If you love Spanish songs for dancing this is the place. Came here to celebrate my friend birthday. I would say the drinks are very nice. The guac is also great. The vibe is vibingg. They play great song. And funny enough everyone that order table is celebrating something so there’s always a lady coming to bring a walkable billboard.
If you want a have a SUPER NICE AND FUN NIGHT go to MAYAMI.The food is fantastic and the staff is super professional! That take care of you during the whole night. After dinner you can jump to the dance floor and enjoy the music and the great cocktails. There is a parking very close to the place.A must if you want to have an unforgettable night in Miami!
During my recent visit to Mayami, the valet service added a touch of convenience to an already enjoyable night out. Even with heavy traffic, the valet team efficiently managed both drop-off and pick-up, making the process hassle-free. The valet attendants were polite and quick to assist, which made a positive impression right from the start. Once inside the nightclub, the atmosphere was amazing. The diverse range of music kept me and my group engaged and entertained throughout the night. I would recommend Mayami to anyone looking for a fun night.
I had a great time at Mayami Wynwood. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was vibrant. The girls there are stunning, which definitely adds to the overall experience. However, the service could have been better; it was a bit slow at times. Despite that, I would still recommend it for a fun night out.
My goodness, I love this place. Twas my first time & it was so fun & for my friend gal & I. Will most definitely be coming back for girls night out. Aleja our server was Amazing! She took really good care of us! We were dressed to impress so the dress code wasnt an issue and I didnt see any security. I just floated right on in hostess led me to my experience, but then again we did go for dinner portion we just had such a great time it flew by we then noticed it became a nightspot.
**** Tourist trap dont believe the TikToks you see **** we booked a reservation for dinner thinking we would still get dinner and a show and that was not the case. If you book a reservation for dinner they stick you in the back of the restaurant where its blocked off and you cant see the fire or any entertainment whatsoever. We were there for a birthday and they came over with a sign and light but no fire or enthusiasm whatsoever it was more awkward than anything. The table next to us ordered a bottle and they came over with a light and sign still no enthusiasm. Was the food good? Yes but for the price you can find better elsewhere. Every 15 min they came over to the table asking to take our plates and drinks when they were still full even though we kept saying we were still eating it, it was obvious they were trying to push us out for our table even though we still had a fat check and spent alot of money. (the photo i posted was of the food and drinks not eaten that they wanted to take away.) The priority is front of house forsure they took insanely long to bring our drinks we had to ask twice before we finally got them. Its miami fl and the ac wasnt working in a place where there is fire and Hella bodies they do not even give ice in their drink cups like be so fr... not worth the money. Make no mistake it does get lit but you can really get so much more lit for so much less in the area. Drinks are diluted as well. The hype is insane for no reason maybe a better experience in the front but looking at the bigger picture-- go somewhere else.
Always have an amazing time when I go to Mayami Wynwood. They play the the best music that will keep you dancing all night long.Vicky is THE best!!! Please ask for her! She took care of our table the entire night and was super attentive with anything we needed.Ive also tried the food here on separate occasions. they have a large menu but i always get the sushi! Will be back when Im in Miami again :)
Very beautiful place, a nice experience, the food had amazing presentation, the staff was very friendly and easy going, so far one of the best places weve visited in Miami, watch out because they dont let you get inside sporty or wearing shorts, hats, etc. Despite that a nice experience, the birthday were over the top and thats awesome
Had a great time having a New Years Eve brunch. The restaurant wasnt very busy but I still made a reservation and was seated immediately. The dragon roll was amazing. My brother ordered the French toast and said it was delicious. I ordered the ribeye and eggs and it looked very pleasing, but the ribeye was overcooked from the medium rare I requested and needed more seasoning. My cocktails were good. I think Id come back.
From the moment you step into Mayami, youre greeted with a chic ambiance that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The combination of red lighting, chic decor, and cozy seating creates an atmosphere thats both elegant and relaxed. But what truly sets Mayami apart is its exceptional happy hour offerings. With an extensive selection of drinks at discounted prices, including cocktails and wine, theres something to please every palate. And lets not forget about the food. From small bites to shareable plates, the menu at Mayami showcases a fusion of flavors. Each dish is expertly prepared and bursting with bold, mouthwatering flavors. Whether youre indulging in the crispy rice tuna tartar, shrimp ceviche, or steak tartar, every bite is a culinary delight. We also had the blue crab roll, the skewers, and the mayan mango gold that were spectacular. Our server, I can’t remember if it was Alexa? , we got our receipt through text so apologies for that but the attentive and friendly staff only add to the overall experience, providing top-notch service that ensures you feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your visit. Whether youre stopping by for a quick drink after work or settling in for a leisurely dinner with friends, is sure to exceed your expectations. With its fantastic happy hour deals, delectable cuisine, and inviting ambiance, its no wonder this place is the spot to be at any night.
Went in to check out the happy hour. Very cheap drinks/food. Took a bottle of still water. No liquor. Had three items from happy hour. And 1 item from the menu. For Happy hour I Had a spicy tuna roll which was solid, shrimp skewers, and some oysters.I tried their wagyu tocos off their normal dinner menu which was also pretty good. My bartender was Gina. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and her attention to detail is great. Hopefully Mayami finds her to be an asset like I do.All in all. Nice experience.
Highly recommend Mayami! Food and drinks were delicious with a vast and diverse menu. Staff was very professional and attentive, shout-out to Barbara who helped us throughout the night and made sure we were well taken care of. We left extremely satisfied with our experience and already with plans to be back. Go Visit Mayami, you will no be disappointed!
This place is really cool and unique. Definitely it is an experience. Make sure to make reservations. Beautiful greenery ambiance. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I ordered the guacamole and elote as my appetizer, and it was delicious! It was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the short rib and shrimp dishes as well. Lots of cocktail options.
