Neroli Salon & Spa - Downtown

First of all, this location is perfect. Right now, there is minor construction but nothing you can’t move past! Aside from all that.. there’s restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, etc. I’ve been here a few times and have never had any bad experiences. Recently, I’ve gotten my hair services done by Xia, who does an amazing job! I’ve walked out happy and content with my hair which is hard to do at times but seriously, all the girls here seem very sweet & truly make your space a comfortable and safe one. I’ve found the stylist I trust firmly & will continue to book here!! 11/10 experience, seriously !!

I was in need for a foot massage and pedi but my usual lady was booked that particular day.The young ladies were 15 minutes late which didn’t bother us because we were off and didn’t care to be honest.The young ladies were polite, offered something to drink and started a nice conversation.We understand every establishment our not the same, but we usually get pedicures so we’re familiar with the basics. Our pedicure started and massage at the end.The add on foot massage was great and relaxing. Which I give 5 stars all day and happy to recommend that particular service.Unfortunately the pedicure was not worth what we paid and I give it 1 star.We were so relaxed from the massage that we didn’t notice the imperfections until we got home. The nails were uneven and not shaped at all. The sides and underneath the nails weren’t cut or cleaned. Finally some nails were missing color on the sides.Very disappointing ..

So impressed with the spa! From the quiet waiting area with the Aveda tea, waterfall and foot soak to the absolute best massage I’ve ever had with Stephanie to the rain shower in the locker room. I will definitely be back!

I visited Neroli for a mini spa day to spoil myself. I booked a deep tissue massage, a facial and a haircut. I loved the relaxing sitting room, water/tea provided, the foot soak and the amenities in the locker room (i.e slippers, robe, styling products, etc...). I do wish they had more than one shower stall as I was unable to take a shower after my treatments due to a wait but otherwise great. The treatment rooms were very comfortable, well maintained and the music/lighting was perfect. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive as well. I felt very taken care of. The highlight of the entire day was my facial with Kristen. She was FABULOUS and I would definitely recommend her. I could tell by her movements and style that she was very experienced and I felt so incredibly relaxed. Sadly the massage did not leave me with the same feeling. I appreciated that my therapist Randall spent a good amount of time on the intake/assessment to get a better understanding of what I needed and although his technique on my legs was great, the techniques used on my shoulders/neck left something to be desired. Compared to the facial and other massages Ive had, it did not feel as experienced/smooth/relaxing as I hoped. Kristen actually worked on the same areas and I appreciated her technique/attention to the tension which allowed me to relax more into the treatment. Lastly, I enjoyed my haircut service with Neroli. My stylist did a great job cutting and finishing the look and sadly I was getting a little overheated so I had to cut our time a few minutes short but Im very happy with how the cut turned out. I would recommend visiting Neroli and will likely return.

I was gifted an ancient gift card(13+years old) and they were still able to take it thankfully! I saw Bernadet for a Brazilian wax and it was by far THE most thorough Brazilian Ive ever recieved. She walked me through the process and told me what she would be doing as she went along and I appreciated that. I booked out for 8 weeks(my growth is slower than the typical 4-6) and am looking forward to it, and I have never looked forward to my Brazilians before. I have a lower pain tolerance in general, but because chatting with Bernadet was easy, it helped distract me and therefore toned down the pain level by at least half 😂.Of course, the spa area was pristine and smelled amazing. The room was dimly lit, cozy and a comfortable temperature. I placed my clothes on the heating rack, which felt really nice after the service. I also loved that there was a spotlight for the aesthetician to use, and the room was able to stay cozy due to that. Ive had this service before with the top lights glaring, and I didnt appreciate the dimness until being serviced here. Guest services was friendly, re-booked me and quick. Price points were market value I would say, affordable. Remember, these are luxury services, not needs, and dont forget to tip accordingly!

Without a doubt, the most disheartening hair experience Ive ever endured. As a biracial individual with curly hair thats not tightly coiled or difficult to manage, I believe its essential for stylists to be proficient in handling diverse hair textures. Unfortunately, many salons lack this expertise, which perpetuates a long history of exclusion and neglect toward people of color.When salons fail to train their stylists adequately, it sends a message that they only cater to a certain culture, leaving those with different hair textures feeling marginalized. Today, on my birthday of all days, I had to abruptly end my salon visit and return home to wash my hair twice to remove all the products. I then had to deep condition it because of the excessive washing. Now, Im left to style my hair on my own, a task that I had trusted the salon to handle competently. This experience was not only unacceptable but also deeply disappointing. Its disheartening to see that in this day and age, some salons still perpetuate exclusion and ignorance toward people of color and their unique hair care needs.

Always a good experience at Neroli. I had a deep tissue massage for a sports injury today and it hurts worse...but thats the path to healing. Pain is how our bodies communicate with us and the therapist had good after-massage advice for my shoulder. Great place

I was back in town visiting MKE for just a couple of days. My first stop straight from the airport was to Neroli Salon. My first time with Kaya and she did an AMAZING job!!! Much better than the cuts I have received in other Aveda salons in two states!!! I may have to visit MKE more often just to get my hair cut and experience the overall service. I love getting cuts from. AVEDA trained stylists.. HIGHLY recommend!

Randall was attentive, personable and kind. It was a nice relaxing massage. The spa has a great ambiance with foot baths at the beginning and robe warmers for the end. Nice touch

Today I visited Neroli downtown and I was 7 mins late for my appointment. I was escorted to the lounge area which was very nice, and offered something to drink. I was informed that my massage would be cut short due to my arrival which wasnt a problem. After my massage which wasnt cheap I was basically escorted to the front desk, so I can pay my bill. This wasnt my first visit, I usually go to the Brookfield location which has EXCELLENT service. I was expecting to use the steam shower and soak my feet after my massage, but the service wasnt offered until I mentioned it to the cashier. I purchase Neroli gift cards each month as a treat for myself, and I use them when I have the opportunity. This was the first time I DIDNOT enjoy my visit!!!!! I was very disappointed!! Whenever I go to the Brookfield location they are very welcoming and the service is excellent, so I was expecting the same service from the downtown location! I didnt feel welcome at all.

Excellent cut, comfortable conversation and environment and the attention to detail from Caleb was fantastic. It was a pleasure of an experience and I would highly recommend his and Nerolis services.

I got a men’s haircut and shampoo from Liz and she was amazing. She was gentle and soothing. The front desk was also welcoming.

