One of the best gay nightclubs Ive been to. The music is great, love that they also have other areas to play pool, or to simply enjoy a high quality drag show. Its one of the few places that close very late, the only thing is that they stop selling alcohol at 2:00am but you can still buy water or other non alcoholic drinks to keep you hydrated. I was surprised that there were lots of guys with their shirts off, others even wearing jockstraps or tiny shorts (in some clubs this is not allowed at all), so I really loved that you can be yourself in this place. Highly recommended.

Ive had so many fun, wonderful, and memorable nights at S4! I love looking back on such times, and enjoy looking forward to making many more there! Great drinks, killer music, and one of the best dance floors in town.

WARNING!!! THIEVES!!!!!!!!!My friends and I went on a trip on June 15th. We went dancing together on the 1st floor and it was very crowded. We took a break from dancing and realized that our phones and wallets had been pick pocketed and stolen. Our belongings were in our pants, fanny packs, and purses. when we got off the dance floor all of our bags had been opened and everything was gone. we went to the front office to see if they could help us in any way and they did not care at all. no help with security. no help with warning others.We waited awhile to see if we could actively catch the Thieves, but we had no luck since it was so busy. We went around warning other groups of people, especially other girls. while warning others, more than 10 people were also missing phones, cash, wallets, and other personal belongings.If you ever visit this place, please be aware that this is not a safe environment. we have tried calling the club to see if any belonging have been turned in, but they will not answer the phone and their mailbox is full.

We went in a Friday night and Sunday night. This place was so dead. It has potential, but i think what is really killing the vibe is the cover charge. The drinks are good but they are overpriced! Bartenders are awesome though.

We were on our bachelorette trip and we got pick pocketed on the dance floor downstairs. 3 phones and 1 wallet of our group got stolen downstairs and many other girls groups stuff got stolen. Staff seemed to absolutely not care nor do anything about it.

OMG this place is horrible. I went to this club with my girls and we got drugged. I was in bed for 6 days. So creepy. If your love your life please stay away from this place. There are people dress like women but hunting girls. The guy behind me when I was in the dance floor said that I was so hot and was looking for me. I thought he was joking because he’s gay. But I think he’s working with the bar tender and drug pretty girls. Girls DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB. THIS PLACE IS CREEPY AND BOY SAFE FOR US!!!! Police should do something about this and shut this place down.

WATCH YOUR BELONGINGSUsed to be an awesome place and our go-to club. This last weekend we were dancing and someone attempted to take my phone straight out of my pocket and hand it immediately to two others in his group and act like he was casually walking away. Luckily I caught him, and started yelling at him to give me my phone back while even pushing him. He finally dropped it and acted like it was on the ground the whole time. I felt so lucky I caught it but I see many who fell victim to these pick pocketersIt immediately killed any vibe I had left for the place. Didnt realize its a regular occurance until coming to the reviews. Dont trust your belongings there.Piss everywhere, almost virtually all men instead of what used to be a healthy mix of folks. Predatory behavior and thieves everywhere. Sucks because used to be our staple spot. Will not be going back anytime soon, no thanks!

FULL OF THIEVES! -BEWARE- Both me and my friend were pickpocketed while here. They opened our zipped bags and stole our phones. After asking other people who were there they had also relayed they had their phones and belongings stolen at this bar. When letting staff know what had occurred they just said “yeah it happens all the time”. If your patrons are consistently robbed you think the establishment would do something about it but they don’t. Also the bathrooms were deplorable. Bathrooms were covered in a layer of piss on the floor and walls and it stunk so bad. If you come here plan for the most expensive night because all of your belongings will be stolen.

Your identification is verified twice at the entrance before you make a payment. There is an upstairs area that is ideal if you wish to dance without bumping into the person next to you.

A shadow of its former self. Used to be my favorite place. Now the music goes from 80s to hip hop to country over the course of about a couple minute, counted at least 5 songs that were less than 30 seconds. By trying to please everyone, it seems theyre pleasing noone.

This place is a gem. Awesome dance music with stellar lasers and lights. Overall, the staff was friendly from the door to the bartenders (most of the bartenders anyway).

Great atmosphere and feel great being in a safe space, but the music over the past 3 or 4 months has just been horrible. I’ve never been to a dance club where the transitions have been so whack, or just stop. Def is a vibe killer when all you’re looking for is a killer dance floor with great music.

