Waited at the cash register for 15 minutes or more ready to check out. The lady just ignored me and stood by other people which was just looking around. Besides saying excuse me to the people looking and let me cash this guy out to make the sale. She kept on keeping me waiting and then tried to cash them out before me. Asking if they done the online document which they haven’t and I have ready to go.Worst customer service and just lazy! Wow your job is to sit around and help people and can’t even do that. Won’t ever go there again and will definitely promote the other shops are around town that sells the same stuff.

First impression the store was big and had a huge selection. While looking we sort of felt rushed by staff asking if we were “looking for something or just killing time” once we started to look at purchasing and item I went to show them a picture of a item for comparison and was informed I wasn’t allowed to use my phone in the store not even to show a picture for reference. Needless to say if we can’t show you something for reference to ensure we buy the correct product then I can’t support this store. First and last time to visit this location. I do not recommend this shop.

I love this store! And people need to stop dumping on the sales girls that work there. Man people are rude and entitled! The girls that work there are some of the nicest people that work there! As for the new carding policy, common sense to card the person you’re purchasing for if not for yourself. It doesn’t matter how old you are! Same policy as the Cheyenne trading company!Too many people buy things for minors and gets the company in trouble! So how about people acting their age and responsibly accepting the company policies no matter how ridiculous you may think they are. The main girl who works in there doesn’t deserve to be slammed because of rude customers throwing tantrums. This place always deserves 5 stars!

If I could give 0 stars I would, customer service is horrible, girls that work there and rude and rush you out of the store. Have tried them out 3 times because I get everyone has bad days but seems like they just don’t need to be in customer service. Store better look into better employees or according to these reviews this store isn’t gonna make it much longer in Paris.

If I could put zero starts I would. They sold me a battery thats defective and will not let me exchange or get a refund. The light turns on but the coils dont get hot. The cart I have works on my other battery. Its not the cart. The employee said that it has to be the cart and my husband said hed show her it working on the other battery. And she said its not her problem and its policy that she doesnt have to do anything. UNBELIEVABLE. I asked her Does this company feel comfortable selling defective products to its customers? And she said I guess so. So you heard it hear folks. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A PLACE THAT RIPS OFF ITS CUSTOMERS AND BLAMES IT ON POLICY. Shameful.

This is a good little shop that has what i need 99% of the time. Theyre friendly, comprehensive, and the staff is always helpful. In particular the girl training the new staff member when i last went in. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and helped me find products that were perfect for what i was looking for. Big thanks to her and the pleasant shopping experience thanks to her customer service

Great store! HUGE selection of vapes, disposables, juices, pipes, CBD, and more! The workers and managers are great people, who go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. If I could give more stars I would!

We have been in Paris several months and have spent a great deal of money in Vapor Maven. Loved the large selection, helpful staff, etc. However, I went in last week for vapes and gummies. The salesgirl asked what I was looking for and I told her vapes and gummies for my husband (also for me but I was embarrassed so I just said my husband). She then asked if I had my husbands ID with me. I was floored. I understand the policy, but I am in my 50s, and I look it. I told her I obviously dont carry my husbands ID and that the gummies were also for me. She still refused to sell them to me, smirking the whole time while condescendingly citing company policy. She then had the nerve to ask me what kind of vapes I wanted, as if Id still buy anything there! I told her no, Ill go spend my money at one of the competitors down the street. Ill never go back in there.

Do not go here major attitude made me so mad I live for $100 worth of merchandise on the counter till they can keep it I would go spend my money elsewhere go to the one across from Walmart Supercenter very nice friendly helpful staff

Every time Ive come in here the people have been great! Nice and informative about their products. Their cbd products and delta 8 products actually work and are fair priced. Make sure to get the loyalty card with them to its free. The girls are gorgeous to, just sayin 😆.

Clean store, with helpful employees. Wide variety of smoke goods. Prices are reasonable. Have an ID ready, and stay off your phone.

I went into this place today to purchase Vapes for me and my wife first time users,they had flavor I liked but didnt have flavor my wife wanted,I said whispering to my selfwonder what elks she would like and Immediately I was asked to leave the store and couldnt purchase anything because I mentioned one was for my wife,my 59 year old wife.Shame business treats disabled Veteran senior citizens like that wont be back in that store ever again

This place constantly get new and fun stuff. The people who work there are absolutely great and always great you going in to help you with anything you might need or want.

Not my favorite, they do have a decent selection although slightly over priced. The employees also do not seem very informed on their products. So I only recommend if you know what youre looking at and are somewhat experienced yourself.

They have an amazing selection of juices and mods! Plus an awesome game room with a pool table and a foosball table. The employees are so helpful and kind. Customer service is great! I would recommend them to everyone!

Vapor maven is one of the best vape shops in town, very amazing staff between Fancy Isaiah and Erika. Never been disappointed in my visits there. Vapor Maven is also a cool hangout spot just to go play pool and many other activities they have to offer within the store.

They took care of me quickly and they were extremely helpful. I am extremely grateful to them for their fantastic service.

Just came in to Vapor Maven in Paris Texas and was so disappointed since I called ahead asking Trent for some merchandise to be put back that I was purchasing. Trent agreed. They didn’t put my merchandise back and sold me the wrong tank. Then wouldn’t let me return it even though I had not left the store before discovering it was the wrong one. Funny part is I sat and watched a staff member try different tanks that they were selling over and over on a mod. So why would returning the tank that I haven’t even left the store with be any different? This is after the staff called and spoke with the manager. Haven’t found out who the owner is yet. This would have never happened at Vaporifics.

The manager is very helpful and nice. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They have a fantastic selection like no one else!

Was getting juice for my 30 year old son and because I mentioned him they wouldn’t sell to me without his ID. Kid working looked 12 but wouldn’t sell to me. Won’t be back. I’m 47 years old and what I choose to do with my purchase is on me anyway. Tell you right where id like to put it

Staff member I dealt with seemed a bit bothered by my presence, and didnt have much of an idea about the cape products. I was very specific about the kind of vape I needed and ended up being suggested something Im now extremely unhappy with. The house made liquid is like syrup, and was mislead about the nicotine level in the name brand liquid I bought. Also bought cbd tincture and was told I could vape it, later found out the kind they sell you specifically cannot and it will just clog the coil.They need to at least train their employees.

I live in the country about 30 minutes away so I looked up the hours to make sure they would be open when I got there. According to Google, they are open until 8pm on Sunday’s, but when I got there at 7:30, they were closed. Because I work nights, I’ll have to wait until next Saturday to get any vape supplies. So now I’m picking up a pack of cigarettes and I don’t even smoke!

Service was great! She helped me find what I was looking for and even showed me several different varieties !

I come here often and every time I’m greeted with great customer service with great selection of products. Best place in Paris to go to.

Atrocious return policy. Ive been sold two broken vapes by them and been told that since the couldnt prove it was manufacture defect they could not refund it. One was a mag that cost me $140 that refused to charge and would bend the battery terminals when inserted. The other was a pod vapo that burnt every coil I put in it even when done so properly. If you dont want to get screwed go to vaped in Reno.

This place is awful the lady working there today was rude and completely unhelpful will never be back good job
