This was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life - firm pressure (enough to do some good work and feel good), super relaxing. I’ve never been able to shut my mind off during a massage like that. Will definitely be back to see Rob!

Ariel is amazing! This was my first prenatal massage ever and it was such a good experience. She went above and beyond and was so kind to me. Milwaukee is lucky to have her! I will be back asap!

This was my first time at Neroli and I was scheduled with Zoey. She listened and cared about my requests. Ive had my hair done many places and she by far exceeded my expectations. Felt pampered, which is hardly an opportunity for me. Color is beautiful, cut left hair healthier. Highly recommend.

I want to give a special shoutout to Shay. She makes me feel very comfortable and does a great job with pedis and gel manis. On top of that, Shay is so kind, gracious and fun to be around. The nail studio is clean and calming - I wish they had more colors to choose from but I will continue to go because of Shay!

I had a service today with CAMBRY for facial and brow wax. She is a true professional, caring, detailed, calm. Serene, person. Definitely going back to her 😊

First timer. It was nice to be pampered. My stylist was very sweet. My hair feels nice but when I got home I noticed I still have a good amount of split ends. My hair was extremely damged tho. Hopefully by the next trim that will be all taken care of. Overall my experience was pleasant and I would come back.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE TEXTURED HAIRFirst timer and never to return. Went in for a haircut to even out layers and redistribute volume. The front of my hair has lots of volume and curls, while the back is more beach waves and straight. I communicated this with the stylist, she claims to know what shes doing. Then, shampoos the hair, towel dries to 70% and combs the hair with a regular rat-tail comb. My hair came out dry and frizzy, to which she finger coiled small strands, added oil and sea salt spray (since all the curl pattern had flattened out) and hairspray. Then tells me that my hair is just naturally frizzy with no curl or wave pattern and she said maybe the diffuser made my hair frizzy. I paid 46 whole dollars for her to do everything wrong and walk around with a clumpy rats nest for the rest of the day. The hair cut doesnt look too bad once washed out, but its about the same as before going in.

Today was my Birthday I scheduled my first appointment a few weeks ago, and a few days ago they canceled on me with a text message, I called back and explained to them that Saturday 2/24 is my birthday and I wanted my hair cut and styled ,so they rescheduled me for 1pm, and they called me this morning and canceled on me on my birthday, with no solution or way to fit me in today, they said to try one of the other locations, and of course they all were booked because its Saturday, I took the day off today, I work for a very busy dealership and I took a non paid day off, Im very hurt and disappointed, I will never return to any of your Salons again, and Im going to tell anyone who will listen about how your place did me. I talk to over 100 people a day, plus Im all over social media, I wouldnt recommend Neroli to my worst enemy.

My facial experience was consultative, professional, relaxing, and healthy. I thoroughly enjoyed this time out from the daily grind and will most definitely return next month.

When I was in a month ago for an 80-minute massage with Ariel (she was amazing!) I asked the receptionist for a hairstylist who works with 4C hair and uses clippers. One of her recommendations was Zoey. I just saw Zoey today and, she did an amazing haircut. She was friendly and was confident in what she was doing. 10/10 would see her again.

I came here the day before my wedding to get my nails done and a massage service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helped ease any of my stress! I left feeling more confident and ready for my big day. Kanin did a lovely job on my nails (they still look great) and listened to all of my concerns. Rob was a great massage therapist as well! I will be visiting again!

What a lovely and relaxing visit to the Spa. I felt very pampered from check-in to check out. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and foot soak after my service!

Quality has declined - do not recommend. I was a client for years at the Eastside location, but todays experience was unreal. The stylist I was assigned to seemed annoyed from the start. When I took down my pony tail and explained I needed my hair trimmed and the weight taken out, I was told I would have to pay more. I don’t have curly, textured hair. I have healthy, below my shoulders length hair. Asking for weight to be taken out is part of a normal haircut to provide shape. I explained I had never been charged this before, even as recent as my last haircut at this location in October. The stylist didn’t care about building a client relationship and as was fine to see me go. I spoke with the manager on the way out who also had nothing to say besides this is the policy. A bizarre policy and awful attitudes, no thanks Neroli.

