me, there are men circling the whole time trying to identify who is compromised. We were dancing and heard one guy tell another “they are so wasted” talking about us. We were NOT wasted at all, and later went upstairs and they followed us. Like pathetic vultures waiting for prey to be vulnerable. We let them do this for awhile just so they weren’t bothering anyone else who might actually be drunk. When we decided to leave we looked at them and said we are NOT drunk and they slinked away. So this club that withholds water but freely serves alcohol (and lets pretty ladies in free and free drinks) is purposefully setting all this up. If you decide to go, be extremely careful, no one in there cares about your safety or your health. You’re a product to them. Keep your wits about you at all times and never go alone. Like most places in Vegas, you are not safe. Gave them a couple of stars for the actual venue and the DJ was awesome. Negative zero for attitude and atmosphere. Water should be FREE, guys. I shouldn’t have to even say this.
Went for a night to visit very over packed. If you stay at the Signature or MGM Grand it is beneficial, so you not paying a lot, if at all. Need to be dressed appropriately no jeans need to be dress casual. That night women drink free to a certain time. Drinks between 20- 50 a cup. It was okay but needed more space for all the people that was there. Vibe and music was good. Had a okay time while there.
We love to visit when Lil Jon is the DJ! We have been twice now and both times were so much fun. I found that it’s the best value to get the $100 bar card because that includes admission. Otherwise the pre-sale tickets were $20 for females and $30 for males. Drinks are about $25 each so then my husband and I could each get two. I really like the layout of the club and we love to dance. Buy tickets ahead of time online. You will want to arrive by about 11:30pm to get your spot and then the DJ comes out around 1-3am. My husband left the dance floor at 12:30 and then security wouldn’t let him back in so get your spot early 😎
Beautiful space with great performances. Good drinks, a bit on the expensive side. Loved the atmosphere and vibe overall. Great if you like dancing not much seating. One promoter who was tall with dark hair and a goatee was a bit aggressive. I was up against the barricade in the back by a reserved table when the promoter shoved himself into my elbow and then told me that I assaulted him and tried to kick me out. I simply laughed and walked away because it was unbelievable but later that night the same man shoved two very tiny girls and one fell over. Other than him great night!
Was on the guest list just by myself and got charged $96 after tax. I thought it would be cheaper considering if I had one girl with me I could’ve got in for free, but that’s fine cause I was seeing Travis Scott so fair enough it’s expensive. Drink prices are ridiculous $24 for a standard single gin and tonic. The ventilation and AC systems are either trash or just non existent cause as soon as the club was packed, it was nearly impossible to breathe. Everyone pushing each other, security had no control of anything. None of the staff actually seemed like they wanted to be there.I get that it’s Vegas and it’s gonna be expensive but nearly $200 for one person to get in, have 3 drinks, and not even have a half enjoyable time is pretty poor in my opinion.Would only recommend if there’s an artist you really want to see. Otherwise not really a point.
It was a horrible experience. First of all, I paid for a VIP table. I asked security how I could get to my prepaid VIP section. And they had an attitude. The security guard just pointed to an open area, with no words or courtesy. My date and I walked to the area where we thought VIP started. We were finally escorted to the table. The music selection was okay; it wasn’t the greatest. Around 2am, the server charged me for the VIP table I had already paid for. So essentially, I was charged twice. She apologized but I would think they would’ve saw that I’ve already purchased the section. Right after that, security told me my section was closed and had to leave. I was under the assumption that I had the section until close (which was 4am). I got into a heated debate about being a paying customer, yet being told I had to leave an area I paid for twice. I will never visit this establishment again.
Worth it if you consider price of admission plus booze. I’ve been to government buildings with less security than this place which kinda made me feel safe in an open carry state. You get carded like 3 times before walking in. Multiple stamps. If you are a heavy drinker (like me) splurge on VIP you may save some money doing so. If not, pregame and do the regular admission but be aware you will not get a seat so bring comfy shoes. The bar service for regular customers was whack- bartenders did not know where basics were AKA champagne on new years… champagne flutes were dirty as well… my guess is they feel no one will notice the quality because they are too inebriated. The crowd there was meh. Lots of clout goblins who can afford vip but don’t really know the music or artist headlining. The dj set was meh… it was giving daily mix 4 and would repeat lots of songs. A big plus is they are accessible to people with disabilities in the VIP there are elevators.
I just went with my two closest friends and my partner to try this my club out and I thought it was great! We actually got in for free there was a gentleman that helped us out and he gave us the information so that part was awesome doesn’t hurt to save some money! We got in and we had to walk up all the stairs and we found this place it was very packed but we were able to find a spot so we can dance and just enjoy the music and have a blast. We didn’t know what type of music they were going to play even when I did my research that it could be EDM which was fine but we had no clue that we were going to see little John!!! He came completely I don’t know where he started off on somebody’s bottle service table and he managed to go on the DJ booth and he put a few of his songs we were expecting much more but he was hyped up and so everybody else did and then he gets on top of the DJ booth and he pops open a champagne bottle and sprays everybody in the front crowd it was awesome!!! The four of us had a wonderful time I didn’t know that there was other floors apparently but if I wanna go back to Vegas I will definitely go back to Hakkasan nightclub and recommend it and if you want to save money and get there a little bit early and you could get in for free. Above all I really enjoyed it👍🏽
I showed my ID MY SOCIAL & had to pull my hair back to show my ears !! All because they felt my ID Was not Me , it gave defamation of character!! When asked for the name of the gentleman that denied me he dismissed me and walked away it gave very much racism it’s black history month I flew here for these events and they wasted my money and time this place 0 stars & the disrespect was at an all time high
SO fun. We got on the list ahead of time & waited in line. The bouncers weren’t particularly friendly and we were worried we wouldn’t get in but we did. The music was amazing and so were the lights. You can’t sit down and the water is $27 but that’s what happens when you go to a really nice night club. They’ll take you up to the top level with EDM which is great but don’t be fooled— we didn’t realize until we were leaving that there were FOUR floors of clubs. Hip hop, country, etc. make sure you check them all out while you’re there and explore around! So fun and would definitely go again.
This is place is actually terrible. The manager Mally was obviously doing us real dirty, when she let out whole group in and held me back because I was stumbling? I had two drinks.. nice try. She had no problem letting my group come in and letting me get my stamp to go in. But the moment I try to get one of my friends, who was a little further back in line in, I was suddenly too drunk to get in. This was our secondary spot since metro boomin canceled. I highly recommend avoiding this place, especially if youre trying to have a good time.
