Toy and Chaz are the best. They help you, answer questions, sometimes give you a darn good deal. I love coming here. They take care of all my vape needs and are great people to do a transaction with. The store is clean, well organized, and smells terrific when you walk in. Very highly recommend!

10/10 would recommend!!Chaz was beyond helpful, he was very kind, knowledgeable, and HONEST! Which is a game changer for me! Not only did he help me with a broken vape cleaned it and everything(which he didn’t have to do) he also hooked me up with an amazing deal upon discovering the vape was probably broken! He really went above and beyond the normal expectations going into one of these places and gave me the best experience I’ve had yet at any vape shop! Just being honest I don’t typically go to this particular shop but I’ll be switching now! He gained a new faithful customer tonight for sure! You rarely get kind people doing you a solid and helping you out anymore and he did all that and then some! I highly recommend this shop to anyone not happy with their current vape store they go to!P.S. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews & nay sayers you see on here they’re not true at all and probably all from people who have zero clue what it’s like to actually run a business & have zero humanity in them.😝 hands down the best service you’ll get around this area!

I really like this store. the staff here have been a great help. Went one day was having a bad day and the guy at the counter asked why I looked upset and after a bit of talking with him he gave me really good advice. Its really cool that the employes here care about the customers like that. Any time Im there and have a question about something they have they get whatever information I need to help my decisions on what to get if they dont know they will look it up. This is now my main store.

I have went to this store for a probably since it opened and I can tell you Toy is the best EVER!!! There’s always a great welcome she acts like she’s known you forever she’s very informative any questions that I ask she gives me an answer to ! She helps me find what’s best for me. She knows all about the products and the conversation is wonderful to!! Needs to be more like her she’s absolutely fantastic and I keep going because of her . There is not enough starts to give her . There’s not many like Toy! She definitely helps the business!!

Im a truck driver so I called ahead of time n spoke to Toy n she gave us directions to park the truck n was really helpful with any questions we had about vapes n cigars. Parking towards the back easy to come n go. Definitely come back again when driving through here. Toy the one to speak to if you need help.

What do you need, my boy is the familiar sound of Chaz greets me. This man is great, he not only is knowledgeable but speaks from personal experiences. Hands down best shop in the valley for all your tobacco, vapes, and much much more!

This is the best smoke shop around everyone there is always very helpful and friendly and the products they carry are all great quality. The prices on everything from cigarettes to bongs is the best around. We dont shop anywhere else.

I came into this place for the first time and wasnt sure what I wanted, the lady there was so sweet, friendly and very helpful. She helped me pick out a vape and i love that she has a book that she wrote down all the flavors of each vape. Shes amazing and definitely deserves a raise! Im not sure I could do business with the guy in there, Ive seen give stuff away for reviews!!!

I had a wonderful experience in new market tobacco and vape. Chaz had such a wonderful customer service and was very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I would highly recommend this store to others. They had fair prices and a huge selection. I will definitely be back in the future.

The lady in there is very helpful and sweet. I just got out of the hospital and want to quit smoking and she took the time to help me pick out a vape that I liked. She was very patient. She should get more stars than 5.

Toy makes shopping experience in this store fun. She is knowledgeable and has the store clean and stocked. If its not on the shelf she lets the orderer know to get whats been asked for in. She lets you browse without hounding and if she has customers in the store she always makes you feel as if you are the only shopping. Thank you Toy. I will be back very soon.

Terrible service and very rude workers better tobacco store down the road with nicer people and better selections. Woman working there has nothing better to do besides criticize customers and made very questionable comments about what she does on her own time.