MY PHONE WAS PICK POCKETED FROM MY CLOSED BAG BECAUSE THERES AN ACTIVE RING OF STRAIGHT MEN GOING AROUND STEALING GIRLS PHONES!! THE OWNERS AND STAFF KNOW ABOUT IT AND DONT CARE!! i had to hear from some regulars that this has been happening every weekend and theres absolutely no security measures taken!! another girls phone was taken too and now we both just have replace our phones because this club entertains predatory behaviors!!

THIEVES. If you dont sign your receipt for the cover charge, they steal an extra $5 from you. That claim they have a notice up on the wall (its unreadable, and theres no reason for the charge). This is fraud. It is deceptive, this is exploitation of drunk people. These people are scumbag thieves.Do NOT give them your money.

Went here for the first time the last night and had a blast! Already planning a trip back!!!

The place itself is super rad, i went there when it was dead and it was pretty cool. however my friend lost his phone and when we went back they said they didn’t have it. (his location was still pinned there)

The experience was great. We went to the amateur drag night on Thursday. Entrance before 11pm was free which is nice and the show was incredible. We had a great time. Where the three stars come in is my boyfriends card was charged twice for drinks that are already pretty expensive. I had also purchased drinks on my card and this did not happen to me, but looking at other reviews, my boyfriend is not alone in getting phantom charges. Definitely try paying with cash if you can.

Still one of my favorite clubs in all of Texas. My first time to visit was exactly 25 years ago. Keep it going!

Paid cover of 8$ The reader said 10 so I asked why. The guy running entry said tax. I said you have a 30% tax? Asked for a receipt. On the receipt it said $2 tip for a total of $10. He told me to take my attitude somewhere else. Shady place with shady service.

I gotta say, the DJ they had playing tonight had some of the best house mixes of pop music I have ever heard. It would have been a lot of fun to get up on the dance floor...... if there were more people there. Granted, I was there a little early, but the place was so dead. On a Friday night, even early, I would expect a few more people there milling about. And when people started showing up, they were almost all straight girls.Left before the show, so I cant comment on that. But as a gay dance club, my feeling is meh.

Super cool place. The drag shows are pretty awesome, everyone always has a great time. They have a huge patio area so you can chill and unwind if you don’t feel like dancing. I love coming here the musics great, we usually show up after all the other places close since this one is open until 4.

My first time to this club. The upstairs bartender Sandy really helped me out. Top notch music and great drag show.

This place is always such a great time. The bar staff is great and the Queens are even better.

Only go for the Rose Room and drag shows. But such a good environment and makes me feel like I’m back home at Jacques Cabernet in Boston.

This is a really nice club! I love watching the drag shows in the Rose Room! Then theres the fact that theyre open till 4am but you can only get alcohol till 2am though 🙁 lol. That being said, this is a great bar/club for LGBT people and friends. Perfect place to dance the night away till you sober up some before heading home 😀 Ive never had a bad experience here and the staff are all really friendly! On Fridays theres a password to get you in before midnight. Just ask someone in the line waiting and someone will usually share it with you. I think its an $8 charge and I think theres a charge on Saturdays as well. I think its free on some of the night on Sunday as well but not sure of the times its free. Check this place out! You wont regret it! 😀😀😀

I came to Dallas for the weekend and I was looking forward to visiting this club. People were usually lined up to get in. However, I didnt realize I was paying a $10 cover for a Sunday night just so I could walk into a restroom stall to find broken glass and trash on the floor. The bar wasnt even busy when I went so theres no excuse for what I saw. Its a shame this was what I experienced the first time coming to Cedar Springs. Save your money and find somewhere else to go.

A great place to have fun and let loose, the atmosphere is great and the staff is super friendly. Should’ve just stayed here instead of trying some of the other locations on the street. Loved the vibe, energy, and staffing here!

BRING CASH. DO NOT USE A CARD. THEY OVER CHARGED MY CARD FOR TIPS!! I have been to this club twice. I live 5 hours away so I don’t have the chance to come often. This most recent visit was during the Halloween block party. I tipped around 15%+ on every drink order I received for the night, which arent amazing tips but felt appropriate since I only ordered SHOTS. Anyways I got charged $85 when it should’ve been $11. I won’t be back, sucks cause everything else was pretty nice about the place.