I had a great time! I went to see Kaskade this past Thursday. My friend and I bought the VIP tickets online. With these, you get to skip lines to get in and each ticket comes with $100 voucher for drinks. We had a blast. Of course its crowded and drinks are expensive... Its a night club! My only complaints were that there arent bathrooms on every floor so it was hard to find them and there are a lot of stairs to climb...
If you don’t have a table, there’s nowhere to stand unless you are absolutely crushed in the dance floor. If you do have a table there’s not much interaction with the rest of the club. Quite disappointing.
Their open hours on google maps is not accurate, which can certainly cause some confusion. My boyfriend and I bought tickets, online, on a Friday night for Hakkasan. Shortly after our purchase, we noticed that google maps listed them as closed on Fridays. Thus, we adjusted our plans last minute and asked for a refund. The following day they denied our request and stated they are open on Fridays and the confusion is not their problem. You would think that a business would have their “hours of operation” updated on such a commonly used app; and not to mention, there was a statement below the listed hours that read, “confirmed by this business 5 days ago.” Anyway, I found our interaction with them to be rather disappointing, and I’m not one to complain.
Really fun and LOVE The Grid but one of the bartenders IGNORED me for so long until someone else ordered my drinks for me. I stood at the bar for so long to order 5 shots and this bartender took every one else’s drink orders except mine even though I was showing him what I wanted on my phone. It wasn’t until someone else noticed I was being ignored and ordered for me. I paid for all the drinks and the bartender even carded me when this is a 21+ club and I had already ordered cocktails earlier from the other bartender. Really ruined the vibe. 3 stars just because the first bartender was really nice and I love the grid.
The security at the front didn’t let my friend in even though he gave him 3 official id’s, but the security guy was insisting on the passport, regardless all that they were very unprofessional and had no respect.
We cannot thank Anthony Ramirez enough!!We had an amazing weekend thanks to him, he guided us through all the events and made it so easy!! Highly recommend
Went on Sunday. It was very packed, no room to dance and difficult to move around. They packed the club with big table sections and it cost $1,000 for each table. The music was good but feels like it need more bass. Tiesto didnt perform until 1am. The drinks were expensive appeared to be watered down.
I have not been to a nightclub in years, so I decided to try Hakkasan. This is a good upscale nightclub that provides good music and very strong drinks. The drinks are quite pricey and the crowd stood on the dance floor and talked more than danced, but overall this is a good experience if you want to go out dancing and have a good time.
Like someone said in the other comments, the guy who has long hair, he is very rude and had bad behaviors to the colored people. They charged us the cover money first and then they did not allow us to go inside since my friends from other country had international driving license and asked us to get the passports, passports were in the hotel room(30 minutes to walk), so we went and got the passports but we were not allowed inside and this guy with long hair was threatening us for trespassing by calling out numbers loudly. I am not sure how this guy survives with such bad attitude to the people, he should be sacked. He spoiled her night by having such a bad behavior.
Bad service, average music, very unfriendly staff. To avoid without a doubt!
I have been in the bar industry for over a decade. My husband has worked security for 21 years. Myself, husband and business partners planned our entire night around the Lil John concert. My husband, who is also a disabled vet was waiting in line with us...and dancing as he was excited for our night. The second we went in line for security they profiled him. We werent even allowed in bc they were saying he was too drunk. Despite the fact he had 2 beers over the course of 3 hours while we gambled and waited for doors to open. The security/bouncers didnt even try to talk to him, they saw him and just assumed whatever narrative they wanted. Im so so so pissed and have never experienced anything like this, ever. We arent 20 something, we were a group of late 30s indivuals, who by no means go hard like we did in our 20s. The straight up disrespect by the staff is abhorrent. The security then took it a step further and followed my husband to the bathroom while we waited the hour they demanded until we could re-enter. After that we had had enough and left to another hotel. I will never ever attempt to go to this venue again. I am disgusted at the treatment of a disabled vet who just wanted to enjoy his night. It ruined all of our evening.
Got on a guest list and came here on the Friday before Halloween which thankfully I got in for free since I was rolling solo due to being on the guest list which was probably the only positive. Didnt mind the elevator which you take to get to the club. The drink prices were a huge rip-off since I was charged $16 for a beer!! Another bummer thing was much of the other areas of the club was closed off. It does get so crowded by the main dancefloor that often times the bouncers will block off the walkways to the dancefloor. Also like most of the other clubs in Vegas if your a single man wanting to meet women unless you spend the thousands of dollars to get a table picking up women inside the club can be difficult
Security is agressive, there is a lot of good other clubs on the strip, don’t lose your time here.
V.I.P is always nice. We had 22 in our bridal party and had a blast.
If you need to sit or anything I was told no where with two knee replacements that sucks and they only care about money- And Vips- The place is cool but do better vegas you blood suckers
I dont understand why they have to be rude? If you cant handle the pressure give up the job for someone who could. The bartenders were very very rude and they even put their hands on this one girl. We are there to have a good time. If you cant handle this much people limit the number of people in the club. Please speak to your staff, they arent doing us any favors if it was free drinks or discounted drinks night.
Crazy on a Thursday night! Lil jon was there and this place was packed to the brim! Multiple dance floors, gigantic once you get inside. Some of the staff weren’t very polite and even the guest list line was long, but all you need to do is sign up for the guest list online or on the street and you get free admission. Awesome time, you just have to be okay with how crazy and packed it gets!
Initially getting into the club and getting a table was easy and a fun process. Things changed once someone who wanted to pay more for the table arrived and they moved us to a different table and tried to force us to share the bottle we paid for. In their words. “ another bottle is coming.”All understandable but the girls at the table hadn’t paid for anything while my group of girls paid for the tequila bottle currently being drunken. Once again in their words, “the bottle is actually worth more than you paid.” The same bar hop then became aggressive as we were asking for explanation. I even tried to tell him we are just asking for an explanation and he screams, “I’m not even talking to you” as if I hadn’t paid also. Didn’t get his name but he had long shaggy hair, tall, and skinny. Although the bouncer didn’t have a problem with us asking and said we could stay. The Bar hop insisted, became aggressive and called security. Security was understanding is not aggressive but the situation was still uncomfortable and uncalled for due to lack of communication from all parties.