Went to Mayami with my husband a group of people. We were just looking to have a good time. And a good time we had!If you’re in to some the older reggaeton musicThis a great place for that. Of course they also played a lot of the newer music. Drinks were reasonably priced.
The $40 consumable cover works great. I wish bartenders would show the receipt or the breakdown. Some more merengue, bachata or at least 1 salsa song per night would definitely highlight the vibes and would generate more connections. The female staffing is absolutely gorgeous.
The atmosphere was not worth it. It was hot, service was poor, food was ok. I had a reservation, and was given a hard time for my wife to get in due to dress code policy- online reservation system did not state a dress code policy. They let us in after 10 minutes of debate; not many patrons inside. Would not recommend for brunch. They do not have any sausage or meat for brunch as a side. The bacon they brought out was absolutely horrible. It looked dry, hard and over cooked. Drinks were great, definitely not brunch drinks. Service was poor, and all the staff was on their phones. They efficiently clean the tables as soon as a dish was done. Service tip was included in the bill, and i would not have given a 20% tip for the overall experience.
What a Nice place, definitely my favorite nightclub in all Florida. the food is delicious and the attention was amazing. Thanks to Jerson because he was so patient and helpful with us.
Let me start with the good. The food is good. Ordered some sushi and appetizers. The waiter was nice and didnt rush us out of the table after we finished eating. It was a Thursday night and almost 10pm. Thursday is supposedly ladies night which they dont tell you that, youd have to find out through their Instagram page. With ladies night you can only get this one particular drink that wasnt my preferred tastes. I believe you just pay for tax & tip. I dont believe tip/service charge was included with the drinks, but it was definitely already included with the food. The atmosphere is dark & loud, but its like a club vibe. They did have an entertainer that was pretty cool where he was dancing/throwing fire & then he did a kind of cirque show midair. Now the part that I didnt like was the bartender. I asked for one drink that wasnt part of the ladies night drinks. I gave her $40 in cash & she only gave me $6 back. I asked her how much was the drink and she tells me $24. Okay...I told her she shorted me $10. She gave me the $10 back but acted like she didnt speak English that well. Well, honey numbers are practically the same in any country. So, she either doesnt know how to count or was trying to be shady and give herself an extra $10 tip from me.
Amazing experience. My wife and I are currently sitting here at the bar for Happy Hour, which I gotta say is awesome. Drinks were made well even considering they were made during happy hour. Our bartenders service was exceptional! The drinks are NOT pre-mixed like most places that have $5 drinks... The management staff was testing out new menu options and we happened to be guinea pigs to one of them. It was great! This is a Miami must visit!
We had a great time at Mayami during brunch. The ambiance was great, the music and even the service was better than expected. Food surprisingly delicious. I amNot a fan of the pre-made mimosas from the brunch menu. Also, if you go early (brunch hours), you better hope they sit you in a shaded place with a fan. Even though we had a beautiful tree view, there was no fan and it was excruciating hot. We asked to be moved but it didn’t happen. Even after that, we still had a great server who made the experience bearable along with great food which gets a five star.
The place is beautiful, music is good!! Drinks are bomb!! And the food is good as well, just have to look at the menu beforehand but ask any questions and the servers will gladly help you. After 9:30pm only 21 & older can enter. It turns into a club with entertainment which was amazing!!!*Downside waited over an 1 hour to get food
I came to Mayami for lunch after a work conference and sat at the bar alone where I was attended by bartender Gina . She was absolutely fantastic. She gave me recommendations on plates and different cocktails. Her customer service and people skills were outstanding, super sweet and helpful. 10/10 recommend! My favorite drink recommended was Maya Huel.
By far one of the best places for food, drinks, and an amazing experience I’ve been to in Miami! I’ve celebrated my birthday and gone for a good night out with friends and both times were unforgettable. Foods delicious, music is like being at a club (you will have to speak up when you talk which is part of the fun), and the energy is on 💯 with their staff. If you’re looking for somewhere you can dress nice, eat well, and have a great time with your friends, this is where you want to be.
Mayami is one of the best restaurants and clubs I’ve ever been in Miami so far. They have delicious plates and the atmosphere is fun and enjoyable with good music. The staff is also very professional and they’ll take good care of you.
A group of us decided to have brunch at Mayami for my birthday. We had a mixed experience so we won’t be returning to Mayami Wynwood. The Bouncer at the door was rude to the people infront of us and to my group when asked a simple question. Due to their reservation rules, I decided not to just walk away and lose my $240 reservation fee (they require $30 per person for all reservations). The hostess was very nice however our waitress wasn’t. I had to address her about her attitude a few minutes into the service, then she became pleasant and attentive. Mimosas were terrible, possibly bad/expired orange juice was used. I ordered a few different cocktails, only “The Queen” was good. We ordered carnita taco bowls (1 star); Sliders (5 star); salmon taco bowls ( 3 star). The dance performance and design of the place was great but the food, drinks and some staff were awful. I won’t be returning.
** BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ** This establishment does NOT serve free drinks for ladies night. I was aware I had to pay for my appetizer, obviously. The bartender stated the complimentary drinks for ladies night get taxed and service charge added to it. Even though if the drink is $0 how do you add tax + service charge to it? Another Miami bar SCAMMING CUSTOMERS and their fellow locals
Ehhhh. I was expecting better because of the reviews, but the service was good and The sushi was fresh. The drinks also, but the chicken dish we ordered was just not it. Dry and lacking more sauce. The Brussel sprouts were also delicious. It’s a bit pricey for what you get in my opinion but maybe after hours if you’re looking for a party/dinner, this could work.
This place is awesome for a group - went for a friends bachelorette on ladies night and they had delicious drinks for like $2. Music and performers were awesome, it was seriously so much fun we stayed for like 4 more hours after dinner.