Kristn is the best aesthetician I have ever worked with. Worth your time and money. You leave feeling 💯 better every time.

Everything about my Marma Body Therapy was amazing. Ashley walked me through a little background behind Ayurveda and asked me questions to help make the most of my experience. The oil massage and touch point therapy was exactly what I needed after the stress of the holidays. It’s the next day and I feel wonderful! Thank you, Ashley!

I went to this spa for the first time and had a waxing, brows and had appointment for pedi and mani. My pedicure was so bad that I gave up on the manicure. My only request was to have my cuticles removed and the professional didnt remove anything. I clearly realized that she is not prepared for this job. I went with my nails already short and needed cuticle removal, but although I made this clear, I didnt get it. I am feeling like I was throwing my money away. Horrible, very expensive service and nothing was done. Dont even think about a foot massage, nor a hot towel. I still dont know what I paid for, nothing that I usually get in a pedicure was done!I called to complain and someone from another unit spoke to me, however, she did not show any interest in my situation and was rude to me. She hung up the phone on me! I asked her if I could have the service with another professional and she told me: I can make an appointment but you will pay.I found it rude and absurd, where are the Customer’s rights???Now, I do want my money back. Because I need to pay another professional to do the work that wasnt done.The waxing service was satisfactory.

Had my first appointment with the salon, My hair stylist Mary was great. Unfortunately front of house staff really ruined my experience blonde receptionist was unprofessional wearing a sports bra she very forceful about gratuity even tho my cut was $$85. Will not be returning to the salon.

Grace is amazing! I would highly recommend this salon and Grace. I received the best haircut I have had in years.

Anastasia is fantastic! I’ve been getting massages monthly from her for the last several months, and she’s excellent & attentive in her practice. The spa itself is also amazing and truly makes you forget you’re right downtown. Can’t recommend enough!

It’s rare I spoil myself so of course I unexpectedly fell in LOVE with Neroli. Upon entering, you’re greeted by staff with either fruit water or coffee as they escort you to the salon area. The salon area itself is a relaxing atmosphere with bubbly staff.I have always had trouble finding someone to get my cut right, but shoutout to JENNA for making me feel so amazing and beautiful! She had an extreme eye for detail and caught every possible troublesome hair. (Old highlights not done at Neroli.)

Andrea did my pedicure today and I couldn’t be any happier! She listened to my requests and provided a great service. The prices are higher than other places, but worth every penny. I will book with her again.

I have been seeing Sepideh at Neroli Downtown for my cut and balayage for over five years. Sepideh is truly my go to girl. She has also done my makeup, eyelash extensions, and installed/removed my tape in hair extensions which I was extremely pleased with! Sepideh is an absolute professional and a master at her craft. She is experienced, friendly, funny, and a total joy to be around. I am so sincerely grateful for the level of comfort I have with her. Always looking forward to my next appointment. The massage therapists are great, I highly recommend Randal. He is amazing. All of the staff are polite and accommodating. The spa is always clean and well kept. Can be challenging during festivals, but it is well worth it.

I received a massage from Anastasia and it was incredibly relaxing! She was very kind and clearly great at her job. She hit all the right spots for my neck, shoulders and back. Truly walked out feeling way less tense and stressed. And as a plus, the environment is amazing. You have the choice for a robe/slip on sandals. Theres a locker room for your belongings and even got a warm foot soak while waiting for the massage. 10/10 would highly recommend!

This was my first service at Neroli Downtown and I fully plan to return. Everyone was genuinely so nice! Grace did an amazing job cutting my hair. The complimentary scalp massage felt absolutely incredible. I really felt the stylist understood my hair type and how to shape it in the most flattering way. She offered helpful advice for styling. Overall, wonderful experience, very happy.

To say Im disappointed would be an understatement. If youre struggling to see the picture, it shows the top of my head with very light roots compared to the rest of my hair. I came in to get my grays covered, lighten my hair, and get highlights put in. For $180 before tip, this is what Im walking away with. Im not unreasonable, I know this will lighten some and that when you want to go 2 levels lighter it takes time. (This is the same level I started with before being bleached btw). But seriously how am I supposed to walk around with light colored roots (with grays poking through). I will literally never be setting foot in Neroli again.

I’d been to Neroli for nail services before, but this was my first hair service! Mary V. was very patient with me as I talked about my hair history, and thoughtfully made a plan for my desired look and goals. She was utterly fantastic and I can’t wait to return.

This is my favorite salon in the area. Staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a relaxing visit. When I feel like treating myself to a luxurious moment of self care, this is where I go. Their massage services are great - with a clean and relaxing locker room. They also have great manicure and pedicure services. I also get my hair cut and styled here, and every stylist I have had has done a fantastic job with my hair. Ive been coming here for at least two years now and do not plan on going anywhere else.

Very disappointed in the hair color services I received and especially the response of staff when I called after my appointment. I recently moved to Milwaukee and have had my hair colored and highlighted at another Aveda salon for several years with no issues. When booking the appointment, I let them know I have textured, 3c curly hair and would like someone with experience and comfort handling it. I also wanted to maintain my current color (hence the reason for continuing with another Aveda salon) and even provided the formulas for the color from my previous stylist. Unfortunately, I did not get even close to what I was looking for. While the stylist was lovely and had great customer service, it was clear she didnt know how to handle my hair or maintain my current color. I came in with dark brown hair with gold/copper highlights and left with dark black hair and almost no highlights despite that being the service I paid for. And my hair was a big fluffy mess because the stylist had no idea how to handle curly hair. When I called and asked about changing my subsequent appointment to someone with experience with curly hair, I was abruptly told that no one at ANY of the Neroli salons has experience or expertise with ethnic hair and only has experience with loose curls. The only option I was given was to cancel. No apology, no effort to even try to keep my business.

I had a most wonderful experience. I arrived early and they immediately attended to me. Each member of the staff was friendly. My hair stylist, Eva, really listened to what I wanted and she DELIVERED. I havent been able to find time to get a hair cut in a long time and she made me feel like a new woman. I also received services from Angelica. She did my brow waxing. She was very professional and walked me through the process-as it was my first time.Thank you!

I’ve taken Caleb through a few different looks and everytime he nails it. He takes pride in his work and has phenomenal “chair side” demeanor. Give the guy all the raises and gold stars. Consummate professional and all round nice dude 🤙🏻

I moved here from Detroit and I’ve been trying to find a good spot… This salon is absolutely fantastic. My technician Becca is AMAZING at lash lift and tints, and the staff in general is so professional and kind. Im excited to book other services.