Incredible performance and fun atmosphere! My love for a bachelorette party ❤️
So me and my friends got on the party bus and one of the destinations was this place . My friend barely had a few shots on the party bus he paid $100 to go to three different clubs when we got to Hakasan they wouldn’t let us in my friend barely was buzzed then after a hour when the time was up for us being there they let him in ! Plus the wAit for the dance floor was 40mins nah this place is over crowded and unorganized!!!!!!
Negative stars. Wouldnt met me in with my valid ID. Not worth your time
Door staff were rude. I am attending a premier event that grants complimentary access to the club tonight and I skip the line. I show my badge, we get through, stamped, to the register lady and doorman on the right, doorman questioned me multiple times if the woman with me was my wife as if we are walking into a church, then they tried charging both of us cover. Does not honor advertising. Changing this to two stars from one because they complimented us to go in on Monday w some free drinks to a different club that was okay.
While they make sure to charge well overpriced drinks and admission tickets, this was my first time visiting Hakkasan and the service and DJ was just plain awful. The bouncers were extremely rude and the DJ (Loud Luxury) had no skills but to play techno musics and top 40 radio lists. Only reason you would enjoy this club is if you pre drink or dunk before arriving to the club.
I love coming to the Hakkasan! I havent been there much, but I find the service to still be top quality despite how busy the club can get. I will never forget a bouncer personally bringing me a water bottle when he saw me sweating and asked me if I needed anything. Keep doing you, Hakkasan LV!
Worst experience of all time, And Im not even exagerrating, Ive been to Ibiza, Paris, New York and so many places, Its my first time complaining. This place is no place for people with values and dignity. I went through the worst experience of all time where the cashier made sure I pay at the door and once in, a guy, looking like Jesus - the one they teach us at school- asks me to leave, I can guarantee you I was just telling him my friends are on the other side- he grabbed my hand violently to another colleague and asked me to just leave because he felt like it. I was just landing that same day to Vegas, so big shock, I now just have that experience that that city is all about Racism, Violence and Humiliation. There was a manager at the door, not sure to call her he or she, she was just mad that I was asking for reimbursement and denying her position while I literally spent 5 mns arguing inside, but no one wanted to take responsability. I let my friends who live there know, and everyone I meet from now on. You need to be aware the place you go to aligns with your principles. For this one, BIG NO.
Hakkasan Nightclub was a total disappointment. The overcrowded venue, exorbitant charges, and cheap atmosphere left much to be desired. The service was lackluster, with disinterested staff and difficulty getting their attention. It was a regrettable experience. I wouldnt recommend this club for anyone seeking a quality nightlife experience. We paid $140 for VIP entrance which included $100 gift card which will you 2-3 drinks if you are able to get bartender’s attention. I understand the drinks are expensive at the clubs but I just can’t get over paying $15 for 100ml for cheap quality water bottle.
We had a blast at Hakkasan. The music was so much fun we danced the whole night. The bottle service employees were on top of everything all night. And then there’s a pizza place right outside when you get out! Best experience in Vegas.
I came here on a busy Saturday night and there were people pick pocketing purses, stealing cash and then throwing the wallets on the ground. Would not recommend unless you want to get your money stolen. Don’t bring cash or a purse
60$entrance, 30$ drink, Nice staff but its overcrowded and over priced
Picture make it look much better than it is.Drinks are incredibly over priced, $25 for a house vodkaThankfully I got cover free but wish Id enjoyed my evening somewhere else.
The Hakkasan is a neat nightclub, but is a bit worn down. The screens and LEDS are a little beat up and the sound is definitely declining in quality. We did have a good time listening to the music at first, but regrettably had a bad experience around the time the headliner came out. An incoherently drunk and violent man was throwing punches and got between my husband and I, and the security was too busy on his phone to notice. People were getting hit and shoved down by him and I had to physically grab the arm of the security guy to get his attention. He came over and multiple people said that he needed to be taken out of the club, but he was able to remain there. He later ended up throwing another woman to the ground and security did not seem to care. It made the experience scary and we ended up calling it a night early because of him.
Aside from it feeling like it was overly crowded to the point we couldnt get to the dance floor, the music was good, the ambiance was nice. Some bartenders were a little short with us but they must have been overwhelmed by the crowed. Went upstairs and the bartender there was kinder.
We were here for Jon Jones afterparty, the DJ was great and we got a quick entry.
Hit or miss. Half the staff seem friendly and like they enjoy being there. The other half (door guys/bartenders) make you feel like you’re a burden for attending.Once you’re inside there is no where to move, it’s packed wall to wall except some off in the corner areas but then you can’t see anything on stage.Overall had a good time but the alcohol and loud music is I think what made it best - which you could get anywhere.
Honest review:Good place and music.Drinks are, as usual, expensive (as expected).Crowd is all ages especially young.I personally didn’t like the staff handling certain situations with the crowd.Lady - Drinks free entire night.Hack for men - Go with at least one female in your group, I’ve seen ladies going to the drinks counter and taking 5-6 drinks for their entire male group.
From the moment you pass through its dramatic entrance, Hakkasan Nightclub sets the stage for a night of opulence and excitement. As one of the flagships of Las Vegas vibrant nightlife scene, the venue consistently delivers an experience that is both luxurious and electric. The interior of Hakkasan is an architectural marvel, featuring multi-level spaces, intricate wooden screens, and mood-setting ambient lighting. The main room is the heart of the action, boasting an immense dance floor and a DJ booth that has been graced by some of the biggest names in electronic dance music. The sound system is nothing short of spectacular, delivering crystal-clear acoustics that reverberate through your entire body. The club offers a variety of settings to suit different moods, from the pulsating energy of the main room to the more laid-back vibe of the Ling Ling Lounge. VIP options are abundant, with private tables, bottle service, and exclusive areas that offer a more intimate experience without sacrificing the thrill of the party.Service at Hakkasan is top-notch. From the bartenders to the waitstaff to the security team, everyone is professional, attentive, and focused on ensuring you have a great time. The drinks, though pricey, are well-crafted and the bottle service is executed flawlessly, making you feel like a true VIP.However, its not all smooth sailing. One of the main downsides is the crowd. Hakkasan is incredibly popular, which means it can get exceptionally packed, especially on weekends or when a big-name DJ is performing. This can make navigating the venue a challenge and can lead to long waits at the bar or for the restroom.Pricing is another consideration. Admission fees, drinks, and VIP tables come at a premium, so be prepared for a night that could significantly lighten your wallet. In summary, Hakkasan Nightclub offers an unparalleled clubbing experience that mixes luxe settings with high-energy entertainment. While the high cost and crowded conditions might be drawbacks for some, the overall atmosphere and top-tier DJs make it a must-visit if youre looking to experience the best of Las Vegas nightlife.