I travel a distance to enjoy my haircare/haircuts. Zoey is fantastic! She is sweet as ever, took a great deal of time to discuss and understand what I was looking for and absolutely surpassed my expectations!! Just finished with my first pedicure visit. I was taken care of by Cody whos been with them for 6 years. She was amazing at her craft, knowledgeable about the products and a real people person. We need more dedicated workers out there that actually care about their job and the customer.Great Job Cody !

I waited about 2 weeks after my service to give this honest review.This was my first time here, and unfortunately, I really hate my new look. Maybe it was hard to fully evaluate my new look before leaving the salon because I just had a nice wash with great products in but once it dried and the following days using the products I always use and love for my hair, I felt embarrassed to leave my house. My hair looks nasty and just plain awful every single day. I am so disappointed and upset. It doesn’t look at all close to what I was hoping or wanting.I will say the staff, including my stylist, were very nice and the process was smooth. Very nice and clean salon. I’m sure many people will have and do have great experiences here, but unfortunately I did not and probably won’t be back.

I had my first ever prenatal massage here and it was amazing! Corey made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She helped adjust cushions and linens to ensure I was able to fully enjoy the service - even with limited mobility due to the baby. I’m already excited for my next appointment with her! Definitely recommend, I wish I had started these even sooner in my pregnancy.

I had done brow lamination and burned my skin. went back there but they did nothing about it. The so called AH assistant manager is too busy that it couldnt come out to talk to me. Even as a customer, I do not agree with customer is always right. Too expensive even compared to a better salon. My brow lamination done look like Ive done nth but got burned LoL. Im not gonna get poor from the money Ive spent but they aint gonna get rich from what they got from me either. Still, they could have done a better job and a better customer services.SMH..................I felt like I paid 110 to get fup LOL

Kim was great! She’s what you want in a hairstylist—she listens and she knew exactly what I needed to fix my bad haircut. The front desk folks were friendly and complimentary too!

Ashlee did a nice job. I was upset by the no option for privacy in changing room and showers especially having my 16 year old daughter there. They knew i was booking an appt with her and that mine would take longer and no one told me that everything was co-ed. It was hard to relax and enjoy either of our services

Never a good experience at this place. Long waits, snooty, unhelpful staff, cold foot baths, they run out of essential oils in massage rooms and basic shower products in the spa, they are not attentive for treatments and disrespectful. I was called the wrong name for my entire visit despite correcting them. They dont do exchanges unless you have an n account with them. Why should that matter .

Had a gel mani and a standard pedi with Shay. Shay made the experience! So relaxing and considerate. Really listened to what I wanted and what I liked, will be coming back to Shay for sure! Nails look great!

I received a massage. The table and head rest was old and uncomfortable. She slapped a super hot towel on my back with no warning and the front desk clerk was rude. I’m never going back. It is no longer a spa experience, but rather a mall massage.

Laura was amazing, will definitely be requesting her when I come back!! The entire staff is also incredibly friendly! I had a lovely massage and the energy in this establishment will make you feel very special! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I have had amazing Ayurvedic services with Eve. I saw her for monthly Abhyanga services through my second and third trimester during my pregnancy and it made such a difference in alleviating aches and pains and reducing my stress levels. So very thankful for her and her services before, during, and after pregnancy! Highly recommend!

Only giving a single star as that’s the lowest it goes. Hands down the worst haircut I’ve ever paid for, Hellen Keller (blind and deaf) could have done a better job. My sideburns are two completely different lengths, the fade isn’t even a fade or blended, and the hair that I actually have on top is cut all different lengths with no rhyme or reason to it. It’s pretty embarrassing to have people laugh at your hair cut let alone admit you paid a professional to hack it that bad.

Stephanie is my go-to stylist. She’s busy and honestly expensive but she is worth every penny. My daughter and I have rather crazy hair that requires a truly skilled stylist. We won’t go to anyone else!The new Neroli is also just beautiful and gives me the feeling I’m at a spa ❤️

Stephanie is an absolutely amazing hairstylist! She has been cutting my hair for years. Not only does she do a great job on my hair, but she is a gem to talk to and a truly wonderful person. Cannot recommend her enough (though I shouldnt because then her schedule will be even more full!) ;)

When my stylist moved out of state, they set me up with a stylist who ended up changing her hours at the last minute, so they made me reschedule my appointment. This resulted in me waiting weeks to see someone. That person ended up leaving as well. At this point, I was long overdue for a hair appointment, and they made no efforts to get me in sooner. Customer service may be nice in person, but they lack the ability to think outside the box to retain long-term clients. UPDATE - In the owner’s response, they say they can’t fix what they don’t know. You don’t know that you canceled three of my appointments? That’s on you. Also, they have made ZERO attempts to contact me.