My friends and I had a table inside tonight and the rest of us arrived later only to be stopped by the man with the peculiar mustache. I didn’t even know there was a dress code to enter this place, and I honestly wouldn’t have minded at all if I was told nicely that I just didn’t meet the requirements, but that’s not what happened. This man looked me up and down and in a rude way and told me, “we have a dress code and you can’t come in like that.” and kept going on and on to a point where it seemed it really wasn’t about the dress code but aimed at me personally. Mind you, I was wearing ripped shorts, converse and a black top and I wasn’t aware of the dress code, however right as he was saying this, a girl dressed just like me came OUT of the place. I had to tell him “okay” to stop him from talking and stepped back. Such a bad taste it left. Again, I understand policies but are you guys really enforcing it correctly? Very disappointed. There’s other ways. I was excited about this night.
Gina is the best! We came for ladies night and it was amazing!! All our drinks came out perfect and ambiance is amazing! Would come back and i would definitely recommend to anyone visiting in Miami
I’m staying at a great hotel in Miami and have been enjoying my time here. As the hotel has everything from amazing restaurants, bars and fantastic entertainment, I want to venture out one time to explore something new. Mayami Wynwood was recommended to me. What a mistake it was to venture all the way out there for a mediocre atmosphere, drinks, food and hostess/waitresses in their sleazy uniform. They were constantly adjusting and pulling their uniform, rushing us with our order and telling us we had only 4 minutes to order Happy Hours. This happened while she just sat us down at our table. We over ordered our food (about 8 dishes) and she didn’t tell us that that was too much food for two people. We thought since these are Happy Hours dishes, the dishes are simply small portions. Also, we booked the table for dinner not for Happy Hours. Anyhow, food was okay, the shrimp ceviche was lukewarm, sour and extremely saturated in citrus. The octopus dish was rubbery and chewy. The salmon, beef and a few other sushi dishes were sub par. Plus, the music was so loud we could hardly hear ourselves talking. Overall, food was ok and we didn’t finish any of the dishes we ordered. We ate our meal in about 30 minutes and we left the area after paying. I wanted to spend the rest of the evening at our hotel bar lounge area with great live music and delicious drinks. I would not go to Mayami again.
Yooooooo let me tell you about this place the rare exclusivity of this place was out of control just to eat by far sup par Mexican food from when I walk in the setting felt just like I was their in Mexico ago atmosphere was good authentic. The food gets 6.5 to 7 out of 10 which is good the food was alright but at the same time like it could have been better. It really look like people wanted to be their but only a certain look could get pass the door ill let you guys figure that one out but what ever to much workers not enough focus for the table but I guest thats how they operate for table of 6 or more could have been better please if you plan to go dress real nice or they turning you away
Great food, really cool atmosphere with music, laser lights, live entertainment and more. The waitress we had was not friendly at all and seemed like she did not want to be there. Her poor attitude had a negative impact on our experience. Sadly, many of the staff walked around with angry faces and looked miserable. Thank God the food was excellent - but eat fast because they kick every guest seated at a table out after 2 hours! We won’t return here, there are many other similar places in the same area.
Had my birthday dinner here this past weekend and had an amazing time! They accommodated for my reservation multiple times with no problem. Food was great, the ribeye was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Drinks were also delicious, I got the Queen drink and it was soooo good! Music could have been a bit better but it was the perfect restaurant/club for a birthday or any celebration!
We dined here this past weekend for babes 40th bday. We were a party of 12. I asked the other 10 guests to arrive before us as he thought our dinner plans were for just us two. The hostess immediately showed us to our table upon our arrival to join our guests. The staff was extremely accommodating of all my requests. The cuisine is Mexican. The food was just ok, theres room for improvement there however, the service and ambience make up for it. If you stick to drinks and small bites, youll be fine. Theres a live DJ, fire performance and light show...definitely a vibe! This venue is mostly outdoor. They do have automatic retractable awnings in case of rain. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion!
Went for Saturday brunch and the place was dead. They tell you you have limited time at the table but I think that is to make it sound like they are busy. Strict dress code when no one is there. Credit card is required to reserve it seems they may make more money off of charging $30 pp for no shows and cancellations made 24 prior to reservation day. When we got there they just opened(12pm) so we thought that was the reason but as we stayed passed the table time allotted of 2 hrs we noticed there were only about 5 tables occupied. The decor is beautiful but since majority of the venue is outside it was extremely hot even on the inside since there are not really any doors between inside and outside. The bottomless mimosas is mostly orange juice and are premade pitchers i like to control the amount of champagne to orange juice and felt like I paid for pitchers of orange juice. The food was ok and nothing to brag about. All in all great place to take pictures and leave. It is over-rated for brunch.
I came to MAYAMI yesterday on a lunch date and everything was AMAZING. The service was definitely an 11/10. Our server was Amalia and we were also helped by Johnny and Jeffrey. Everyone was very attentive and so nice. The atmosphere was so chill. I love the decor, the lights, the music, everything. We came during happy hour and ordered the spicy tuna roll, the salmon roll, the chicken skewers and x2 margaritas. The flavors was great, Johnny even offered us spicy Mayo to try with the sushi along with the soy sauce. It’s like he read my mind, spicy Mayo is my favorite sauce for sushi! I will definitely be back.
This venue is different. The vibe, food and music is good. Its just when its hot its unbearable to be on the side where there is no AC. Your hair and makeup goes to waste very quickly.
Went for be brunch food was amazing. Drinks were great and the service was good vibes is very cute. I’m a foodie and with an out of 10 recommend this place!
Went here for a double date Happy Hour on a Thursday night and loved it! The oysters were fresh and delicious and the sushi we got was very tasty too (as good as I have had from any Japanese restaurant). All of the food on the happy hour menu had super generous portions considering the very reasonable price! The drinks were great as well. This was my favourite restaurant we ate at during my trip to Miami-I would recommend their Happy Hour to anyone!
