One of the best massage experiences I have had. The environment is peaceful and serene. The manipulation of the muscles they do are amazing. I walked in with pain and tension build up and walked out a brand new woman. I will definitely go again

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. My husband scheduled me a massage today 6/2/24. After selecting my services he was asked to pay upfront for them. As I’m getting the massage the lady kept walking out the room LEAVING THE DOOR OPENED, she was extremely rough to the point I could t even relax, let alone fall asleep! As the massage was over and I was getting dressed, the lady walks in the room without knocking… I was in the middle of putting on my bra! Then as I’m walking out the room she comes in and shuts the door and demands that I tip her. I let her know that my husband was bringing me cash to tip, she then tells me to stay in the room until he gets there! I told her absolutely not! I will never book here again and wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to book here! Safe yourself an experience from hell and go somewhere else like Massage Envy, which I do have a membership with but they were booked today.

Id like to recommend Natural Elements Spa to everyone near and far to experience an adventure of a lifetime.The massage was fantastic and the atmosphere was splendid...I am scheduling an appointment asap (this week in fact). I am looking forward to it and I have informed several people at work and elsewhere to go there...I need not say much more because you too will enjoy the total massage given and your body will sincerely thank you.Sergeeo

Worst massage I ever had!! When she started she started massaging my head with oil all over her hands. Who wants hair full of oil?? Save your money and go somewhere else!

The lady that did my massage did not perform a full body massage, she massaged one area almost the whole time and not the main spots. she then demanded a tip blocked the door or I could not leave and told me not to come back not that I would anyway

Didn’t charge her the full amount at first then demand a tip without even allow her to give one didn’t give us my privacy to get dressed keep walking in the room didn’t like the walk on the back part but my husband did wont go back!!.

The Asian massage was excellent. I arrived tense and left relaxed, stretched and serene. It was Wonderful! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is welcoming and excellent massage therapists. I look forward to another massage soon!

My husband and I had a wonderful massage. The ladies were very down to earth and even helped take care of our baby while we had our massage. It was a little difficult to communicate, but that was expected.

My 1st and last time coming here . Me and my husband payed for the same message but ended up giving us different things my husband didn’t get his back stepped on and I did I didn’t get any oil but my husband did gave us cold towels that were supposed to be hot once finished they were begging for a tip before we had the option to give them one or not complete waste of money

Went for a couples massage with my husband. They ladys we had where very nice. We where also happy since they had an opening to go in today. Hoping to go back soon. Thanks ladys for a relaxing birthday.

Not worth the time. The person wss lut more than on the job! They did not know anything about doing a massage!

I went to Kim. She did the hot stones and walked on my back and everything. She was great. I’ll definitely be back to see her.

Called ten minutes before I got there and she said we can get you in. Gave me a wonderful and professional hour massage, mixed in with reflexology and a hot stone massage, she was very nice and targeted my neck and back like I asked her, and I feel fantastic. Highly recommend this place and I will be back 🙏🏾

I definitely recommend the couples massage for all couples or even single massage , me and my boyfriend went together and enjoyed every bit of it , we will be back again

It was very unpleasant experience yesterday. They bruised my back by standing on it. I would not recommend this place because they could hurt someone’s spine. I will not return there.😌

The lady could of used more pressure but getting everything with your massage was great. I really enjoyed the hot oil and stones.

My experience at Natural Elements was extremely well I recommend anybody and any couple. Staff are well experience and friendly. It was an absolute great all around experience.

I called for an appointment they said come right in I get there five minutes later and she says shes too busy 5 minutes in the past there were three guys outside waiting to be serviced lol

Horrible service just went there and they told me to come back tomorrow it’s 7 o’clock they close at 10 ! Like who runs business like that . And told me to call first