I have been coming to Neroli for a long time. Kim V has been my stylist from the first day I came there. Kim has an amazing ability to make me feel comfortable in the chair. Her stylist skills and knowledge are fantastic and for me being as picky as I am, I walk out every time feeling amazing and beyond pleased with my hair!! I once left Neroli to try and find a closer salon, as I had moved further away. I went to two different places and the results did not even compare. I now make the drive to see Kim at Neroli and will continue to do so. The new facility is beautiful. I am absolutely thrilled with the windows. The staff there is always welcoming and helpful. Great job Neroli!!!

Went for a massage last night, requested deep pressure and ended up with a very expensive rub. Also requested more time on shoulder and back -felt like very little time was spent there and too much time spent on feet. My recommendations is go there for hair and waxing - skip the massage. There are better massage therapist out there who will listen to your needs and focus your experience accordingly.

Visiting Neroli was the BEST spa experience I’ve ever had. I arrived early and was kindly offered a warm foot soak so I was instantly relaxed. Elizabeth then greeted me and we moved to the private facial room. I’m new to skin care so I had a lot of questions and Elizabeth had so much great information and knowledge on the topic. She made me feel relaxed and pampered the entire time. Everything she used made my skin feel fantastic and she left me with the knowledge to continue an at home routine. I cannot wait to go back and do another facial with Eizabeth!

Stephanie knows curls! I used to go to a different salon for cuts, and it was totally FINE. After reading many positive reviews, I decided to book with Stephanie because she knows how to cut us curly girls. She listens, and suggests options, she has been supportive of me growing out my natural hair color, and suggests methods and products that are helpful for keeping my curls look fresh. I feel relaxed and trust that I will get a good cut each time. I also have felt really comfortable with their Covid mitigation strategies. Highly recommend Stephanie at Neroli on Silver Spring.

Received a hydrafacial and my skin was flawless by Kiersti. Due to weather my skin got a little dry couple days later, called customer service line spoke with an extremely kind representative Helena she relaid the information and got back to me right away with an appointment time. I have been going to Neroli for salon and spa services for over a decade. In that time I have visited all of their locations and received many services. I have to say that my massages with Corey rate highest among all of my years as a customer. Corey is an extremely talented massage therapist, with excellent technique and strength. She is professional, warm, and very attentive to meeting whatever special concerns I have that day. Most massages can be relaxing, but her sessions are truly therapeutic and healing, improving or resolving some significant aches and pains in my body. I give Corey a very enthusiastic 5 out of 5 stars.The facility itself would benefit from doing more work with sound proofing, or adding a door between the salon and the spa area, to improve the acoustics for those trying to relax in spa services.

My first appointment at the Neroli Salon was perfect. I was immediately acknowledged upon entering and offered a beverage. Jenny was my hair dresser for the day and did a very professional job of highlighting, cutting and styling my hair...much better than I expected for a first-time experience with a new stylist. I have already scheduled my next two appointments with her. BTW, the cucumber water was delicious.I look forward to my future appointments.

I had my hair color and cut yesterday. My appointment was at 12:15, I was there at 12:10 . It was 12:30 and no one bothered to inform me my stylist is running late. I had to walk to the reception to find out why, the girl at the front desk did not respond to me. She had no basic manners to inform me that she will take care of it or anything.After this hiatus my stylist came Okay now coming to my highlight and cut. I showed my stylist the type of cut I needed. And specifically mentioned my highlight requirements. She did the highlight and my grey was still visible. She did my haircut and it was nothing like I showed her. She conveniently curled my hair to hide her flaws. I told her the layers are not visible , straight my hair so I can see my hairstyle. There it was no layers nothing , just a straight cut from behind after chopping half my hair length. I knew she was not skilled when she took 4 hours to do this for a mid length hair. I am extremely disappointed with this service at Neroli for the price they charge. I felt even a normal priced salon would do a much better job.Neroli hire good stylist if your going to charge premium. And train your front desk people.

