We thoroughly enjoyed our experience beginning to end working with Fred Astaire’s dance company. They helped choreograph our wedding dance! We worked with Emily and she was so on it! She helped us with literally every step. It came out perfect!!! We got so many compliments from our guests and we didn’t feel like we had to learn an entire new dance style to feel like we mastered our one dance. We can’t wait to take future classes with them down the road!

I have been dancing for years and recently switched to Fred Astaire Coral Gables when I moved to Miami.They are truly one of the top studios in the country. Not only is it fun but they truly care about the quality of instruction. If you really want to learn how to dance, you must come here! 🪩

We took lessons for our first dance & the choreography was so beautiful & elegant for our french chateau wedding. Thank you Silvio for working with us & creating a routine that wow’ed our guests! I have extensive dance experience and this facility and the faculty are professional without question .The studio has fab location parking and very big . Great flooring, sound equipment , everyone is trained and respectful. A great time for all tiers of dance .

We HIGHLY recommend taking classes at Fred Astaire. My husband and I took lessons with Nikita, one of their instructors, for our first dance and they helped us to feel confident and relaxed on our wedding day.For one thing, Nikitas experience really shone through.Nikita had stepped in as a new hire because our original instructor had left, and in our FIRST class, Nikita had choreographed 2/3rds of our dance, despite coming in with no context. He didnt know the lyrics for the song we had chosen (due to a slight language barrier), but Nikita captured the essence of the song and the drama of our love story EXPERTLY. We applaud Fred Astaire for hiring instructors who are skilled enough to step in for situations like ours and who have an instinct for dance.Additionally, Nikita was very professional.He did not waste any time with idle chit-chat or small talk during our lessons. He used all 50 minutes of our lessons to teach us the choreography, drill moves through repetition, and correct our mistakes. He was always honest with us about how we could improve, and so we feel that we really got our moneys worth with Nikita.We really enjoyed our experience with Fred Astaire and we are hoping to go back in the future :)

My boyfriend and I had our first introductory salsa/tango lesson and we loved it. Emily was our instructor. She was patient and teaches very well. It was so much fun!!! Nice staff. We obviously signed up for more classes. Highly recommend this studio.

Wonderful studio ran by wonderful people. They hosted our womens group for a salsa dance class and we had such a nice time! Im personally not comfortable dancing and Vladimir and Vera made it so much fun! Highly recommend!

Our experience at Fred Astaire was amazing. My (now wife) and I came for wedding dance lessons and from the moment we walked in, Valeria and the staff were all incredibly sweet and welcoming to us. We were very nervous and uncomfortable, especially being an LGBT couple looking for dance lessons, and I cannot stress enough how wonderful it was to be met with such great people at this studio. Every lesson with our dance instructor was valuable and our dance came out perfectly. Thank you so much to Valeria and the entire team at Fred Astaire. We cannot recommend this studio more to anyone who wants a lovely and fun experience learning to do something that is new and difficult - it makes all the difference in the world!

Wow, what an amazing experience! We came in for wedding dance lessons and couldnt be happier with the outcome. Received a standing ovation at our wedding! Vera and Vladimir choreographed our dance with ease..they were incredibly patient and kind through all our practice sessions. Looking forward to more fun lessons and learn other dance styles....its such a great way to get out and get some exercise and have fun while doing it!

I joined the Fred Astaire Coral Gables studio 8 years ago. Vera and Vladimir Kosarev, owners of the studio, are not just terrrific dancers but knowledgeable and skilled teachers and coaches that lead an excellent team of instructors. They offer group and individual lessons for all ages, host monthly parties allowing students to practice in a social setting and for those who are interested in taking their dancing further, there is the opportunity to participate in ballroomCompetitions. Dancing is not just life endeavor but also great exercise.

Ive been ballroom dancing on and off for over two years now and this is the third studio that I have tried. I started in Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Coral Gables ten months ago and has been the best of all three by far.The quality of the teaching, the physical facilities (great dance floor) and general atmosphere have made a difference. I have improved my level of dancing in a very short period of time, starting going to Pro-am competitions recently with very good results.Whether you want to learn social dancing or start competing pro-am, this is the place to be.

Ive always loved to dance and thought that it would be cool to learn ballroom. I was intimidated at first, but the staff at Fred Astaire made me feel comfortable and worked with me to not only learn how to dance, but build my confidence on the dance floor. So much so, that its been 2 years since I first started there and I have gone on to compete at various Pro-Am competitions. Whether you are looking to learn a dance for a special occasion or social event, or are looking for a fun and exciting new hobby, I highly recommend this studio. The level of instruction is superior and the owners, Vera & Vladimir Kosarev are young and enthusiastic World Masters Ballroom Champions. Try it out. You wont be disappointed.

This place brought me from having zero dancing skill to truly feeling (and being) good at dance. Not only that, I discovered an entire new world and a new hobby I love. All the instructor are friendly, professional, and amazing dancers. I can’t sing their and this studio’s praises highly enough.

This is an amazing dance studio. Ive been dancing and competing for many years and this is by far the best dancing environment Ive been part of. If you want top notch instructors, who are in their prime, still competing themselves you should give it a try. You will be part of the coolest group of people and will have many opportunities to perform, from studio showcases to national competitions depending on what you are wiling to do. I love it!

The studio is one of the most fun places you can imagine. The instructors are very skilled, attentive, patient, and entertaining. The students are friendly and socialize with each other and the studio often hosts parties / other events and encourages you to participate in competitions. If you decide to take lessons here, they will end up becoming the highlight of your day!

Amazing place with amazing atmosphere! Love coming here to dance and get fit and relax! I had never danced before coming to the studio and now I cant live with out it! Its been my studio for 8 years and it has been an amazing impact on my quality of life!

Their team is both professional and a joy to be around. They spend a great deal of effort to get to know you and it pays off with tailored lessons that are just as much fun as they are challenging. Bonus: This is fun for the whole family. They may be even better with children than with adults (is a 6-star rating possible?).