Hello, greetings, I love this place, it is very nice and you enjoy it to the fullest, only that the experience I had on Saturday morning at 3 pm in the morning was terrifying. I was leaving the place and outside the nightclub a guy from the security guards was out of control. I took my bag and ran into the club without knowing what was happening, he didnt say anything, he just attacked my bag and took it without explaining what was happening. It was a horrible experience. I hope I never go through the same thing again. This security was rude and daring. Ordinary they should put more qualified and professional personnel, I suggest

The Queens 👑are Queening in full bloom at the Rose 🌹 Room! I have a blast everytime! The drinks are strong and cheap and the entertainment is a drag ! Definitely worth checking out if you’re interested in attending a drag show. The Rose room is cozy yet has enough space to accommodate a nice crowd.

The DJ was legit throughout the night. Unfortunately, the manager from this place requested for officers to escort me out due to not finishing my beer fast enough once 2am hit? Didnt know that was a thing...especially since I bought the beer before 2am. Officers Long, Gilliard, and Walker had a power trip and made a very small issue into something unnecessary. They took my beer from my hand and tossed it, then, they started shoving me as I was asking them why they were treating me as if I did something wrong. As I walked away, they felt the need to continue saying negative remarks. Very unprofessional. I hope S4 considers hiring better rent-a-cops.

This bar was amazing and great! It’s spacious and lots of areas to hang out in including their wrap around porch! Many dance floors and youthful atmosphere! Love the place and will go back again! I love how friendly everyone from the staff to the people visiting we’re here!

This place is advertising that it is free to get in with a password until 11 on their exterior advertisements. We were in line at 10:28, and at the register at 10:31, with the password, and they charged us cover.Then, there is no drag show, there is a “pageant” which costs more, and the drag show was the whole point of coming here. Honestly, I’m malding. I paid $8 to get into a dead club. Your honesty and false advertisement sucks.

My friends and I came for a night out here. I had never gone before and was so excited to show a friend staying with me in town the club because I had only heard good things. We are all 19-20 and we had been there for about an hour and my friends were escorted out to the front after being calmly told that they needed to redo the X’s on our hands. We agreed and showed them to the front and instead of them redoing our X’s, they kicked us out without being refunded. The cops assigned to the establishment put their hands on one of my friends (he is a POC), dragged him out of the club with a hand on his gun, and shoved him into the trash can in front of all the guests in line. All of the people in line left after us in support but overall there was no communication between the staff of Station 4 that led to this issue. In conclusion, the management jumping to the conclusion that we were there to cause trouble when all we wanted to do was have a good night led to the issue being escalated by the police outside by taking it too far and shoving my friend when he showed no violence or desire to fight back. I do not recommend coming here, especially since the 1-star reviews all display concerns along the same lines of this issue.

Went here one time and it was great. It’s hard to find an 18+ gay bar in Dallas. S4 does not post at all if it’s 21+ or 18+ for the evening. If you call don’t expect an answer, if you text through Instagram or messenger don’t expect an answer.

Its a fun experience. Especially the Rose Room. A place to showcase your talent, gain recognition, and win some money! I love seeing the different variety of drags, dancers, and performers!

We didn’t get any drinks. 30$ cover charge per person, walked in, no one was inside. Completely dead around 10pm. We explored the large layout and the bar was mostly empty expect for balconies, seems like a lot of wasted space and a waste of money.

This is an Okay place since the dance floors are big, THE MUSIC SUCKS tho ….. the lights show also is not the best. This place has a lot of potential and it can definitely be a really good night club if they change the music to a mix of modern, hip hop, pop etc music. The drinks are good. I’ve been in my share of clubs and this one I can say can really be a huge hit if they change the lighting n music. The speakers are great n the shows are fun but everyone leaves after the shows bc of the music.

Last nights drag show and club vibe were pure magic! Talented performers, incredible energy, and a celebration of authenticity. Truly inspiring and unforgettable!

Ive wanted to like this place. After a couple of not so great experiences, we decided to give it another shot for New Years Eve. What a mistake. The DJ was beyond awful and downright drove us out of the place. Its really unfortunate because I feel like this space has a ton of potential. Wont be back anytime soon, if ever.

