Parking is in a nearby garage that charges. Its adjacent to plenty of shops and a movie theater. The food is very delicious 😋 but the sides are very small and for the price you pay they should give you a little more case 3 bites and its gone. Never seen such a small serving of a pasta dish either.. that peach cobbler is m m m good lol.I would suggest making reservations. The atmosphere and decor is very nice. Drink specials are at a certain time. The band was amazing. Not sure why in the bathrooms theres someone with so many products to sell their service.
It is an absolute blast! I love the crowd and the music. The house band is so very talented and engaging with the crowd. The music was FANTASTIC!!!! The food was FANTASTIC. My only glitch of the night was the drinks! They were so watered down. I ordered a long island ice tea and as you can see in the picture..... It kind of looks like lemonade. No TASTE of tea or alcohol. So I ordered the next drink and it was the hurricane..... It was bitter with an aftertaste....AGAIN couldnt taste no alcohol what so ever. But other then the drinks......EVERYTHING ELSE WAS PERFECT! My birthday is on Dec 7 and I would LOVE to go back..... But I will not spend $12 on their drinks again. Ill buy me a bottle before I go💁
Fun whether youre dancing and singing along or just people watching, great time to be had! I didnt order food but I had a drink called love on the delta not as sweet as I would like but still good and it cost $12ish!! Oh if you do decide to go there is a cover charge Im not sure how much though because I was with the group and I didnt have to pay!
Great venue to watch some very talented musicians! I hosted a company event here and was very pleased. Three Forks Road were the headliner tonight and kept the place rocking and feeling the blues. Food was good, booze was flowing and the service was excellent. I particularly appreciated the professionalism and personality that my server Savannah brought to the party. She was a real star! If you are in Orlando and want to let loose a bit, make a point to chill at B.B. Kings!
I loved the music and the band. Our server Omar was great he sat on the chair to take our orders because the music was loud. We ordered ribs my husband loved them, the spinach dip was good, my grilled chicken salad was great. I had my blues something drink it was amazing. My husband had the orange one not sure. It was a lovely anniversary celebration. I would recommend it to everyone who loves blues.
I visited B.B. Kings while in Orlando. The sign on the outside is nostalgic, kinda reminded me of old pictures of juke joints across the south. The inside is much bigger than youd think from looking just at the outside. There are at least 2 floors with ample seating. The food was pretty good, but the grilled fish with shrimp really stood out. And our entertainment that night was EXCELLENT! If you like the blues and good food, its definitely worth the trip.
I came for my birthday and it was an awesome time. The service was outstanding, Thanks Omar, we wanted for nothing! He was managing lots of tables and did it effortlessly and had a great attitude! The ambiance was awesome, very lively. The live music made the experience all that much better! Will be returning and bringing friends!
Really enjoyed this experience! The food and band were both amazing. My only complaint, which really isnt one, is the cover charge. We didnt mind paying it, just wish we were told about it while making the reservation. We were just a bit surprised. Fantastic time none the less! Cant wait to return on my next trip!
We just had a fantastic night here listening to the Superstars. What a great band! I took a class in college about the Jazz influence in American culture. Everything I learned there was set on display here. The crowd was lively and we didnt feel rushed to leave. I would recommend this club to anyone open to new and exciting experiences! The food was fantastic and well portioned. I ate the shrimp and grits. Wow wow wow! We will be back for more Jazz night in America!
We want to thank the staff and the All Star Band for helping finish off our wedding night. We knew we wanted to come here the moment we got engaged. Our guests said they would come back. The vibe is always amazing, all the guest are always having a great time and Kris Thomas even came down once they had finished for the night to congratulate us and had hoped he said the grooms name right. He is always so engaging with the audience. Thank you for all your hard work because you make us all very happy. God bless you all. Alba & Yusdiel
Wait staff, food, atmosphere, band all on point. Had the ribs and they were tasty Smokey and very meaty. All ending in “Y”! Anyhow, my favorite was the Skillet Shrimp with the Texas Toast. Lots of ‘sopping’ going on with the flavorful juices and crunchy shrimp and toast. What went side ways for me and mine was the so called Strong Island Ice Tea. As travelers, we know a good Long Island. When you have the nerve to add in STRONG with zero alcohol...well that’s where I draw the line and drop a star. Plus, at $12 a glass I would have took well alcohol - hangover and all over zero alcohol. Very, very disappointed! Oh, the baked beans are actually pork and beans. IJS.Other than that, good music and good food. For any alcoholic beverage. I STRONGLY advise you to drink wine or beer. Dang near impossible to mess that up.Enjoy the music and food!
Wow! This was an interesting place. Paid 5 bucks for live music and it was worth it. They made it more enjoyable! Also our waitress, Priscilla, helped us out a whole bunch! She was great! The food was also quite good. I enjoyed my burger a lot. Averagely priced. Pretty good atmosphere. This one drunk at the bar caused us some issues, but we were fine at the end of the night. Overall a very good place!
Fantastic place to spend an evening with family. Good food, very clean establishment, fast and polite servers. But for the best part...Kris Thomas and the Allstar Band. What can I say... probably the BEST live music anywhere in the area and surrounding areas. The band is perfection in thier music and timing playing everything from Motown to Bruno Mars. Both of the singers are powerhouses with more soul than their bodies can hold. I would drive for hours just to hear the music. Best band anywere.
Tables fill up fast in this awesome Gem in Orlando Florida, Live band featuring excellent musicians with superb taste in their song selections, Beale street atmosphere, comfort food from poboy sandwiches to barbecue dishes, happy hour allowed us to sample tap beers, mix drinks and top shelf scotch with service like this know wonder their tables fill up fast this establishment is a must visit if your in the Orlando Florida area!!!!
We loved the live music! The house band was awesome! The food was good to me but my husband thought it was okay. Parking was good. The drink I ordered had very little alcohol but I overlooked it because I enjoyed myself so much.In reading the few bad reviews of the place I thought I would give some advice to out of town people such as myself. Show up early for the show. 6:30-6:45pm! Don’t be in a rush to get your food! Go on a weekday if possible. It is going to be busy most days especially on the weekend. Please don’t get upset if you have to wait. In my opinion the music experience is worth it. Yes, service and hospitality can always be worked on. We had a pleasant experience.
Loved it! This was my first time visiting but the live band and different singers were great. I loved the diversity of the music and the wings were very good also. Cant wait to try the drinks . Nina sky performed after 8PM and she was great! Loved to hear her voice.
I went here while on vacation with family and my boyfriend and we had an amazing time! We were acknowledged timely and our food was brought out quickly as well. The food was hot, fresh, and seasoned to perfection! The live band tore the house down! Awesome performance!! Our server was funny, attentive, and had personality! I can’t recall his name but he was also a bartender and made me a custom mango drink that made me feel like I was on a tropical island! We will definitely visit this place EVERY time we’re local!