Ive always had great service from Jenna. Very friendly. Talks me through the process and ideas of what to do. And have always left very pleased with the results.

Bought a gift card for Mother’s Day that would’ve sufficed for a facial and massage per pricing on their website, but evidently some massage therapists charge more. The one hour massage this ate up most of the gift card balance and really ruined the intent of the gift. The differing rates really need to be articulated on the website - massage received was also significantly higher rate than going to a standard massage therapist and not any better.

Absolutely love Neroli and have loved working with Grace for so long now! We have done many color transformations and she slays every time. I get so many compliments and feel so good about my hair. Everyone here is so friendly, kind, and uplifting - Also have loved working with Sepideh and Eva! The only place I’d go in Milwaukee.

My experience with this particular salon/spa/store has been astoundingly disappointing , to state the least. I am a long time Aveda customer and my experiences with the majority of Aveda salons/spas/stores and their staff (i.e. locally, nationally, internationally) have been positive, so, I really wanted to believe the best about this salon/spa. However, my latest experiences with this particular salon/spa/store (and a certain staffer who is seemingly a self-loathing, hypocritical person who is not above attempting to gaslight a customer) have left me feeling--slighted and somewhat mortified--and for that, there is neither any more hope to believe the best, nor, any excuses...It seems as though the Golden Rule has fallen by the wayside at this salon/spa...Nonetheless...To paraphrase Dr. Maya Angelou--when people reveal to you their true selves, believe them...I will no longer be patronizing this establishment...and thanks to goodness I can purchase Aveda products and salon services elsewhere...

Sepideh is truly a hair genius! I had a huge hair color issue from another salon and she came in and fixed it beyond what I thought was possible! She’s a true hair artist! Not only has she saved my hair and made it healthy again. But she’s also taught me so much about skin care and prioritizing self care. She is such an amazing hair stylist. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair now! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

This was my first time at Neroli and I had high expectations given the reviews below. I booked a 110 minute massage but I noticed she started 5 minutes late and ended it 10 minutes early when I checked the time on my phone. The steam shower also did not seem clean and well stocked, they were out of conditioner and body wash and the lid for the conditioner was on the ground when I was in there. I am disappointed in my first experience here and for paying >$200 I would have expected significantly better service.

Very disappointed with my time here. I scheduled the stress relieving manicure and they didn’t end up doing any of the head/neck massages or extra details because there “wasn’t enough time”. I also got charged $20 extra for nail polish removal that was never mentioned to me. Overall it was $120 for a normal manicure with poor service.

I came in for a blow dry/style with Nick and jokingly told him my hair had to be pretty enough so I’d be picked as a contestant on bachelor live. Left with gorgeous curls and went to the event, where I was actually picked to be a contestant! THANKS NICK!!!My mom also got her hair done by Jenna and it looked stunning.10/10 experience would recommend to anyone :)

Neroli was fantastic all around. Grace did my hair for my trial and wedding day and did an amazing job. Helena was fantastic with communication and setting up the schedule for the day of. I loved that each of us in the bridal party had our own stylist and were all done about the same time instead of having to wait around for each other. Their facility was great and loved that we were able to have bagels available for us and brought in mimosas! Fabulous all around! :)

Caleb is the worst barber Ive ever worked with. I had my wedding coming up and booked my appointment a month and a half in advance. The day of the appointment, which is 2 days before the wedding, he canceled the appointment. I will NEVER get a haircut from Caleb ever again.

I had a really great experience at Neroli today. This was my first time coming to Neroli. Marina cut my hair and she did a really great job! She really listened to the problems/concerns that I had with my hair. Marina knew exactly what to do with my hair and gave me some great advice. She told me what products I should be using, and taught me how to use them, which was really great! The customer service here is really good. I was offered water before I even sat down. The salon has a fun atmosphere. I will definitely come back!

Absolutely lovely Aveda salon. I was there for a spa pedicure and manicure. The services were wonderful and pampering with a refreshing mint masque for my feet and cozy paraffin treatment on my hands. Staff were welcoming and kind and helpful throughout. I live out of town, but will be back whenever I visit for more nail, massage, and facial services. Felt very luxurious and was a great start to the day.

My man Caleb at Neroli is now the only person I trust with my hair. He’s so detail-oriented and makes sure everything is exactly the way you want it. The most recent time I went in I didn’t have a specific cut in mind, but he had a vision and it was honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had. He’s also a super engaging guy and really makes you feel like you’re one of his best friends - engaging, cares a lot and will give you a tremendous cut.

Ive been to 3 Neroli salons and every time it is a great experience.I booked the wrong thing and the stylist was able to move her schedule around for me. She did a great job working with my hair that I had messed up at home, it came out looking great. She was super knowledgable and nice about the whole situation.Also, the included tea is such a small detail but makes the experience so much nicer.

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff at the front desk is very friendly and professional! I went in for a wash, blowdry, and flat iron with Allison (who was very sweet and professional) and she did an amazing job with my hair! I have natural 4c curls and it normally takes 2 or more hours when Im at the salon, but my appointment was at 1245 and she was finished by 2pm and my hair looks and feels amazing! I am very happy with my results!

Absolutely love the layout of their spa and relaxation suite! I recently saw Amanda for my massage and it was fabulous. She was both very calm and attentive to my needs and was able to help me with my neck and shoulder problems. She didnt shy away from the problem areas and was able to completely relax me which is hard to do! She also had great at-home suggestions for stretching and recommendations for when to get my next massage. Overall, I would highly recommend Amanda and Neroli Salon & Spa!

I got my hair cut by Jenna. She was absolutely lovely. I am helpless when it comes to taking care of my hair as any of my friends could tell you. Neroli was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. Jenna gave me tips on how to take care of my hair to avoid breakage. As someone who hates going to salons, I was comfortable and had a blast talking with Jenna. I learned a lot and my hair is the healthiest its been in a long time. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Of course, I love my trips to the Downtown Neroli. Always an excellent experience, but so happy to have found my regular stylist there! Sepideh is simply amazing at hair. She knows just what to do with my fine hair and limited skills to make me look great everyday and is equally good with my daughter whose hair and stylings skills are the exact opposite of mine. Great skills, high attention to detail, and clearly is passionate about making her clients look and feel their best - whatever that means to them. Lucky to have found her!