The bottle service and 2 of the promoters sitting up front were so unprofessional. Ive never been to a night club and been treated so poorly right off the gate. The bottle girl- came and asked me for her tip right after she handed us our bottle.Ive never had someone ask us for a tip before there service is over. We were going to purchase another bottle until she treated us like that- we ended up leaving early and if I ever do my birthday at another club it will never be this one. They coulda made alot more money off our table if they werent so rude. Would never recommend this club
The staff is unpleasant, and the dance floor is to small for too many people, but the club is beautiful
Thursday night, I felt lucky to get into a club. Unfortunately, as a bigger girl, I was denied drinks by the bartender (Mason) 3 times when he gave drinks to my friend if I wasnt with her. After acknowledging that I couldnt get a drink because the bartender just wouldnt serve me, we went to leave the bar. On our way out, a girl collapsed and was vomiting. My friend and I focused on helping, turning her head and asking for help from the guys in uniforms. One immediately yelled in my face that I didnt know what I was talking about and threatened to have me walked out. I left immediately and asked to tell a manager what happened. When I did, the manager defended his team and called me a liar, telling me he would know if something like that happened. He then threatened to have me thrown out. As I was already leaving I tried not to argue the matter, but was highly concerned about the girl inside. The manager insisted nothing happened and that I needed to leave the hotel.I will never ever be back at this hotel or bar.
Tried to bring my friends here to see our favorite dj, missed the pre register tickets, told by SIX, SEPERATE bouncers SIX seperate answers. Three of them said put X amount of dollars behind youre license and Ill get you in for THIS price. Never got their name but they were bigger big guys with Buns, one a African american, one a white dude with dreads and tattoos. And then during the concert after these two took under the table payments,( we got cash and did what they said and they just put the cash in their pocket :/) my friend tried to walk their girls in our group to their Uber and they wouldnt let him back in, and then got very confrontational for no reason. To the point where he even talked to the local PD and they said they know its an ongoing problem they just cant do anything till it becomes a crime.I cant say steer clear because it Vegas, but be wary, the bouncers are corrupt and will threaten you and try to swindle you out of money however they can.Buy pre order tickets and dont even talk to security. They are all bad humans trying to raise the price to some non expressed number to line their pockets and maliciously take advantage of tourists
The club has a nice vibe and is very clean. The security guard at the front Brandon was very helpful and polite. I was very pleased with the level of politeness and service I received. 10/10 will return
Great experience and great club vibe. DJ Justin credible played a great mixed or everything! However, the bartender i don’t know his man but he was rude af and it was free drinks for an hour. And he never mentioned it to me and my group at the bar. So $27 later for a Red Bull vodka “because the red bull isn’t apart of the free drinks hour” not worth the price as alll!
Hakkasan Nightclub played a tune that felt right in the middle – not a hit, but not a miss either. The lights flickered, the beats thumped, and the dance floor had a heartbeat of its own. 🎵💃Yet, despite the potential for an epic night, the experience just swayed in the average lane. While not a standout hit, it’s still a decent spot for those nights when you’re looking for just a bit of nightlife buzz. 🍸🎤
Very Underwhelming for a Las Vegas club. Over priced and a poor Layout. Expected a decent club but was disappointed. Usually really good artist and good music, but staff seemed to not care about you at all and only want your money. Leaving me with very mixed feelings. Been about 7 or 8 times over the years but each time seemingly getting worse than the last. The increasing lack of care from staff and the overwhelming sense of a lack of care about you makes me have very mixed feelings. Probably be better going to another club if able. Hakkasan has been on a steep decline over the years. Not sure If I can still recommend this club anymore. Sad to say but better off checking out the other clubs Vegas has to offer.
I did not dine there, but I am sure it’s fabulous!
Absolutely the worst club with no class. Felt cheap and smell of smoke everywhere. They allow everyone to get and dress code rule is not enforced. Paid a lot of money for so called VIP experience but got out in an hour and went somewhere else.
If you do not have your physical ID on you will not be admitted even if you have a personal invitation and look over 40 years old.
Security on a power trip here. Wouldnt let me in without a collar so went to the giftshop to buy an overpriced polo. Black woman guard rolled her eyes when I got back to the front. Other clubs have no issues with the exact same outfit and theyre higher end. Inside I saw other non table people with t shirts on. Cant believe i bought a ticket and also a gold member and was treated like that. I called to complain after and no response. Hakassan is also mid at best. Inside is small while still charging high prices.
I have been here twice. The first time they played really crazy hip hop music but this time they played EDM. Not my type of music. In the past they had multiple floors with different music genres but this time they only had the main floor open. Drinks and bottle service were available on the 5th floor. Id go there again but only if they have my type of music. Bigger dance floor is what I liked. Hopefully next time they open the rest of the floors with different music genres.
The venue itself is good - decent music and production - though a lot of the floor space is reserved for giant booths which leaves little room for actual music goers. The reason Im giving two stars though is the rudeness of outside security. They were insulting clubgoers in line based on looks. Other employees had to cut in to try and remediate the issue.Theres no reason to be rude / insulting to patrons. As long as staff continues to do this, Ill be recommending people go elsewhere.
Got on the guest list. Drinks are $25/each. Thankfully we were able to do the open bar for the girls. The dj was all over the place with the music. All the tables are by reservation only so the majority sat empty. The dance floor was a smaller roped off area. So it got over crowded quickly. People were just awkwardly standing around everywhere. This is apparently normal based on the reviews I saw for all the clubs around Vegas while trying to find a better one. But is not at all how any other club in a big city is that I have been too.
The club itself was nice, but we paid for entry and a table to see FloRida last night....it opened at 10:30 and the staff all gave us different times when he would come up. By 2:00am he still hadnt - we had so many options of shows to see, so for us to spend our money and night there for a show that didnt happen was very disappointing and misleading. I wouldnt recommend going to shows there.
World’s slowest bar. Are all the bartenders beginners ? Hilarious.