We didn’t eat here, maybe it’s because we went on a crazy Saturday night but it was packed to the walls & they charge $40 entry then give you Monopoly money as a “credit” towards your drinks but you still have to pay taxes and tip which need to be paid with real life money and not the $5 mayami bills they give you. When it got a little too crowded for our liking, we asked FOUR different security guards where the exit was because all of the exit signs were pointing in what was basically a giant circle leading to the kitchen doors. All 4 guards told us different directions like it was some kind of twisted game, one even checked his watch and said “it’s early” then pointed us in the wrong direction once again. At one point during this whole encounter of trying to get the hell out of there, the fog machines blasted the whole club so hard that we couldn’t see anything including the lit up exit signs. If you’re looking for a wild and crazy night, this is probably the spot but it looked nothing like it does on Instagram (maybe the top level???)
Welcome to Mayami!! This place is a must experience with the delicious fusion of food and cocktails is a true party in your mouth. This will match perfectly with the after party with sparkling bottle service and a gorgeous looking crowd, ambiance and staff!! I absolutely loved the indoor but youre actually outdoor vibe!! I apologize for the red tinted photos but it was a red hot vibe!!
Worst experience at this restaurant. The served seated us saying we only had an hour and half to eat and said there is a happy hour for drinks ($5 each) but then went back on their word and charged us $40 for two poorly made margaritas. The tequila quality was horrible and there was no difference between spicy and smoked margaritas. We hated every minute of our stay here. The music was so loud and we couldn’t even hear each other.
Beautiful spot to take pictures. The food was delicious, and the Lychee Margarita had us lit. We received top notch Treatment 👌 👏 plus they brought out a fan since the place is half open ceiling and half closed. I didnt give a 5 star because the waitress didnt tell us that there would be a $12 processing fee for each card used. That information shouldve been disclosed, since valet was $30 and the tip was already included. We paid with 3 different cards and each one of us was charged a $12 fee
Me and my girlfriend came to Mayami for happy hour on a Thursday around 6pm and were very impressed by the service, ambiance, food, music, and hookah. Our server Maria was amazing and we will be regular customers now.
They have a really strict dress code which is fine if it applied to everyone. I came for happy hour with a sheer beach dress and a swimsuit underneath. The manager explained they have to follow the rules which say no beach wear. They then allowed me to step aside and I watch another guest enter with an oversized hoodie and seemingly nothing underneath which is also against the dress code. I ask the manager why were the rules overlooked for one guest but not myself he then change and said they gets to decide what and whom to overlook the dress code for. So I ordered to go and I realized I went through all of that and the food wasn’t even good at all. Wasn’t worth the headache.
Made a reservation at 7 pm. I was aLittle disappointed, there was really no goodMusic playing. Atmosphere was ehhh ok. I liked that it was half open, you can partial sky. Negative is that I got bit up mosquitoes when eating dinner!!!Food was meh. Ordered the shrimp and it came pretty over cooked. My husband ordered the filet minon, also over cooked. Had it sent back and cooked properly. Side of rice and beans were decent. Tortillas were the star of the meal, really good! Drinks were good but not worth $27 each.Service was really good, our waitress was attentive and there was a busser always wiping our table clean and filling water.
Not going to lie, this is an amazing place to drink - go at night! If you’re hungry and want to eat, then go somewhere else first! I had a good time for brunch but my friends and I were starving. We went a week later to party at night and had a blast. You do need to rsvp with a bottle for night time
I have been to this place before and is very nice, but when they try to take advantage of customers unnecessarily they shouldn’t run a business. I stared a reservation for 6 people and they told me that the minimum charge for consumption to get a table was $500. Later 2 more guests decided to join us and I wanted to add them to the table making it 8 people instead and they raised the minimum charge to $900!! They tried to charge an extra $400 for 2 more people, which in fact is almost 100% increase in price. Horrible business won’t be going back again.
Great place with music, live dancers, and decorations. I came here for a friends birthday and the waiters were attentive and were able to accommodate our needs with ease. The food was amazing, especially the crispy rice with avocado, tofu, and veggie rolls. Although it was a little pricey, the portions were sizeable and we were all satisfied. I would suggest ordering multiple things off the menu and sharing with 2-3 people.
Great vibes and good times is what comes to mind when I think back of my time here. From the moment I stepped in, it felt like I was in a completely different side of the world. It was so odd because you walk inside but technically you are still outside but it’s amazing lol.The staff was extremely friendly, all wearing masks, and they sat us down as soon as we arrived. Some things to note, is that they work through reservations so if you want any chance of sitting down and eating here I highly recommend booking in advance. There is also a dress code that is strictly enforced especially for men, so if you decide to come in your pajamas or basketball shorts they will politely deny you.To start I ended up going with the Guac and chips. The Guac was well seasoned and the chips or dare I say CHIP was just one GIANT CHIP that you broke apart to in order to dip into the Guac. A little bit hard maneuver in my opinion since all the cracks would fall on the table but still delicious. For my main course I went with the steak and eggs with a home made tortilla as a base which was absolutely spectacular. While the actual steak was really flavorful. The only set back we had was with my gf ordering the pancakes which took way to long and finally arrived after everyone had already finished eating.Aside from that, great overall environment and staff was great.-The Fashionable Foodie
This place is amazing! The octopus was good, but the branzino.. oh my. It truly is an experience! They light it on fire and then pick the fish out of the salt — bottom filet and top filet with a layer of dill separating the two. The two even taste different. The top is sweeter and milder and the bottom part is flaky and flavorful. Definitely more than enough to share! Santiago and William were the highlight of the experience. The service is absolutely incredible. Within the first 20 minutes that we were seated, two different managers came over to ask how everything was. We were truly blown away! 6 stars ⭐️
I went to Mayami on Monday with my lil one..the place is beautiful.we were seated fast.the services was good. The waitress was friendly and professional, she recommended the tomahawk steak…which was big enough for two.The food was delicious.i highly recommend Mayami to anyone who wants to have great food and good music. Thank you Mayami. 🔥
The food was actually so good, the atmosphere was so good buttt the music is so loud you can talk which is fun but also the waiter barely checked on us, treated us weird compared to how tables around us were, and just overall weird vibes. i came for my bday and while the food was so good i would’ve gone somewhere else.