Loved my facial I received from Melissa! She tailored everything to what I wanted and needed. Knowing it was my first facial she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. Also gave great suggestions. I will definitely be returning!

I have had many prental massages throughout my 3 pregnancies, but Stephanies technique and care stand out against the other massage therapist Ive had. The 50 minute massage I had was very relaxing and helpful to alleviate numerous pregnancy-related pains. She definitely knows what she is doing and I highly reccomend her for a wonderful prental massage experience.

Neroli is my #1 location for all spa services in Milwaukee! Daniel is by far the best esthetician I’ve ever visited. Daniel goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel comfortable and their needs are met. Highly recommend!!

STEPHANIE is absolutely amazing at what she does! My boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage and shes the absolute sweetest and has such a warm & comfortable energy. She made my boyfriend and I foot bath’s after our massages & even recommended some products to buy after❤️ If you are wondering who to go to for a massage, she is your lady❤️ I will definitely be back to see her again❤️

I have not stopped smiling since I received the hydrafacial treatment! Becca took the time to really understand my challenges/concerns with my skin and then informed me what every step of the treatment was helping with. I cant wait to come back for another one!

I had the most amazing maternity massage with Stephanie, who works at Nerolis Downtown location. I wish I could get a massage with her once a week, so I will absolutely be seeing her again. This was the best massage I have ever had!! Stephanie was very personable and really got to know my bodys needs before massaging. Her pressure was perfectly how I asked. I was sooo relaxed! She is clearly an expert professional. I highly suggest getting a massage with Stephanie if you are looking to feel ultimate relaxation!

Jessi is the best! Ive had so many treatments from her (some quite, shall we say... personal) and she always makes me feel welcome and cared for. She is kind, warm, and professional and gives me tips for self-care at home. I leave feeling relaxed, beautiful, and healthy. I could not recommend her more!

Extremely nice staff and pleasant atmosphere. However the haircut I received was the exact opposite of what I asked for I was cutting off 10-12 inches of hair and I asked for it to remain below my collar bone with it shorter in the front and longer in the back. I walked out with a bob above my shoulders with it longer in the front and shorter in the back. Hair grows but I am extremely unhappy with the final cut I received. Unfortunately this was something I couldn’t control in the process because she round brush curled my hair before cutting it and I couldn’t view the cuts until I went home and showered and saw it straight.

Neroli Salon & Spa is great!! You are greeted right when you walk in the door and everyone is so helpful! My stylist, Grace, is absolutely amazing!! She does a phenomenal job every time! I highly recommend Neroli, and look forward to each time I visit! If you need a stylist, ask for Grace! :)

Always Amazing! Clean and the epitome of what a spa should feel like. The best part about Neroli is everyone loves their job and truly wants you to relax and enjoy. My last pedicure there the fellow manicurist brought over and shared her donuts from Holy Moley, So nice of her! I always feel welcome and love the quality of any services there.

Went here for my birthday. Had a phenomenal experience. The massage was one of the best Ive ever had. It was my first facial, but the estitician(sp?) talked me through everything and was very concise. He also did a fantastic job on my makeup and may have convinced me to start using aveda products. My spa pedicure was lovely as she really gave me feedback on ways to better mousturize. Definitely recommend this spa for all your wellness and beauty needs!

Jessi at the downtown Neroli for skin care is the best!! She takes the time to assess what you are looking for with your skin care treatment; she is very focused on your comfort. I can tell she really loves what she does- it shows in her work and her interactions. She is also very Covid-conscious, making sure everything is clean and safe! With mask wearing, and seasons changing- she is on the ball with what your skin needs to look your best. Go see Jessi for your skin needs- you won’t regret it!

Me and my partner were first timers here and had a wonderful relaxing high quality spa experience. Massages and facials were top notch! Special thanks to Rachael and Mason. The Aveda products were amazing and extremely friendly staff. We will be returning soon!

I’ve been here twice for haircuts. Their booking system is simple and easy to use, however I haven’t been able to make an appointment with the same person more than once. The salon is clean and they offer warm towels and refreshments when you walk in. Most of the staff have been friendly, however there have been a few with attitudes or who are just a bit snobby. The price is also a bit steep at $40-$50 for a wash and trim with blowout. I would go back, but am not 100% sure I would make this my permanent hair salon.

Kaleb is an awesome barber! My son is pretty picky, and Kaleb is the only person he’ll let touch his hair. Side note, I buy all of my makeup here and have for YEARS! My skin is sensitive and I never have any issues with breakouts or excessive oil since switching to their products.

I had my first Neroli experience yesterday at the Third Ward location. I had airbrush makeup and an updo done. I was so impressed at the friendliness of both stylists! They were so quick yet very good and thorough. My airbrush makeup made me feel so beautiful but the best part was that it held up in the 90 degree heat for a wedding day! In addition, my hair stylist was so great. Ive been going to Madison at the downtown Neroli for over 11 years. The salon as a whole is wonderful. The staff there are always pleasant and helpful. Madison is fantastic. She is quite talented and really takes the time to understand what you are looking for in your haircut or color. I would (and have) highly recommend Madison and Neroli.

Sam at Neroli is the only one I have trusted to do my hair for two years now! As soon as she began her journey to Neroli, I had to follow her there, there was no other option.. she is a MIRACLE worker. I have thick, curly hair & grew up weary of anyone working on it. Sam knows what I need before I do, listens to my concerns, & has worked to repair years of previous damage. I cannot rave enough about how much of a treat it is to sit in her chair & let her work her magic. Sam loves what she does & cares about who sits in her chair & it reflects in her work. I feel my absolute most beautiful every time I leave Neroli, I cannot recommend them & Sam enough !

Sepideh the only stylist I trust with my hair. I’m very picky about my long hair - so I am willing to drive from Chicago to see her. She’s very knowledgeable and always listens to my concerns. She also did a fantastic job with my toddler’s cut. She was patient and accommodating from start to finish. We are 100% happy with Sepideh and the salon.

This is my absolute favorite spot in the city to go for a massage. The staff is excellent, very professional.I’ve come in here both for relaxing massages and more deep tissue type massages. I love that all of the massage therapists I’ve seen here really listen and adjust the massage accordingly.Other great perks: the relaxation room is a very serene space. Even though you’re right downtown, it feels like another world. Great little retreat space. The shower/ locker room is also nice- well stocked with Aveda products for use!I always leave feeling pampered and relaxed. A great indulgence when some self care is in order. I’ll definitely be back!

