Had the time of my life. Got to book early and everything turned out to be fun. I recommend the boat and yacht parties plus try out jet skis for a good price.

By far the worst experience of my life I planned a 30th birthday party for myself and a 60th birthday party for my mother which included:Jet skiParasailing2 yachtsA chefI paid for this well in advance and 15 min prior to the party I got a call saying that the captain of one of the boats was in a severe accident and damn near dead. For one I’m a registered nurse that work in the hospital the story was not adding up to me. But ok I attempted to be patient but then they stated If I wanted another yacht I would have to pay 800 dollars after I already paid them in full.I didn’t see a chef, a yacht, a jet ski nothing they weren’t able to accommodate me or any of the money spent. The young man had told me he was going to comp the food that was purchased but he sent me money to pay the balance to the one yacht we did have which I don’t even know why that wasn’t paid through the company.I just felt as though it was very unprofessional, I had communications that was not needed and there was no solution for the extra money I sprint or the money that was now gone.As a business they need to get a business card or something… insurance something to help with situations like this. It’s not my job to care about business situations….UPDATE: 4 weeks later still no refundUpdate: 5 months later no refund lost all my money and was blocked. They will steal your money do not use them if you value your money.

THIS IS A BOOKING COMPANY, THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY PROVIDE THE JETSKIS.That being said.. horrible experience. Reservation for 11am. We did not actually receive any instructions. Just a check-in location.We arrived at the location on time and there was nobody there. After a series of phone calls we had to go to another address because the skis at that location were getting serviced (we booked like 2 weeks in advance) and spend another $20 on uber to get there.Then we get there and wait 20 minutes in a random park to find out that the jetskis are stuck in the water and no one knows when they will be back.Normally I am pretty forgiving with small business but the lack of courtesy on the phone was inexcusable. I get that you are a broker but if youve been in business 10+ years like you say you have, you would know that you are just as accountable as the service provider. 1/5 for a timely refund.All we got was an hour of sitting in the sun waiting, and $30 in extra uber costs that we were not reimbursed for.

Booked jet ski. They sent us to a park where you couldn’t even get on jet ski. It had a sign that clearly said NO JET SKI! Reservation was at 6pm the instructor wasn’t answering so called who we booked thru and the instructor was apparently still on the water. Waisted my time coming from South Beach.

DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT rent anything with this agency or any agency in general!!!!!!rented jet-skies did a 40 dollar deposit, and everything went to trash once they start giving you different addresses after getting a uber to the first location they send you…then come to find out half way to the first location they send us they texted us a different address and had to pay another uber or reroute my uber for more money you (wont) get reimbursed for then 5 different phone number will start messaging you and would be the worst experience you will experience never actually rode the jet skies and wasted money on Uber’s for no reason what so ever ..DONT DO IT ..I ENDED UP GETTING A REFUND 2 WEEKS LATER AFTER A LONG HEADACHE!go directly to the source and avoid a headache..all there good reviews are fake accounts or fake people !

Scammed!!Although I did not deal much with this specific company, they were used as a middle man for my jet ski rental. They are meant to research locations and direct you to them and charge a small fee for their service. The jet ski rental place they directed me to was a 2.5 star location with plenty of reviews explaining its unreliability. I ended up being out 125 dollars because of Party Worlds carelessness for booking me with a shady business that wasted my time and did not deliver what was promised. I did not think a place that was so highly reviewed would even deal with a company that clearly was unprofessional and shady.

Had so much fun Rosa was amazing and the parasailing and jet skiis were so much fun!!! Can’t wait to go back

This is a scam company, they don’t own any boat or jet ski. They still my money and get no service. I booked a package for 1150$ for 3 hours. Jet ski was supposed to be 3hrs I only got 30 mns . The captain started 40 minutes late and gave us 1h and half when it supposed to be 3hrs and he made us felt uncomfortable on the boat because I caught him speaking Spanish with the jet guy to not let me ride if i don’t pay extra money . When i contacted party world now telling over the phone they are just a booking company . Just got scammedThis happened Saturday 8th

Bless lied to us and told us that that the party was from 7-11 and it was more like 730-950. But the party was super fun but yeah it’s not 3 full hours at all

I contacted this company to reserve jet skis for my group, which was an easy and straightforward process. The problem was that the jet ski company they set us up with was 305 Miami Tours, a company with overwhelmingly bad reviews, which was essentially a massive scam. It ended up being a five hour ordeal, where only one of which was actually spent on jet skis, and even then, not all of us got to ride because half of them were broken. One of our riders was hit by an employee on a jet ski and was launched off of it. It was a horrible experience and ruined the main day of our bachelor party trip. The fact that this 5 star company is working with this scummy 305 Miami tours company makes no sense to me.

I have a hard time trusting people, but talking to Bless helped me understand that there are still genuine and caring people out there, that really want to let you have a good experience. He is very professional, and on his game. I will 100% be working with him anytime I head out to Miami!