They say you can use your cover at the bar but you aren’t allowed to use it in full. Meaning you have to pay half in “mayami bucks” and the rest cash. A bit scammy in my opinion, but it is Miami. Great music and atmosphere but the hookah sucked and definitely not worth $90.
I recently visited Mayami Wynwood, drawn in by the restaurant’s impressive marketing that promised an elevated experience comparable to renowned establishments like Gekko, Baoli, Mila, Sexy Fish, and Komodo. However, the reality fell short of these expectations. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find the restaurant completely empty. This was particularly disheartening as it was a Saturday night around 9:30 PM, a peak time for dining out.The ambiance, which I had anticipated to be vibrant and upscale, was undermined by excessively loud music and the absence of patrons. Despite the promising advertisements, the atmosphere was lacking, and we felt let down by the discrepancy between the marketing and the actual experience. We decided to leave after just 10 minutes. The one positive note was the valet service; they graciously refunded our money, correctly assuming we would not enjoy our time there.Overall, while the advertising for Mayami Wynwood is compelling, it failed to deliver on its promise of a high-end dining experience. The empty restaurant and loud music on a typically busy Saturday night were significant disappointments.
Great place ! Best club in miami at the moment , you won’t regret it , before 11pm it’s a nice dinner vibes, after the club begins ! Valet is worth it ! The staff here are amazing ! Just get a bottle , it’s worth it , nicer and you get a space to dance !
Mayami was great, good atmosphere, great music and the customer service was exceptional. Thanks to Jesus that took care of us. His recommendations were on point, definitely I’m coming back.
I can’t believe I have never leave a review! This is the place!! Great attention! Manager Jorge always attentive to every detail. Hector was awesome as well! Great vibe as always. Love this place
Escape to Tulum-inspired paradise at Mayami Wynwood and prepare to be transported to a culinary and experiential haven. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the Mediterranean-infused delights and the ultimate dinner party atmosphere that awaited us. This place is a true gem that combines delectable cuisine with an electrifying ambiance. To kick off the evening, we indulged in the tantalizing Passionfruit Margarita, a drink that instantly became my absolute passionfruit obsession. Its vibrant flavors and refreshing taste were the perfect start to an unforgettable dining experience. The mixologists at Mayami Wynwood truly know how to create a cocktail that captivates the senses. For our appetizer, we ventured into the realm of the Aji Amarillo Shrimp Ceviche. The dish tantalized our taste buds with its perfectly balanced citrus flavors, leaving us feeling refreshed and ready for the culinary journey that lay ahead. The combination of succulent shrimp and zesty citrus notes was simply delightful.Moving on to the main course, we had the pleasure of savoring the Mayami Roll, Mar y Tierra Roll, and Isla Mujeres Roll. Each roll was a burst of fresh and harmonious flavors, showcasing the skillful craftsmanship of the chefs. The ingredients were of the highest quality, and every bite was a symphony of taste and texture. Its evident that Mayami Wynwood takes great pride in curating a menu that leaves a lasting impression. As the evening progressed, we couldnt help but immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere. Mayami Wynwood is not just about the amazing food; its a haven for dinner and party enthusiasts alike. The energy in the air was contagious, and the music played a significant role in setting the perfect vibe. Whether youre enjoying a romantic evening or celebrating with friends, Mayami Wynwood is the place to be.And lets not forget about satisfying our sweet tooth. The Sweet Tooth Flan stole the spotlight with its delightful presentation featuring a cotton candy topping. This decadent dessert was a fitting conclusion to our culinary journey, leaving us with a lingering sweetness that matched the memories we created. In summary, Mayami Wynwood offers an escape to a Tulum-inspired paradise. From the moment you step through the doors, youll be captivated by the Mediterranean-infused delights, the ultimate dinner party atmosphere, and the exquisite flavors that dance on your palate. Whether youre seeking a remarkable dining experience or a lively celebration, Mayami Wynwood delivers in every aspect. I cant wait to return for more unforgettable moments.
Food was a flop we ordered the octopus , chicken, truffle pasta and sushi. Sushi were good but the rest was not to our liking. They told us to move to the bar at 10:30pm even though the club was half empty. We ended up buying bottles at another club which were more accommodating not making us stand with our drinks. The staff though were really nice our waiters and waitresses were super friendly. It’s just overall not a great experience.
I went there tonight for the Happy Hour. It was my first time at Mayami. The place looks really nice and we had a great experience since the moment we walked in. We sat at the Bar and ordered from The Happy Hour Menu. The bartender Paola was extremely knowledgeable , polite and super friendly. She made us feel so good right away and we ended up ordering everything she suggested. Not to mention she made the best spicy margarita i had in a long time. Her collegue Esteban was also really helpful. Everything we had was super tasty and delicious. Filet mignon taco bowls, crispy tuna tartar, seafood platter and mayami sliders. 👍👍👍.I’m gonna be back for sure asap! Hopefully Paola will be tending us again!!
This restaurant and bar had a great vibe and aesthetic, the food was delicious! A bit higher on price for drinks but the ambience and hospitality made it worthwhile! Victoria was a fantastic waitress / server and she went far and beyond to accommodate our large 12 person party. If youre in Miami you should definitely swing by and check it out in the early evening and stay late for the party.