I went for a pedicure, and I arrived 15 min early. I wanted the full spa, shower experience with my services. I had been to Neroli in Brookfield for a facial and it was offered, so I assumed that came with every service. I opted to take a shower, and my pedicure was canceled

Amazing hair cut and color at Neroli North Shore from Kim! Kim is very good at working with you to ensure that the cut/color you get works with your face, hair and lifestyle. I have shorter hair, so a great cut is essential to it looking good. I appreciate that I do not have to spend much time on my hair at home-- a little bit of styling product and blow dry (brush optional) is all it takes!

I have been a faithful Neroli client since 2009 and there is no one I trust more then Kim V. to cut and style my hair. Kim is very professional, talented, and personable. From a routine cut and style to a day-of-event styling I always trust that Kim will make me both feel and look great. I highly recommend booking with Kim if you are looking for a new stylist.

I had a consult today with Hannah Kummer. I am so happy I did. She does an amazing job bringing out my natural hair color and really ensured that my hair was how I wanted it. She had great advice for blondes and is well educated and trained. She was professional and I cant wait to get my hair done by her again.

Kim V is the absolute best! She saved my hair from an awful haircut I had gotten elsewhere (bangs are apparently tricky) but she has transformed my hair and I always leave feeling confident. I cant speak for other staff, but I definitely recommend Kim! She really helped me to articulate what I wanted, and made my hair look better than it has in YEARS!

I have gone several times for pedicures and manicures, and there have only been a couple people who have done a decent job. The location is convenient for me, but I am not sure I will continue going. I paid a lot of money for a pedicure and manicure, only to have been deprived of any massage or moisturiser. When I brought up my concern to the front desk I was not offered any compensation or an apology. I was told, She is still new, we will tell her to give massages. That is poor customer service-- when you pay for a luxurious spa experience thats what you should receive.

Ive been going to Neroli for years and by far my favorite experience at the salon is the cut/color from Kim V. She is personable and professional. I always leave the salon feeling relaxed and beautified! The new location is great, easy parking and the layout is open and bright.

The Neroli at Bayshore is definitely my favorite. However, they didn’t have any appointments available and so I decided to give this location a try. The steam showers are amazing, and my massage was decent but a bit expensive I think for the overall experience. I thought that my masseuse was a little too chatty for my taste and could have used more pressure which I notified of her of several times.

I love going to Neroli from the smells right when walk-in the door to the fresh look I leave with! Stephanie is my all time favorite stylist and she takes the time to listen to my needs before diving into a cut or color. I walk out looking so fresh and smelling delicious!

Elizabeth Foster is our family’s go-to! She’s helped us navigate my daughter’s changing skin and was key in making recommendations to get her the results she wanted. One of the best things I love about Elizabeth is how easy it is for me to schedule with her. ♥️

I have been going to Neroli Bayshore for about 3.5 yrs now. I started with massages with Tori (among others), added hair service with Liz and now also eyelash extensions with Aria. Every employee at this location has been wonderful and those providing me with services are incredible. They each take the time to listen to and understand what you want. I cannot say enough great things about how wonderful this salon is across the board.

As bald men go, I am very particular about my eyebrows. I dont want to walk away looking sculpted. As eyebrows go, mine are worthy of envy. Enough about me, heres my take.I came in for a brow wax with Emma. She did an amazing job! They feel lighter, look more defined, and dont look sculpted. Every box was ticked, and I am completely satisfied. 11/10 I will happily go back again.

Overall our experience is always great! Every year we do a couples massage on our wedding anniversary.It would be nice if the same receptionist who checked us in 40 minutes before would remember who we where to check us out. But our massage therapists where both amazing! Couldnt ask for better!A suggestion for Neroli would be to post the rates of all the therapists on the website. It shows $55 for 35 minutes but they dont tell you certain therapists are extra.

As always, Im welcomed and treated well by Neroli staff at both Mequon and Bayshore locations. Crystal has been been my hairstylist for many years and Im always happy with my haircuts. She is a Master level haircutter and colorist - I highly recommend her services!

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at Neroli. They were rude and unhelpful, and it felt like they didnt care about my concerns. Despite going to this salon for years, they charged me a high cancellation fee after giving me conflicting information. When I called to discuss this, I never got a response. I would never recommend this salon to anyone and will never be going back.