Music and dance floor is ok but everything else is disaster. The management, staff and most importantly security guards and bouncers are rude and disrespectful. They need to get some customers service training because anyone and wear a suit and disrespect anyone.Drinks are basically expensive water with ice. Make sure you get drunk before going into this club.Area of improvement:1. Train staff and security team to learn manner and respect.2. Dont charge $20 for water (Drinks) and stop this ripping off attitude.3. Be polite to people and visitors4. Make sure people leave your place with good memories and experiences
Oh boy this place. The staff at the front was extremely pushy but once inside it was fun. I would recommend spending the extra money on VIP because the main floor was packed! They said mandatory coat check but then never told us to check our coats. You are required to wear heels but there is a lady in the bathroom selling flip flips. The drinks are expensive as you would think they are...I believe a bottle of Bud Light was $10. We booked the VIP ticket with $100 bar card...thats the way to do it. The $100 bar card will get you about 4 drinks if you are buying mixed drinks. I wouldnt go back but I am glad I went! Also make sure you watch your phone. Mine got pick pocked (probably my fault.) When I went to the Apple Store the next day, the person working said so many people come in for a new phone cause their phone got stollen from one of the night clubs.
It used to be more popular, but I think most of their resident djs have moved on. Definitely not my favorite nightclub in Vegas
Bartender scammed us. He Lied about the amount left on our bar cards because he was overwhelmed and didn’t want to process our request. Made us pay on top of the amount when there was for sure still money left on our preloaded cards. Watch out for these scammy bartenders here.
Awesome club, got in for free with the free promotion from Quincy. Girls drink for free from 11:30pm-12:30am. I took my girlfriend and she had so much fun. The free drinks is such a huge plus. I would definitely come again. Mainly techno music 🎶. My only gripe is the prices of the drinks. Theyre a bit high.
2nd time there... Once for Loud Luxury , 2nd for Garrix both times were great. Lines could get confusing but with VIP bar cards at 1130 we waited less than 10min. Security was very friendly , took pics for us , gave us extra light. Bartenders pretty quick too. Pricing ? Well its a nightclub so get ready for 12-25 bucks depending on your choice. It doesnt feel over packed like OMNIA
I was excited about going in until the door guys acted like they were above everyone. Im like yea no thank you, not ruining my vacation. I have been to many Htown upscale clubs and bars and we are always greeted with professionalism and great hospitality, why because there is absolutely no reason in life to act like you are above anyone. Like what is that?! SMH. Not impressed.
Horrible club, absolutely outrageous. The drinks are practically water and the bartender thought he was slick and intentionally overcharged me for a drink. Lets not forget, a big group of entitled, disrespectful, racist Indian thugs came in with came in the night we were there and started shoving any guys and girls that werent Indian. Security did absolutely nothing. MGM Grand has sank pretty low, wont be coming back or staying here. Trash and waste of money
This place is ok but overcrowded, so much so, that there is literally no place to walk. Normally we get a table here, but this time it was my buddy and I. There were so many people that we didnt even get a chance to go to the dance floor. Also, some professional training on the bar staff is well needed. Rude bar staff, is an understatement here. The guys at the door are fairly nice. Little overpriced as well.
Overpriced and overrated. the dj was not better than any spotify playlist. drinks are 20$ and more and even when inside the club we were not allowed to access the dance floor anymore because it was too crowded. the approximate waiting time was 2 hours. spend your money somewhere else!
As a local, this was my 1st nightclub in Vegas. I dont recommend it unless you have a table reserved, maybe then it could be fun? I took my friend who was visiting and we had tickets to see Lil Jon on a Saturday night. Got there around 1030 with general admin tickets. Thank goodness we didnt spend all of that extra money on VIP tickets which pretty much gets you entry by midnight, skip the line, and $100 drinking credit. We walked right in, there was no line so we saved $120 between the two of us doing this. The club was pretty much packed at 11pm, and they told us Lil Jon comes on around 130am.. What?? What did we pay for then? To see another DJ from 1030 until 130? We ordered a beer, water, and Cosmo .. it was $54 dollars. I cant make this up. Thats absolutely ridiculous. They take you in an elevator to floor 5 when you get there.. you cannot see anything from up there unless you reserved a table so this floor had zero purpose. We went down the stairs where it was filling up, and I assume the dance floor was level 3? Who knows. It was impossible to move in this place, it was overpacked, super hot, people smoking which was gross, spilling drinks all over the place, bumping/hitting you to get out of the way, trying to get to the dance floor where you cant even dance b/c there is no room, a line to get to the dance floor where someone lets so many people in at a time.. I mean it was just a horrible experience. Too expensive, too hot, too many people, waiting on Lil Jon for 3 hours.. listening to old weird music that plays for ten seconds and switches to something else.. Im too old for this.. it was just horrible I wanted to leave after being there 30 minutes.
The night club and music is amazing- but I highly recommend to NOT purchase the table and bottle service. They were not truthful when I called pricing varied was never told about the venue fee of 170$ on the 1000$ table, tip was included $280, once your bottles are gone they dont tell you - but they clear your table when your away from your table and close off that section and have to get your phones and purses from security and had to demand to get them back, we were told that bottles were going to be 495 per bottle for Titos vodka the cheap stuff and the night of- we were charged 695 per bottle. Not your own booth for 1000$ you share it with 3 other tables. We ended up spending a little over 1800$ for the night. What a joke I suggest to purchase general admission tickets.
Drinks were way overpriced and the dance floor was too small for the number of people in the club. Steve Aioki was awesome but by the time he came out it was almost 2 am which was way later than expected. The energy was crazy though.
Homophobic door staff. We went in a group of 7 to Hakkasan Night club, and the only gay member of the group was refused entry. Apparently on dress code, but was wearing trousers, shoes and a plain top, no different to the rest of us who were granted entry.Disgusting to see this sort of prejudice still in a modern world. Will never visit again. Will hope no one ever does
The staff was rude. I went in with some friends, we were on the guest list and I got my stamp and passed security. After few hours, we decided to leave but my husband wanted to stay so I left with my friend but as soon as I was outside I realized my husband had the car key. I went back to try to get in. The staff in front didnt want to let me in. He told me I needed 2 stamps which wasnt true... he made me go to the line again and I got in front of the cashier which isnt what I needed...I just needed to meet my husband and get the key.Staff isnt helpful or friendly. As local, I will never go back there.AVOID THAT PLACE!!!!