It was a $10 fee just to get in waited 2 hours just to get seated. Food was okay the band was amazing. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. The band is the only thing good. If your going for the band eat before. Had a waiter that gave me my plate but didnt come back to my table to see if I needed anything.
The energy and atmosphere is contagious! The band was AHmazing! Totally worth the $10 Cover. The food was awesome. I was with a large party, so service was a little slow, but the band totally made me forget about it! Definitely going back. Great for a date night.
I took my parents here for their 33rd anniversary/ my dads birthday and we loved it! The live band plus all the old school music we love. Placed a reservation before hand so we got a good seat. The food and drinks were great as well. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed it but going there after going to Mangos the night before it wasnt as good. The server was great! The food was good. If you love love love blues music you will love it. I was told the better bang is on Friday and Saturday night so I will keep that in mind for the next trip.
Amazing! The food is great, the establishment is clean, and the servers are quick and prompt. Very friendly as well! The best feature of this place is Kris Thomas and the All Star band! The live music and entertainment they bring is worth a several hour drive here at least! The 2 singers have more musical talent than they know what to do with!
I loved it here! Great music, food, and drinks. We had a blast with friends and family celebrating my cousins birthday. Make reservations before arriving and please know theres a cover charge after 7pm on the weekends. I will definitely visit again.
I TRULY LOVE THIS PLACE! From the Hosts all the way back to the Chefs in the back! Not to mention the AMAZING All-Star band featuring Kris Thomas. Ive celebrated 4 birthdays in a row here, invited friends and family for different celebrations for them all to love it here. The food is excellent and portion size is filling. This is a wonderful family atmosphere where all ages can enjoy. The All-Star band really gets the crowd involved making your experience one to remember, and dont hesitate to take pictures with the band. The drinks are priced right and taste really good.
Love eating here though it can be a bit pricey for the amount of food you receive. For the most part the food hits though Ive experienced a few fails. The food is best when it isnt as busy. The band is amazing to listen to, unfortunately the restaurant turns into a club in the evening so the restaurant portion is not available at all times.
Great atmosphere! The staff is friendly and the artists really put on a great show. The food is top notch as well! If youre into a Cajun flair I highly would suggest the Yazoo Creole Catfish, its a second-to-none flavor combo.
Great Southern style food! Service was excellent. Stayed for the band and enjoyed the music. It was very enjoyable! You will need to climb some stairs to get there. Pointe Orlando was busy, but very safe. Close to Convention Center and several hotels. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys the blues. Clean restrooms.
Great music. Great service. But bathrooms not well kept. There were three napkin dispensers in the ladys room. They were all either out of paper or out of order. Really? You cant get one of them working? I had to dry my hands on my clothes! I love this place, but management gotta get it together!
The music was live and I loved it but they definitely have to work on servicing of the food. They were completely understaffed so much so that the bartender took one order at my table as if he was the server but guess what...he never came back with the order....when they did come back after my group complained all of the food was cold and they didnt offer any discounts money back they just apologized and the manager o f the facility waited in us..🤔 NOPE... I didnt get to taste the food because I refused to order after what I had already seen I was late to the party so I saved alot of money on the overpriced menu as well...I would definitely go back to enjoy the music and give the food a chance but if its a full house id say dont order until it clears out or something because you will forget that u even ordered food then once it comes itll be COLD
Visiting from Mississippi, and was looking for something adults could enjoy...and I absolutely loved BB Kings. Very adult like atmosphere. Food was awesome. Server was great. Band was phenomenal. I’m not sure how to feel about children being allowed after a certain time. I understand this is family friendly, but there should be a cut off time for children. There were no issues, but the adults that were dancing, was something I wouldn’t want my child to be entertained by , nor should children be allowed on the dance floor after a certain time...but overall next time I’m in Orlando, I would definitely visit again.
We had a great time here! The food was good. The drinks were great. Omar the waiter was wonderful and the music was amazing!! Everyone in the building was dancing amd singing along. I cant wait to go back
We got there too earlier to hear the music, which starts at 7PM. They had just open so it was just us and another table. Waitress was nice. We ordered the sliders as an appetizer, which took quite some time to come out with it only being two tables. For the main meal, my husband and I shared 8 bones of ribs. We then ordered extra baked beans and collared greens. The meal was good excepted for the greens. We took one bit and knew they wasn’t for us. Unsure why they wasn’t good, but not at all worth the money. The waitress ended up taking it off the bill. The baked beans and ribs were delicious. Would recommend overall. Go later and stay away from the greens.
I was there as part of a company event, so Im not sure if the experience is the same all of the time, but this place was fun! Everyone who worked there was really nice, good music, and good drinks. The ladies room was neat and clean. There was space both inside and outside which was very nice. It definitely go again, business or not.
I highly recommend BB Kings. Their food is incredible. The live music was great, the talent on stage engaged with the crowd and made sure everyone was having a great time. The atmosphere here is just fun. Also, their prices seem very reasonable, especially compared to some nearby places.
Had the best time in a long time. The food was amazing. Treated like royalty by all the staff and the band was just marvelous Sensational singing by the all-star band. If you ever go to Orlando Florida you must go to BB Kings restaurant near the Convention Center just off International Drive.
I just celebrated a friends birthday here and we absolutely LOVED it! The food and drinks were great, but the true attraction of this place is the All-Star band featuring The Voices Kris Thomas. The dance floor is open to people and its an absolute pleasure to spend the evening in this place! Highly recommended if you are in Orlando!
I visited B. B. Kings a couple of weeks ago with family and I cant wait to go back again. The food, the service, the location, and the band were phenomenal! I valet parked but there is a parking garage attached to the establishment. There isnt really a bad seat in the house! This place is definitely on my gotta go again list.
Service and food amazing! However the house band AMAZING. First time coming and Im DEFINITELY coming back real soon. 10/10 recommend coming. Especially to hear the house band play. If you love live music youll absolutely love them!
The music was fantastic, Ive never seen musicians so talented but the service and food was the opposite. Our server may have been the most un-helpful person Ive ever met. I couldnt even get a water for 25 minutes after asking him twice. Was unable to get a refill on my water the entire time I was there. And it wasnt just us, the server had two other tables who were also visibly annoyed and bothered by it (the place wasnt even busy) After being charged a $5 cover charge and having 18% gratuity automatically added on we expected some form or decency. Needless to say this place is a definite tourist trap and not even a good one. But let me reiterate, the music was fantastic
Really enjoyed our dinner. We had blue cheese burger with hush puppies and blackened chicken salad. Very tasty. My daughter loved the grilled cheese and finished without the usual negotiations. The hush puppies are not as good as the fries. Dinner before a movie but would have loved to see the live entertainment with the stage and bar setup.