I have been going to Neroli since it opened at Bayshore several years ago! I love the attention to service! Each time I need something new with my hair I see Kerry. I tell her what length, what my expectation for time to get ready in the morning is and how I need to look and she sets me up with a hair style that fits my needs! I highly recommend her to all of my friends, and honestly, most do go to her!!

I have had my hair cut by Kathy for years now. She is a great hairstylist and just a wonderful person to be around. Because of my schedule, I am always her last customer of the day. I know she must be exhausted and ready for the day to end, but I never feel rushed. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was just in yesterday to have my second set of Great Lengths extensions put in my hair. I absolutely LOVE them!! Kathy is my stylist, and she is knowledgable, friendly, and very talented. She thoroughly answered all of my questions thorough out the process..from my first consultation, ordering the hair, and then putting them in. It was a lengthy appointment, but Kathy and the staff at Neroli Salon are so amazing, and made sure that I was comfortable during the process. I would highly recommend Kathy and Neroli Salon if you are considering these extensions!!! I am soooo happy with my investment!!!

Just had an amazing facial with Ashlee at Naroli Spa. She is very professional and knows her products. I had the “Lift” facial and could actually feel my skin firming up during this very relaxing facial. My skin looks great! Thanks Ashlee! I will be back!

Saw Stella for a cut and color last week and the entire experience was FANTASTIC! She did a lovely job on my hair, gave me a nice, long hand massage while I was processing and they even checked me out right at the chair! My har looks great and I could not be happier! I will be back!

I went to the Bayshore neroli to get my hair curled prior to taking pictures in august. They charged me $100 for simply getting my hair curled (no wash, no blow dry, just curled). When checking out, the cashier said “that will be $100 for your up-do”. I tried to clarify in the moment and made sure she was aware that my hair was simply curled, I did not get an updo. The cashier looked to her co-worker to see if this price was truly accurate, and the co-worker nodded his head in an unsure way. I am sure I was overcharged. The service itself was fine, but for the price I cannot recommend neroli.

Told my stylist I didnt want any blunt cuts due to my thick naturally curly and frizzy hair, also explained that I wanted some weight from my hair removed. I was given nothing but blunt cuts throughout. I went back to express that I felt the stylist didnt listen to what I wanted to have done to my hair and wanted someone to fix my hair since I paid over 250 for a colour and cut. They let me know that I could have thr cut fixed by the same individual who ruined my hair and didnt listen to me in the first place. I refused stating that I didnt feel comfortable having that individual do my hair again out of fear that my hair would come out even worse, I would accept someone else to fix it, or a partial refund. I had a color and cut. Color was fine. Cut was atrocious. I was told there was no possible way I could have my hair fixed or get a refund. Very unprofessional.

I love Neroli!! The service concept, scheduling and professionalism is top notch. Sometimes Ive encountered employees that could try a little better but thats life. The last time I scheduled an appointment the person that assisted me was top notch!!

Just left Bayshore after my monthly facial with Andrea. I didnt want it to end. I have been a customer of Neroli for ages and Andrea is simply the best! I go to both the downtown location for my monthly massages and bayshore my monthly facials and Neroli is by far the best salon and spa in Milwaukee. Shout out to Taylor at Bayshore - your awesome and always make me feel special!

I saw Stephanie at the Bayshore location for the first time and my experience was wonderful. Stephanie took time to talk to me about what I was hoping for now and in the future in terms of my cut and highlight. I left feeling great and already have my next appointment scheduled with Stephanie as my hair has never looked or felt better.

I rarely leave reviews but since it this appointment was for my wedding I am going to. I had a HORRIBLE experience. My mother in law booked us a French tip and pedi massage appointment. As soon as we walked into the door and the nail ladies came to get us they were confused because they messed up our booking. Instead of keeping it to themselves about the appointment needing to be rushed, they rushed us throughout the whole experience from picking out our nail color to forgetting to clean under my nail bed! It was a horrible experience. I rarely get my nails done and we decided to do gel. Not once was I told about the process or that my hands could react to the UV light if I had sensitive skin. I am a redhead and so this whole process was new to me. My hands reacted so poorly and swelled up. Not only that, Melissa did a horrible job on my nails and left the cuticle bed intact. They just were rushing us the whole time and didn’t care about the quality of work. They knew I was getting married and these were my nails— I am just beyond disappointment. When we were checking out they tried to charge us for the appointment we never got so that was a huge disappointment. Luckily we were able to get some discount— but for a total of $189 and the “quality” of service we got... I can assure you I will NEVER go to another aveda for any spa service of any kind. I like their hair products and the smell— but stay away from their salon services.

