O Chi Massage Spa

Super hit or miss on the quality. Some of the male masseurs use too much pressure and it ends up hurting. Theyll use their boney elbows to massage you, and it can be very painful. However, I went in one time and had a female masseuse who did a phenomenal job. I would recommend spending the extra money to go to a higher end place. The only reason Im willing to risk it is because they dont require an appointment, and most massage places require you to schedule in advance

Had a one hour table massage with a 20 minute foot massage. Table massage is face down with clothes on. Foot massage is done bare foot. Both were done at the same time. My back was a mess. My L5/S1 disc is degenerating. His pressure was aggressive, but its what I needed. I did have to tap out once. I loved it, but it was a little painful in a good way. Will go back.

I went in for a 60 min message on my birthday and left out with aches and pains I kept inquire I was pregnant the guy massaging me not so ruff but he kept pressing down on my back to hard not a good experience and it was my first time ever gettin a massage I thought it would enlighten my mood but it mad me more depressed .

The staff didnt speak or understand English. They also used Vaseline instead of massaging oils/ lotion. They put a large low quality white towel on me despite being hot. And put hot bags behind my neck and on my stomach. The lighting was poor. And every seat/chair was out in the open. No privacy while being serviced. They didnt ask if the pressure was too hard. My shins were in pain. The whole experience was low quality and not worth the price.

I had neck and back pain from travelling. Did a 45 minutes session and felt so good after de blocking the stiffness of being sitting on the aeroplane seat.

My sister and I took my mom here to celebrate her birthday. We had a very pleasant experience. As a bonus, all 3 of us were able to be serviced at once. The masseuse were very friendly and accommodating with sensitive areas.

Great experience for a fair price. The atmosphere and music are so relaxing and the staff are great at their job. Definitely one of the best values of any massage salon in the Milwaukee area.

Went for a foot massage horrible. Staff member acted as if he did not want to do the service. Stop several times during service to answer walkie-talkie. Safe your money.

I am so pleased with the service I received today. I went in for a 1 hour reflexology and ended up adding on an additional massage because it was just that heavenly!!!!A few things to note: they don’t speak English very well. This doesn’t bother me as I’m used to living and traveling to other countries where of course, they speak their native language so I’ve had to adjust accordingly.I do believe it will be beneficial for them to learn basic words to better serve customers but I didn’t need to say much if anything at all during my massage because the gentleman who serviced me was exceptional at reading my body language.Also, they will try to up sell you which I accepted. I enjoy having people sell me things. If you don’t want whatever they’re offering simply say “no thank you”. They will probably ask again because that’s their job.This will now be my go to spot! Highly recommend!

Whenever we go to Milwaukee,we go there for a message. They are excellant! Been going there for about 6 years on trips to Milwaukee.

I have had in the area of 12 massages at O Chi. I gave them 5 stars because I am a fan of pressure point massage. They do go deep and they find the spots that are blocked/tight. I was surprised to read the reviews were folks said the massage was to hard or deep. If it were too hard, why didnt you say something. My recommendation is - if you want a soft massage, tell them. If you want a deep pressure point massage, this is the place to go to. The pressure point opens up the flow again.

Went there twice and left twice without getting a massage. First time I waited and they said someone will be coming in 15 minutes to give me a massage. 20 mins later still no one. Lady said oh yea 15 more mins they will be here. After waiting another 15 I just left. Second time, no one was in the store, waited for 10 mins and left. Stopped at a few store and came back around to check 20 mins later still no one. Don’t know how they expect to gain customers with how they carry out their business…

My neck was killing me, and the only place they didnt massage was my neck... my main problem with moat of these places is the fact they have a routine and do not care where the customer actually needs the massage... talking about most massage places Ive been.

Great price! I like a lot of pressure so it was perfect for me. The masseuse made me feel very comfortable and wanted to make sure the pressure was how I liked it. I do wish they spent time on the head, they get that back a bit but Id love them to get the front ( brow line, sinus area) I would be there all the time!

The Appleton location within the Fox River Mall was the first place I ever had any sort of massage. I do enjoy the guy I often gets firmer pressure, which would probably be uncomfortable to a fair amount of people. Have even taken my close freind there and she also enjoyed the chair massage.