Nice place that offers variety of entertainment options and safe locations for LGBTQ hangouts. They have everything for everyone as it has separate areas allocated for drag shows, dance floor, gaming area, comfortable seating lounge, outdoor sitting area, and many other lounges and entertainment options. If you want to visit Dallas Gayberhood, this is the place you must visit.

This is a great Girls night out club! The line outside was hello long and the charge to enter was a bit high. We all wanted to dance the away. The DJ and the 24,000-sq.-ft. dance area were amazing. The bar keeps upstairs make the strongest drinks on the street. Plus, upstairs is where the entertainment is a truly astonishing drag show lounge. I try to get my place early because it gets packed. The show was free so tip the girls!!!

Horrible experience! I tried to get a performers (SASHA ANDREWS) attention after HE was tipped 50 dollars, and he punched me in my face!! Then he turned around and punched my girlfriend!!! We paid a $60 cover charge to be assaulted! HE should be fired. S4 condones this behavior, apparently because we were asked to leave. A MAN hitting women is UNEXCEPTABLE.

The crowd is picking up again. The speakeasy is cool. Get a drink from Jamie upstairs and take in the show, especially when it’s the Christmas show!

Station 4 is kind of a cornerstone of the club area there. They do lots of events and have a massive building so its easy to be part of the fun or find a place to rest if you need a minute.The drinks are poured strong, and all the bartenders are friendly and willing to make suggestions if youre not sure what you want.It seems like a pretty friendly place for people new to the club scene as well as veteran club goers.

Went on Halloween block party night. The bald bartender with the blood all over him and his white shirt downstairs at the bar with the pool table gave us horrible service. My girlfriend was sitting at the bar for 15 minutes while he served everyone who came up after her. She was waiting for so long it was about to hit 2am. After serving everyone after IGNORING HER, she asks for her drinks and he tells her rudely that he isnt serving anymore. He then proceeds to SERVE HIS FRIENDS AFTER 2AM RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. Not only is this illegal, its despicable behavior. Every other bartender weve had here has been fine but this guy was a tool. For a $30 cover and the high drink prices youd think the bartender would at least do his job correctly. Also, all the bathrooms are nasty because they keep letting men into the womens bathroom. Theres a reason why you see men in the womens bathroom and never see women in the mens. I dont care how gay you are, youre still a man. Its unfortunate that this is the only place with a big dance floor. This club kind of just sucks. People just stand there on the dance floor with their drinks, too. These same people give you dirty looks for DANCING ON THE DANCE FLOOR. Not inclusive or welcoming whatsoever. Something bad happens every time we go.

Great place to go if you want to see a Drag show but DO NOT USE YOUR CARD!!! BRING CASH!!! My card was charged at 3am when I wasn’t even in the building 😳 I only used my card once at the bar but was charged twice for two different amounts. I would return BUT I wouldn’t use my card for anything!!!!

It was fun the show and drinks were good. But the bartender the oldest one that’s been there forever he wears a jewish kippah on top floor was very rude to my friend because he did not like the $2 tip she left him. This happened Friday night 2-24-23. He yelled at her and told her not to come back that he was serious in front of everyone so embarrassing. Definitely not professional.

First time here… amazing place…upstairs is great…can’t really dance downstairs unless you’re into techno which really sucks because I came here to dance. Drag show is top notch! Best I’ve ever been to! At almost 12 midnight probably 12 people on the dance floor downstairs. Disappointed for sure. Great drink prices…just ignore the downstairs dance floor and stay upstairs.

My friend who was the only one pulled out from our friend group by the bouncer/receptionist in the front and they repeatedly referred to him by his race and proceeded to shove him down on the ground with great force and would not give him his badge number for reference.

The Rose room is always so much fun! The dance floor is almost always empty. Such a shame : a massive place with very few people dancing. If you’re here for legendary drag shows though, the rose room upstairs is the place for you.

This place is so awesome. They have a nice patio outside where you can sit & chill. If you enjoy dancing as much I do, you would love their dance floor. Large space for you to dance all over. Music is plus.👍🏼 I went on Friday with my bf & watched their Drag show. It’s amazing. The girls were so pretty. I would recommend this spot before or after the club.

