I had my first lymphatic drainage massage here and it was amazing. The ambiance and energy is so soothing and calming. Julieta and Mariana were so kind and friendly. I am very happy with the results too. I have a lot of swelling and fluid retention. After the massage it’s gone down considerably. I would 100% recommend!

I just visited the spa, the most relaxing experience I’ve had in a while, from the booking process to the front desk, the wait time, the parking, everyone was so accommodating, the spa is beautiful indoors, it’s comfortable, the ambiance is spectacular, the professional in charge of my massage was very savy, I recommend her name is Yerling, I didn’t feel discomfort or pain, she was vocal and I understood every step of the massage, at the same time the massage was quiet and relaxing I will be back

I had a lymphatic drainage massage at Ultrashape for the first time today. It was absolutely amazing. Reception was warm and welcoming and their reception area clean and comfortable. Paula took care of my massage and she was phenomenal. Literally the best massage of my life. The only negative thing I could think of is that they’re in Miami and I’m based in NY. But the owner was hinting at opening a location there soon, if they do they already have a loyal regular.

Had a Tuesday special lymphatic massage. The place is cozy but I could hear everything that was going on by the reception. This made it hard to really relax. The massage itself was mediocre. I felt like too many techniques were used but didn’t really accomplish anything. I wanted to love it, since it had great reviews but it just wasn’t the best especially if you are paying the full price.

I have been suffering from poor posture and after a year of stress at work, I was going back to my posture work out routine as my chronique headaches, upper back pain and neck pain were coming back, along with chronique cold and sinus infections. Despite my posture workout, I had a hard time relaxing my neck and upper back and felt that I needed a good massage at that point. I had been contemplating The Shape Spa for months for the lymphatic drainage treatments. They are conveniently located in my neighborhood and had great marketing and reviews. Almost too good to be true and their pricing through me off a little. So I kept checking them out without ever booking. I finally decided to book a much needed last minute neuromuscular massage today. Bettina, the masseuse, asked about the areas to target and she immediately understood my issues. She started working on the tensed muscles with the perfect pressure. It did not hurt but was hard enough to slowly relax the tension out and allow me to enjoy the moment. I feel extremely good now, and all my pains have dramatically decreased. The place is clean, it looks good and cozy. I will be back..

I had deep tissue massage at Shape Spa and it was a total game-changer, hitting all the right spots and easing out muscle tension after a few days of intense skiing. The therapists here really know their stuff and make you feel super comfortable, nailing that perfect balance between pressure and relaxation. Plus, the tranquil ambiance and most friendly staff, Shape Spa provides a therapeutic escape that revitalises both body and eases the mind.

Matilda was great. The service was excellent and very professional. I have a torn labrum in my hip and did an MPS pain management treatment. Its definitely a unique treatment and worth it. Thank you 5 stars!

Super professional, clean and incredible staff. I’ve have 3 lymphatic massages here now and wow, I’ve never had one like this. The Brazilian technique is legit! I enjoy 20-30 minutes of infrared sauna after…the extra sweat really makes a difference.I’m impressed with how organized and professional this place is. You can tell they really pride themselves on this. Everything from the greeting at the front desk to the little touches in the room (nicely folded towels, candies, tea and waters, robes etc) to the competitive pricing - this little gem was a good find. Would recommend!

I have been to UltraShape Spa twice now and both times had an amazing experience. As someone who suffers from digestion issues and always bloated, I like coming here to get back to feeling normal. It’s not your “regular” massage as it focuses a lot on your stomach but Sylvia and Amanda are both incredible and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the process. Generally speaking you feel a size smaller and look more tone (at least for a few days) but again I just enjoy the full body reset from it. 10/10 recommend!

My daughter talked me into getting a lymphatic drainage massage I am speechless. The results were absolutely amazing. I am forever grateful for this experience and the outcome. My legs and feet were so swollen and tight I could barely walk. You can now see my ankles. I look normal again. I wish you were here in Pa definitely worth a flight to Miami again if needed!!!! Very professional.

The sheets smelled of body odor and oil; they clearly hadn’t changed them between clients. Instead of a massage, you get oiled with the laziest touch you can’t even feel. Waste of time and money.They must have posted their own reviews that appear decent.

I am so glad I found this spa after my 360 Lipo surgery. My experience with ultrashape was exceptional from start to finish. The staff is kind and accommodating. I worked with Grace and Sylvie but mostly with Andressa. All were highly skilled and well versed in the healing process. Andressa was so committed to my healing process, maybe even more so than my surgeon! if I lived in Miami I would see them regularly for all of their service offerings. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Love UltraShape! I’ve noticed immediate results from just after one treatment and incredible improvement after a series of treatments. Everyone is so processional and nice, booking process is easy and very seamless!

Grace is the leading expert in lymphatic massages. She is the only masseuse I would recommend. She has extensive knowledge of the body/lymphatic system and specializes in painless drainage. She is able to drain post surgical patients with no discomfort at all. While a surgeon spends a few hours with patients in the operating room, Grace spends weeks and months reshaping and perfecting work and undoing trauma to the body. She cares. She takes her time no matter how long. She never rushes, she scans your entire body up and down and comes up with a new plan each massage unique to your bodys needs. Sadly, many surgeons send patients to clinics where the masseuses are not trained in body anatomy or the lymphatic system at all and they use brute force to break down fibrosis leading to more inflammation, body trauma, and even permanent damage. As a result, patients greatly suffer and get injuries because the practitioners lack knowledge and skill. Brute force is never necessary post surgical and is a strong indicator your practitioner has no clue what they are doing. Its completely unnecessary to undergo such pain. Grace achieves unparalleled results in what feels like a spa treatment. Everyone who leaves her office is in awe of what she achieves in what feels like a nap/relaxation time. My only regret is not finding her sooner.

Don’t think the masseuse was certified, didn’t address an area in neck I mentioned, continued in the same circular motion over and over same area, bended my knee back without asking if I had issues with my knee just felt very inexperienced

Don’t go there!!! There are so many places that respect clients more. I purchased a bundle of massages and after the first one wanted to cancel the rest because they broke a capillary under my eye. The owner didn’t care and didn’t response to messages, and they said the package is non refundable!!! Even though I didn’t use all of them! How absurd.They only care about money there and about cheap selling. Not worth anything