LOVE the Neroli Salon & Spa chain, but very disappointed in the gel manicure I received last week. Major chipping within just 2-3 days. Not sure if I’ll go back for manicure/pedicure services.

I have been a client for about 10 years. I did not have a good experience with the hair stylists, but the beauticians are fairly good. The facilities however, are dated and the layout of the changing rooms was not very well thought. If you are going for a facial, this is a great place to be.

Yesterdays session with Eve, your Ayurvedic practitioner, was a wonderful experience. Eve was so gentle and sure in her movements. I got to my appointment very tired and stressed. Some serious vision problems had been causing me not just eye strain, but overall tension and distress. Eve paid special attention to my eyes and face throughout the treatment, but she was careful with all the rest of me, too. I got home and fell asleep early, and slept soundly through the night -- not usual! This morning, I woke up feeling as if my face was relaxed. It was the first time it had felt that way in a year. I cant thank her enough for being so deeply sensitive to my needs.

Have gotten my hair done here 4 times. Usually have loved the results, but really dissapointed with my hair appointment tonight. Got highlights and a toner and walked out with my hair looking no different than when I came in, roots and all. Expressed disappointed and still had to pay full price. Will get my hair fixed at a different place.

Ive been seeing Alynn at the Bayshore location for about 6 years now. She is amazing. I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. Besides the fact that she works miracles on my skin, she is the warmest, most caring person ever. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for a cut, only to show up and have them tell me that my stylist was out ill. I never received a call or message stating this. But the note in their system stated that a message was left. I showed them otherwise. But because the note in the system said they called and left a message, they did. I DID receive the text message CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT 😒 The front desk lady acted like I was an inconvenience, NOT a priority like I should have been treated. It would have been my first time at Neroli, now it will definitely be my last.

I highly recommend Hannah! She does an excellent job with my hair. I am very pleased. Hannah is also very personable and great to talk with.

I went in for an all over Platinum blonde and cut. Which got changed to full highlights by the stylist. She told me she would not be able to blow dry or style my hair when she was done coloring it due to she had another customer. So I had to leave the salon with wet hair and once I got home and my hair dried I noticed a bleach spot at the front top of my hair part. Im very unhappy with the results after paying $168.00

Had a fantastic cut and color with Kerry. She is very creative and has a great vision. Together we came up with a fantastic compromise and a fresh new look. I received many compliments and couldnt be more happy with the result.

I think the front desk staff needs training in customer service. I had three visits to the front desk and each time I was not impressed. Jacqueline was my assigned massage therapist and was beyond great. The massage was a total exscape. Jaqueline gets five stars*****. Not only was the massage phenomenal she told me all the things that the front desk people should have. I will return because of her. Example, I called the customer service desk. I was attempting to select a service and I was told to visit the website. Lol, maybe Neroli could benefit from a web based CSR.

Check in experience was extremely awkward. I also didn’t really know what to do after getting dressed so I was pretty uncomfortable.The massage itself was great and I will probably be back to see the same person, but when I booked on the website I also added cupping to my massage. When the massage ended, I was really confused but thought maybe someone else would come in? Turns out the cupping was never actually added. Sucks.

OMG, thus is by far the best massage Ive ever had and Ive been to a lot of places. If you decide you wanna try, book with Noel, she knows her stuff w/over 10 years of experience she is THE best 👌❤ Thank you Noel and I cant wait to see you next month!

I was in the middle of booking a reservation online but had some questions about the location and who worked there. But the lady who answered was not helpful at all because the calls get routed to somewhere else instead of the location you think you’re calling, and she didn’t know anything about that location. Beyond annoying. Please give each location their own direct phone line. I shouldn’t have to make a trip to the salon just to ask a question.