This is my second time going to BB Kings even after the first time was not so impressive. We only went last week for a birthday party. What turned me off from the place the first time was the fact that you have to pay a $5 cover charge, pay for meals that arent the greatest (mostly fried food and over battered) and parking is no longer reimbursed. This would be fine if we were at a high end restaurant, but unreasonable for a place that serves catfish, meatloaf and chicken tenders. However, the second time I went, we went with a large party and the customer service was terrible. In order to just sit down, we were told we had to have 5 people although there were plenty of extra tables around. This left us standing until the other couple of people got there. The young staff does not have any customer service training and the one who I complained to (looked like hostess manager) could have cared less about our experience. Will not be going here again.
Food was mediocre, server was rude. We were a party of 9, so not an easy table, however to tell us to stay in our seats if we wanted the right food when one member of our group got up to greet another, was not necessary. Comments like this kept coming. Had trouble getting water. Music was enjoyable.
The food was good once I got it and at the right temperature. I ordered ribs and when they came out they were not even warm. The beans were hot. My server said he would get me some new ones, but it seemed like forever. He said he was sorry, but didnt offer me anything in the wait time and did not offer to do anything for the mistake or my wait. The music was good!
Great time listening to the music. Server was polite and kind, however, I think it was too busy for him to keep up. Had to wait a long time before getting another drink. Worth going to. Just order everything all at once if you dont like to wait for a long time.
We celebrated my daughters Sweet 16 at BB Kings Saturday night. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was perfection. I cant say enough about how entertaining the live band was! Everyone was very attentive to our needs and made us feel comfortable and satisfied. Kudos to the management team whom continuously checked on us throughout the night. My daughter, friends and family had the absolute best night and memories to last a lifetime. Thank you to all that made it happen!
First off we were charged $5 to enter the place. We sat and waited for a hour an a half for food and never received. After waiting for the food we were told they ran out of food. People who came after us ate before we did. We came from Georgia to celebrate my cousins birthday and this ruined our night. We ended up at McDonalds for dinner at 1030at night. I have never had such poor customer service. On top of that the manager was rude. Not a place I would recommend.
Good fun good music and good people. There was seemed to be confusion among the staff throughout the night. First the seating, then happy hour. The shrimp and grits had been set under a heat lamp for awhile and were crusty. The server was nice and took it off the bill. The real kicker for me is they no longer give out any glassware ie cups or shot glasses even tho the menu still says they do. Make sure you pay the refill price for any of those mixed drinks.
Never a disappointment always good vibes good food, good drinks ,good music, and good times!!!!! In the parking garage ,parking on P3 places you on the same level to just walk across. Parking ended up being like $8.00 You can make reservations but you can also walk in! We went on a Saturday the cover at the door was $10.00 it’s worth it .Kids are welcomed!
It was alright. Wouldnt go again. Service was painfully slow. 30 min for a waitress, and the waitresses deciding which one will take our table. Food took extremely long to come out, and even worse, it came out cold. The only good thing, was the band. You can deff get better elsewhere. 4 rivers beats this place bbq by a long mile.
I love this place! The performances are awesome!! Food is great! Atmosphere is lovely! Only thing i would change is its a grown folks environment. ALL kids should be gone by 9pm. Kids should not be allowed on the dancefloor due to heavy drinkers..which could lead to them getting bumped..falling..and getting hurt. No babies should be allowed at ALL as music could be harmful to there tiny ears.❤❤❤🎤🎼🎹🎶🎶🎶Khris Thomas and the band rocks!!!!
I visited the BB Kings restaurant for the first time and I have to say, it was the best band I’ve seen in a long time! There was a lot of great talent but we really enjoyed the drummer. His energy was off the charts and when they announced him as the band leader, I wasn’t surprised because he was driving the whole show!
What an awesome experience! The food was great, drinks were STRONG, the music was live and I mean LIIIIIVE! People were up and dancing. It was definitely a hell of a show. Jabari, the Male vocal artist put on a hell of a show. Every one of the musicians were phenomenal at their craft. Highly recommend checking it out, if you have a chance.
My family and I visit here every spring. Unfortunately Covid caused us to miss it this year. This is our favorite place. Great food, great service (we have been lucky to have Omar for the 3 years) and I cant say enough about Kris Thomas and The All Star band. They are amazing. We have made it to all the BB Kings except the one in Birmingham and Orlandos is by far my favorite!!
My husband and I went to Florida for our anniversary and check out BB King Spot after a comedy show we attended. I can say we definitely enjoyed the food, drinks, and this awesome band! They took us back in time and we enjoyed every moment of it! We will be returning to hear you all again!!
Pretty cool bar/restaurant to go hangout and listen to some good blues and jazz. Very interactive and fun band that plays there on the regular. The venue itself is huge and would be great for buyouts. A very fun time overall. We will definitely be returning for the music and experience.
The live band was absolutely fantastic! We jammed all night to the music. The staff was attentive & polite. The burgers were a bit dry even with the condiments added. The signature adult beverages were sugarcoated and watered down(taste like watered down sprite/juice) The bartenders could use a bit more training. When a drink calls for a splash of Sprite its only a lil not the whole darn glass. It taste like I was drinking Sprite with blue curacao & nothing else. Terrible on the drinks & food. The band deserves 5 stars they were awesome!!
We had a group of 8 and were the second group to be seated when they opened. There were 4 -5 other smaller parties to come in after us. The waitress took their orders and never acknowledged us. When we asked her who was assigned to our table she said she was but still did not come over. The hostess brought water to the table and said our waitress was backed up. When my granddaughter sipped the water there were some particles in bottom of plastic cup. We all checked our cups and it looked like dirt or mold in bottom of all the cups. At that point we got up and left. It was an awful experience.!
I waked in with a group and Jerry was the best hostess ever. Although it is normally frowned upon walking into a establishment with 20 people on a Monday night without reservation. However, Jerry gracefully accepted my group and made us feel welcome. We we from out of town and the elders wanted to go here. The food was good, the music was great but the hospitality was outstanding. It it is hard to find good help especially with a great personality. You Rock Jerry! Now ever opportunity i had to go to Orlando I will be at BB King restaurant. Thank you Jerry for the experience.
So I knew I would like this place from the name alone, being a big fan of the titular blues legend. Thankfully, that wasnt all it had! B.B. Kings Blues Club not only plays fantastic music but also has a fantastic staff and menu. Get some tasty wings as you listen to a great band and drink some delicious (Also strong) cocktails/drinks. The staff are super helpful and friendly to boot. I have already been a few time on my trip to Orlando, and I plan on a few more before I leave. If youre a blues or rock and roll fan, this place is a must! Also, with its convenient location on I Drive, youre close to all the action and attractions Orlando has to offer. The only reason I havent gave this place 5 stars is because I usually prefer a bar that has a bigger more rowdy crowd, where I can truly rock out and maybe get a little headbanging in. Overall though this place is excellent and definitely deserves your patronage.
