IBIZA SLC Ultra lounge- Nightclub & Bar

Rated 8 out of 10. First time there... I was a soul just passing by and stopped in at this club. The Dj was great. The vibes were great. Drinks are a little too expensive compared to other downtown spots in the country but its definitely a spot to go to if youre into Latino music and dancing, and also rave style music. Ill definitely return if Im ever in the area !

When my friends and I saw that this nightclub was hosting an EDM event, we decided to buy tickets and check it out. However, when we walked in, we were shocked by what we saw. The club was incredibly bright, much more than we expected for a nightclub, which really took away from the usual atmosphere. Even more surprising was the presence of security or police officers in every corner, with 1-2 officers standing in each spot, fully armed. This made us wonder if something significant had happened here before. While its great to see such thorough security measures, it definitely made it hard to relax and enjoy the night.

After reading the reviews I was slightly skeptical about attending a guest DJ performance here, but going in with open expectations I was pleasantly surprised with the evening: venue. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar tenders were nice, drinks fairly priced. Security was thorough and kept the rowdy people at bay (it’s a bar and some people must try to get attention validating their own self perceived dominance). Main guest DJ didn’t come out until last call but they apologized for the, and truly can’t be blamed for Utah liquor regulations on last call.Smoking patio was pretty open with few people in between, looks like they had an upstairs with vip tables and one VIP table that is on a platform with DJ.Floor did get very sticky by the end of the evening; perhaps spilled drinks?All in all, enjoyed the club especially for Latin dancing.

I went here last night with 2 other girl friends first time, I thought we will have a blast after reading the nice reviews compare to other clubs around but it was boring the music we’re all latin with same genre. You have to pay extra for table(sitting) inside. We stayed for couple hours to see if the mood will change, but no. We we’re all bored so we end up going somewhere else, paid less and had more fun than here. Also one of my friend got charged $70 extra she’s now looking into that. 100% don’t recommend!

If I could give a zero I would. I would actually give it negative 5. Tonight was the third time I have tried this place, and is the same ghetto club. This is a place where sad people go to drink. I got wet. I stepped on things (limes, sticky floor, plastic things, etc). They played the same noisy annoying reguetón, the whole night just like in the past. It was overpriced, and a waste of money. They lied to us in the beginning because they said they would play salsa and bachata (never did). The music was dirty and denigrating to women. I would never recommend or go back to this place.

Ive been here a few times and it just seems to have gotten worse over the past few years.It no longer feels like a night club but a crammed floor of sweaty humans.Barely any room for anyone to move around and dance these days, they increased the entry price from $10 to $25 and the last time I visited, everyone had to leave an hour after a fight because someone got badly injured.Not worth the drive or the time to visit again.

My main issue with this place is its specifically catering to VIP only. U pay their $25 (overpriced) cover and ur standing all night. Absolutely no seating unless ur VIP. After about 45 min ur done and the headliner is still 2 hours away..... hated my experience

This place was disappointing. The clubs got overcrowded quickly so no room to dance at all. We were supposed to have a table reservation but something had happened to it and they couldn’t find it. We then payed $25 each to get it so we could get our feet stomped on and have strangers bumping into you and shoving you, also spilling drinks on you cause of how crowded it is. By the end of the night you are standing in puddles of alcohol. The club is greedy and lets way too many people in! This might sound like a weird complaint, but the music was way too loud and poor sound quality. The air was stagnant and at the door it says no vaping or smoking, but people were Smoking cigarettes and marijuana, and vaping all night some right next to security and they did nothing. It was an awful experience!!!

For over a year now, I have been coming to Jaxx production shows here. Each time they get bigger and better. Jaxx outdoes herself every time. This experience each month is the most marvelous dance performance that I experience in Salt Lake City.