First impressions, the building is beautiful! Absolutely amazing and quite different from barbershops back home. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. Matt, who cut and styled my hair, is one-of-a-kind! He is very passionate about his job and providing an exceptional experience to all his clients. He is very relatable and helpful when assisting his clients on their desired hair-styles. Overall, a great experience! Definitely recommmend.

Jessi is amazing! She is so kind and thoughtful, and will put you right at ease from the second you meet her. Her skin treatments make me feel younger and healthier and I leave feeling so relaxed! I highly recommend Jessi to anyone in need of some self- care.

Always have a good experience here! I’ve been to Tina twice now and even though it was really busy, she is always meticulous with her hair cuts and makes sure your hair is perfect (and that you’re happy!) before she lets you out of her chair. Would definitely recommend.

Sometimes going to a salon can be a little intimidating, but from the friendly staff up front to those in back by the nail and chairs, to the staff just walking around, you feel welcomed and invited. Its a beautiful and clean facility that makes you trust that everyone cares about the space. Sepidah was amazing! She took extra care on my eye lashes and when it came to cutting my hair, she really listened to my concerns and where I wanted to see my hair in the future. She explained why she was going to do certain things, which really made me comfortable and trust her completely and Im really glad I did. Very friendly, not overly or uncomfortably chatty, but very easy to talk to.

I had the best experience here with Jenna! Because of unfortunate past hair experiences I was afraid to branch out and try a new style, but Jenna made me feel super comfortable all the way through. She was super fun to chat with, and I highly recommend going to her! :)

Caleb provided an extremely thorough consultation, where I felt I was heard and educated in all decisions he made. I have very short, straight and fine hair. Extremely happy with the finished results. I found a new Barber!

Went in for a wash and blow dry. The hair was sticky and tangled with the product/cream the stylist used. All I wanted was some clean hair that’s blow dried. I don’t understand the purpose of making the hair feel dirty and greasy with that stupid cream. The hairs feels grosser after washing, like how badly did you mess up washing and drying hair. There was literally white flecks on top of the robe after she was done blow drying because of the styling product used. I literally have to go back and wash my hair, literally $55 down the drain

My go to place for hair cuts and certain esthetician procedures, like microneedling. Grace always kills it with my haircut and also my wedding hair. Cannot recommend them enough!

I started going to the downtown location about a year ago. I used to go to the Brookfield location and after over 5 years with the same hair stylist I needed a change. So now I see sepideh for my hair and lashes. She is amazing. She is so knowledgeable about what products, what’s the trend. She knows what’s best for my hair. Customer service is outstanding. Im very happy with sepideh!

I picked this salon because I usually have great experiences with Aveda Salons. I was a new client there for a cut and fashion color and had a very disappointing experience. I emailed the owner the below note and never heard back. My suggestion would be to make sure you get a referral for a stylist instead of going in blind like I did. I think my experience was more due to the stylist I was assigned instead of a reflection on the entire place sine they have a lot of great reviews.I was there to get a color and cut. I previously had a blue fashion color done at another Aveda salon. I wanted to get that refreshed. I talked with the stylist about what I’ve gotten done previously - 10 foils where my hair was bleached and then the color applied. She was resistant to doing it this way and talked me into just letting her apply the color without bleaching. She assured me it would still be as vibrant as what I was looking for.Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed. Not only does my hair not look much different than when I arrived, my front gray patch of hair, which is the primary reason I was there to get my hair done, isn’t completely covered. It’s still gray. The blue is in no way vibrant. My husband couldn’t even tell I got my hair colored.I feel that the stylist didn’t really listen to me. I didn’t end up with vibrant blue highlights. I also let her know that I don’t use shampoo and she proceeded to wash and condition my hair, and asked her not to cut my bangs too short and they’re much shorter than we discussed.Overall, instead of leaving the salon feeling beautiful and excited about my new style, I feel unhappy looking in the mirror. The haircut does not look good in my opinion.I’m sure this is the exact opposite of how you’d like your customers to feel, so I wanted to share my experience with you.

Tina cut my hair and did a fantastic job. I told her I trusted her to make me look my best and she did an outstanding job. She was the triple “P”; personable, professional, and a perfectionist. Just finished a massage with Dana at neroli. I’ve been going to Neroli for 2.5 years now since my previous massage therapist moved out of state. Since being there I’ve had regular massages with one of the Aveda institute instructors Liz. She is a shaman of massages. I get deep tissue and typically maximum amount of time because i usually wait way too long between massages. Liz has been awesome at tailoring each massage to how the tension is within my body each session. She clearly knows anatomy and muscles/ligaments/tendons as it shows because after each session my posture is better and mobility improved. I called neroli to book a massage with Liz but sadly she was booked out a couple of months, no surprise she is high demand. I gladly made an appointment with another therapist, Dana. She humbly stated that she recently graduated from the Aveda institute and massage therapy was one of her practices. By no means was Dana a novice. You could clearly tell she was skilled massage therapist. She took more than 10 minutes to get to know me as a patient. We discussed my occupation, stress level, physical and mental demands on a daily basis. She truly tailored the massage for me. She told me beforehand that if she senses some areas are more tense than others that she’ll spend more time on them. Right there I knew this is not a cookie cutter, get through the motions massage, and something different. Honestly I left that place like it was a relaxing physical therapy session. She opened up joints and made muscles feel more relaxed all while not making me feel like a bunch of elves smashed my back with baseball bats. She was receptive to more sensitive areas like my neck and went deep in areas that I could handle. On the way out of neroli I booked another massage (this time for 110 min) for both myself and my wife. I would recommend Dana to anyone she is humble and kept saying she has much to learn but clearly she is in the big leagues.

Me and my friend went for hair and makeup for prom, they never asked my friend what she wanted for her hair, then proceeded to overcharge her for her for just straightening it. She bawled her makeup off before the dance even started. Me on the other hand, I got the most cakey makeup done and then was charged over $100 for it!!

I had the best experience with Jessi! She put me right at ease from the moment I met her. I felt so relaxed, healthier, and younger by the I left. I highly recommend her to anyone and I cannot wait to go back!

Great balayage, but haircut was nothing like I asked for. Stylist cut my hair way shorter than I requested, did not get all the shampoo/toner off of the sides of my head and face (which ended up staining my parka) as well as bleached part of my eyebrow. Have had better experiences.