Came here a week ago, the staff were friendly, they stuffed up an order but were very apologetic and quickly fixed it up for us, they were also extremely considerate, asking us for refills and/or napkins very now and then. The food itself was enjoyable. The performers were also extremely talented, watching them from the mezzanine was the cheery on top.
No idea why people like the food. Maybe because drinks are half off and band makes you forget after a few. Portions are extremely small for the price. Even the cups for refillable soda are tiny. I got the brisket sandwich and it was large slices of pure fat on soggy toasted wonder bread. It was absolutely awful. For the price it should have been a half pound of meat not a couple slices of mostly fat. Back in VA Beach we have a diner that for literally the same price will give you a sandwich so big you have to take at least half of it home if not more. This place is not even close. I love brisket, but not thick slices of pure fat. Definitely a food disappointment. If you like a live band and drinking then feel free to go. Oh and why on earth do I need a man to help me wash my hands? I don’t need help going to the head. Get rid of him and hire a better chef.
The waiter was extremely nice. You can tell he knows people. He put in special request to appease us. The collards are not good. . But the barbeque chicken and baked beans were on point.. . The hostess was very bland and not pleasant at all. Its a good atmosphere but could use a little more lighting and cleaning.
Stopped by when visiting Orlando because it was open at lunchtime. Place was dark and not very inviting. Almost left, but decided to stick it out as the family was hungry and there was great music playing. I am so glad we decided to stay as the food was the best Ive ever had. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately, I must give this restaurant a low rating. We were seated quickly but the speedy service ended after that point. We waited a long time before anyone even came to our table. After ordering we waited an obscene amount of time before the food was delivered. A table of young men who came in after we did got their orders before we did. Once we got our orders, my food was cold and not well prepared. My mother ordered a four bone slab of ribs but there was no meat on three of the bones! It was quite ridiculous. The manager came over briefly at our request. He ordered another slab for our table. He didnt really seem interested in engaging with us. The second slab was better. I left feeling quite frustrated. We wont be returning. The one star was for the pretty atmosphere.
If youre ever in Orlando area this place is a most visit. Omg the music is nonstop and the entertainers are the best!!! Food was great except my peach cobbler I didnt care much for but the waitress didnt charge me for it. I love love this place. Go and visit please...
Food was very good and atmosphere was awesome. The blues band was good and it wasnt too loud. I had catfish bites that just melted in your mouth. The Yazoo Creole Catfish was very good, and the shrimp and grits had a twist with okra in it.
Awesome time at BB Kings. The food was off the chain. Most of all customer service was beyond great. Special shout out to Mr. JERRY for taking care of our party. He went above and beyound and made our experience at BB Kings 100 %.Our server Ms Tee was pleasant and keep the party rolling. Thanks again for this wonderful experience
Had the best dinner on Monday at B.B. Kings. We shared the following entrees in our party: Born on the Bayou Shrimp & Grits (wow this is one of their signature dishes -my husband said he has now found a shrimp and grits dish that is better than his and he is very picky about his shrimp and grits!), BB’s famous Lip Smacking Ribs (tender baby backs), fried shrimp tacos (great seasoning and sauce with a little bite), pulled pork platter (tender and great sauce), Carolina BBQ salmon and shrimp (moist and flavorful), loaded tater tots, chicken fried chicken with Mac n cheese (tender and tasty), and chocolate cream cheese brownie sundae tower (decadent dessert with chocolate mousse inside and topped with ice cream and chocolate syrup). Chef Paul is awesome and very creative. Everything was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Entertainment was also very good. They also have an area upstairs and outside that can be rented out for special events and they cater as well. Will definitely be back!
Took my wife, my mom, and her husband on a Friday night. We have been a few other time and the music is usually good. On this night we were charged 20$ just to get in, they said because of the band. When we got to the hostess she said to sit where ever we wanted, so we found got a drink at the bar and found a table that didnt have a reserved sign on it. After about 5 minutes the hostess came over and said that we couldnt sit there unless we were ordering food, that we had to sit at the bar. The bar only had high wooden uncomfortable chairs. We stayed for a few drinks at the bar because JD was on special and we wanted to hear the band. The band was good as usual but the view from the bar was not good and very uncomfortable. The hostess was rude and they should have told us when we paid the cover charge that we couldnt sit at a table unless we ordered food. Never had to sit at the bar before. Wont be going back any time soon.
On my bucket list if places to eat...there was seven of us...4 adults 3 kids. As soon as we attempted to walk in we were stopped and told there was a $5 cover charge per adult to pay the band. Nothing about such charge on their website nor was it disclosed when I called to make sure reservations werent required for a party of our size. Once seated right next to band our server Jessica came over and started taking drink orders, obviously it was hard to understand her but she assumed we were ignoring her shrugged her shoulders and made a rude comment about the group... still I wanted to try the food so we stayed to eat. Jessica took our orders and the food that arrived looked delicious so everyone dug in. One of the adult dinners was cold and sent back. By the time a new or reheated plate came out everyone else was done. I asked about a souvenir cup which normally comes with an alcoholic beverage in it, Jessica told me it wasnt necessary to order with alcohol but pay for it on my way out @ $5 each. We received our checks and noticed we had been charged for all adult meals instead of 3 kids meals as each child pointed to while ordering. We brought it to Jessicas attention and was told we didnt specify kids meals when ordering and to change the pricing the manager would have to approve....what a crock of BS!!! She finally came back out to say she would change it this one time. As for the $5 souvenir glasses the gentleman upfront told us the glasses are $12 and up not $5 and he would be sure to correct Jessica. Of course after some back and forth over our dissatisfaction he finally agreed to allow us to pay $5each for the glasses. I said all that to say this...the food was good but not worth the extra hidden fees clearly NOT disclosed prior on the website! I will definitely cross off B.B.s on my bucket list and will NOT return as the service is not nearly equal to amount charged.... oh by the way did I mention we didnt receive refills or napkins and we paid $12 to valet park but then was told we dont validate parking tickets except in the garage. Website says valet parking FREE! Very disappointed and Im sure B.B. King is NOT proud of this location...shame on you all for your lack of customer service!
If you like real true blues music go early and see the early band play. They play more authentic blues music. Plus they have a happy hour earlier in the day with reasonable prices. Later in the night when the regular band plays be prepared to pay $10 per head admission, more popular/mainstream songs, and expensive drinks. It’s a fun experience to do one time. You can also get a souvenir glass with your drink which I liked.
Food was overcooked and dry. I had the ribs and chicken. I wish I wouldnt have ate here. The live music was great. Expect to pay extra just to get in. Think: cover charge. Even if you are there to eat.
Closed Permanently. This restaurant closed during the pandemic due to the overreach of local governments. They did not re open. The beautiful, soulful building still stands. A piece of Orlando and Memphis history.
What an amazing night my husband and I had on Thursday. We were accompanied by some out of town friends. The band was awesome. Kris Thomas and Ariel actually came off stage and joined our soul train line and they managed to continue to sing songs while dancing. Now thats how you entertain a crowd of fans. Cant say enough about all the talented musicians, but they were on point with their skill.I will definitely be back with more friends.Keep up the good work!!!
