Visiting this nail salon on my vacation and I’m very happy with my summer nails. Jay did an awesome job on my full set. He was very patient, took his time and paid attention to every detail on my nails. The shop is super clean and everyone is very friendly. Definitely going back to this shop when I come down here.

The staff was very friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. I believe the photos speak for themselves, the nail tech did an incredible job. Was beautiful inside the building and also clean. I will be returning to this place when I visit Miami again.

First time client and I will definitely be returning! My manicurist did not rush my appointment and was so kind and gentle. She truly cared about the job she was doing and kept checking that I was happy with the work she was doing. After watching an amazing facial on their tv screens, I decided to do a facial. WOW! Just WOW! What an amazing experience! I feel brand new! I can’t believe more people do not know about this spa in North Miami!

I went to this place because of its high rating. The receptionist was amazing and very lovely. I had set an appointment for my mother and me to do Apres X Gel nails at the same time. My mom got Jay and he is a god and did a great job with her nails. On the other hand, I had Mimi, and while she was lovely, her service was not. My nails are crooked, there are air bubbles, the shape is off, and the chrome is not applied evenly. I want to clarify they do not look horrible, but after wasting an estimate of $250 on both nail services, you expect high quality job being performed. Again, this is not personal, it is just not worth what I paid for. I have attached images as reference.

If I could give more stars I would!! I’ve been searching for a new nail tech in Miami and am so so grateful to have found NailSpa Miami. Finding Jackson was a blessing! Not only is the entire team friendly with inviting energy from start to finish, they’re incredibly accommodating and create beautiful designs w great attention to detail and worth EVERY penny. This was only my first visit, but I am definitely looking forward to many more in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at NailSpa Miami. Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail spot that did gel design. Found them on yelp and got the recommendations to see Jackson for nail design. He has amazing attention to detail. Jasmine did my pedicure and did a great job. Definitely coming back!

Killed it. Ty Jackson ! Very nice energy in this place. I had an idea what design and he did the rest. My first time and I’ll be returning.. so I came back again! This time after few months my nails showed the proof of horror and pain going other places. No more getting jacked up . I just need to book here and show up for a luxurious service. Ty again for bringing me back to pretty and soothing the pain I know my nails grow healthy when in the right hands! I’ll refer a friend too! 🌺💘

The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and the place is super clean. NailSpa Miami Wellness Center has it all. They have an amazing menu with more services than anyone in the area. They do Facials, waxing, eyelashes, hair, face/body treatments, and all nails and amazing pedicures with foot massage. Keep up the great work NailSpa Miami and happy to have you in the area!!

I am impressed. I had no idea what I wanted since I usually dont get my nails done. Jackson was able to ask me questions about my style and came up with this beautiful design that is simple like me, yet still pops! Jackson did wonderful job with my acrylic nails. This was by far the worst nail experience. Came in here on my birthday to get great treatment and was treated horribly. Mike seemed as if he was rushing my pedicure. The place didn’t even look busy for him to be rushing. He then transferred me a different nail tech and he went over to work on my friend’s pedicure. I didn’t see the reasoning of switching to make things go by faster. The massage was terrible as well. Mike kept whispering to his coworkers in front of us and it made it seem like he had to rush us to get out of there! After that my card was charged EXTRA with out my consent. It’s after I left I saw an extra charge to my card. Mike called me back and said he would get more information cause I wanted to speak to his boss but instead no one reached back out. Mike gave himself a $35 tip and it was not worth the service what so ever!

My 3rd time getting gel pedi and dip manis at Nail Spa and I’m a very happy customer. Jay, Jin, and Lynn are all great. I’ll never go back to my old salon. This place is amazing, great chairs, clean, excellent equipment and products. This mani is with a sheer nail color, which I love!

I had my devices by Reyna and I am in love with the results. The attention to detail was impeccable. Her attention and care to my nails was incredible. She helped me decide on the next best product to use as I was removing acrylic overlay that damaged my nails. She recommended a process to strengthen my nails and left them looking better than ever.