I had a massage on the evening of the 4th of April. This massage was the best message I’ve ever received in my life. The man spoke little English but seemed to understand exactly how much pressure to apply based off of how my body responded. I have never felt more relaxed in my life. I would gladly pay weekly if I could have the same masseuse. He was amazing!!!!

This was the worst massage I have ever had. 1.) Quick to rush you to a table, while Im trying to see what is all covered for the hour. (She steadily trying to move me along)2.) Tried to start my time as I was removing items out of my pockets. (Please start my time when I actually lay on the table).3.) He failed to do the head massage.4.) The guy that gave me my massage, was doing it very hard I had to tell him to ease up.Never Again!!!!!

I had intended to get a massage that day but downstairs on a table. I was walking by the upstairs chairs and the guy literally grabbed me. He had horrible breath and so I agreed to get a chair massage just to get him out of my face. The chair massage was unpleasant. It was painful and he never did rub the sore spots. When I first sat down the employees were talking amongst themselves in another language. Its very uncomfortable especially when you are paying for their attention and could use a few words to make you feel welcome.

Well this is the worst spot to get a massage. It hurt while they massaging you and after. My husband and I went for our anniversary 3/10. He said he will never go back had to take him to the non emergency later that day because he was in so much pain afterwards.

WORST massage ever! I told the man my lower back was very bad and he did ask if it was ok and it was on the lower back. However, the neck, shoulders and other parts of the back were VERY HARD! I had a half hour massage and literally 98% painful! I did tell him to go softer and it still hurt! My partner noticed my neck, said it looked like i got a hickey! I have picture to prove it.

One thing I really like is that they’re able to see me in within 30 minutes and no need to make an appointment. They’re not very professional but it might be because of cultural differences. At the end of the day I know they put a lot of effort in providing good services which I really appreciate.

My son and I were visiting Mayfair mall and were easily convinced we could use some relaxation in the form of chair massage. The quality of the service and the staff was well worth the price. Highly recommended for a brief break!

The massages here are hit or miss.. Sometimes you might have a great therapist and another times youll end up with one thats not so great. The staff talk to each other during my massage and that annoys me.

LOVE Ochi Massage. Every time I visit the place is busy and wait times minimal as they call in other therapists quickly. I personally obtain huge benefits by the accupressure massage that these great therapists deliver. If you’re looking for a massage spa with candles burning and a waterfall flowing, light, easy massage - Ochi probably not your place. However, if you have serious muscle tightness, problem areas and prefer deep tissue digging massage - OCHI is the place!! All the therapists are friendly and very comfortable to be with. As a client - simply take ownership of what you’re looking for in massage and they will accommodate. Prices are far more reasonable compared to other massage chains. I would be so disappointed if this place ever closed as they are truly the best! The return in health benefits obtaining OCHI Massage is incredible. Keep up the fabulous work OCHI Massage!!

They are great! Wonderful table, chair or foot massages. Great option of a table massage where a second person does a fott massage too. Careful of the upsell, they always try to convince you to get more.

I love this place. I am a massage therapist. They are very firm at time and rarely speak english but do a great job. I like them because I can usually just walk in and get a massage immediately. Weekends can be busier.

LOVE this place. Just had a one hour foot reflexology that left me walking out on air after walking in with incredibly sore feet. I do wish theyd lessen the taking and loud cash register, and be less pushy on additional services.

Massage was nice. I dont like the talking that goes on inside. Suppose to be quite environment. So dont like they keep asking you to upgrade during your massage.

With a deep tissue/pressure massage you cant just jump in and thats what he did. Im so sore right now. In worse shape than when I walked in. He knew I was in pain because I shrieked a few times.. This place is a waste of $$. Go somewhere else..

Poor experience. Not professional at Mayfair mall. The one at northshore mall is more professional. I asked to complain to manager and they said no manager.

Great prices but honestly not very relaxing the doors were wide open and the loud sounds of the mall rang though my hour long massage.

Wish they did oil body massages but the best in Milwaukee so far.