Horrible experience. Arrived at 10:30pm and paid $70 for two drinks. Proceeded to wait over three hours for Steve Aoki who never showed up. We ended up watched a terrible white dj until 1:30am when we finally left. Steve never showed... terrible experience do not recommend
Ultimate low quality with safe guarding your materials. The Club people asked us not to take the Jackets inside the club which is totally fine and they charged us $10 for each jackets. So we had to buy those tickets and when we asked to return back the Jackets after the party they lost one of our jackets. I requested them to check in their own recording cameras and they hardly took my words, never apologised or felt guilty on losing it or neither did they reimburse, PLEASE DONT CARRY ANYTHING WITH YOU, they dont take responsibility. Jeeezzzzz !!!
Scam, Upcharge for Dancefloor even with Tao Party Pass.
Security was very nice and helpful. Good music and crowd
We booked a $750-minimum table on the lounge level, which Id definitely consider worth the price. The level was EXTREMELY crowded by midnight, and our section practically empty. Plus, the DJ on the lounge level was playing some seriously bumping hip-hop remixes. I found it more fun to be there than watching Steve Aoki. The booking experience was straightforward, though rather than booking with their webform my contact was Carlos. Im glad that I called instead of just booking through the form--my questions were answered pretty easily, and when we got in line Carlos came over and helped get us squared away. However, there were some serious issues once we got inside. First and foremost, we were initially billed as the wrong person. This led to a lot of confusion as Id just signed for about $1,200 in charges across 3 different receipts (club charge, the bottle itself, and gratuity were, for some reason, all separate bills). Trying to resolve this issue when screaming as loud as possible makes you barely audible was even harder.Of course, we thought we had it sorted but it turns out it wasnt, meaning I was trying to resolve which billing was correct AGAIN while having had a few drinks. We were putting a lot of trust in the club since Id also had to initial every charge to confirm it and they werent voiding receipts in front of me, so I was quite wary Id just signed for double our order. For some reason, their credit card readers didnt work in our section, so the server would disappear with my card and machine for 20 minutes to go process our payment, adding further confusion and no small amount of frustration and wed sit idly waiting for them when we tried to close out. Most frustrating though, there was never a server around. Maybe it had to do with the fact that we were the only group in our section most of the time, so they moved our sections server to another area, but even when we wanted to order another bottle or get some refills on mixers, wed go 45-60 minutes between seeing a staff member at all, and usually it was a VERY frustrated looking floor manager who seemed to just be trying to find a server in the first place. I thought maybe they thought theyd make more on tips elsewhere, but we had to pay gratuity up front (what?) and I guess they thought my 30% wasnt good enough. Given the response, I regret my assumption that a high tip would ensure good service.I guess the silver lining was that because service was so bad I remained merely buzzed, instead of drunk, and therefore avoided my impulses to buy yet more bottles? The last thing was the mens room on the 3rd floor was comically dark. I want to say the lights werent working, because theres moody darkness and theres 3 of the 4 urinals are in blackness. I hope you dont mind peeing blind. When I cracked a joke about how it felt like I was going to get jumped back there, but seriously turn on some lights, the bathroom attendant said I was afraid of the dark. A weird interaction.
The venue is near perfect and very well run with good management. It is expensive at $100 plus to get in without long waits in lines which I am more than happy to pay.The two stars is for the laughable talent that performs at the club. I expect more when I am paying large entry fees and ten times that on alcohol. The talent spun barely mixed music which consisted of obscure 90s techno jams blended with candy shop hip-hop hits and jock jams. Truly disappointing for such a nice venue.I recommend this club but only on nights you know the talent. Hakkasan deserves its two stars because, for the high price it demands, not having good DJs every night is an inexcusable miss.
The music was good and bartenders were friendly though ridiculously overpriced, but this had to be one of the worst crowds Ive experienced. The place treats woman like a product and the aggressively drunk guys on the floor take full advantage of that. To be fair, security was on point as I saw multiple guys get kicked out for getting out of line, but vegas really does attract a trash crowd of bros looking to flex and get laid.
Overpriced for admission and drinks. Bartenders tell you different prices each time. Also, I believe they may be discriminatory. Security kept walking past bumping into us. Even when walking in we got dirty looks from them. It was just my hubby and I, we kept to ourselves. Do not recommend especially for black couples.
This is a qualified four-star review. First the negative: drinks are terribly overpriced (but strong pours), lines for drinks are comically long, headliners make you wait forever. But there were many positives. The club did a good job enforcing dress code. The club had a really incredible sound system. The light show was world-class. The table dancers were professional and tasteful. The security was thorough and made us feel safe. We had a blast.Budget $25+ per drink. Get two or three for the night before you leave the bartender, because you wont want to wait again. Fully evacuate your bladder prior to getting into the entry line. No food served. This is a place to dance or visit with a really baller friend who wants to pay for VIP table service.
Collared shirt REQUIRED! It doesnt list this on the website but my friend was denied entry due to having a plain blue t-shirt on. Club is pretty nice but once it gets packed theres not really many places to just stand and watch the DJ (if youre there to watch a certain performer). Dancefloor gets packed early on but later in the night it thins out. Lights and visual effects are good but sound system is lacking for a high-end club. Drinks are overpriced, but this is Vegas.
The bar staff makes up prices for drinks. They charged anywhere between $13-$20 for the same beer. I’ve witnessed the bouncers get unnecessarily rough with people for no apparent reason. Maybe a misunderstanding but management needs to make sure that doesn’t happen at all from its staff. It’s a relatively small club considering how many people they let in at a time. No space to breathe. Lil Jon put on a good show but the music before 1am was horrible in my opinion. Ladies should probably avoid heels and nice shoes in general. The floors are dirty and there isn’t anywhere to sit if you aren’t reserving a VIP lounge for $1200+.
This place is just another strip scam, but worse because its in a hotel. They charge $100 for 2 people for VIP, strip you of and MJ products, and then push you into a tiny area not worthy of a wait or additional VIP pricing.
This club was awesome! We had a great time cover was reasonable and there headliner performed for an hour! Unlike other places on the strip claiming to have big names but they only play 3 songs and leave!! Go here!! Best club on the strip by far!!!!
Decent experience here. Met some guy on street that comped our entry for us and gave us coupon for free drink (otherwise I wouldn’t go). Cool atmosphere but the drinks are expensive and nothing special. If you’re into dancing and pregame enough you’d probably like it.
Ive been here a couple of times, not as pretentious as some of the other clubs. Drinks about the same price as an average bar in London, although water costs more than a beer, so hydrate before you go. Staff are really nice.
