New Paris Vape Shop

The lady who used to run this shop (Debbie?) is no longer working here and the quality and customer service is at rock bottom! First the guy working tells me the gummies are $15 & then charges me $20. When I said no thank you, he yells, Wait! I give to you for $15! which is what he originally told me. The guy that helped me didnt have any knowledge of the products, didnt understand my questions, & sold me product (gummies) that was over a year Expired! The expiration date was 06/2023. I return & explain the situation. He says I can exchange the gummies for another one of the same. ALL OF THEM were expired from 06/2023! Then when I found one with a lower dose to exchange, he said it was $20 & that I owed him. After telling him that this made no sense he allowed the exchange. I then took those back because there was No Expiration date on them at all. I then tell him I wanted my money back. He says I can pick another pack of gummies out. Low & behold, I found one Expired from 08/2022 & other expired products! I find one that expires 08/2024 & I tell him Illtake that one, & he STILL wanted me to pay the difference after I went through half of his gummy stock hanging on the wall, picking out the Expired products! Another customer walks out & I tell him about this experience & he says that the guy in there is Always changing the prices for the same things he always purchases! Worst Customer Service Ever!!! This place should be closed down if the owners are going to continue selling Expired Products!!! They also need someone working that can give Real Customer Service, where someone knows the products and can genuinely help!!! If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! Driving anywhere else for products like this is going to be your BEST Bet!!!

Very sneaky, dishonest business practices. The kid working the store tried charging me 40$ for powdered kratom that didnt have a price marked on it. I told him thats way too high a price, and then he offered to take 5$ off. I told him its no more than 25$ any where else I buy it, No thanks. Went to Coyote Vape and got the same product for less than 25$

Sneaky by handing me a different brand than what I asked for... When I noticed the package looked different he told me it was the same thing! Trusting, I purchased the item. Got home, opened & realized it was NOT the same at all & was very poor quality. Will not be back.

Very shady place. They sell broken stuff !!!! The hell with this place. Dont spend your hard earn money there

You cant give a minus star rating, or I would definitely give this place minus 5 stars.The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I recommend avoiding this place.

My girlfriend and I have been here twice now and not only is the dude there as friendly as can be, but the shop itself has so much to offer in their products. I haven’t left empty handed yet. Will happily always come back.

Super excited and happy New Paris finally has a smoke shop. Long overdue but thankful we have one now. Lol. The shop and people are both amazing. This is now the spot.