Food is good... entertainment is always on point.. service was great.. only one exception: the collard were too sweet.. other than that great spot for date or hanging with a group of folks... always a good time. Yall check it out....
If it werent for the great live band, we would never come back here again. The service was AWFUL. Our server Caitlin was not attentive and showed zero interest in fixing her mistakes. She visited us only a couple times. Never brought re makes of food or drinks we requested and wasnt friendly. Very understaffed. Wouldnt come back for the service or food however the band was great.
We came to Orlando this summer for vacation and with our 21 year old son being a musician he loves the blues and he wanted to come to the BB Kings there. This was just about a week ago. Anyways the band that was playing was amazing! We had a real good time listening to the music and watching people dance. Ohhhh the fried pickles are the best we’ve ever had anywhere. I doubt we’ll ever come back to Orlando because we didn’t care for the town at all, but we do live very close to Nashville TN and they have a BB Kings. You guys was the best part of our stay in Orlando. Thanks for the great family memory’s your place gave us. The BB Kings house band was so good.
We rented the place for a private event for about 200 to 400 people. The restaurant told us that they usually only have about 200 people on a Sunday. So we did not rent the entire restaurant. Well they had over 400 general public reservations that night. And our group only got about 1/4 of the room we needed. Most of our group ended up leaving immediately upon arrival. Because there was no room for them. Several members of our group even went over there prior to the event durring the day to clean the dance floor. What a waste of our efforts and a disaster for us.
Top notch entertainment. Kris Thomas, the females singers (forgot names) and the bands are great talents. Second time there and a must stop for every Orlando area visit. Food is tasty. Make advance reservations and check their website for entertainment times and line-up. A great time was had both times there for our groups. WILL RETURN.
We did a girls night out at this place. We walked in and this short black female whose face was as stoned cold as a freezer told us we had to pay 5 dollars for entertainment fee to get in we arrived around 615pm. She was not friendly or glad to greet us she was not helpful or accommodating, she sat us in a corner on the higher chairs, we asked her for seating on the lower chairs she moved us and that was it. Our server was pleasant offered to give suggestions and if we had any questions she also welcomed us as it was all of out first times there and we were excited about coming there. I am from NewYork and the other 2 ladies i was with were Florida residents. We ordered drinks i got a Moscato and the other ladies got A tropical drink called the Lucille which was very good. Our food took awhile to come i got the collard greens, the shrimp skillet and the jambalaya without rice, my mom ordered the blackened catfish which the server told us is spicy not one drop of spice in that dish, close to tasteless. Only dish that was worth mentioning was the shrimp and grits. That was tasty. Later we ordered dessert and that was a total disaster as the server brought the wrong ones and the peach cobbler was sour and so wrongly prepared, what a disappointment. The band was so so crowd was not jumping spent 159 $ for nothing special or memorable. Will not be coming back.
Man... Where do I start? Let me lead off by saying the band that was playing tonight was GW and they were pretty good... Well, thats about all the good I can say.The food... Wow... and not a good wow. I tried the Fork Tender Brisket and sadly it was: not. good. at. all. The BBQ sauce was way too rich for my taste. The two sides I had with it were: collard greens and potato salad. The potato salad was okay, not too bad there. The greens, were not what I expected. Maybe thats how its made down south, but it seemed really greasy, so I couldnt really get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked. It tasted alright, but I barely ate it. I also had an Arnold Palmer, which was super sweet -- not my thing. The birthday girl, my mother in law, found a really long hair in her food. A REALLY. long. hair. Yuck! Management came out to apologize but that situation turned me off even more. Our waitress, was not good. I feel bad saying that because she was not rude, but it is what it is, she sucked. We were looking for her for over 5 minutes to tell her about the hair, but she was nowhere to be found, adding additional frustration to the situation. She wasnt attentive at all and it wasnt even busy; 8 pm on a Sunday.Well, Ill never go back there again to eat. I would probably go back to have a drink and listen to the band, but as far as food is concerned once was enough... and Im done. The atmosphere is okay.In closing, if you like southern inspired cooking then maybe the food will soothe you, but Im Puerto Rican, I enjoy all sorts of foods and ethnic dishes, but I honestly cant get past that in your face bold tasting BBQ sauce. Way too thick and way too rich.
Great entertainment but the food was awful. The fried pickles were so salty we couldnt eat them. I ordered the shrimp with mac and cheese and sauteed veggies. Mac and cheese was dry. Sent it back for potato salad. That was soggy. This was a very disappointing meal. We wasted $80!
Lets start with the hostess! She may have been new and still needed more training. She was lost at what to do. So we asked if we could get a table. We went and selected our own table. She finally brought over some menus. Next, we ordered our food which was very disappointing. The one good thing I found was the music was tolerable. And to think I was so excited about coming to this place. I LOVE B.B. KING and to know that they are running this place in this way was very disheartening. What a deflating moment!
Ok, just one of the best venues in Orlando! The band & singers were so awesome, it was a true party...dancing, bus stops, even a soul train line got started...very diverse environment. Great place if you are looking for great food & drinks, and a fun time in Orlando!
My wife and I had a wonderful time. Everything was great from start to finish.Check in, seating on 2 nd floor with great view of band and dance floor, food( Veg spring rolls , Kajun soup, cheese grits with shrimp) all excellent! And the server.. Virginia was one of the Best with attention to table. We will be Back soon. Thank you BB Kings for making our night with you a Great Experience.
Youve gotta come here for the atmosphere. It is simply amazing. Their genre selection is perfect. I have not heard all the bands play but so far they find great. Perfect follow-up from an IMAX movie. Still amazed!!!
B B Kings was a great place to celebrate my wife’s special birthday! Everything was done with class and my out of town families are making plans to come back! Lisa served a group of 12 like a pro! The live entertainment from the beginning to end was awesome, too include Kris wishing my wife a happy birthday. The gentleman that greeted us was great! He greeted us with a lot of energy and sent out by taking pictures for. Well done B.B. Kings!
What a great place! We got there about 5:45 pm and the service was fantastic. The wait for the food was surprisingly short and their carbonara and ribs were absolutely fantastic! We loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a good atmosphere!ps. try the Sweet potatoe fries, they are to die for!
They did not honor my reservations. I waited 20 minutes and ask the lady how long it will be as they was siting other guests that got here after me. I finally got seated. No one has came to take my order or ask if I need anything to drink and I have been siting for 30 minutes. I do not recommend anyone from out of town to come here. I just left the building SMH
I totally enjoyed my evening at BB Kings celebrating my sisters birthday and my graduation from Bethune Cookman University, for which we were given a shout-out. The food was delicious, bands were great and their choice of songs had everyone at our table singing along. My only complaint is that I could not drink the water and after scanning the tables of other patrons, they couldnt drink it either. Maybe should think about a water filtration system. I will definitely patronize this establishment again.