My daughter and I have been seeing Jessi at Neroli downtown for a few years now. She is excellent at shaping brows and an absolute delight to spend time with. We love her so much we followed her from Bayshore to the downtown location. The spa is lovely in both locations and they have great precautions in place for Covid. We highly recommend Neroli and Jessi for any services!

I usually go to the location downtown. I went to this location instead. I was thrown off by the flow of spa, I had to keep asking for directions on where to go. Also the locker room is co-ed so that was strange for me. The experience wasnt as relaxing as it should have been for me. Otherwise my service was great.

I went to Neroli to get my hair and makeup done as a bridesmaid in my friends wedding last weekend. Makeup was first and when she was done, it honestly didnt look like I had any makeup on at all (or any of the bridal party, for that matter). Now, I dont wear much makeup anyway, but I had given her a few guidelines - black liquid eyeliner, etc - and she didnt even fulfill those requests (I ended up with brown pencil eyeliner). The real problem was with my hair though. I had my hair down, curly, and swept to one side. When she was done styling, I felt like I could smell a burnt smell in my hair. Later on, my date noticed the smell too. When I washed my hair the next morning, the terrible burnt smell intensified almost to the point of making me sick. I washed twice and the conditioned. When I washed the conditioner out of my hair, huge clumps of hair were coming out. It was extremely upsetting. I am now five washes post-styling and the smell still lingers. My hair was absolutely burnt because the stylist used a curling iron that was way too hot. When I called Neroli, the woman who was helping me did not seem surprised at all, nor did she apologize for what happened to me. I was offered a complimentary botanical treatment or my money back. Im not a fan of writing negative reviews, but when I called back and received no sympathy, I started thinking that this must happen fairly often and my review could help save someone from having my same experience. In my opinion, the bad service stems from the salons close relationship with Aveda beauty school; Neroli seem to hire employees with little to no experience (however they still charge professional prices). Youve been warned!

I love this Neroli location! Im always greeted immediately when I walk in, the spa area is calming and always very clean. The salon is chic, comfortable & lively. My experience has always been consistent & wonderful for the six years that Ive been a customer here.

LOVE this place! Everyone is polite, upbeat and helpful. Ive had a clarify facial (Sam K.), stress massage (Liz M.) and am currently doing microneedling and hydrafacials (Heidi). My skin is the best its ever been. Heidi is full knowledge and explains/teaches everything to you, and my massage here was the best one Ive ever had-no lie/exaggeration. As a nurse Im doing lifting/ boosting/ standing for lengths of time in procedures. My back/neck/shoulders hurt almost on the constant from that as well as my stage 4 endo and Liz made my body feel like a million bucks.

I used neroli in the third ward for my wedding hair and make up. They were able to accommodate myself, 8 bridesmaids, and 2 moms. The team at neroli handles all of the scheduling which was very helpful. The girls all seemed to like their hair and make up - and I thought they all looked absolutely beautifulAs for my bridal hair and makeup, Sepideh was my artist. She was absolutely incredible. My hair and makeup looked even more beautiful than my trials. She is so detailed, creative, and talented and she really listens to what you want and what you are comfortable with. She also colored my hair before the wedding and it was so perfect for my up do. I would absolutely recommend her to any brides getting their hair and make up done. I will continue to go to her for all future hair cuts and color!! She is amazing.

My recent experience here will be my last. I did not feel as though the staff were knowledgeable. My facial was not like previously. It seems they employ students who are just learning. Which Im not against, however they should be better for that price.

Absolutely fantastic experience every time I go to the third ward location. Tayler is incredible and fixed my blonde making it look natural and healthy again. She is absolutely incredible at what she does and it is safe to say I have found my place in MKE! This same salon suggested washing my hair with Dawn dish soap (what?!) to make the color less intense. Whether you are super low maintenance, or super into doing all of the things, Jessi will help you to find the services and products that are right for you, with respect and care. I always leave glowing and feeling awesome when I see her, so I keep coming back!

Ive never been disappointed. In fact, my experiences have always exceeded my expectations at the downtown location. From the welcoming staff to the amazing services they provided, no other spa can compare. Had my first Facial (35min) by Aarron and he was FABULOUS!! With only half the time of a full facial, I thought it would be rushed or not as relaxing. I was wrong, it felt longer than 35 mins. Left feeling calm and refreshed. Cant rave about it enough. Neroli’s downtown location is great. I’ve been seeing Sepideh there for about five years and she is the absolute best! She saved my incredibly damaged hair and does a killer balayage. Sepideh also did my hair and makeup for my wedding (pictured below) and has done my eyelashes and eyebrows over the years. She is an expert at everything and I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her!

The services I received were Hi-lites (full and partial), Formal finish trial and final, Essential mani-pedi, and air brush make-up. Each service was perfect and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. My wedding day was perfect and it is in part due to the excellent service I received from the Neroli staff. Thank you!

My hairstylist, Sepida, is the best. She just cut my daughters hair for the first time and did a great job. Everyone there is professional and friendly. The services they offer are top of the line and well worth it!

I recently came to Jenna because I wanted a change. Jenna listened to what I wanted and offered her own educated advice. She ended up giving me an undercut with a dope fade. The staff was helpful over the phone helping me find someone to color my hair the unusual shade of red I like my hair to be.When I arrived at the salon David was open to what I wanted and had no problem thinking outside the norm to achieve the color I wanted. I have had so many compliments on both the color and cut.

Ive been seeing Caleb for my haircuts for a while now and have always been quite impressed. A lot of barbers have cookie-cutter style haircuts they slap on anyone, but Caleb always works with you to find something that really compliments and elevates your style. Couldnt recommend him enough!

Went in for a facial with Kate. I could tell she knew her stuff immediately. Gave me impecable service and educated me on signs of breakouts and skincare. Immediately made a follow up appointment, hoping to make this salon part of me my skin care routine.

I came here to get a hair cut, some color, and possible highlights. I asked to get a plum color and still wonder how I ended up with dark brown hair and blonde highlights! Absolutely not what I asked for. The girl that was doing my hair seemed super negative like she really didnt even want to be there and didnt listen to what I wanted AT ALL. I paid a lot of money to get my hair done here ( this place is not cheap) and for me to get a supposed master stylist I ended up very dissapointed. Will not be returning here. Paid an arm and a leg for a comfy chair and hair color I did not ask for.I would also like to add that after speaking with RICHARD in guest services, it just reaffirmed what I already found out when I had terrible service. His policy as guest relations was to blame the customer the entire time and argue with me about how I paid for the services so I must have liked it. Really?? Super condescending and absolutely atrocious attitude to the point where he asks me so what are you looking to get out of this? What is it that you want from us? WOW. I will never step foot in another Neroli Salon and will make sure to share this experience with everyone I know....wow...