It’s very frustrating to have to post such a low score, but I must warn everyone so you don’t have the same experience as I did.While having facial treatments I took off my jewelry and placed it in the side pocket of my purse. It’s a 18K gold chain with a hand sculpted cross with Jesus Christ on the cross, One of a kind custom-made, Family heirloom. Needless to say it holds incredible significance for me.While having a facial mask on completely covering my eyes, I heard the door open and close during my treatment. When I was ready to leave my purse was laying on its side. I’m not a suspicious person so I NEVER thought to check that my necklace was still in my purse. After I got home I realized it was gone. I’ve checked everywhere else… questioning myself before I suspect others any wrongdoing.When I reported the loss to the owner of this business, he of course just shrugged his shoulders and seemed very unconcerned.As an employee working in the healthcare industry myself, people trust me to keep them safe as well as their personal belongings while they are being cared for.Unfortunately, I do not feel safe with my purse or belongings while going to this business, And neither should anybody else.It only takes one employee to put everybody’s safety at risk. Unfortunately, there is somebody at this business who is putting the customers personal items at risk.That is a basic principal for business practice, To keep your customers and their personal belongings safe while they are receiving services.Unfortunately, I cannot endorse or recommend this business in anyway,As there are far too many other places where I can go and get the same services and not have to worry about theft.

I needed to get SNS (dip powder). I called and told me that they did do walk ins which was great! The place was very clean and organized. I was welcomed and was quickly greeted, I chose my color and was guided by the hostess to Geraldine. She was very sweet, caring, detailed oriented and took her time. The owners are also very hands on as they are present in the salon looking over their nail tech work. Overall, i was really happy with my nails and she did a great job with my nails and I really liked the end result.

So I walked in this morning hoping for a good experience! I found myself in a very clean and welcoming nail spa. I received very good service from Jackson and Jasmine, my first time in and they were friendly and informative on services they provide and they did excellent gel pedicure and new set acrylic for me. I would recommend with five stars! They also had great music and very comfortable massage chairs! A plus.

We have been going to Helen for years. She is so kind and does a great job! I highly recommend her; although she doesn’t do gel nails, she does a beautiful manicure and pedicure.

Great regular manicure and pedicure. I prefer old fashioned manicure to gel and Jay does a wonderful job! Most manicurists cut me, but not Jay. His manicures last just about two weeks without chipping.

I’m gonna let the photo speak for itself. Someone please explain to me why I’m soaking off in a plastic bag.I will never return to this nail salon again, what an unfortunate experience I had. I was taking a look at the colors when the nail tech rushed me to soak off first then pick the color, which wasn’t a big issue but I’m not sure why she was rushing considering I was the only person in the salon. When it came to soaking off she stuck my hand in the bag and told me to make a scraping motion with my nails. Excuse me but I come to a nail salon to relax. She then took my hand out of the bag spilling acetone on my pants. The whole experience was not enjoyable or relaxing whatsoever. Will never return, I’m glad I only decided the mani and opted out on the pedi.

Today was my first time at this salon and it was lovely. Clean, modern, and welcoming. I travelled all the way from Boca - almost an hour - to see my favorite nail techs, sisters Lynn and Melissa. They are the BEST in the business. I cannot express how incredible they are at what they do. Their attention to detail is unmatched and I would travel even further than an hour to see them. No one else compares!! If you are looking for nails that always look amazing (not those icky thick nails) look no further. Lynn and Melissa are IT. The best of the best.

Mimi shows her experience ,love and dedication of 20 years in this business by explaining to you about your nails.From how to treat them, the shades of them to how often you gotta spoil yourself with manicure 💅 pedicure . Her work is definitely says it all. Mimi and the team is very welcoming and pleasant to have a conversation with. I went to NailSpa Miami for an acrylic manicure and regular pedicure and they did an excellent job! I was with Mimi who was a delight to talk to and incredibly talented at her job. From helping me pick the perfect colour to the exact shaping and length I wanted, I have never had a nail artist so accurately match the inspo photo I gave them. Highly recommend!