Horrible service!!!! I will be calling corporate. The PLASTIC cups were dirty in the inside. Every cup had brown particles inside the bottom (which was given to us by the hostess because our waitress was backed up; even though they just opened at 4 and we walked in at 4:10pm and there was only one other group there when we walked in. The hostess did not acknowledge us when we initially came in the door. Her and the manager were so focused on the larger party ahead of us (that had reservations) that they did not show any customer service to the group of 8 of us. I asked the waitress when she would be with us and she said in a moment, but never came. She was busy taking orders of the smaller groups that came in AFTER us. We decided after sitting for over 20 minutes with no drink orders and no one to take our order, to walk out and will NEVER be back to this establishment. This is a horrible representation of a generous soulful black man. Our family came all the way from NC & VA to visit this resturaunt and were excited to try it after seeing a movie. But this has me livid!!
The food was delicious and authentic. Jared was our server and he was awesome. I would recommend this place to anybody that enjoys southern style food and live blues bands. Well definitely be back.
Probably THE WORST experience my family and I had ever had. Our waitress Cierra wrote in additional tips (which is fraud) after our party left STEALING a total of $45 from the three of us who paid with our debit cards after charging our big group double gratuity on each receipt. She didn’t give us any customer copied receipts so it’s just a lost. I don’t recommend this restaurant especially if you have a large group, our food wasn’t hot, we waited over 30minutes for drinks, we waited over 45 minutes for receipts and she still didn’t have them done correctly! Very poor customer service and the managers doesn’t care at all.
First Time going to BB Kings and I could not have chosen a better night to attend. Kris Thomas performed and it was the perfect atmosphere for lovers and singles. By the way our waitress was fabulous! Another bonus was my reservation for a table. The place was hella busy. But we were seated within 30 minutes. I recommend others to go. For me it was to celebrate my 21st Birthday. This was my first time going but will not be my last!
Food was awesome, atmosphere was great. Recommend anyone looking to get out and enjoy some music while eating, this is the place to go..
Amazing place if you are in to blues. The bar is pretty cheap too. Food is amazing and its just the music performance that makes this place stand out. There is however a cover charge. I paid $5 but i am guessing they have different pricing according to what types of artists they get.
Great place for live music. The food was yummy too. The service was really bad though. We had a table of 7 people and they messed up, forgot, or mischarged us for almost every persons meal. At least the atmosphere was good.
Fantastic food and service! House band really rocks it. My only complaint is that this is absolutely NOT a blues club. All the songs were old Motown. I was hoping for Muddy Waters and Coltrane, not Michael Jackson and The Temptations. Still a good night but just beware of the misleading genre
Great environment and good food. You will need to park in the parking garage which will be around $10. Also if you are going at night it will be a cover charge around $10 a person. The music is amazing so its worth the cover charge
The live band, the setup, and the BBQ is great! I wouldnt try other items like gumbo and shrimp and grits cause you wont get what you think. But cool place that you should visit at least once!
What a weird night! Paid a cover. Fine. Band was good. Half way through getting some food, and the band still having another set, the waitress does little short of pushing us out the door! I saw one guy they literally carried his check out to the dance floor for him to sign it! Listen BB King - We all paid covers tonight to get in. If you dont want to be working please provide a disclaimer at the door so we can choose somewhere else to spend our money!
We used to love this place, but it has gone downhill. We have been to this club twice in the last year and on both occasions, our identity was stolen and money was drained from our bank accounts. This is unacceptable and when we confronted the managers about this issue, we were placed on hold for 30 minutes at a time and no one would speak to us about this issue. We do not live in Orlando, so to travel to this establishment is quite a trip for us, so learning that money has been stolen from us is serious turn off. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN!!!
I have been to B.B. Kings in the past with great experiences. One time before in Nashville, Tn and another time at the same B.B. Kings in Orlando. I was looking forward to another great experience.I was in Orlando for a short weekend for a business conference and was looking for something fun for my husband and I to do after the day session. I booked my reservation online through Open Table. there was a band playing from 5:30-8:30 and then again at 9 pm per the posted calendar on the website. I placed our reservation for 7:30 pm to maximize our music experience. the staff from B.B. Kings called me that day at 12:30 pm to confirm my reservation. We arrived at 7:25 pm and were greeted at the first guard stop with a request for a $20 cover fee. I was surprised as this was not mentioned on the website or with my reservation. When I questioned what this was for we were told it was a cover for the band. I asked if any of this was going towards our meal as this is why we had reservations and we were told no. The couple in front of us left when they were told they would have a $20 cover. We got to the second guard stop and they took our name. I looked around from there and the place was dead. I am talking about 20-30 people in the entire place on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm. So, guess we didnt need the reservations at all.The band was just getting ready to take a break. We were disappointed since we just got there but understood that they probably needed it. We received waters within 5 min. It took about another 10 minutes for our server to arrive and take a drink order. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea and my husband a Yuenling. Those drinks came in about 5 min. they were really good. the beer was nice and cold and the Long Island really good. not too strong but very smooth. We ordered our food about 10 min after that and the band started to play again. They were awesome! Very great drummer! I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and my husband ordered ribs. It took about 40 minutes to get our food. Mine has set under a heat lamp ( you could tell) . There was hardly any sauce- it had been dried out. It was a spicy dish- I love spicy and ordered it because of that. But, this was over the top. No flavor to the dish because the sauce had dried up and made the spicy flavor more intense. The chicken and pasta were also dried up. I ate 4 bites and then just ate the garlic bread which was cold. We were never asked how our meals were. Our server did not come back until my husband was completely finished with his meal. His ribs were very good as well as his side dishes. The band stopped playing before we left and we didnt stay around to see the next band as the place was dead. I forgot to mention that as we were eating, I felt something lick my leg. I looked down and there was a dog running around! Some lady brought her dog in a purse and it apparently escaped! It took the staff a while to figure that out and tell her she couldnt have the dog running around. So , after all was said and done it was close to $100 night. Could have stayed at the Marriott resort and had a batter experience, I am sure. I doubt I would visit again to the Orlando location.
Tried this place while visiting Orlando and coming here was the best part of my trip. The entertainers kept my attention and the food was excellent and the prices were good. Ive already recommended this place to friends. Im definitely coming back in a couple of months.
Our waiter was the bartender. None of our drinks were made as we requested them. All of our food was made incorrectly. We asked for a manager but, after waiting about 20 min, we just decided to leave. We also had to go pay our individual tabs at the bar because our waiter disappeared on us. Now, this experience REALLY sucked because I had invited my friends from Miami and Atlanta, who had never been, to come out to B. B. Kings. It was my best friends engagement dinner. And unfortunately, you left a bad taste and impression on my friends.