I worked with Marsha(hope I spelled it right) and she was awesome! She and the team made my first experience with the Neroli company wonderful! I will get my hair and everything beauty done here from now on! Thank you!!

Kim is absolutely amazing in her career and she is such a wonderful person, not only did she turn my wreck of a hair into something beautiful but she made me feel special and gorgeous. I will always come back for her believe me the price is well worth it.

Had a birthday gift card for $100, was told I couldnt use it at your location and after 30 mins of checking out says my card balance is 0 and there was nothing they could do about. I had $400 of services to be relaxed and stress free, instead my blood pressure was raised, I had to pay $100 extra out of pocket and you all took $100 off of the gift card but didnt apply it to the balance of services. I will be contacting the BBB, and corporate due to the violation of taking funds not applying them to the service and telling me I had $100 but now there is 0 and nothing you can do about it.

Alynn is the best aesthetician in the world!!! She has been doing my eyebrows and facials for probably 5 years now and I wouldnt dare go anywhere else. Seeing her is like seeing a zen master, calming, soothing, and refreshing. You leave feeling like a light has been turned on inside your soul. I cant say enough about this woman. Neroli - if you have an awards program, Alynn should receive employee of the year!

I write this even after calling and emailing a complaint and receiving a refund of $61 for the “haircut and color” I paid $177 for, because it is THAT bad. I requested a 90’s bowlcut pixie with an undercut (think Linda Evangelista) and this is basically what I received. An unstylable mop with a tiny Mohawk on top. HOW CHIC! I can barely fix it enough to look passable as a bad haircut, let alone the nightmare on my head.I don’t even want anything gratis or a bigger refund or anything like that. I want my hair back. And that won’t happen anytime soon.(FULL DISCLOSURE: I told the stylist I loved it even while dying inside because I was so hopeful once home I could style it how I wanted to but, no. It’s the worst haircut I’ve ever received.)

Always friendly with advice. And their points program is SO AWESOME. I got two full size things of hand lotion for free after about a year of buying shampoo I would have bought any way.

Hannah is extraordinaire! She seeks perfection for each one of her clients. Hannah does what is best for her clients, not what is most financially lucrative to her. I would be very proud to serve as Hannah’s second mom as as her mom is in another state.

Nerolis service has declined significantly in the past few months. The waxer missed spots on my Brazilian and the masseuse had long nails that was extremely uncomfortable to deal with during the service. It is rare to encounter a check out person that doesn’t have a major attitude. Very over Neroli :/

Wonderful service! They have a coat check and offers me a drink while I waited. Funny to say but it felt very Swedish in here. Gorgeous decorations too!

I go for massage, they have a variety available. Online scheduling is awesome. The facilities are always nice, clean and inviting. Not inexpensive, but a good value for the price.

I have been to the Neroli salon many times for a massage appointment when they use to be in the Bayshore mall, well I recently booked a massage and got there before my appointment (as it says to be there 15-20 min early) I arrived to the address it says on there and it turned out that they relocated locations and noone told me whenever i made my appointment nor did i get their new address in an email, I called them about 10 times and NO ANSWER, i was extremely worried that I wasnt going to make it and they would charge me either ways so i had to ask an employee at Bath & Body located next to their old location the lady there was able to direct me to their new Location. When I finally arrive there with my boyfriend i was already extremely frustrated and explained to them why i was late and instead of them apologizing or trying to be understanding they were very RUDE and after our check in we were not given any indication on what to do or how long the wait would be we were just left there waiting as our complaint seemed very inconvenient to them!

Great atmosphere. Amazing spa team. My Ultraceuticals facial was so relaxing. I left with radiant glowing skin.

Called to make an appointment at 830 am was told there was a cancellation- so I booked. Was called 30 mins later to be told an error was made and to call back- called back and I waited 10 minutes for someone to answer to then tell me there isn’t any availability at any locations! If I cancelled I was going to be charged 50.00- what do you give to those you cancel on?This is my first experience with them! Not a good one!

Very disappointed in the service I had done with Monica. I recieved highlights and they were just horrible - I even have a random horizontal strip in the the back of my head. Luckily, the salon assigned another girl to fix my color.

Their prices for waxing are obscene. 1/2 leg and eyebrows; took 20 minutes and was charged $85.00. Milwaukee needs the franchise European Waxing Center. And the parking is horrid!!!