I came to watch a drag show not a political debate. The performance started late to begin with and turned into a Republican Democrat debate during the show. I don’t support any kind of politics. And didn’t come here to listen to personal views on political stances. I brought my friend out for a good time after he broke up with his boyfriend neither one of us need to hear about political views during the show. And basically attacking a woman because she’s a Republican, I am not a part of either party, but I don’t attack anybody for their political views. Period I am sure this drag queen is amazing but drop the politics support everyone and be respectful

Came here with a group of friends and had such a wonderful time! The lights and everything were incredible!I will say, you cant see when you’re taking a piss in the restrooms though. But super cool place, was never super packed for us on for a Saturday night, which is nice compared to most clubs.

From sound to crowd to music to the overwhelming amount of space and various rooms, levels, patios, etc...this place is pretty amazing.While definitely not MY favorite or “go-to” spot, I’m simply providing an honest rating on what they offer— and its rather mind blowing!

AMAZING DRAG SHOW IN DALLASOne of my best friends invited me out one night to see a Drag Show here at S4. I was stunned by how colorful, fun, creative, the entire show is! The performers are simply amazing and never fail to deliver an amazing performance.The location itself is unbeatable; a gorgeous and very vivid atmosphere with lights and music everywhere! There are multiple areas in this place to drink, multiple bars (3 if I am not mistaken) and a large dancefloor! I am always down to go to S4 because you just know you are going to enjoy yourself! Bartenders make delicious and strong drinks and are very friendly. My partner and my bestfriends always go, have a few drinks and dance a little before hopping to another bar in the Gayberhood! Love you guys and keep killing it!

I didnt know what happened but the security told me to knock someone and kick me out. While i didnt do anything and he said the bartender told him i did wrong thing . It was my bad experience every, people here didn’t respect me and kick me out. OMG why ? i asked them to check to camera but they didnt . you guys racist ! I cantell ,you guys kick me out. The door people are very strict about their dress code, and can be a little rude about it. If you feel you were treated unfairly or denied entry, just go home don’t throw a fuss. Call management in the morning they will take care of you.The bartenders here are nice. The pours are what you’d expect for a gay bar, strong.I think if they want to keep up with the competition they’re going to have to do more than just remodel the Rose Room. I’ve noticed the foot traffic here is not what it was. Maybe start allowing new talent in. While I love Cassie, Jenna Sky, Asia, and the others, it’s just not new anymore after 10 years of being out on the strip. I know there’s amateur night, but going out on Thursdays that late is generally something you can only do if you don’t have a day job.Overall, it’s worth stopping by if you’re new to town. If you’ve been here for a while there’s other places to go that are just as fun with no cover.

The drag shows are fun, and they seem the be the main reason to come here. Not to sound old complaining about noise, but the noise exposure in the Rose Room will make you old and deaf before your time. It’s louder than any club or concert I’ve ever been to. Your ears will ring and you’ll be a little bit closer to deaf when you leave. Bring earplugs or go somewhere else.

BRING CASH. THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOUR CARD!! I love this spot a lot but it sucks they try and take advantage of people by double charging their cards.

While this is a fine place to visit, I will not be making it a regular spot. The people are a lot of fun and the drag shows are fun to watch, but the sound system, which is a big must at a nightclub, is severely lacking. There is hardly anyone on the dance floor most of the night and I think an upgraded system would help.

I still come here, but its just not as awesome as it used to be. Too often when I come here now there are whole sections of the place that are closed. The last time I was here the whole downstairs was practically deserted and everybody was packed into the Rose Room for the drag show. They would probably be better off just going ahead and moving the drag show downstairs and having the dance floor upstairs. And I think theyre trying to save on their AC bill now because I used to always come here and it was cold and the last time I was there I was really hot. They do still do an awesome job of keeping the bathrooms clean though.

Super fun bar! Its big! I loved all of the different levels and outside patio area was perfect! Lots of fun dancing! I even caught the end of a drag show AND met a guy here! Added bonus!

Love this club; I have never had an issue but Friday night, the cashier was charging different prices. She charged $4.00 to the guy before me, charged me $7.00 and the guy behind me $8.00 — do not know what that was for. She did not even wanted to take the “phrase” to get in for free.Not happy with that. She needs to be equal.

