Natalia Escabias Luxury Spa

I booked a facial and massage for my friend’s birthday and I was so pleased with everything. We didn’t even get to sit in the adorable waiting area because within a minute of walking in, we were greeted and put in our room. They offered us water and wine. I can’t give a wine review because we decided on just water lol. My massage and facial were with Soraida (I hope I’m spelling it right) and I LOVED the way she massaged my upper back and neck. I have rheumatoid arthritis and get a lot of inflammation and discomfort in that area and I honestly feel so relaxed even hours later. While doing the facial, she would ask if I was experiencing any discomfort from the products and she gave me great advice on what acids to use for my chin acne and for the overall health of my skin. My friend and I left there glowing!

I am super disappointed with the place. I made a reservation for a couple massage for Mothers Day for my mom. After they had us waiting for 30 minutes, they told me that they didnt know anything about the appointment and that they didnt have availability for another hour or so. I even showed up the email with the confirmation . Its disrespectful. They are totally uncoordinated. I will never come to this place again and I do not advise nobody to visit them.

I had a friend gift me a gift certificate to this spa for my birthday(the best gift ever!!, consider one for your family member or friend as a gift). This was my first time at this spa and I had such an amazing experience from the minute I contacted the spa to the minute I left. The location is gorgeous, the aromatherapy relaxes you from the door. I had a massage session with SHANINA who is so so sweet, amazing at what she does and so polite & considerate. The staff at this location goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be back soon and look forward to my next appointment. I am recommending the spa to all my friends.

Terrible experience, my therapist tried to put music on YouTube several times and ads came, and she was frustrated and complaining, while giving me a very poor quality massage, for moments, I wanted the massage to be over. When she asked how the massage was, I nicely told her that I didnt enjoy it and explained to her that if she didnt want ads in YouTube, a subscription has to be paid, and to keep that into consideration for future clients, that we pay to relax and not to listen the therapist complaining.The person charging for the massage was more interested in taking the credit card out of my hand than from knowing what happened and didnt offer any compensation or discount.I really dont like to write bad reviews, but I had high expectations with this place given all the 5 star reviews and this was very disappointing. Definitely wont recommend nor come back.

The first time I visited this place was absolutely magical. The energy you feel as soon as you step into the spa is gold. A mix of peace, love, and joy! But when you feel the healing power of Natalias gifted hands over your body to help you reach your best comfort level, its simply heaven. It took me more than 10 minutes to come back to Earth and realize my session with her had ended. Of course, always wanting to go back to get more of her amazing treatments and sweetness. Johannas sweetness always makes sure your appointment is perfection and books your next visit to keep living in SPAradise! Thank you, ladies! Your talent and attention is an open invitation to get more and more!

I had a wonderful French manicure done for my visit. I’m glad I was lucky enough to get in with a walk in appointment and they did not hesitate to serve me. They keep their instruments sanitized and well kept which was one of my favorite parts. I wish I could remember the name of my mani pedi technician but my session didn’t hurt and my nails look pristine! They have a beautiful and spacious area and tranquil vibes! Will definitely be visiting again 💯

Natalia escabias spa is a sensational experience. From the moment you walk in the spa you immediately feel a calming energy. Natalia treats you in a very unique way always pointing out the positive in you. The massage is amazing I went there super stressed and left feeling so relaxed I was impressed. When they say the massages are personalized it’s very true my mom and my sister went and the 3 of us got a different but not less special approach. 10 stars for me !!

I don’t have much patience to be laying in bed with someone squeezing me. However, I gave it a try and I really liked it! The environment is very welcoming plus the massage I did felt so good and needed! After the massage I did a Reiki session and it were the best 2 hours I spent and I did not think I had the patience for! I felt great!

Fantastic experience at this new spa in Miami! I was first of all amazed by Natalia’s hands after a full hour facial massage. It felt great and my skin looked very glowy at the end! The location is also great with lots of space to ger nails, hair etc! Ready to try very soon!

I felt like a queen, pampered, special, we all need this! The world is very toxic right now. Get away, and have Nara give you a detoxification and relaxation massage. She uses all natural holistic techniques that are refreshing and very effective. I will make this part of my monthly rituals for sure.

Entering the Spa is like entering an oasis of peace and tranquility. Music and soft light; They speak to you calmly, while transmitting positive energy.Today I was there as a mystery shopper to check out the service offered and I was pleasantly surprised.Each and every one of the people who work in the spa pay attention to themselves, and if you come from Spain like me, they can draw attention to how little they give themselves.Very professional, they responded to my concerns without hesitation for a second, lengthening the explanation with much more information. A luxury.For me, the best are massages; They leave me feeling like new and always know where to play to relax you. If you thought you were fine, you come out better. And you can see it.It has a sauna, hairdresser and various other services that it is better to discover because you will not find them anywhere else.My congratulations to Natalia and her great work team.In short, highly recommended.

My husband gave me a package that included a manicure, pedicure, facial and massage. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with a great greeting. Everything was excellent, especially the facial and massage. I am 8 months pregnant and I really needed to relax. All the girls who helped me were excellent. They definitely gained a client. My son and I were accompanied by my wife who had already visited various businesses and spas, but could not find the one that would fit her individual interests. We were treated in a holistic way, with passion, with the desire to listen, with taking the time to make beauty recommendations and suggestions, without rushing and above all without wanting to impose, without prejudices and without preconceived ideas. The first time I went to this salon was by chance, I had gone to unik and they didnt have an appointment and while walking I found this salon, now it has become my favorite waxing place, quite spacious enough for social distancing and what I love is that they clean between client and client and they disinfect, a pleasant surprise to find this place where they use hard wax, the beautician quite friendly, very professional, I really wouldnt change it 👍👍👍nice place!
