Amazing store. However they have become extremely overpriced. This was our favorite shop for a long time. Especially being open til 2am. The staff however is quick to neglect any issues that occur and are demeaning. My fiance and I spent 200 dollars on mods, dozens upon of disposables (which are way overpriced). 100 dollars for 5 dollars off is ludicrous as well for a “ reward”. We had a burnt one and they said it was our fault out of the box. Find another place to buy your products. This was a phenomenal store not long ago and I used to recommend it to everyone. After the poor customer service and terrible rewards program. It would take a lot for us to consider going back. Hope this review helps and just be smart about your purchases there. Their staff is not educated on any of the products ether. Many times I feel I’m googling to educate them on their products. Only one person in the store that rarely works is really educated on things. Even so, he shares minimal info and provides zero guidance to assist you with making a right fit for your purchase. Oh yes, the other peanut gallery just sit 4 at a time behind the counter and have social hour on their phones smoking their disposables and talking smack. Don’t worry, you can help when you have to fetch them. I hope this place pulls it together or I’m not sure what the future will hold. I hate writing these and this is my second review ever. I reached out to management and received no response. Really a bummer for such a great shop. If their management team reads this. Please feel free to reach out and I’ll shed more light on everything. Selection of items is great, but you can find all the same and better at near by shops for at least ten bucks less. Best of luck VCT. Cheers

Asked for mixed berry. While he went to grab it was talking to another employee trusting he would get mixed berry. Ended up with a gross raspberry mint didn’t realize until I got home, unsure how you get that confused, won’t be back. You are better off going to Sphynx on 76th.

Wide variety of vape juice and prices on juice are great. However the prices for their coils are much higher than any other vape shop Ive purchased from in the past & present. A 5 pack of coils is $20 at every other vape shop I frequent and there charging $25.. Needless to say I buy my coils elsewhere now, $5 bucks is $5 bucks guys cone on now and lower your prices on a 5 pack !! Also they sell Synthetic Nicotine vape juice which Ive accidentally purchased because I didnt notice it printed on the box. Please separate all your Synthetic vape juice and put it in a separate display case with a sign that says SYNTHETIC so people who are not intending on buying synthetic nicotine dont. I dont know about anybody else but synthetic nicotine gives me headaches and stomach aches and I dont want to accidentally purchase it again.

THE place to go with by far the greatest selection and prices in the area. Used to drive 30 mins here regularly cause nothing else around even comes close

Bought a new vape three weeks ago with a box of replacement coils. Come to find out they arent mesh like I wanted. Refused to replace or let me return. Are not opened and also have receipt. Employees here have a lack of knowledge every time Ive been there and are very high. Lets not forget selling to minors.

Bought a glass water pipe from here and when I got home, the bottom of the glass was leaking water due to a small crack. No refund or returns allowed. Very frustrating experience and a total waste of money.

Best place in Milwaukee hands down, prices might be a little high on Hyde’s and Esco’s but other than that this place is perfect. The inside is incredibly big with a huge selection of vapes and HHC and Delta carts. 10/10 recommend.

Went there one day and purchased one of their Cake disposable devices with the Delta 8 and 10 vapes. I asked the worker how much they were and he said 35.99. After ringing me up with that and other stuff my total was $70 which I thought was high, grabbed my receipt and left. After I got home I checked my receipt and he charged me $50 for the vape. Wasnt the biggest deal because I’ve smoked them before. But this time my head started hurting after every use so I stopped using it and went to return it. The guy told me all sales where final and if I hadn’t used it I could have returned it. If all sales where final how could I have even returned it to begin with. He said he would give me 25% off a new one. Considering I just paid way more than I planned on I declined to waste more money. Definitely not a place I will be going back to. They definitely could have did more for a reoccurring customer.

Excellent place and humans that work there! The prices are a little bit high but the midnight hours and selections are 💯 all worth it! Keep up the great job! And dear BREW CITY please supply this wonderful place. Im heading its difficult to get your juice. Why? Im no Business person but just why? I want to buy your brew city juice there and have quit buying it because you dont seem to be working with VCT. I dont understand this. Im 44 and expect to get what I need at such a good store. Whats the issue?

Had a lot of hope for this place, I quit giving them my money when they quit caring on the appearance of the outside. The outside looks like trash. If they took pride like they did on the inside I might still be a customer. I contacted the alderman and will also go to any public hearing on renewals of their permits and licensing until they get their act together. I will be supporting other tobacco/CBD stores and urge others who live in this area to not support a place that doesnt care about the community we live in.

Great service! Great prices! Huge selection! I drive across town, and pass at least 10 other vape stores just to go to them! I love this store. Ask about their points card also! The only down fall is I cant order online, so I left a review instead...lol! I still love this store!

Its fun to go at night when the lights light up the display cases. Always nice fun people working that can actually answer questions. THCP is available and a great item they helped me with. They have many affordable pipes and extremely expensive ones too, its like a bong museum lol

The nicest, most professional, and cleanest shop I’ve berj in. For a newer store. I was shocked how awesome its setup inside. Very honest and best price I’ve seen around Milwaukee area yet. For the high quality and top rated juices, you can buy here for $3 more than if you were to order you’re online. If your that cheap and want to save $3 then go online and wait weeks and hope your get the product you ordered. I’d rather pay the $3 extra dollars and have now. Besides, it is a small business that needs to make some profit to stay in business. Long story short, don’t waste your time going anywhere else when you can shop right here and find the top rated juices for the best price. Awesome setup and selection of products.

Horrible service, some of the employees are rude. They didn’t have the usual disposable I get so one of the employees recommended me a different one and I tried to return it because I did not like it, two of the employees used it and a blonde girl was very rude and demanded I can’t return or exchange my item?? Waste of money. Now I have a disposable that was used by two other employees, that I will not be using.

This store is aesthetically beautiful in the inside from sponge bob blowing os on the ceiling to Batman and Superman going at it and of course, Rick and Morty. Not only that, the workers are super chill and cool to talk to. Plus, they have one if the biggest selection of disposables in MKE.

I shop here whenever I need to restock. Usually grab a few coils and some vape juice. One thing I’ve noticed is they are constantly filling their displays. The store looks very exotic and it’s just a whole experience worth trying just being in there. You’re in for a treat if Moneeb’s there idk why.

I bought a stix pen and it stopped charging 3 days later.... apparently there are signs staying there are no returns or exchanges besides the first day... which clearly if I saw that I wouldn’t be complaining, but I went back and still failed to see the so called signs. I’m very upset because I tried to contact the manufacturer of the product, Yocan, and they have still not done anything about. They clearly just try to get stuff off, and I will never be purchasing one again because clearly I just came to spend money on a FAULTY PRODUCT.

Good atmosphere. Bad products all the vaping iteams I have bought beside vape juice, has broken within a month of purchase. Coils for sub ohm tanks sold here barley work. Maybe 3 out of 7 coils were good other ones showed check atomizer warning. Dud coils..

Came in during renovations, still needs work but looks like it will end up being very nice. All the guys there were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about vaping. Excited to see it finished!

Theyve got super good juice made by the shop themselves for a suoer decent price, and they were super friendly. The store was under remodel but it looks like its gonna be dope when its finished. Ill definitley be making my way back.

Have been my go to place since they opened, as time went on the attitudes and personalities especially of 1 in particular has got horrible. I will never visit her rudness again, take your money elsewhere.