Hakkasan was one of the best nightclubs my friends and I have been to! We saw Lil Jon in person and the lineup was great. 10/10
Horrible experience. Bouncers were really disrespectful. We weren’t even drunk and he started yelling and became verbally aggressive. To be fair years ago Hakkasan had a better vibe.
Where to start??? Paid $3k for a table days before to have it given away even though we got there before the time specified. Then they wanted to up charge us another $1k for a different table. Have a feeling they we’re always going to try the bait and switch. We still went in and couldn’t see the performance since they were all blocked by tables. The bar lines were ridiculously long. Drinks were horrible, way over crowded especially for covid… but the music was good so that deserves a star.
Worst club I’ve ever been to. Security forcefully took me and my friends to a secret room on a different floor and wouldn’t tell us why. Finally after like 10 minutes they told us they did all of that because they suspected us of stealing people’s phones. Obviously we didn’t, but they made us empty out our pockets and lift up our jeans so they could check if we had any stolen phones. They finally gave us a bs apology and let us go. When you really think about it, they could’ve took us anywhere at that point and no one would have ever known we were missing. DO NOT COME TO THIS CLUB
Nice light show and ceiling but they allow way too many people into both the dance floor and club. Its hard to find a place to stand let alone a place to dance
Good experience, the place is big but not enough since it is always packed! Its very hard to find enough room to dance!Do NOT sign up on the guest list (on weekend nights), you will have to show up before 10PM, and still have to wait an hour or more without knowing how much it will cost you until you reach the cashier. The best tip I could give is to buy a pre sale ticket (30$ for guys, 20$ for girls). We arrived 10 minutes before midnight and were inside 1 minute later!
Went for my sisters 21st birthday and it was an absolute blast! I’ve seen many bad reviews of this place but to be honest, it is for a reason. Nightclubs in Las Vegas are made for bottle service. So, unless you are a drop dead gorgeous girl, you may not even get into the club. And if you do, there is a lot of red tape to get in and while you are in there as far as getting drinks and getting on the dance floor. So I highly recommend getting bottle service. It can get pricy but the experience is well worth the cost. I paid nearly $4,000 for a table and even though it certainly hurt the bank account, it was 1000000% worth it and 11/10 recommend. The table was nice and private despite being in the heart of the action. We had it roped off with our own bouncer. We were free to bring in people who weren’t in our group to have a drink with no hassle. The table was in the main room and the staff was extremely accommodating. The bottle girls did the classic sparklers presentation for no extra cost. Julius especially was an exceptional host and made the night. There was a line to get on the dance floor and he escorted us right past everyone and got us right in front of the DJ booth. Kaskade was an incredible act. He performed for damn near 2 hours which was a pleasant surprise considering sometimes acts don’t even take the stage at some clubs in vegas. The rest of the crowd was dope. Wide variety of ages but everyone was there to have a good time. No one was there to scheme or scam people. If you are going to Las Vegas and want to properly enjoy the night life, I have to recommend Hakkasan and purchase bottle service. You will have the best time of your life. They have made a customer for life here. If anyone who works for TAO Group reads this, keep doing your thing, and give Julius a raise!
The place is nice but the bartender scammed me for over $900. He new I was drunk and asked for $500 for 2 drinks.
Got with a promoter and got in last minute. People who worked the line were polite yet firm. Be careful, drinks at the bar will cost you way more than before you get in. My advice if you want to drink do it before you go and then just have fun. Packed dance floor and great music.
Got free tix while hanging out at the MGM sportsbook. A promoter out me on tge list. Thanx promoter. Saw Awakening at the Wynn and headed back over to MGM for the night cap. Steve Aoki rocked the the room. It was packed and I could barley move. People didnt seem to be dancing they were like staring. Not cool. But the DJ was on point. And the guy before Aoki was solid too.
I dont usually enjoy going to clubs. My wife and friends drag me to them from time to time and I dont have a good time. This club was different. The layout was awesome and even though it was packed it was easy to get a drink or get to the dance floor. The DJ was a top DJ from Norway and he lived up to his reputation. He was the best DJ I have ever seen. All in all it was a wonderful experience.
I was in Vegas in April and came across the restaurant. I made it a priority to be my go to when back in town. How about 1Jun we had reservations get there and seated all the way in the back near the kitchen door when the restaurant was essentially empty. Very disappointed I thought we were beyond race.
This is a nice club. My wife and I went on a Sunday. Cover was 20/30 for men/women but it is usually easy to find a promoter on the street in front of MGM and they can get a ratio of 1:1 women:men or higher in for free. We arrived at 11pm and we got 1 free drink ticket for arriving early. Club is pretty sweet, lots of bottle service areas. Pounding sound system and great lighting. Dont go here unless you are looking for a big club scene and/or to dance. Mind the dress code. Drinks are expensive so pre party before entering.
Overall, for my first Vegas night club experience it was fine. I got free admission with my wife via online guest list. We arrived 45 minutes early and got in at a little after opening.Really cool venue, Smokey, tons of reserved seating for a cost. No where to sit and awkward to stand if you dont pay.Drinks were insane, and I wont be going back for that reason. Overall its kinda cool but I wouldnt pay or wait more than what we waited to get in.
We fortunately didnt have to pay a cover since a promoter reached out. The drinks were as basic and expensive as weve ever had. If you dont pay for bottle service, you wont find a spot to sit in this club. We decided not to stick around.
Worst customer service ever. this company does not value the safety of its patrons that frequent it’s night club. On Saturday, July 16 an incident happened where a potential harmful situation occurred and everyone had to flee the hotel for their own safety. Me and my friends ran for our lives fearing the worst and when it was cleared by the police department of the city we chose not to return in fear of another incident. I have been in contact with the customer service department where they refuse to give me a refund because the situation was deemed not credible and they contain operation as normal. If the worst had happened would they still deny a refund if there were dead bodies on the floor. All I asked for was for a simple refund and all they do is give me the same runaround answer that I have a years time to purchase new tickets that I may not even come back in years time to use. If anybody in the future attend this nightclub be wary of what you buy because they might not give you a refund even if your life depends on
Worst VIP club experience I have ever had in my life much less Las Vegas. Bought an upper VIP table bought bottle service after bottle service and spent $1000s in this place last night, it was terrible. Staff was EXTREMELY rude to everyone in our group and everywhere we went in the club we were treated terrible, the hassled us all night non stop, then ended up making us leave because some staff member said he thought he saw one of our party “drop some ice” on the lower level. Keep in mind we had been a very laid back and quiet group all night. I can’t believe when spending the 1000s we did we got treated like that. Our group and our company’s will NEVER attend this club again.