One of the best alternative night clubs I’ve been to in years. This place has a little something for everyone. Excellent atmosphere, great music selection, pool tables, multiple bars under one roof, casual seating throughout, and live entertainment in separate area upstairs.

Best Drag show ever in the rose room. The family atmosphere makes it an enjoyable place to go. Go in and have a good time. It’s very clean. Nice staff. And a wonderful show. Try to stop in every time I am in town! ❤️ 👬👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨

The whole place is awesome from the drag room, to the balcony for smoking, the two dance floors, and etc. Not to mention the bartenders are always on point with the drinks and are always nice, my only stipulation is the DJ/their music choice. I’ve been to this establishment a pretty consistent number of times and it is always kind of hit or miss with the music and the crowd and that is mainly because at times the music selection is subpar at best. Idk it may just be me, but there was a time where I was fighting to throw my :explicit: in a circle and that was because there were so many people wanting to dance…cause the music was bumpin.

Yall!!!! I went to S4 for the first time because im obsessed with drag Queens .. the show was soooo freakin amazing and afterwards i went downstairs to the dance floor and i felt so alive!!! I had the best time i felt safe and it was so litty!!!! If you in the area please please go!

It’s a big place but there’s an Asian guy that works the door. He said he would let me in for free if I gave him a kiss on the lips and I was short on cash so I did. Felt kind of weird…

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! SUNDAY NIGHT ARENT HIP HOP NIGHTS. I have been 2 Sundays str8. The first time…..they played hip hop maybe for an hour 10-11. After that it’s all tech/pop.Last Sunday wasn’t NO HIP HOP……I even flagged down the DJ she looked at me like whatever.Another thing….my friend left her ID at home. She had it on her phone tho….they wouldn’t let her in……3 men behind us didn’t have their IDs but they was let in….I was told because they come there all the time and they look older. While we only look about 25-28…..not to throw the race thing in there but u already know who was let in.

Best place on the strip to party. Other places are good but, as Im always interested for a good time, this place is nothing close to being boring. The people are always great and friendly. The disc jockey is a professional at moving the crowd to dance! #Dallas

Love this place. Me and my girl love the Rose Room drag shows. Thursday Friday and Saturday at 11pm. Excellent bartenders at every single bar. The smoking area has stairs to go up and down. The giant dance floor gets crazy after midnight with everybody dancing with eachother. My biggest peeve is the straight women who have their bridal parties here as they see it as taboo. The emcee for the drag shows calls your as out every single time. Dont come here with your homophobia. Ive met some great people here had great conversations and great nights out! Always fun! The streets were crowded for the Oaklawn Halloween Block Party so my girl and I came here dressed up. She was Morrissey (the Smiths) and I an 80s GOTH! We were tired and left early but hsd a great time!!ove S4!!

The bartender James was so nice and very helpful. He made my first experience at a drag club memorable.

Last Saturday night I left the club to find out that my car wouldnt start- and both mine and my friends phones werent charged. The GM of the club rounded up several different sets of battery charging cables and a battery pack, charged my friends phone, and personally stayed with us until we got someone to come pick us up. I was completely floored at how involved and kind he was when we were in an embarrassing and sticky situation- he was reassuring and literally did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of. Besides that, every bar tender I met that night was ON their customer service game. With such caring and concerned staff, I will definitely be going to S4 again.

This place sucks. Went with friends for a drag show and got mocked for being straight and made to feel unwelcome. Left in 15 minutes

$10 cover on Saturdays plus a kickbutt drag show up stairs? Heck yes! The whole staff was nothing but a pleasure, bartenders and doorman included! The whole place is set up for us to have a good time be it the (deceptively large) rose room upstairs or the dance floor below! Music is mostly pop er whatever but really, whos coming to complain about the music? Also if youre on the broke side, I recommend a little pregaming... Look, their drinks are definitely not THE most expensive, especially given the area, but not the cheapest. If you do drink here, I recommend their Mexican candy drink. Its liquor and chamoy and definitely not just another fruity cocktail! Theyve also got a $3 dollar coat check so you can party hardy completely care free! Go for it yall!