Great experience overall! The staff is helpful and consultative. I specifically received a make-up air brush and a bridal up-do. Adreanne (make up) and Nick (hair stylist), executed with beautiful detail, and easy to speak with during the entire process. I would highly recommend to anyone for special events.

I saw Zach a few weeks ago and he did an AMAZING job on my cut and color. He was very personable, and made me feel relaxed with a hand massage while my hair was processing! The whole experience was wonderful!

My experience is always excellent at Neroli. The people there are super professional and they know your name. I never feel like Im just one of their customers, but an individual/guest that uses their services. I dont typically have any complaints about my service, but one area of opportunity for them is scheduling. I get Novo Lashes every two weeks and it is problematic to reschedule a regular appointment as there is little room on their roster to accommodate a change. If you work during the day, you can forget about rescheduling nights or weekends for your services. Saturdays seem to be reserved for wedding parties — even if you schedule well in advance.

I had a color, they made me too blonde which I discovered when I got into normal lighting. Normally no big deal, right? No, they wanted to charge me for a color correction, and made only VERY inconvenient times available. Not a customer first salon

My official go to person is Gina. The woman is magic! I went to her to fix a horrible cut and color from when i was feeling adventurous while out of town for work. Sepideh is an expert at hair. I have been going to her for years and she has brought my broken, damaged short hair back to length and life. I have referred her to anyone who tells me how great my hair color is. Her professional approach and friendly conversation are always something I look forward to.

I’ve been getting my haircut here by Caleb for awhile. He’s the Leonardo DaVinci of men’s haircuts. When I go there, I tell him to just do his thing. Sometimes he cuts it short, sometimes he leaves it long. I trust him and his styling instincts and I’ve never been disappointed. Also, they got some delicious tea they serve there.

I dont even want to give one star. So disppointed that my friend experienced racism at this location, and after asking questions was told that her relationship with Neroli is now terminated. Wow!!Ill be sure to let others know because we will not support this.

I love Neroli Spa and I think its a great place. Although I cannot say it about this specific Neroli Spa. Staff appeared to be uncaring and uppity. I was 15 minutes late for an appointment due to GPS issues and they made me reschedule. When I came back at the rescheduled time they told me I was 10 minutes late and I would have to make an appointment for another day. I was actually 30 minutes earlier than the time we had set for an appointment. So I told him I was going to go someplace else and they said okay before you leave can we keep your credit card on file. Really? Yes really they actually said that. I wont be entering their doors again ever! If youre choosing a Neroli Spa dont go to this one unless youre up early person.

Have so far had a pedicure and an 80 minute full body massage. Both services were performed highly professionally in a super pleasant manner and atmosphere.

I was moved to a young, inexperienced stylist who had a bad attitude, when I specifically requested a more experienced stylist knowing that what I wanted was more complicated. I left with patchy highlights and wet hair, because the color application took over two hours and then she told me I had to process for an additional hour - three hours total before even toning and shampoo/style. Would have never agreed to see her or stayed had I known that in advance. In addition, she turned my hair orange after I specifically asked her not to (orange is a stepping stone to blonde and I asked for light brown), and then tried to overcorrect with toner and I ended up walking out with the same dark hair color I came in with. I’ve had “fresh out of beauty school” stylists with them before, and am always thoroughly unimpressed.

The massage I received was amazing! The masseuse did an excellent job. My frustration came after the massage. There is only one shower in the changing room, which someone was already using, so I had to wait. There was only one hair dryer in the changing room, which someone was already using, so I had to wait. After asking for an additional hair dryer to use, I discovered there was no outlet to plug it into. In the whole womens changing room, there was only ONE outlet. I realize that while the overlap of guests using these items may not occur all the time, when it does, its extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

I was unsure where to go for a woman’s haircut in Milwaukee and came here for the first time. Grace was INCREDIBLE and gave me exactly what I was looking for! Super sweet and great conversation too! Will be coming back!

Nice spa but prices change based on the person, how would anyone know this? Also disappointed that there was an add on to my service that I was not told about the add on and the price. I called to say something and the girl was not very caring and didnt matter much to her. This will make me not want to come here again.

So I’ve been going here for a little while it’s always something & this time online I scheduled my appointment & it said that it was $65 for Brazilian wax well when it was time to pay they asked me to pay $83 because the person that did my wax has 20 years experience (but she told me she had 15 years experience during my wax) & that it’s certain levels that makes the price go up… So I pulled up the site to inform her that no where on the site it states the price she asked me to pay & informed her that that’s very misleading… I feel as though it was stereo typing going on. She stated that she would take it into consideration this time but was very dismissive towards me once I asked why doesn’t it state that on the website. When I asked for a manager she stated that she was the manager

Sepideh is incredible! I have very curly hair and don’t trust many folks to cut my hair well and to care for it in the process. I’ve been exclusively going to Sepideh for years because of how well she understands my hair and consistently keeps it healthy, moisturized, and well-shaped. I can’t rate Sepideh highly enough and love her and the entire Neroli squad.

Hair stylist amazing. Desk staff on cell phones and noticed in back pocket of black washed out jeans. Very unprofessional! Maybe they should be tending to tidying up the front store or making sure products are arranged nicely on the shelves!!

Would not recommend applying here at all. I applied back in August for a front desk position and was invited in for a group interview. I was the only one who showed up. The girl who interviewed me was decent and asked me back for a one on one interview which would be with another person. After the one on one interview, I was told to contact the girl who did the interview, by email, if I’d like to continue in the hiring process. I emailed her the same day saying how much I would like to work for Neroli. Never heard a reply which is completely unprofessional and rude. Even if she decided I was not the right fit, as a professional, follow up with your interviews. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever apply here.