The place had so many colors to choose from and it was nice and clean. The technician other staff explained everything to me and I ended up getting the Miami organic collagen, spa pedicure for my feet. Zayda was amazing! I was a walk in and she took me right away. She fixed a botched nail job from another salon and I’m so happy with the job she did. She took her time with my gel manicure and pedicure and was sweet on top of it! The salon was super clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Came here for the first time on a whim as I don’t know the area too well. The service was excellent and not annoying or pushy. Helen did my nails and she was sweet and took her time. The place is very clean and well kept in appearance. I like that there are lots of options as far as nail colors and services go. From $30 to as much as you’d like to spend. Good to have options. This was is my second time here, this is their first day opening from the pandemic! I cannot say how clean ,professional ,went by the guidebook &probably more! You call them when your in the parking lot, Then your tech with her Mask on , came to my car, Walked me in, you are then asked to wash your hands after you put your purse into a plastic container so that it’s not touching the floor anything else, then go to your seat at her station, Dee Dee was my tech, & I cannot say enough about this gal. My girl moved to Vegas so I have been looking for a new tech who would do an excellent job and Dee Dee went beyond’ !! I can’t tellWhat a great job she did on my Mani from me taking my gel off & my nails were down to the quick, my nails are sparkling! I also had a petty which originally I had acrylic on my two big toes she filed them down & made me feel like a queen! Dee Dee’s technique is calm ,quick ,filed my nails perfectly with the mess I made of my nails, Best Mani/pedi I’ve ever had! Thank you so much, The shop has curtains on each side of you at pedi chairs , Also at the nail station there’s the plastic screen in front of you & your tech also 6 feet on each side of you! The place was spotless they were constantly cleaning wiping the door knobs when people would come in and go out to mopping the floors too I’m telling you everything was spotless & germ free!! I went to this place 6 days ago and got my nails done with a gel paint. I picked this place because it was nearby and had a same-day appointment. I like how easy it is to make an appointment and the customer service is great, but my nails have already started to chip, and there are some little indents and imperfections in the finish of my nails. I usually have my gel nails last me for at least 2 weeks.

And a tip for the time-conscious: theyll cater to both your fingers and toes simultaneously if requested. Efficiency and quality, all in one. Highly recommended.

I had a last minute, manicure, waxing and pedicure before my business trip, and NailSpa Miami Wellness Center took amazing care of me. The place was super clean and the staff was friendly. I did a gel manicure in my hands and a volcano gel pedicure on my feet. The volcano pedicure felt so good and I love the hot wax they put on my feet. Thanks again for everything and I definitely will be back again.Update: I came back and I hade the best facial even. I highly recommend this place. It’s the best Spa in the area. They also do more than other places.

I have been going to Nail Spa Miami for over 5 years. They are now under new ownership and I did my Dip powder nails with Jackson and absolutely love them! They last me about a month and keep my nails strong and healthy, it’s worth the extra cost. Not everyone knows how to do Dip, but Jackson sure does and he makes sure to train his staff to do it the right way. The only thing I wish was included with the dip is the manicure. When I used to get my gel manicure it included the cutting of my cuticles and excess skin. But either way I’m happy.

I just moved to NMB so I decide to give it a chance to a local nail place less than a week ago so I went here .From the beginning to the end was a torture I did my manicure with mim she burned me every 5 sec putting the nail drill to the max cz it was overheating, when she finally put the gel color on my nail she left bubbles when I pop it was fresh color still coming out , the shape was so off and weird, I usually don’t mind paying but this place was more expensive than my usually and not even worth it .You might ask why I didn’t go back to fix the bubbles but my experience was so painful and torture that I rather not to go back there and leave my nails as it is . I wouldn’t even give the 1 star that I gave

Maybe if you get another nail tech this place would be good but Ivonne does not know how to shape nails. All my nails have different shapes some look sharper than others. She cut into my nail bed and said several times she didnt as im showing her what she did. I didnt even want her to work on that nail any longer because she looked like she would have drilled all the way down to my skin. My first experience here was not a pleasant one.