This place has the largest space on the block!The main dance area can be observed from the second floor, where there are chairs and lounge spaces. There is also a second floor outside patio overlooking the street.The music is more upbeat and perfect for a wild night out!

The club and drag show was fun, however getting double charged was not. Y’all need to give me and my friends our money back, and anyone else you’ve done this to. Highly unacceptable and unprofessional.

Anytime I go I have a great time. The drag show in the Rose Room is hilarious. Awesome music especially on Sunday nights. Easy going, no drama, just a great fun atmosphere.

I guess the place was really cool with the drag show and music. The only problem I had with it was you had to buy waterbottles if you were underage. I was also there to dance with my girlfriends and guys kept getting all over us which really confused me because we were at a GAY bar and I was a girl. I would shake my head at the guys who came up and multiple instances one would grab my friends or I without even asking. Then this group of guys surrounded my girlfriend and I and got on both sides of us while we were dancing. I stopped and tried to walk off the dance floor and another guy grabbed me. I had a shocked uncomfortable look on my face and I had to pry the guys arms off me and then another guy grabbed both my arms as I was trying to leave. They were so pushy and could clearly see I was uncomfortable, Ive never had this happen anywhere else. One of my guy friends told a guy to leave me alone and the guy grabbed him by the throat and pulled my friend down. When I went back down to the dance floor the guys who surrounded us came back and I had to go get my guy friends from upstairs to kinda make a circle around us so we werent molested.

Brought friends here for the first time and had a blast! There was a bit of a situation and the manager, James, and the rest of the staff were so helpful and made us feel so safe! I highly recommend coming back!

Station 4 is a large venue for dancing, drinking, mixing with the crowd with great music with spectacular light shows!The Rose Room gives credit to the Art of Female illusion! Whether youre gay or not, this place rocks. The music is extremely good, the staff is always friendly and the crowd is always up for a good time and ready to party all night long. There is a huge dancefloor, amazing sound system and a large outdoor area for relaxing and conversation. The drinks are strong and well mixed for a reasonable price, and the location is in the heart of Oak Lawn and the LGTBQ headquarters of Dallas which is Cedar Springs. There is a hilarious drag show in the lounge upstairs that is a must see with groups of friends. You wont regret it. While this is a gay nightclub and bar, you dont have to be gay to have a great time working up a sweat on the dancefloor at Station 4.

The bartenders are truly great especially with such a busy crowd on Saturday nights/Sunday mornings. However they only play techno music the entire night so my buzz dies down and I ultimately end up leaving.

Ive bn coming to S4! Since B4 it was s4 back when it was The Village Station! Its always bn a good spot! Since 1983 when i first came out. Its still so pleasant. My favorite bartender was David! Just hered he passed hopefully u guys will Honor him in some way!

There are some places In Dallas you can’t say you’ve never been, and some people you shouldn’t say you don’t know. The Rose room offers some of the best impersonation entertainment you’ll find ANYWHERE, and Sandy keeps you on your toes with his quick wit, yummy cocktails and big big butt.

S4 has been getting worse and worse as the years pass. The problems are, first its been invaded by straight females that think that us gays want them there. We go to our own bars and clubs to get away from them! I will say that the majority of straight females that are there know how to respect others space but there are to many that think that us gays want their sexual advancements. Management really needs to do a better job of watching them.Another issue is the music really sucks. I would swear that they have very few songs in their play list and are just rehashing the some ones over and over again. I really dont know why they even employ DJs, a computer could rehash the same songs over and over again as their DJs do.A third issue is that they dont have a quite space where people could just talk with out having to yell over the loud music. They have two places that they can do this. Either in the lounge up stares where the pool tables are or the small lounge behind the DJs box. I would think the lounge behind the DJs box would be a good space for their quite space as no one ever seems to go back there. If they made that into a quite space maybe more people would use that space.

Yes, its massive, but its a typical unts-unts dance club. The club could use some variety in music and aesthetics. Coming to world famous Dallas and told this is THE best club was a stretch. I asked around and it turns out its a corporate owned and run business. The manager has no idea about DJs, future or current music trends, nor has professional dancers or visual artists on hand.In all, its nice to drink and watch the local clicks dance, but there are smaller more worth while experiences to be had than a club whos run by being OK with basic status quo. Dont take my word for it. Youll see if you go. Anyone whos traveled, or been to a venue that is actually used for all its worth will see and feel the difference.What a shame. All the potential of a diamond being staged as a zirconia. Up your game, its now 2018 and youre wasting away an opportunity to be more of an experience to the world around you.OH, it does get fun and crowded. But thats AFTER everyone is forced there when the ither good clubs close. So, theres that.

