After I went to four or five shops in the area, I finally found VAPORIFICS!!! The gentleman was the most polite out of all the vape shops. Every other vape shop wanted to sell me the whole tank instead of just a glass. He honestly went above and beyond by cleaning my tank and my mod and you can’t beat the price 10 out of 10 definitely recommend I’m not from town, but I found my vape shop. I will definitely be coming back soon

Every time I go in the store in Paris here lately, there is not a good selection of juices, always out of 3 nicotine. Very frustrating when I drive 45 minutes to purchase juice and coils. They always have excuses why they don’t have product, the owner did not purchase and the new one for the last 2 weeks has been our order was stolen.

Helped me with replacing my glass after 6 others vape shops couldnt be bothered. I will return.

This place is awesome. We were traveling and stopped in and ended up buying a new mipod and they have really helped me with issues I have had. Issues were user issues but none the less, they are awesome! Thank you for being so great! :)

I went in to Vaporifics with an idea of what I wanted, which was to start doing my own coils. They knew exactly what I wanted and took their time to sit down and explain exactly how to do it. The best customer experience I have ever had at a Vapor shop. Very knowledgeable and and very customer friendly. Will definitely return.

Been going to this place for a little over a year and a half. Their selection of equipment and juices is excellent. Ive been to several different shops across Texas, and so far this one is my favorite. Their house blend juices are always consistent - and the prices are fair. Knowledgeable staff, huge selection of juices, and decent selection of equipment. Just wish they were open on Sundays.

I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for over 3 years now, and as of late, have almost came to the conclusion that I will soon be finding a different location to conduct my business due to the poor service I receive every time I go while the service representative, Jessica, is there. I am also starting to be somewhat annoyed by the overwhelming amount of vapor that hits me upon entering. I know exactly what you are thinking, and yes, its a vapor shop, and I should expect to encounter with vapor upon entering, and its fine to a certain extent. Let me make myself clear on this. I go in when I want to conduct business, and when I enter, its nearer to a bar type atmosphere. I see a cloud of fog the first few seconds until my eyes adjust; I am greeted with a gang of twenty-somethings all gathered round a table. Its only lacking the karaoke machine and the beer tap. When I first started coming to the store it was run with professional, helpful, and friendly staff. Now I never know how I will be treated, and feel like I have entered into a members-only lodge. Plus, it ices the cake, that today when I tried to voice my concern, I was informed that, thats just how she is, and that I would have to overlook it. Come on now, why continue to go there, only to have a bad experience and feel like I just crashed the party? I mean it, Im just about done!

Been to vape stores around the states and can honestly say havent been in a better shop. The customer service is the best. Hands down amazing guys that work there and are quick to help with almost anything. Would give six stars if I could. Ik they have helped me plenty on times and Ive bought plenty of stuff and always knew I had made a right choice. Love this shop and hope to see more like it.

Super super super clean store. One of the cleanest vape shops we have ever visited. We visit this location once a month when we are in Paris. And its been the same staff for a couple years now. Always love.visiting places that are able to keep the same staff because it means many things but they seem to know their jobs well and are very upbeat guys. Very knowledge. We will continue to stop in on our Monthly visits to the area.

I had an amazing experience. Their product knowledge was impressive as was their customer service. They helped me pick the perfect product for my needs, and I have to say they hit the nail on the head. Very vape-newbie friendly.

Adri helped me with a new coil for my vape and showed me step by step in how to change it myself for future reference! She also cleaned my tank for me and showed me how to properly do it myself! I love coming here 💕

Told me they were selling me the correct product since they didnt have the vape I had last and it was wrong and they wouldnt refund since they didnt have anything to exchange. The girl said it was what I needed but she was wrong and her sorrys did me no good make sure you know exactly what you need cause they font know anything there just sell you whatever and say it is what youre looking for

These guys were very friendly , knowledgeable and fun. My husband and I honestly only spent 10 minutes in here and had a great time. I would recommend this shop to any one who ever visits Paris Texas and is in need of a great vape shop. Thanks guys ! :)

I visited the Paris, Texas location for the first time yesterday. The staff was amazing and the e-liquid selection was great. I picked up Norris for their Savage line, which is a blueberry waffles liquid, its delicious. A employee also coiled and cottoned my RDA they have a great selection of mods also. Ill be back to today to see if they can repair a old unregulated mod I have. I highly recommend Vaporifics!!

Everyone up there is great every time I go. Very knowledgeable staff, and it seems like theyre the only shop in East Texas that doesnt use way too much sweetener in their juice.

I have been using this vapor store since I started vaping, roughly 6 years.They have always been very nice and helpful. Cost is a little higher but worth it for great service

Vaporifics is a clean e-cig chain there employees are by far the most helpful and enjoyable. The friendliness of the staff and low prices always make the decision of buying from them easy.

Always friendly, seem very knowledgeable. I would recommend them for just about everything e-cig… I understand they also have CBD oils

Dont buy the kratom. Tried out 500g of Project Mitra red maeng da and its either fake or lost all potency. Really disappointed I went here.

Went on a Tuesday. They were out of everything. Said they restock on Wednesdays. Came back Wednesday evening and they said they dont restock until Thursdays. So wasted an hour round trip due to employees not knowing what day they restock on
