They are just OK. Sometimes you go in and leave with a vape that doesnt work at all. They are not the best in new castle I would go to them when other vape shops down the street have nothing. Also all these people talking rewards Ive been multiple times the guy would rather talk on phone than to you and I never am allowed receipt for purchase let alone a rewards club.

When I got my geekvape they also gave me a bag a told me to fill it up with vape juice as many as I wanted when I did he said take more I was like wow I even felt bad lol but the are hands down the best shop in New Castle Delaware I only go there every thing they sell is grade A thank you FINEST!!!! This shop is great ! Stopped in the shop for my girlfriend and I have to say this shop is bigger than the photos make it out to be. Huge selection of everything .Ty was a big help explaining the differences in the types of vapes and talking with my girlfriend about the different juices , amounts of nicotine and the different flavors .Again I cant say enough good things about this shop, its definitely worth the drive .

I was new at coming to this business. I felt that this was a very reputable business. But, soon found out that when something goes wrong with an item they sold. No one wants to deal with it or help in the process. I have been back several times and tried to get the owners number. But no luck on any matter. So buyers beware of you purchase.

Closes a full 20 minutes prior to stated time. Dont bother driving out if youre not earlier than that, or whatever time it is they feel like closing.

Im so glad I found this vape and glass shop. I make a point of stopping by each time Im in Delaware. Unlike most stores of this type, they carry an extensive range in each of the categories that they sell. Most notable, the owners, Ty and Moe, are VERY friendly, helpful, and really know each of the products. Ive watched them work with newbies, like my gf, and seasoned pros, like me. They take the time to listen to the questions asked and give well considered, knowledgeable, and useful recommendations. Theyre out for repeat customers not just selling what they can while they can.

I come here all the time to get my juice for my e-cig! The guys and girls working here are awesome, very friendly, and helpful. Its easy store to come in and out or you can sit at the smoker bar and relax try some different juices and chat. I feel very comfortable coming here and getting everything/anything I need for me and my husbands ecig. Oh and the manager is awesome him and the others are always letting me know different sales and stuff to help me save money 😉

Ive been going to Unreal Vapors for the past 7 years. I have never had any kind of problem and the staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable about all products in store. Unreal sells their own brand of vape juice which I only purchase because I know exactly what the ingredients are. The best made juice and best selection of juices. No one does it better when out comes to flavor or cloud chasing juices. Cool staff and they know their stuff when it comes down to anything whether it be devices, tanks, juices, ect... Ive never had any problems at unreal vapor definitely worth stopping in if your vap. Been coming here for a year now, the costumer servuce has always been on point and the staff are constantly cleaning if not busy. Sure you have ups and downs with coils not wicking correctly or a juice not being pungent as i want... But you get past that as it is a new market and live and die by the manufacturers quality control.With that said, i come here a lot and may be biased in giving them a glowing review but its to me it is deserved. Made many friends here, always felt welcome and have spent many nighys BSing with regulars and staff.This shop is not for your high end cliché elitest types, its honest and sincere.

I know money has to be made, but honestly they mark up the prices of their mods and juice almost 100%. Smok Alien, the most popular mod on the market, was 120 dollars in this store. It is 50 dollars online shipped with sample juice. Not worth it.

Im adding to my original post months later that locally, within 25 miles, no other Vape shop has such a diversified variety of the newest, in demand products ie. mods, tanks, coils, liquids, accessories and so on. The New Castle Delaware Unreal Vape is leagues ahead of the competition. I wish that I could comment as to the other Unreal Vape stores but I have not visited them, however I have been told they are even more impressive than the Rt 13 location. BTW, I failed to mention how knowledgable and willing to help out the staff are. With that said the overall customer service is top notch and well worth checking out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The staff sat down and showed me how too rebuild my kangertech rba mini top too bottom, suggested phenomenal flavors, and overall just made the start of my vaping much less confusing than it could have been. Batteries, coils, mods, tanks, drippers,wicks , the list goes on. However, the staff guided me to a good starting point and explained what caused whatever issue I had very simply(I.e. spit-back, burnt taste) and helped make my vapes that much better.
