Shannon was an excellent massage therapist! She practices precision neuromuscular technique and it was exactly what I needed! You can tell she really knows what shes doing by the way and direction she massages the muscles! I was so tight all over and she did a great job in helping to relieve my tension and achiness. She was quiet throughout the massage, which is my preferred way of receiving a massage. And at the end she gave a really thorough review of what she felt in my body and some tips and suggestions for next time! Rarely do you find someone so knowledgeable and talented in their abilities! Im so glad I found her and I look forward to going back!

Shannon is AMAZING! She has helped me through a very difficult and painful time. She listens to my areas of concern and explains what she is doing. Shannon is a true master of her craft. One of the best massages I’ve received in my life, and it came at a time that was much needed. After the massage, Shannon made me aware of specific areas of my body that are carrying a lot of tension, and provided recommendations on how to solve for that. 10/10 would recommend, absolutely intend to go back, and have every intention of signing up for her monthly subscription!