I went to their store with a friend to get are hair done. Im transgender person and also this was my very first time to go and have my hair done. So I look up a place thinking with the most reviews would be a great start. But that was a big mistake... I called and set up a date and time of almost 2 weeks before. Because we were planning on going to one of the biggest get together that happen once a year... So when I get there right off the bat the lady wanted to argue with me that she doesnt have time to do what I want... Ok I called 2 weeks and plan this out... So after telling them that I wanted it done she then started to work on the hair dye. I was with a friend as well she was almost half way done with hers.. They havent even started mine. So after she was about done they just started on mine.. After the wash I noticed that this is not the color I wanted and this was just not what I wanted as she was in the middle of drying my hair and it went from blonde to copper.. At this point Im very upset so they have another lady come and look at it and say she can fix it with ash and it will hide most of it. So after getting there at 11 Im leaving there about 6pm and I feel trash and not pretty I felt like I just had my hair put in a curb water in Milwaukee and called it hair dye... So then I go to leave and they expect me to pay for this and I was not happy because this was a gift and yet it was worth this... So I speak with there manager there. He wanted to knock off 20$ and Im like no... We ended up just paying for the hair cut and left. So the next day I feel my hair and really look at it and yet they charged my friend for the cut. I ask for it to be layer and I move it around and noticed some of my hair was short and some look like nothing was cut because it was and inch longer... So I called up and ask to speak with a manger and it was the same guy form last time and he end up telling me I got what I paid for and I said Ill be writing a review on this place and he tells me to forward it to their lawyer... So with that I thought wow Im going to speak with the owner of this place.. Let the lady at the desk know about this manager she said she leave a vicemail for her and I got a call back with in 20 min and she tells me over the phone that they will fix it all and I have nothing to worry about. Shes sorry this happened and she wants to make it right... So I go there and I pay for my parking walk in and set down and as Im waiting they tell me that this will not be covered. And I will be paying for this... So wow you wanna make it right by changing your words now... So tell her to come down here and say it to my face... She come back down and agree to fix it and make me happy when I leave... Will that was another lie they try making me pay for the dye and wouldnt even cut and fix my hair and yet you still see there mess up.... NOT TRANSGENDER FRIENDLY!!! DON’T GO HERE WAST OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

Loved my pedicure with Brieana! I have been having pedicures for 15 years and this one was the best. Her attention to my comfort was exceptional and her technique impeccable. I look forward to returning for my next pedicure.

Ive been going to Neroli since it opened. I love everything about this place. The staff are all welcoming and knowledgeable. Today I had dermaplaning with Kristin. Amazing as always and my skin feels unbelievable!

I just had my first Brazilian wax done by Kristin at the downtown location- she was amazing! Super nice, fast and efficient. She is most deff worth every penny! Thank you!

I would not recommend this place and regret getting my hair done here. I had a full balayage and hair cut done. I specifically told the hair dresser that I wanted white platinum blonde highlights, not yellow blonde or honey colored, and even showed her a picture of what I wanted. She expressed that she understood what I wanted and that it was something that could be done. Halfway through, she began talking about how sometimes it can take multiple sessions to get such a bright blonde color which I was upset about because she did not mention that initially before she started. After it was all finished, I got home and realized it wasnt the color I wanted (it was still more of a yellow highlight). I called back and requested to get it fixed because I wasnt fully satisfied with it. They were able to make an appointment with the same hair dresser. When I met with the hair dresser, she basically told me that she felt she did what I asked of her and that Id have to pay the total fee all over again in order to get it fixed. But she did NOT do what I asked because I was left with yellow blonde highlights when I wanted platinum blonde. I expressed that when I went to a different salon a couple years ago they were able to do a platinum blonde balayage in one session and her response was maybe you should go there and figure out what they did rather than attempting to fix it herself. So as the hair dresser instructed, I will be going somewhere else from now on and dont ever plan on coming back.

OMG can I tell you about my favorite skin girl Jessi!! She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable from the second you meet her. I always request her for any of my skin needs and I am never disappointed.

Such a great experience! Faith was my stylist and she created exactly what I wanted with my hair cut, the salon was very clean and the staff was super friendly! I highly recommend Faith for your next hair cut!

I asked for a full highlight and received a partial. I am naturally a dirty blond and get blond highlights, and the stylist used toner and I walked away with darker hair than I came in with, and my roots were still just as dark as when I came. When I went back to get it fixed they said I had to go to my original person otherwise I would be charged in full to fix it. Very disappointed in the work as well as how they deal with mistakes.

Neroli is the best salon in town, and this location is great for anyone who lives on the south side or needs to do shopping on the third ward. If you go, see Rachel or Tina, the two best stylists on the planet.

Neroli is a classy,,clean,,relaxing salon! Very professional and they charged exactly the same amount to foil my hair as my small town salon,,only I had a level 3 hair colorist,,Never worry about mistakes,,or leaving with orange hair,,!

Always have a great experience at the Downtown Third Ward location. I get a massage with Mason and facial with Heidi and they are both fantastic. Could not recommend either of them highly enough.

I had my second facial with Aseel at the 3rd ward location yesterday. My last one was 4 weeks ago. In the past month my skin has never looked so good, I have had so many compliments. Whatever Aseel tells me to do regarding my skin I will absolutely do! I will definitely incorporate monthly facials into my budget moving forward.

Just TERRIBLE! The people there are like robots, no one smiles and every time I walk in the door its the same welcoming lines over and over again. They charged me over $80 for highlights that you could barley see! I ended up going to Heads Up and they added A LOT more highlights which I loved. And they screwed up my eyebrows! I have so many people telling me my eyebrows look weird or they dont line up and when I look in the mirror one curves and the other one goes straight out like a half square plus they made one smaller than the other so I look like two-face, which makes me feel horrible... Not worth your money or your time. Plus I went in for my eyebrows and told the lady they tend to get dry and flake and she wound up putting five different things all over my face, my whole face felt like it was soaked and disgusting, I went home and scrubbed the layers of crap off. Theyre not worth it.

Ive been coming here for a while, as least when I am in town. Its pricey, but then you get what you pay for. Personally, I like an extremely firm massage, bordering onto painful, and like to leave feeling pretty sore. It might sound odd but I like tension release rather than relaxation, and I find gentle massages just tickle...lol

I had a gel manicure and my husband had a massage. Both of us were very pleased! Very cute in the inside and they have treats and beverages while you wait.

Great place, Bring was very nice and my stone massage felt amazing. The steam shower was very comfortable and relaxing afterwords as well. I want to go more often.

From the hot towel to the professional service, this is a great upscale salon and spa. Extremely welcoming. Prices not cheap, but you get what you pay for!
