Very expensive I order a Malibu with pineapple juice lady chargering $25 We also order a bucket of beers 2 of them and it came up $200. Over priceNever again will come to this establishment

Went there for an NYE party, they advertise they open at 9 we got there around 10 the doors didn’t open until 11:30pm then we reserved a table the person never informed us that the table didn’t have seating. So we were standing up for hours. They also don’t serve food which they also don’t inform customers of. Way to over priced for poor service. I do not recommend!

Worst experience ever ! Customer service was terrible from the hookah people , security and management ! Went to celebrate my birthday hookah girl gave us the wrong flavor instead of fixing her mistake she got super aggressive instead of trying to rectify the the issue she processed to try and get physical and attempted to throw hot coal on us. 6ft security guard decided to get aggressive with 4 females! To make matters worse even the management’s proceeded to get aggressive and not correct his staff ! This is coming from a person in the bar industry!

The prices are expensive, easily you could spend $80 on 4 beers without tips so if you go prepare your wallet. The music and the establishments are pretty good. The bathroom is too clean. Good staff.

As soon as we walked in, because we werent VIP ($20 extra), they didnt want to bother to give us a table to a group of 5. We stood by the bar for more than half hour to wait for service. When we were going to sit finally, this couple didnt let us because they said their area was taken. (You dont pay for the area, you pay for your ticket) when we sat down, it took about half hour to get any bottle service in a tiny 4 seater area, when there was 5 of us. There is no where to dance!!! No dance floor. No hooka!!! Prices for bottle insane. We agreed as a group to never come back

Dont like the service there I pay for vip tickets got a seat againts a wall there service is horrible waitress look like trash with atitude the air conditioner blowing like 30 degree had to stand up bottles to expensive no dance floor no way am going back

Great service, as soon you enter that door they treat you like a vip costumer. The employees are very nice and always checking on you.ya

I was at Tony Vegas presentation where we paid a separate ticket of 700 dollars for consumptionIn the VIP area we stood two steps from our table next to the stage where there were several people enjoying a show that started at 1:30 p.m. and ended at 1:30 p.m.A security guard from the disco came to take my husband and I away, push us and yell at us to go to our table without giving us an explanation. We were the only ones who took us away from there. It was all rude and disgusting, its an incredible service to treat you like that when youre paying for the entrance fee and a consumption.

Terrible customer service, everything very expensive and when you go on Fridays the place is empty and they tell you that in order to find a chair you have to buy 3 bottles LOL with the place empty ONE FRIDAY, how can 2 women alone be drinking 3 bottles of alcohol in two hours? Awful!! Oh, and at the entrance they didnt give me the change of $40 that they had to give me from $100 that I gave them, I dont think the entrance is $50 per person on a Friday its $30 or so, the person at the entrance kept the change, the Hookera didnt even ask if I wanted my change back every time I handed him $50 for a refill, refills are $35. You wonder if you have to return it, you dont just keep the change just because...

Oscar de Leon concert, we arrived at 9 at night, when you enter the first scam is with the tables, a thousand dollars for a small table without chairs, the cheapest ones since the others reached 3 thousand dollars, not to make a long story short. So long at 1 in the morning we had to leave because Oscar never arrived, everything was a fraud and a scam, investigate before going so the same thing doesnt happen to you. I dont give it fewer stars because its not possible. A thousand or so dollars paid to have a few beers and a bottle of Johnny Walker blue label and without seeing the famous Oscar de León.

Horrible attention, the staff is not coordinated... super expensive drink... when you leave, security checks your wallet, as if you stole something!! If you put your hand in your wallet... the place is very nice, the music is good... but the customer service is terrible. I do not recommend it.

Be careful, in this place they sell counterfeit drinks, I have been twice and the same thing happened to me, dont be fooled and open your eyes

Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit Anais for the Ala Jaza party. The place is very nice. I loved the security. Very friendly and professional. I congratulate them. It is a perfect place to have a great time. They deserve 100 stars.
