This place is great! So glad to see a smoke shop was out here in Odessa when I moved here! The products are excellent and the people who work there are the level best! Theyre all so nice and helpful and know their products! I hope this smoke shop is here for me for a long time! I also hope they expand with even more fun things!

Stopped by earlier in the day and WOW. Would have never guessed that Odessa had a such a well put together store. Very modern look on the inside and very spacious. Compared to other smoke shops, this place is HUGE. Employee said that they have trouble stocking it due to size but I can’t wait to see what they have in store for the future!!!

I have had several instances where store says its open and when I get there no one is there and store is not open.I have tried calling beforehand to not waste a trip but either phone doesnt work or no one answers.Also 2 times I have bought things the employees told me were what i wanted, the packaging was not clear on what it was, but when I got home and opened them they were not what the employees said they were, and i was also told no returns. I dislike giving negative reviews, but when i am not sold the product I needed/also employees tell me its the product I requested and then its not, and I cant return/exchange I have to.Also I request paper receipts and cant get them.I am told that they are being sent to my email, I double-check that its being sent to the correct email address, but I never get the receipts.

Didnt have a lot of stuff and prices were a bit high for my tasebuds. Has a very attentive Cashier, always ready to help any way he could.

Inventory is very very limited. Was told that what they had was what they had and the employee did not know when they would restock. Employee I dealt with was kind on the other hand had little to no knowledge about products with the excuse of just coming back to work after being off for a time.

The sale of tobacco products to those under 21 years of age is against federal law. Although, the state is allowed to make their own laws, the state can only make federal law more stringent. I would recommend you self impose federal law instead of the government having to waist its time dealing with scum bags.