It is the second time that I go to that place and the most certain that the last one I do not live in the state but take someone with me and only because of the detail of the pants they became heavy when others were worse they made the person feel uncomfortable and it seems to me that they go beyond the limit of their capacity they could not even move the security that are in the bar super rude just like the guy who serves in the bar is not a place that they should let work besides there was an incident where There were even weapons and theyre supposed to check you out.

I think it was overpriced. I’ve been in better clubs that charge less, $25 for a cover, be ready to pay the security guard to find you a spot to park your car. I don’t think I will come back.

I cant get enough of this Latin night club! The music is phenomenal, thanks to the talented DJs who know how to keep the dance floor alive. The drinks are exceptional, and the staff is not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. Security is on point, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Shoutout to the owners for creating such a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere – the vibes here are unbeatable! Attended with a group of friends on the Latin night and none of us liked it. Super expensive ($25 cover at the door) for what it was. Poor ventilation and A/C system. Overcrowded on the floor area, so be prepared to have no dancing space (and isnt a dance club?) And to get bumpy with others, or have people stepping on your feet throughout the night. Unless you reserve a table which we were told wasnt available (even though we saw empty tables all night.)DJ was awful, repeating songs, and abruptly cutting songs (clearly didnt know how to mix.) The host was not good either repeating the same questions and making homophobic comments. Last, but not least, the acoustics were poor and the sound system sucked. You might as well set up a speaker at home and probably get better sound. I would recommend to try other clubs around town before deciding on this one.

When I got to the Ibiza I had to pay to get in. I went with a date they said it was 40 but they charged me 80. For a club like Ibiza way over charged unless I got scammed.

My friends and I always chose Ibiza Night Club and every time is absolutely amazing! The staff, including bodyguards, bartenders, the speaker, and the owners are always incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. All the DJs keep the energy high with an amazing selection of Latin beats, ensuring always a good time. Everything is perfect, from the vibrant decor to the fantastic music!! Highly recommend

I did research on the top night life spots in SLC. This place was not on the list but I gave it chance because of a friend that already had a ticket to this place.I reserved a table for 4 people. When I got there they were trying to charge me $20 to get in. I’m from Milwaukee and when we reserve a table we get in for free so I was puzzled by this request.I remember seeing the tickets for $10 online so I told them why they were charging $20. The guy from reggeatonlandia said it was sold out. I tried talk to host from Ibiza because apparently they were 2 separate entities and she didn’t go out of her way to help us out.My friend looked up the tickets online and the $10 tickets were still available so we ended up getting those. This within itself was already disappointing. In Milwaukee, people who reserved tables are provided excellent service.Once we finally got seated, we got drinks. The place is spacious and there’s different areas to get drinks. However, when it got packed our server kind of disappeared on us. We had to go order additional drinks downstairs. On the plus side, she prioritized us. I don’t recall her name but she was probably one of the good things about this place.Honestly, the music was good. Vibes were good too but all of this is ruined by poor ventilation. Once they turned on the strobe lights, I was sweating like crazy!!!I was also annoyed that a table right next to us had like 8-10 people in their area that was designed for 4 people. Some of the people were standing in front on my table blocking the view. I paid for my table so it was disappointing that this wasn’t being controlled & monitored. We ended up leaving to why kiki and it was so much better!! And they have tables you can seat in for free.Overall, I would not recommend this place due to my experience. I should’ve looked at the reviews before I came here.

The music is crossover and it is a good point, but it has been marred by several fights, which has made me reconsider going to other places where I feel safe.

Horrible Scam of a club. My friends and I went on the 27th of October. I paid with my credit card for entrance to the door for a total of 4 people, a total of $106.  I did not use my card to purchase anything else while in the establishment. My credit card was charged for a total $492.  They have refused to speak with me regarding the fraudulent charges and simply gave me a number to text my concerns too. My only option since then was to registered the $492 charge as fraudulent. Definitely not worth your business.