Safety is not their ConcernThe manager and security let a guy with steroid rage assault 2 patrons and let him walk right out the door with out any kind of repercussions. This guy assaulted me and my friend with my friend laying on the ground. One security guard said that they didnt know the full story. When my friend was lying on the ground unconscious and the guy was getting away.Needless to say the manager of S4 and their security and their procedures for protecting their patrons is a joke. They literally did nothing. I called the police but it was too late because they already let this guy full of rage looking for a fight back out on the street.If anyone had any sense they would sue the pants off of this club. Clearly they have no concern for public safety or their patrons.

Ive been here 3 times and got in for free with my active duty Military i.d.I told all of my fellow Military buddies about it, and brought 6 guys here because its free.... When we got there, the doorman would NOT let us in for free with our I.Ds!!!!I invited my friends here and ended up being so embarrassed! and the doorman laughed and scoffed at us when I inquired about the entry fee for active duty Military, I thought texas was a patriotic place, but I noticed the staff were wearing Beto stickers... now it all makes sense. what a shame.

The Rose Room was packed and provided top flight entertainment in the Drag Show. With its several levels and bars you cant go wrong!

Began playing pool there when it was The Village. Lots of fun times. Cover charge can be annoying as I usually spend plenty there on drinks for myself and friends & dates, so I just go now and then.

I tipped $5 on my total bill so it came out to $42.35 when I got home and checked my account I was charged $87.35 they will upcharge your tab to get more money. Be very careful here. I dont trust them.

The shows here are amazing, the reason i am givivng 2 sars is because the bar tender decided to give himself a 48% tip after i closed my tab, leaving me to pay a $60 for 3 drinks, i will not be coming back!

Tired DJ’s that play old synth and refuses to pay to bring any notable drag queens to Dallas unless it’s someone else footing the bill. I have plenty of people who have bought tickets to Werk the World, Trixie’s moving parts tour, and other traveling queens shows but never been to the Rose Room or S4. Hmmm I wonder why? Hopefully the owners will get out of their old ways and start doing things to draw in people willing to spend money to see notable queens and become regulars to the benefit of the whole LGBT dallas community.

Better known as S4, its one of the more popular dance clubs in the gayborhood. 18 to get in 21 to drink. Straight-friendly.. I actually I always see a few straight guys there with their girlfriends. Upstairs is the roseroom from the drag show. Down stairs is a BIG OL DANCE FLOOR. Bar gets pretty crowded ...go to the secret one way in back behind the dancefloor to avoid the crowd collecting at the front entrance bar. Best night to go...FRIDAY (get the password tho to get in free) Dont know it? better ask somebody or like their facebook page....

Station four is one of my favorite clubs. I meet new people and make friends. I also meet guys that r sexy. I love station four and every chance I get I will go support that club and the people.

If I could rate this place horrible rather than poor - fair I would.Let me start out by saying that the S4 staff is incredibly rude and aggressive with their customers.On New Years Eve, I went to S4 accompanied by my boyfriend and a couple friends. My boyfriend and I were walking around, looking for one of our friends and I was aggressively grabbed by the arm (so hard that it HURT) and literally dragged to the front of the club, all the while myself and my boyfriend were asking what was going on. The staff refused to answer us, completely ignored us. We got to the front of the club and I heard one staff member say to the other, Is this her? and the other said No.Apparently, I had been mistaken for someone else. The staff did not say a single word to me or my boyfriend, not a single apology uttered for them brutally harassing me.This is far from the only time I have felt abused by the people that work at S4.I do not recommend going here unless you want to be treated like a criminal simply just for existing.

Your average run of the mill gay bar. Very large establishment and the Drag shows are amazing. Definitely a place to see and be seen.

I dont frequent this place and I wont be back after they put a large entry stamp on my hand that does NOT wash off the following day with soap and water or rubbing alcohol. Which means the stamp has toxic chemicals in the ink, which is harmful to your skin and body.