This place has it all. Delicious food, good drinks , hot music , fun environment and great service. A special acknowledgement to Alexandra our waitress who took excellent care of us. She made everything perfect. The little tortillas were heavenly as was the queso fundido appetizer and shrimp bowl. Will definitely return for more fun and good food.
The vibe was ok. The place is nice and am sure when is busy it be a cool place to party. The drinks are good and the price is more or less the same all the other bars here. Reason for my 2 stars. We are from out of town and they figured we were and tried to have us pay cover when there was not a cover. The place was pretty empty so we just turned around and were ready to walk out when they let us in w no cover. Inside they had girls there to get the customers to buy drinks and they were hostile. I would go back when is busier and may pay cover depending on the vibe.
They lied about having a live fire show. The owner/ manager in the front said they were just to get us in the door. Then the waitress told us there was no show but a different type of entertainment which also was a lie. The food was mid level. Place has a good design. But staff are dishonest about whats actually going on
The best!! Celebrated my birthday with 20ppl and everything was at the top.The place was beautiful, the food was amazing (try the tomahawk), the drinks were perfectly done, music very fun and the attention of Kiki and William at the table was superb on every detail, even bringing extra light every time that we were taking pictures.Couldnt choose a better place to eat, have fun and celebrate.
I cannot put 1. They sell you free entry by paying 40 for drinks, but make you pay every drink extra 4 to 8 usd for tax and service. Super small glasses. Its a trap
My wife and I went here for Happy Hour. What a great place. We sat at the bar, which turned out to be a great choice. We started with 18 oysters. They were perfectly shucked, which is not so easy to find everywhere. Great oysters, and we ordered another dozen. We also really enjoyed the shrimp ceviche, which was flavored like an aguachile. Nice serving size and plenty of shrimp. We rounded out happy hour with the sliders - also good. The best part of our meal was our bartender - Paola. She took great care of us and made great drink suggestions, including mixing us up spicy and smoky margaritas. It would have been a good experience based solely upon the food, but Paola made it great. Thank you Paola!
I went to mayami on Saturday for my bday and I loved it!!! Me and my party had a great time and I found the food & drinks to be pretty cheap. It was 9 of us and our bill came out to be $600 something. Definitely want to come back
We ordered guacamole and salsas as appetizers and they were delicious. For entrees we ordered steaks and god it was mouth savoring. The atmosphere was definitely amazing and our server was very attentive for the amount of people that the restaurant had. Definitely worth every penny in my opinion. Will be returning when I go to Miami again.
We came here for the happy hour. This was our first time there. The venue is mainly an outdoor area. They have fans throughout, but it was super hot that day, so it was very uncomfortable sitting there in the heat! the hostess did not suggest to go past the bar where there was a air-conditioned area until we realize that ourselves. So go to the AC in the back for the best and most relaxing time. This place turns into a nightclub in the night time. Haven’t experienced that yet. Might go back for that. The service was good. The sushi rolls were good. I would not order the tuna again, it was chopped up. Not whole pieces. but the shrimp tempura was good. The highlight were the drinks we had the spicy margaritas were very good and very spicy! The best dish I had, which I don’t have a photo of is the filet mignon bowl. It comes with filet mignon, grilled onions, tomatoes, and avocado. And some Fresh tortillas you get approximately five tacos so for $12.50for the bowl it was a very good deal. Ended up spending around $55 for three drinks and three appetizers. We will be back again for happy hour.
The service, atmosphere sucks here. The host is completely rude. Did not acknowledge us at all when the server told her multiple times how many of us while on her phone. Also false advertising on happy hour oysters from 4pm-6 when it’s 5pm and they said they aren’t open. Then you have the workers staring like they’ve never see people before. Just don’t waste your time here.
OMG !!! amazing to say the least. I highly recommend coming to this restaurant and trying it out. The vibe is here is really good, music is good the food is to die for. Make sure you ask for my girl Victoria she helped a lot on deciding what to drink and eat lol. She will definitely take care of you no doubt.
This is my second time going to Mayami in Wynwood and it was even better, thanks to the bartender Angel and our waitress Melanie. Talk about best service I’ve had in ANY outing with amazing food recommendations, fast service, always at our table cleaning up and checking if we were satisfied. Angel the bartender, kept the drinks coming with the BEST creations and tastiest drinks I’ve had in a long time. He delivered service as you would expect and then some! If you’re looking for a great night out, date, party, friend’s birthday, i really recommend Mayami and asking for Angel and Melanie
I saw this restaurant through tiktok. I wanted to see what the hype was all about. Eeh! There are definitely better places. The food was ok and very overpriced. We had reservations for 4 people which lets you be at your table for 2 hours. The waiters kept looking over and coming to our table. It is very uncomfortable because it almost feels like they are kicking you out. Once our time was up we headed to the bar area which was when the party really started. This was definitely our favorite part.
Crispy Rice, Sushi, and a Spicy Margarita is all you need after a long work week. Mayami’s happy hour with friends was good and I’ll definitely be back.
The Miami Mexicantina restaurant follows COVID protocols. Its a fabulous place for an intimate 🥂 lunch/dinner, business meeting 👔or a grand celebration🥳🎉 located within the popular Art deco Wynwood, Miami, FL.The scenery is nothing short of AMAZING indoor/outdoor Aztec motif with beautiful lights decorating a live tree, plenty of greenery, and color within the establishment which leaves you in anticipation of whats to come. Live music is perfect and especially the live Fire Eaters that perform after 11 PM... INCREDIBLEThe Managers, hostess and servers are very accommodating and helpful. They made first impressions a MEMORABLE one.The menu has a has a wonderful assortment of appetizers, cocktails and entrees. Once youve tried the lobster or sea bass that first bite will make you want to come back to try it all and I have and its all PHENOMENAL.I celebrated my daughters birthday and now Im in ANTICIPATION to celebrate my up coming milestone!Mayami Mexicantina is nothing short of IMPRESSIVE. I highly recommend your next date night, business, celebration or even if youre dining alone to visit. YOU WILL THANK ME ... so youre welcome in advance 😉
I went to their Solo to have nightlife experiences. But, I felt wrong that I went there. I ordered Miami truffle pasta for 40 $. I expected pasta would come with accompaniment but not. The portion quality was not good as well and if you are giving hospitality serve the main course with accompaniments.Service was okay but the cocktail was also okay. I ordered a margarita. The ambience and show are awesome but they need to IMPROVE!