Only worth going if you have a table, because the dance floor is tiny in favor of a million reserved tables. There is an incense sent that burn throughout the club smells like a hippie yoga studio and makes the place foggy. The staff is nice, but that isnt why I came. I been to Vegas a few times and Im used to the crowded dance floor but I got here SUPER early and was able to see the actual size and Im pretty sure my hotel room at MGM park was bigger or maybe they were the same size. Regardless, too small for as many people as they let in. P.s. I feel like I need to mention I had a table just in case anyone thinks Im salty😂
Went on Saturday night to see DJ Zedd. Lines were long to get in and the club was crowded, as expected.Bought the $100 Bar Card (which includes your admission), arrived at 1 AM, skipped the line and walked right in after a quick security check. If youre going to drink, GET THE BAR CARD.No issues using the bar card in the club, bartenders were easily accessible despite how crowded it was. Your card will get you about 4 drinks with tips.Dance floor is pretty small for the club size, alot of floor space for bottle service tables (also expected). If you want to actually get on the dance floor, you cant show up at 1 AM like we did.
Terrible bouncers working up front, got told my ID was fake and that I could “talk to metro police” which I did and ended up being right. At the end, they didn’t let me in and I was a MGM rewards member, bunch of a-holes, go to Foundation room. Best view in town and drinks are cheap, vibes are great!
After living in Miami for many years there was a time I used to go clubbing pretty frequent. First of all hakkasan is super small and crowded it was impossible to move from one place to other. It felt completely unsafe. Bartenders are super sketchy first of all they dont want to take your VIP Bar card with the preloaded money. After 1 am or so they only want to get paid cash and were not even taking debit cards. I guess it is a hustle for money. For some reason the price of the drinks were diferent every time we órdered despite ordering same thing.
Super long wait even though we got there early. The staff is rude. They kept asking my friend how drunk he was, in order words they were looking for an excuse to get him to leave because they didn’t want men. Only women. Even tried to make him walk in a straight line as a “sobriety test” which is so embarrassing. We ended up getting annoyed and leaving. The staff also takes bribes to let people skip the line and things like that, which is just annoying.
We got added to a guest list so we didnt have to pay to get in. The guest list gave us 2 free drinks, but we werent there in time to receive them, and bummer too, because the well drinks and beers are over $20. The dance floor was expansive and the layout made it not too crowded to move around, and the lights on the ceiling are mesmerizing. The DJ who was playing before the nights artist (Lil Jon) was unbearable. He switched between trendy sing along songs every 15-25 seconds, which made for terrible dancing. It was irritating trying to adjust to a new beat just as you got into one. We left after 25 minutes. Overall, the positives: an interesting venue with a good sound system and cool light shows. The negatives: drinks are an absolute rip off and warmup dj was rough.
My girlfriend and I visited the club this past Thursday night. After reading a number of scathing reviews I was hesitant. The club however turned out to be awesome! The club had a number of different levels and also a club within a club (Ling Ling - a more intimate R&B vibe). The main club played EDM and the talent behind the DJ booth is immense. Oliver Heldens, an up and coming star, rocked the house with ease. The crowd was dense however there wasnt an issue finding a place to dance at either club. As mentioned in a number of posts, the drinks are expensive so I too would recommend drinking elsewhere or planning on spending a few dollars. As for security, there were a substantial number of guys however they were respectful and professional throughout the night. The crowd at the club was also a blast. Everyone seemed to be respectful and fun!! It was a great night with great people. Truly a unique and awesome experience for us! Enjoy!
Saturday Jan 13, 2018.On guest list @10:30 pm huge line up , get in about 11:30 pm. Place already packed, dance floor forget it totally packed. By 12:00 am can’t move..bar service fairly quick considering the amount of people. Expensive $12 beer $19 cocktails...good thing we don’t paid to get in!!Music good, atmosphere great, overall satisfied. Next time trying a Thursday!
After spending an evening in the VIP section of Hakkasan and spending a few thousand dollars, we were kicked out of the restroom for no reason. I still dont understand why. Do not go there!
I am not one to write reviews, but this place was awful!Terrible experience. Staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and not willing to help. I asked a bouncer 1 simple question....what line do you go in if you pre-purchased a ticket and his response was...why are you still standing here, keep moving. Awful venue. Very crammed. 1 vodka redbull was 32$ 🤣. Never going back.
I had so much fun last night, I really did. Only reason it is two stars is because there was someone on the dancefloor STEALING phones and wallets from people, my friends phone being one of them. There was also a girl next to us, whos phone was also stolen at the same time. I feel as if nothing was really done. I am only saying that because after my friends phone was stolen, we went back to the the dancefloor, and then this girl in front of us got her phone stolen and two guys by us also got their phone stolen, and then another guy got his wallet stolen. the person was still on that dance floor, stealing from people ALL NIGHT. & it didnt seem like anything was being done to find him. so if you decide to go, just know that there might be someone there just to rob you, and they do it because at the end of the day security doesnt do much to find them.
Dope experience fir NYE. They had free drinks from 9pm-11pm. Make sure you get a booth so your not standing all night lol
We were supposed to see a different concert but ended up finding out we had been given fraudulent tickets. (Thanks Viagogo!) Super bummed out and too late to get to many other shows, I remembered that Tiësto would be at Hakkasan, so we headed over to hopefully salvage the night. First, I was charged $50 and my husband was charged $100 for cover. So ridiculous. Earlier, promoters had been out on the Strip offering free admission but I didn’t take them up on that due to our original plans. If you feel that you must go, make sure you find a promoter beforehand. After paying the $20 per person cost check, we made our way inside. The lights and music were definitely good. But the $20+ price tag per drink, rude staff, and basic, vapid patrons were not so great. We went straight to the middle of the dancefloor and danced for hours. I had fun for sure, but eventually there were so many people I couldn’t even move let alone dance. We left around 1:30am and Tiësto hadn’t even made his appearance. It was extremely difficult to get out—people were absolutely jam-packed into every inch of that space. In the elevator on the way down several other people were remarking on how ridiculously packed it was and all were relieved to be getting the hell out of there. I wouldn’t recommend you spend your time or money here.