Absolutely love the Nail Spa and will be a regular after the nail tech Jackson completely killed this nail look,after I showed him a design I wanted that he put his own twist on. This placed is owned by a greedy and unprofessional owner whose name is Ryan! Save urself time, money and nerves and go somewhere else! I went there today for pedicure and the technician couldn’t do proper pedicure and couldn’t put one nail polish for an hour. She had to remove 3 times as it was not smooth.Finally, I asked for someone else to redo and the second technician did good job. When it was time to pay, the owner Ryan blamed me for not leaving tip and said he won’t give me appointments anymore. I wasted 2 hours for one regular pedi and he never even bothered to ask what was wrong with first technician. Instead of saying sorry and compensating, Ryan demanded me to leave tip. I have been going there for 2 years now, tipping every time and this is treatment I received! The only time I didn’t tip is because they had me soak my hands in a zip bag filled with nail polish remover. I asked them to soak only my nails instead of half of my hands as I have eczema to what they said ok, but u have to pay extra $10 cos it takes longer to remove. Of course I am not gonna tip if u ask me to pay extra so u don’t damage my skin. The owner Ryan reminded me of that one time, but he couldn’t remember what type of treatment I ask for every time for 2 years as he assigned someone who does not know how to polish nails! Anyways, I am terribly disappointed with this place!

Unfortunately the service has suffered with new management. SEVERELY. Energy is extremely off, no longer the easy going nail spa it once was. Your every move is being watched and as a customer, that is not enjoyable whatsoever. Remodeling left half way/undone leaving technicians to work uncomfortably. That affects the work they do at no fault of their own. Only keep returning because been coming here for years and Helen is the best. New addition Lilian is phenomenal.

Had a wonderful experience with Geraldine!! She was the first and only manicurist that didnt destroy my already terrible cuticles. She even suggested how I can maintain them better myself. But the best was the dip polish which I havent had in years. She took so much time to get them all perfect. I wish everyone had as much attention to detail as Geraldine!!

The service was amazing. It’s very obvious that they care more about Nail care than just trendy design. Zayda offered such a great experience. She was gentle in the nails, very knowledgeable, offered great conversation, quick and most importantly efficient. I had a little trauma to one of my nails coming in and she was so informative and provided some useful tips. After I left the shop one of my nails cracked (not due to the service; occurred accidentally during cleaning) I came back to the store the same day and she was so nice to squeeze me in between her busy schedule to fix that nail. I’m so grateful for the service Zayda. Thanks to the team at Nailspa Miami; the entire atmosphere was professional and very inviting.

It really angers me that they don’t hire good nails techs to do a simple manicure. My friend got a manicure and it looked like a 3 year old did it. Every nails tech needs to go through a nail training or some type of interview. This is embarrassing for a business.

Jackson and Mimi did incredible dip manicures! We did have a few issues with a pedicure and were disappointed when we were told they didn’t offer discounts for incomplete/poorly done services. Jackson stepped in to fix the pedicure and we left with perfect looking nails, but the issues we encountered definitely negatively impacted our experience. If you go make sure to request Jackson and you’ll be taken care of!

I came to this salon as a first time customer and I am very happy with my nails. I’m super picky with my nails and Jackson did an amazing job on my acrylic full set. He soaked off my old acrylics a way I’ve never done before to maintain healthy nail care for my natural nails and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. I will definitely be a returning customer. My experience was great and pricing was good.

Mailin was wonderful. She took great care of me. I highly recommend her for facial services. My face was really bad but after 1 session it’s looking way better. If you are in Miami looking for a facial, you should definitely book with Mailin.