Servers don’t know how to make simple drinks. Owner has a fragile ego, and kicks people out for no reason. I had went to the bathroom and returned to my girlfriend getting kicked out? When I asked what had happened I got kicked out as well. Security(none of which speak English) had no clue why they kicked us out aside from the owner stating so. Apparently he likes to block walkways, and kick people out when they try to pass by? Huge cover fee for horrible service, watered down drinks, an overcrowded room, and terrible music. If you like rude service, songs cut off half way thru so a “dj” can yell about nothing for 5 minutes, and drinks with half a shot in them, then it may be for you. Do NOT recommend. Waste of money.

Don’t worth itI got the worst experience ever,Im not from utah so I went to the club at the first everything was good after that i received a phone call, so I went out to the patio, and when I returned, two guards came to me. They did not let me in and they did not even want to listen, and they treated me as if I had committed a crime. I felt very embarrassed. I will never forget that day, and I will not come back again.

Attending the concert at this bar was a nightmarish experience. The sound quality was atrocious; it was impossible to decipher any lyrics or melodies amidst the distorted cacophony. The venue was overcrowded, making it difficult to move or find a decent vantage point to enjoy the show. The staff seemed indifferent to the chaos, displaying a complete lack of organization and crowd management skills. The drinks were watered down and overpriced, adding insult to injury. To top it off, the performers themselves appeared uninterested and lacked any stage presence. I wouldnt recommend this bar for live music to my worst enemy – a total waste of time and money.

I had such an amazing experience at Ibiza from start to finish. i came from out of town not knowing what to expect and it went super well. they definitely know how to treat their customers. i have suggested Ibiza to a bunch of friends and Family since then. if you’re ever in town stop by i promise you won’t regret it.

My mom and i decided to go to a concert here for her bday, we paid for everything and when we got there they denied the entrance for me and another guy, they claimed we were underage when their event clearly said 18+ and allowed me to pay before hand talk about false advertising, they refused to refund us, the workers still had the audacity to add people for free to the spots WE PAID for. this place is garbage and workers are just careless and annoying. they do stuff for extra money, and when i asked about another 19 year old who had been let in they just carelessly said he used a fake ID.

I bought 4 ticket to a concert for Zacarías Ferreira. We arrived at 9pm, which is the usual time of arrival assuming that the main performer will sing at 12. All of the concerts that I have been to until today, performers come out later. Last night was different. When we arrived at 9pm, the artist was short of being done and stepped out shortly. I have a huge complaint because, no where in the ticket was there information that the artist would start extremely early! Many people were complaining for the injustice. On top of the that, the club decided to charge an extra fee to get into the club after 10pm or for those that attended the concert, they would have to pay to be able to stay.I’m reaching out to the ticket holder and the club company for the false information. Something has to be done! Thank you.

Cover was 20$ with sounds but expensive for this level of club. Bartenders were pretty rude when you asked for water and in general place was full of young girls but pretty old men who were kind of touchy and tried to grab some of my friends. Not worth it for young girl!

Trash dress code policy! Our friend was dressed appropriately for a hot summer night (especially in a space where they let too many people inside) he was wearing a button down with linen shorts and was denied. Whereas they let girls in jean short shorts and T-shirts walk right in. It felt discriminatory and left us with a bad impression.

The DJ kept asking where all the single ladies were at. There was also a groupof guys staring at all the ladies and it was very uncomfortable. We were just there to have a good time! Also the parking is very limited. And bathrooms were gross.

My friends and I got a table last night for “Peso Pluma” night. We were charged an additional $15 for the “event” on top of the cost of the table. The DJ only played 3 Peso Pluma songs all night, crazy how you can have a Peso Pluma night but not even play any of his songs. Also the floor was super slippery for some reason.

Fun place Id consider lowering the entry fee but again to everyone they had alot of secruity which now is more important than ever to have so 25$ cover fee is worth your safety.

I made a table reservation that cost me $120.00 They put us on 2nd floor with only 2 chairs when we told them 4 people. Then I came to the office to see if we could get move to bigger table , they said I needed to paid the whole table of $260, even though there was the first charge of $120... Basically I ended up paying $380 . Definitely a rip-off .