The band was awesome, Kris is tha bomb and the young lady with him was excellent to. Hell da whole band was good, really enjoyed it. You wouldnt be disappointed for A good time on Saturday night. Wish I could get her name from Saturday night, she was very good.
Where do I begin...? I’m currently sitting down at my table writing this review before I leave. I pulled up to BB Kings at Point Orlando, The Hostess took down my phone number to call us when the table was ready. 2 hrs and $20.00 (cover for the live band) later, I go up to the counter like...seriously? Immediately she says I remember your name and called you. “She didn’t”... she completely jacked up my phone number, I made sure to repeat it twice. Long story short she made it seem like it was my fault that she called the wrong number and I didn’t pick up. (First of all a phone call system??? Come on B.B. King’s you can do better. So I’m sitting down ready to leave because the experience I was hoping for is simply ruined. SN: if you come here make sure you check with the hostess and hosts. As far as the music and food it’s it’s awesome, but customer service 2 stars.
We visited B.B. kings at point orlando on Wednesday July 3rd. They had live jazz music until around 11 ish. The music was great. Very entertaining. They have a space where you can dance and a VIP section. As for food, I ordered the pull pork and some of my friends ordered the brisket, which I got to try, and they were both very good. I will be stoping by this place again.
Great music, but terrible service. We ordered and waited nearly an hour and a half for our food. When we asked our waiter how much longer it would be, he didnt even know we didnt have. The entire rest of our party had eaten and cut the birthday cake and we were still waiting on appitizers. The table next to us - a party of like 15 - came in about 30mins after we ordered and got their food before us. The manager finally came out and spoke to us only after having to ask for him twice. When he showed up he had an attitude. When we asked if our meal would be comped, he replied with, maybe. About 5 minutes later, he returned with our food, put in on the table and walked away. He had forgotten our fries and as my gf tried to get his attention, he ignored us and kept walking. Our waiter came back a couples minutes later and we told him we never got our fries, he said he would come back with them, but never did. He brought the check instead. They comped the meal, but not the drink, which was fair, but forsed us to pay an 18% gratuity. It was a waste of money, and we were so annoyed that we couldnt even enjoy ourselves.
The food was great for comfort food, there was a band playing which was nice. I ordered one of their signature beverages in a souvenir glass when we got the bill I asked about the glass and was told that they were so short they dont offer that special anymore. I was upset that I wasnt told this upfront when I ordered the drink, and the menu says TAKE HOME THE GLASS. They were still selling the glasses at the front of the restaurant.
Stay away from here if you are looking for good service/food. Our server was terrible, took forever to get drinks. Alcoholic drinks were watered down. The food was sub-par and hardly enjoyable. The only way cool thing about this place is the blues band. Drink some beers and watch them play.. other than that, go somewhere else for food/service.
I was very disappointed at my visit. Im a tourist in Orlando and have always wanted to visit this restaurant. We had a waitress that doubled as the bartender, so the service was slow. The food was also disappointing. My expectation was traditional down home soul food, instead we got box mac & cheese, canned greens, dry/overcooked chicken & ribs, cajun fish with no spice. Of the 5 people in our party, only 1 person enjoyed their food. (Hense the 1 star). The band was OK, but again we were looking for down home soul music, since this was call BB Kings. They were even going to charge us to get in. REALLY!! This was a very disappointing birthday outing. Well leave BB Kings off the list for our next visits to Orlando.
A real deal blues place and good food to boot! Our server was Omar. He did a really great job of attending us even though we just ordered beer and a brownie tower he kept our glasses full and did so with a smile. The band played good blues but also surprised me with some rock and roll oldies hits. THANKS OMAR!
Food was good, and armosphere awesome. Food portions were not as large as I would have liked them for what we paid. But overall I would come back again with my family. Thr experience is well worth it. Reminds me of Famouse Daves uptown in Minneapolis.
We thought the food was a bit pricey and the portions were also small. The band playing was great and the waitress too was helpful but all said and done we werent impressed enough to go back.
Went for my birthday on December 10th for my 40th Birthday with friends and family...It was my first time going to BB Kings. We had so much fun!!! We were taken care of very well from the manager to the waiter. The Band and DJ was great. Couldnt have asked for a better time. We loved it!!!
This rating is only about customer service. Im not ordering until I get a freaking table. Poor customer service at the entrance. Waitress lied about the waiting list. We had to sit for an hour before we received a text message saying that we were added to the waiting list. If had not gone back up there she wouldve over looked us. The other employees at the counter act like they were scared to assist me. I guess shes the HNIC checking people in. This is my first time here and Im totally disappointed. We have to sit at the bar until a table comes available. Hmmmmmm, when is that going to be.The bartenders were very friendly though 😉
Always an awesome time when I am here. Great food and service, The All-Star Band is always on point until this time. Theres one star that is not up to par with the rest. This is the new female lead singer Ariel Teixeira. Shes talented but not lead singer talented, as the female lead singers in the past were. As a hype person and backup singer shes great, but not a female lead for this ensemble. This is what keeps it down to four 🌟s.
Amazing! The shrimp is awesome. I had a house salad with shrimp and it was amazing. Everyone is super nice! And they have happy hour until 7pm so thats really nice.
Outstanding staff. Very friendly clean. Great food. Excellent bar tender. Will com back again and again. Music the best around. Do yourself a flavor, and check it out🇺🇸.
B.B. Kings Blues Club & Dining is an awesome place for dinner & entertainment. We had a great time there. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was awesome & the live band was great. We had a choice of B.B. King or Forrest Gump seafood & I am glad we chose B.B. King. We will visit this restaurant again while visiting Orlando.
Made reservations for 6:45 the calendar said the BB Kings All Star Band would be on at 7:00. Arrived at 6:30, Paid the $10.00 per person cover charge. There was a opening act on stage when we were seated. I Asked the server if there was another band and she said yes at 7:30. I was doubtful so I asked the sound guys they said yes BB Kings All Star Band at 9:00 Pm! Manger did return the cover charge, we ate and left. Very disappointed. I am a Blues Guitar player myself and was very much looking forward to the All Star band. The first act was mediocre at best (not worth a $10.00 a piece cover charge on top of a over priced meal )and the food was OK not great. Can not recommend it, wish I could.
Surprisingly good. Went in expecting typical bar food but was pleasantly surprised with the quality in the food and cooking. Plus our waiter Gerry was very nice and have some great recommendations. Thank you!
