Diana was so informative for my cut. i have frail thick curly hair so its a lot to work with but still breaks easy. she was super helpful trying to identify the root cause of what has been affecting my hair and solutions on how to make it healthier and more hydrated. and most important of all made me feel comfortable

She’s fantastic and takes the time to consult with me about what I want, offering suggestions that are suited to my face shape and hair type. I cut my hair here a few weeks ago and received a bad haircut. I tried to like it but when I straightened and blew out my hair myself, I noticed how uneven it was. It was mentioned to the salon’s front desk and the attached picture was shown, they admitted it was bad and advised there was nothing they could do about it. It was more of like “not my problem!” They lied about a “policy” at first mentioning it was only 48 hours to fix, and then later mentioned it was 72. The girls at the front basically just laughed at it and didn’t seem to care about my experience/service. Highly unprofessional front desk.

What a great a experience coming to LifeSpa today! I came with my two girlfriends for a massage, which was AMAZING10/10 my masseuse was Francesca, I was very impressed by her techniques. After I did my hair with Elizabeth, we started with a blow out and finished with some curls! Love love love! The staff was great too! Definitely come back!

Ive done my hair with Elle a few times and it always comes out so good. My blow dries last all week and she also styles it good. Im glad I found her because not everyone knows how to style hair and the weather always kills my blow dries. Ive also cut my hair with her and its very flowy. I highly recommend this salon.

I had a fabulous haircut by Dianna last week. She was kind, patient, and spent time speaking with me to help me decide the best hair style for me. I highly recommend going to the Spa and trying the services.Also, Jayde is the best. Always friendly, kind, and so helpful. I stop by and say hello every time that I go to the gym. Just the best person to have in the front of the spa. AWESOME!

Fantastic services here, especially with Lisette for nails and Jaclene for facials! The only people I would go to for these things. She discussed what exactly I wanted, thoroughly, before, and checked in throughout the appointment to ensure I was happy. Absolute excellence, I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Elizabeth gives the best facials and the prettiest fastest blow dry. She’s a great stylist who pays extra attention to detail. I definitely recommend.

Francesca is an amazing masseuse, I cannot recommend enough! Jamie does the best blonde color services as well. 11/10 all around.

Elle is AMAZING I’ve known her since I was in high school. Literally since I was in 10th grade, she has been doing my hair. She is the only one I trust with my hair and I know that whatever I want she will give it to me! SHES THE BEST ! DONT hesitate going to the salon and doing your hair with her….TRUST ME !!!

Eli is AMAZINGGGG every time i go to her she always does what i want and does it 100% better. i always leave her chair feeling like a whole new women ☺️ . she makes you feel so comfortable and she goes step by step with you when she does your hair. The service here is amazing, truly one of the best I’ve experienced, everyone is very professional and kind. Jadye at the front desk has the best recommendations and is very kind, Jess for waxes is amazing, nails with Elizabeth was a great experience, gel mani 10/10 recommended and Tess for hair, one of the best professionals I’ve met!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!I booked two appointments for my two daughters (5 and 9) in this salon. When I booked through their app it clearly stated that the childrens cut includes cut, wash, and blow-dry for $35. I received an email confirmation that included my reserved time and service price of $35.When I get to the salon, the stylist (Jamie) tells me that the $35 includes the cut only. If I want my kids to have their hair washed it would be $85 for each.I show her the app and email I received and she tells me that her pricing is $85 regardless of what is published on the app or email confirmation. She says its too much work for her to wash their hair and cut it for $35.

I had an amazing time at Life Spa. Everyone was so friendly. Especially Elizabeth, who always has my hair looking fabulous. Always!!!

Charged double from initial quote & hair not done.I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Lifetimes Spa. After a hair consultation in person (April 25) with Jamie, she quoted me $600 for my hair in two sessions to work on the bottom half first and then my roots. I have been blonde since 2017, I am no stranger to the time, money and maintenance it’s. She booked the apps in front of me and immediately appeared in my app with the cost of $580 ($300 first appt $280 second appt) for both upcoming sessions.The first session I was charged $400 already $100 more than initially quoted. During the second appt (1 hour in), Jamie suddenly informed me that a third session would be necessary due to having too much hair,” completely caughting me off guard since she had the hair consult & first appt to inform me this.In that exact moment she also quoted me $280 for the second appt AND third appt ($560). When I expressed how uncomfortable I was with the total cost skyrocketing to approximately $1000 and prolonging it to a third session, she just kept repeating “I know” in a very condescending way. I ended up leaving with my hair not completely done and being charged $300 instead of the $280 she quoted me mid session. No manager was able to talk to me, I’m appalled by the lack of transparency and professionalism and feel compelled to warn others about the hidden costs and questionable practices at this salon. Do not go here, go anywhere else.Update: Emailed the manager after the 2nd session, they offered $180 refund but my hair was not finished.

Great staff! They are very friendly and will always help you out. Natasha takes care of my haircut, she does an amazing job and we also have very cool and interesting conversations. Highly recommended.
