I have been ordering from you guys since March or April and have been very happy with your prices and service.However, now your site only asks for your password with no other options. Since my password no longer works and there is no other option like Reset or Help... I am stuck and this is the only way to communicate with you.

I sent this company an email letting them know one of the vapes I received did not work. In my email I told them they may have a quality control problem. Their response was to request a photo. I guess they request a photo to ensure the person is a real customer. I threw the defective vape away. I do not need to try to cheat them out of a vape that cost under $15.00. I caution anyone doing business with this company to check each vape upon arrival.