30 years ago I lived in the Fullerton/Lincoln Ave area of Chicago, akaBlues Central area of Chicago where most of the Blues clubs were located. I spent most of my 30s growing up on Chicago Blues, stopping into one of the clubs at least a few times each week for a beer and some music. I had a bit of a flashback recently when the better half and myself stopped into B.B. Kings Blues Club.We were staying at a hotel within walking distance of Pointe Orlando, a restaurant/retail site where the club is located. After dinner at one of the restaurants we walked around the complex where we spotted the club on the second level. It was a Monday, the cover was only $5 and we thought, What the hell, lets give it a shot. We had a blast. Beautiful Bobby Brown from Texas was up on stage, bending the blues out of his strings, singing some great tunes; a few old covers but many his own compositions. Id say he was close to 70 and reminded me a bit of the great Buddy Guy. We stayed for two sets and the keyboard player hung with us between one of those sets when he realized we werent just tourists stopping in out of curiosity but true Blues lovers. The club reminded me so much of the old Blues clubs I hung out in 30 years ago; black walls and ceiling, some decorations and a worn dance floor...but you dont go to a Blues club for the decor...you go for the music. There was a nice crowd that Monday night. I imagine it is packed on the weekends. We totally enjoyed our time there.
The house band is really excellent. The food and drinks are great but pretty expensive. If you go to a movie at Regal first and show your ticket at the door you dont have to pay a cover charge.
Great music, mediocre food, unethical customer service. The menu prices didnt match our bill at the end of the evening. I brought it to the attention of the manager who claimed, We have a new menu coming. So what does that have to do with this problem ?He took the receipt away and came back in 5 minutes stating, Ill buy you guys a round of drinks, OK? Yes, thanks, but that doesnt solve the problem of wrongly billing your customers. He explained that almost everyone that visits BB King Blues Club is a tourist and doesnt scrutinize their bill. His defense was, Its only off by less than a dollar.Buyer beware - this place is unethical and illegal. We will not return, neither should you.
Great venue and Tanner Keegan and his band were excellent. Food was ok but the cover charge of $5 which is not mentioned when you book a table is an insult and a charge that could not be explained, shame on you.
My wife and i have been having our date nights here and its been awesome. We are welcomed warmly everytime for 5 years now. The staff even when taking reservations are warm and genuine. Jessica Rama booked my reservation and showed empathy when she heard the story about we losing a dear friend. She was warm and accommodating. Jessica Vasquez remembered us from previous service with her and gave my wife and i both a hug. We felt so special. Then she gave us 100% service. There was and small issue with one of the meals and she was right on it. The Chef even provided some food at no charge till the correction was made. Then Mr. Chris thomas heard we were there he had met my friends before and he came out the way to our table and express his sorrow of the passing of our friend who he remember right away when i showed him the picture. Jessica Vasquez was so awesome that as we departed she again embraced us and even walked us to the exit. Above and beyond is the service. Even in the restrooms. The gentleman there i forgot his name is a constant service provider. And he always dressed better than anyone in the whole place. He smiles and for years delivers the best service. BB Kings is for me safe, clean, has the best staff with a constant professionalism that exceeds all expectations. Thank you Rama, Thomas, Vasquez, and staff.
Not recommended for Large partys. A contract is required with $150 deposit just to push the tables together. The deposit was not taken off the total bill. The waiter was great!
This place was awesome! They were having a private party and they let us in because it was my cousins birthday. We had a ball! The band was awesome and the drinks were great!
My husband, sister in law and brother in law went to BB Kings for Valentines Day/our 10th anniversary. Entertainment was excellent and the food was pretty good. Unfortunately the service was horrible. My sister in law ordered the Valentine special which included a surf and turf meal, a glass of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. She also ordered a bowl of the gumbo yaya as an appetizer. She never received the gumbo yaya, champagne or strawberries.I had the brisket, which was pretty good. I also ordered a side of collard greens and a hurricane. I never received the hurricane, even after asking about it several times. I also had to ask about the side of collard greens several times as well. Id finally received the greens after I was done with my meal, about 45 minutes after receiving my food.I will definitely visit BB Kings again because of the awesome entertainment but I hope the service is better next time.
This place has changed a lot!!! Less food, no band after 10, kitchen closes early. This place use to be packed on a Friday and Saturday now its dead. They should really go back to how things were a year ago. PS.... Pedro was a great server!
We went last night for my wifes bday it was lit... Great time band was awesome manager Mo was very accommodating. Will be returning soon. One of the the best spot to eat dance and hear live music in central Fla by far...
Absolutely love the house band and love to dance over there. They have a large enough dance floor and great variety of music. Im not that fond of the food but to each his own.
Absolutely amazing southern food, for a very reasonable price! Live music was the icing on the cake. Will definitely go back next time Im in Orlando!
Great Music, I celebrated my 68th Birthday!! The food was great! & Jerry was an excellent waiter!!! We will definitely visit again! The shrimp & grits are excellent!
The food was just ok. They tried to charge us for more drinks than we ordered. My girlfriend got salad, I got a burger. We each got two drinks the bill was $80. Very disappointing! And the band was bad!
Awesome food and service. I really enjoyed the band and we had a really good time there. Will definitely go back when Im in Orlando again.
My husband and I went to BB kings on September 1st 2018 for our 1 year anniversary. We were so excited. Our reservation was for 5:15 pm. Our waitress Sarai walked past our table and said she would be right with us. She brought us water. She didnt return for another 20 minutes to take our appetizer order which took 45 minutes to receive. She didnt come back to check on us for a while. When she returned she asked if we would like anything else, well, yea we would like to order our dinner! She finally took our drink order at that time. We waited almost an hour in a none crowded restaurant for our dinner! When we stopped her and asked about our meal, she replied she would go check on it. It took her another 45 minutes to get our meals to us. This was the worst experience at a restaurant for myself and my husband. Very unsatisfied customers. Ruined our anniversary.
Went for a work related thing. Have lived in Orlando for almost three years and have been to point Orlando several times but never to bbs. Thought it was just a restaraunt. Wow was I wrong.. the house band blew my mind and I was thrilled to see that it was filled with people of all colors and ages, locals and tourists and the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. A man named Pedro came by and asked if everything was ok and asked if I was enjoying my night. Found out he was a manager of some type. He was great and you should be happy and proud that he represents your company. He talked with several guests and was smiling and very kind. The staff keep out drinks full and food on the table . It was a great night. Ill be back
I order Bbq wings and they gave me Buffalo wings covered with BBQ sauce and sitting was very close to other tables and I am not to happy with place of sitting. The 2 things that was very good was the pork and the music. Other than that it was ok.
Band was awesome, bathroom clean. Unless I am mistaking, this is the only restaurant with live entertainment at Pointe Orlando and Icon that charge for cover fee and parking validation. Food was 1 star.
Great place to hangout and listen to some great live music, the BB King all-star Band was awesome!!! Food delicious and drinks was reasonable, I didnt like the peach clobber, cuz it had vanilla ice cream on top of it when it came to the table, I dont eat mine like that
We come over from St. Petersburg to Universal several times a year and this is always the highlight of our trip. The staff are always helpful and in a great mood. We love John, our bartender on the 2nd floor overlooking the stage. Go see Kristen at the bar downstairs..sooo friendly and informational. The food was awesome..try the ribs. Good prices on happy hour.