You know what, best to skip this one. The atmosphere is for sure dusty but the service is very attentive. My husband ordered a medium rare steak and it’s not what he got (over cooked, still tender tho and he clearly ate it). I really liked my roasted cauliflower (I’m vegan) but would skip the guacamole and old fashioned (ahumadito). Also def not worth the price.
I came to Mayami so frequently always with the same girl “ grecia “ she is a sweetheart !! food and drinks are amazing ! and her service is over the top ! 🔝
We sat in a part of the restaurant that is partially outside. All of their utensils, plates and glasses were already laid out. Being exposed to the elements the glasses was visibly dirty and the plates had debris in it. We had to request all the cups be cleaned and refilled with water, thankfully we didnt need to use those plates. The food was fine, but we never received refills. The waitress passed the table multiple times seen the empty glasses and made eye contact, but didnt respond. She seemed as if she was purposely avoiding the table. Once we finished the meal the staff quickly cleaned the table, but we waited over 30 mins for a check. We asked for a manager twice, when she finally came she apologized and that was it. 18% gratuity for terrible service is a shame. Wont be returning
I had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and can be a bit pricey. But all the food in Miami is around the $20+ price range so not a big difference. We were sat down right away and the waitress was superb. She was so sweet and very helpful. There are about 3 spots in the restaurant that has photo ops but make sure to go towards the bathroom for the 2 good ones. As for the food, I loved the dish I got which was crunchy shrimp tacos. Very flavorful and definitely crunchy!
Loooove this place!!! Victoria & Omar always make my girls & I feel like royalty! I love them! Happy Hour is the best! Super cute ambiance at Mayami, drinks are strong & food is delicious not to mention budget-friendly. The vibes are Tulum-chic. I can’t say enough good things, come here & see for yourself!
This was our first restaurant we visited in Miami. This place was SO COOL. The waitresses were beautiful. Live dj, fire dancers and beautiful venue. The food was good, small portions. There is a steak they brought out for you to cook yourself which was a cool experience but wouldn’t recommend. Lots of cute phot ops. Definitely worth a visit for a night out!
How amazing and fun. My kids surprised me for brunch and I have to say it was one of the best brunch dates in a while. We were greeted with such good energy at the door and from when we sat down to when we left it was like a party for the entire place. The music, the laughter and the bottles kept popping. It was also my 55 birthday and all the tables around us welcomed us and made me feel like I was the star... thank you for making the day so memorable. I almost forgot to talk about the food, everything was amazing and priced perfectly for the adventure we had. The staff was so attentive and so welcoming. I loved it. Only downfall was it rained, but that didn’t keep us from enjoying ourselves staff moved us to the indoor area and we stayed a little longer and danced... this is definitely a destination spot and an experience to have....
Super ! I love that place .....sometimes full... but it is for a reason... good music , good people, good vibes , great atmosphere!!
Omar and Yaneth were amazing,me and my friend were celebrating our birthdays together and we had the best time. Drinks, food and service was absolutely exceptional.Thank you for this experience Omar and Yaneth!!!!!!
Atmosphere is good but don’t waste your time on the pitcher. It was too expensive and full of ice, you could only get 4 different inks out of it. I would think that he best option is the bottomless mimosas.
The Entertainment is AMAZING! And FUN! & LOUD! decor is a 10. SUSHI IS SOO GOOD MUSTTT TRYYYY! Fresh flavors. Mushrooms in the food. my bill was $90 not bad. Ask them about the Miami bucks that they have for discounts on drinks. Not sure how you get them. Some tourist gave them to me and my friends fake money to use at the restaurant.
Had the best service with Gina ! She made us amazing lemon drop martinis, would definitely come back 10/10 recommended 🤍
Great music and the food was absolutely delicious. Service was on point and the night club vibe was amazing. Super recommended
This is my first Yelp Elite event for 2022 and it was amazing. Kudos to Farah for organizing this fabulous event. From the minute we walked in, we were treated like royalty. They basically closed off the back area just for us and what a gorgeous space! Once we checked the food started arriving in all directions. It was non stop and they were delicious. The oysters were very fresh. The pastor bites were very flavorful. I also loved the taquitos but my absolute favorite was the Barbacoa Tostadas. Plus there was so much more food like the wagyu sliders and desserts. For the cocktails, I tried the Smoky Sunset which is Mescal, and the Mayami Nice which is similar to a margarita. Both were quite refreshing but Im definitely a Mezcal guy. So I had a few rounds of Smokys :) Now lets talk about entertainment. Wow! Very impressive. They had fire dancers and acrobatics performed I think twice or three times. Very nice touch. The music was also on point. Not too loud and groovy house music. This was truly a night to remember. The staff was amazing, the food was tasty, great entertainment, and a spectacular venue.
MUST VISIT!!! Mayami Wynwood Mexicantina is on open space with a great decor, latin music, amazing service and delicious mexican food. Located in the heart of wynwood with a large space that makes guest seat confortable in a great atmosphere. The service is great, from the security at the entrance, to the hostest and the server will make you feel comfortable, our server Carlos was attentive and made sure our orders went in as ordered. The place is set up for a fun dinner with Latin music and lights to have either a date with your better half or a friends reunion. We tried all types of plates, including the guacamole, fundidos de queso, aguachile de atun, ceviche vuelve a la vida and every type of tacos, also the mayan mango gold and pan de elote dessert. Every plate was delicious with an authentic flavor and I wouldnt be able to tell you which one was best as each was perfect. Overall, the experience was perfect and I highly recommend making Mayami one of your go to spots.