The one star is for the sweet older lady that did my toes and the gentleman that offered to fix the work of his colleague. Other than that.. this was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The lady who did my nails was visibly annoyed that she took a walk-in who just needed a gel polish.. she was rough, she didn’t listen to me.. I asked her to please apply my base coat evenly when she only covered half my nail and her response was “that’s the white of your nail, idk what you are talking about”… she painted my nails in such a bad mood and such a hurry that my fingers ended up stuck to my nails. $25 for a POLISH only.. where I end up with polish on the sides of my finger and even under my thumb is disgusting. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time this woman was aggressively doing my nails. She also used two completely different bottles of polish on my nails. The same color I’ve been getting for years. First bottle was expired.. the color was turning orange in the bottle. She applied two different colors essentially. I am so disappointed.

I was searching onliine for upscale, luxury pedicures nearby and Nailspa Miami popped up. I contacted them immediately and Ryan was very accommodating. Jackson took care of me and I had a delightful lavender pedicure with all of the extras. Everything is sanitary and spotless. It was very relaxing and I was quite impressed with Jacksons wealth of knowledge and grateful for the tips he gave me. They have several different choices for pedicures and I cannot wait to try a different one next time. Thank you again for a great experience and I will see you soon. A zillion stars from Phyllis!

Mimi is the absolute best. She pays so much attention to detail and I love my gel pedicures. I am happy driving from Fort Lauderdale for her services.

I went to this salon to have gel X nails done for price $75, paid $90 with tip. Gel X cost at some other salons a bit less, but I was very happy with result, salon and service provided, so worth the price I thought.. Once I needed new nails I came back, but to different nail technician as my previous one was not working at that time. Once he started working on my nails he informed me that gel X nails set is $75 and added $10 for removal of previous nails and $7 for shaping new nails?! So final cost was $92 with tip $110?! Nails looks again very nice, but why these extra charges?I have never paid in any salon this as an extra as taking off old nails and shaping new nails is everywhere included in the price already and thats how it was with first gel X set I had done there, so I dont understand why I was charged $20 more on my 2nd visit for exactly same service. I understand that if someone is having french manicure done or some special design that that will cost extra, but not for soaking off old nails and shaping new ones as that isnt anything extra, thats part of the procedure. Sadly I dont think I will be returning as $110 for one set of nails is just too expensive since theyre charging extra on the top of the $75 which is listed cost..

Under new management!!! I’ve been coming here for years (at least 6). I absolutely loved Nate and LuLu. Never one complaint so I honestly expected to dislike “the new guy”. But nope, not so! Ryan (the new owner) is such a down to earth guy. They made accommodations for my dramatic nail design last minute and Ryan and I had a really good talk. The changes being made to the shop has me excited to try every service. Looking forward to a continued great experience at Nailspa Miami.

My girlfriend and i went to the nail salon so she can get her nails done and the lady was being so rude and disrespectful saying that “ mami you need to pick, because your wasting my time and it’s almost closing time”. The lady also was cutting her fingers and making her bleed and my girlfriend was telling her that she doesn’t like the style she is shaping them and she continued on making a disaster on my girlfriends hand. The Nail tech also continued on asking her to tip her and basically forcing her to tip her. this is the worst service i have ever witnessed.

Today was my first time visiting Nailspa Miami due to my nail tech canceling on me and I am so grateful they were able to accommodate me last minute. A $20 deposit is required to secure an appointment time via Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App and this is subtracted from your remaining balance. I communicated to my nail tech Jackson what my expectations were and he executed all my requests with no problem. Highly recommend!!

I have never been to another nail salon other than nail spa miami, but I love the new owners their so nice and they really care about their Customers, their products are also a lot better than the old ones they are a lot cleaner. I would totally recommend to ask for Jackson if you are getting acrylics done they are a bit more expensive than other places but it is 100% worth it he takes his time in perfecting the shape and design you want. The girls that work here are amazing but the management is rude. I called to make an appointment and they charged me a $20 deposit. I went to the appointment and Karem helped me, she was wonderful and did an excellent job on my nails. The second time I called to make an appointment, the manager picked up and gave me an attitude- he told me my appointment was last minute, even though I called 3 days before. The salon is average at best and not worth the rude customer service.

Lilian does great job on my nail and pedicure. I also have my hair blow dry with her. Highly recommend it to Nailspa Miami.