I had a fantastic evening. The fusion of a dining experience with a nightclub atmosphere was a unique and enjoyable combination. The server, Alejandra, was not only attentive but also added to the overall ambiance with their friendly demeanor. The dinner menu was diverse and the food exceeded expectations, setting the stage for a night of dancing and entertainment. The seamless transition from dining to the nightclub experience made it a memorable night out. Highly recommend Mayami for those seeking a perfect blend of great food and vibrant nightlife.
This was my first time eating at a restaurant that has this simultaneous club vibe. I had lots of fun, and the food was actually delicious. I got the Jamapeno roll and sweet crispy Brussel spots, both of which were amazing, but the sweet crispy brussels sprouts were a stand out dish. My friend got the Pollo a la plancha and cleared her plate. Would definitely love to come back!
Had a horrible experience. Got there on time, they told us to give them a couple minutes in order to be seated… ended up waiting an hour at the bar just for them to say we got there late and couldn’t be sat at a table that fit all of us.. Doesn’t even make sense?
Had a very good experience with Gina as my bar tender, was very attentive to how everything was served. Very nice person.
Food is outstanding you wont belive theres this kind of food in a Club, cocktails are amazing music and DJs play trendy music I also heard they have live performances as well grat spot ! I recommend
The ambience and atmosphere is amazing and can’t be better. One of the most beautiful restaurants we’ve ever been.Staff was super friendly but we had a very weird experience.Starter came soon and maincourse came during our starter. After that we were enjoying our maincourse and 4 people were already cleaning up our table while 2 of us were still eating. Unbelievably annoying. After 50minutes and almost $800,- we were outside already. We were really looking forward to visit this place but we will never come back.
Incredible place!! Celebrate my birthday after dinner, I stayed for the party and it was great, we had a great time!
We went Mayami to have some brunch and a drinks for my birthday. We had no reservations, yet we were offered the bar. We got waited on by Felipe and Ida, great bartenders. Both were attentive, courteous, and sweet. The place gets packed so make sure you make reservations! Our First time so we got great drink and food suggestions. We recommend this hang out specifically if you’re looking to just have a great time in Miami. Thanks for helping us enjoy our experience
This spot was cool. It was definitely a light show inside. So lets back to the entry... we went on Fathers day we paid $20 each to get in... which we was able to redeem the Mayan printed bills inside. We went to get a quick bite of food and just vibe for a minute. My guy loves unique spots this one was. They played alot of Latin music and had the smoke blowing out to make it look something like a rave party. As I mentioned it was a light show in there tons of lights and effects. They had food which was ok. They had drinks they were just ok and they had hookah which we didnt try. They also had this cool fire show presented by lovely ladies on the bar
Very dissapointed.. they are quick to charge $100 for hookah, they know you are in front of fan.. the hot charcoal lasted 15 mins and they refused to replaced the charcoal...
Everything was amazing our server Amalia was awesome she was SO attentive and made everything perfect for our friends birthday even brought out a cake with sparklers and a show for her. Food was delicious too we had the shrimp ceviche and carnitas tacos and several drinks on the happy hr menu. Thank you amalia you’re awesome!! Will definitely be back
I made a reservation for brunch. The place was great and our server kept going to the table to make sure we were doing good or if we needed something else. The food was really good, if you like sweets make sure to get the Japanese fluffy pancakes, and the syrup 10/10. If you like salty stuff, the sushi rolls and the filet mignon (served with 4 tacos) are good options. They also have bottomless mimosas for $35 but it’s totally worth it. The ambiance is great, they dj plays such good songs and if you wanna dance you’re more than welcome to. Definitely a great place for taking pictures and going with your friends or a group of people.
When it comes to dining, I much prefer a non frill diner or hole in the wall but I wanted to give this place a try as I pass it up lots of times on my way to the many bars in Wynwood. The food was amazing and the ambience was top notch during the evening. A violinist played over an EDM track right before the fire dancers/breathers came out for entertainment. I try to have dinner here as much as possible now.
Today we came with a group of 11 for their brunch and so far everything was pretty smooth. From the sitting to the drinking. I ordered their Waygu sliders and they taste pretty good,, I just didn’t really like the bun it came in but other than that it was tasty. The ambiance is nice and the staff is attentive. Loved it here! Will come again! Ps- their restrooms can use an upgrade.
Ive never ever in my life seen this, since the beginning the host rude, the lady that took us to our table rude, our waitress rude. Bro, I only stayed half and hour and even the security when we were leaving rude. The place is gorgeous and good music but the service the worst that Ive ever have and super overpriced for the quality of food and super uncomfortable if youre eating there btw, the people passing around and the chorros de aire hitting on your face when youre trying to eat. Mehh.
Mayami is one of my favorite Wynwood restaurants for brunch! The service is great, atmosphere is fun, and the food and drinks are delicious. It is also in a great location, walking distance from some other great Wynwood clubs and bars. Would definitely recommend!
Worst service, employees have their way to charge you extra creating more tips for them. Also, security employees are very disrespectful. Conclusion customer service at its worst.
Excellent valet parking service! Saul was quick, efficient, and very responsive! Highly recommend.
Omg. Great place to have a good time. I celebrated my cousin 21 birthdays on Tuesday night and that place was on fire. Nice crowd, good hookah and service was unbelievable Alejandra waitress did an Amazing job. Very attentive and professional. I will be back for any occasion. Best place in Miami Mayami.