IBIZA SLC Ultra Lounge is my top pick among night clubs in Salt Lake City. The Latin music nights are electrifying, and the cocktails are superb. The energetic atmosphere and enthusiastic crowd make it a standout destination.

We went out Saturday the 11th. My sister was charged $10 and her boyfriend was charged $15 by one employee. My husband was charged $20 and I was charged $15 by the other employee seconds apart from each other. Drinks were okay. We only danced for 20 minutes, it got to unbearably hot, sweaty, and miserable. We left and felt like the experience was a total waste of money. Having inconsistent entry fee pricing was the biggest upset. Very dishonest. We went to Twist up the road it charged everyone the same entry fee, served better drinks, and we were able to dance for hours without getting heat stroke.

The dress code policy at IBIZA SLC Ultra lounge was inconsistent and discriminatory. It seemed to target certain individuals based on appearance rather than fostering an inclusive and diverse atmosphere. It left a sour taste in my mouth.

This place will OVER charge you. Such a scam. I came in with a group of friends. Online they said it was free for girls and $20 for guys. They charged us each $30 including the girls. Also very hot inside the bar and not the best service. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Had shorts on with a collared short sleeve shirt, got told I cant enter when right after they let a girl in with short shorts who wasnt even dressed nice...they were letting dudes in without collars on there shirts, one guy had shorts on and he was let in, and they are worried about shorts when its summer. Go to twist down the street, way better service and isnt a 3 star bar with a dance floor.

Ibiza Ultra Lounge can certainly be considered as the spot to go dancing, this venue is a way to add a hint of spice to your nightlife spirit in a uniquely diverse, spontaneous and charismatic way.Indeed, this is a 21 and over adult nightclub so identification is verified before you enter. The Gentleman at the door was welcoming and made me feel like family. There was a cover charge and they also offer coat and bag service.The waitresses were absolutely wonderful and always ready to attend. These are features that really make Ibiza stand out.Pricing on beverages are fair and actually quite delicious, especially their signature cocktail! The bartenders are quite attentive and the music is absolutely contagious!Security is present, no problem.The diversity here left me with an eye-opening experience and I suggest you give it a shot.I know Ill be back again.

This place is certified ghetto for a $15 cover charge. Tables are not cleared of empty bottles or removed from the dance floor. The dance section is small, and on the night i was there, I splashed my foot into a puddle of who knows what towards the front of the dance floor. I did not get to experience a wide variety of music but the DJ did play some cumbia and bachata, although they seem to prefer reggeton. Interesting group of people and vibe.

They shouldn’t allow a place without air conditioning, $50.00 per person to get in… and to be honest I had to leave almost immediately, law enforcement should be aware their maximum capacity and there is no condition for any human person to be in a place with no air conditioning. I will make a complaint with the law enforcement..

Honestly a pretty hateful and dangerous place. I pre-paid for a ticket and then on showing up was asked to leave beacause of the way I was dressed. Shorts and a button up. Save your money go somewhere more inclusive

Ok concert venue… this place is small, crowded, and dirty. Zero social distancing or mask. Worst part is serves have no idea what drinks the place actually serves. Tried ordering something off the drink list and had to walk all the way to the bar just for them to give me a confused look.This is definitely not an upscale place.Update. Went back a second time and service was even worse… dropped my rating from 2 stars to one.

This was a great find off the downtown path just a little with such amazing music and staff! Its a great latin club that had a fantastic production and feel. I recommend getting a table when going here makes it more enjoyable!I even misplaced my ID while i was there 2 days before my flight out of town and the management went above and beyond to locate it for me and ensure I could get on my flight. I cant thank you and your team @IbizaSLCUltra for everything if Im ever back in SLC I look forward to coming back!

Came for a show tonight- $40/per person and $50 or a table- flyer said 9pm, arrived just after 9, and three hours later the show had not yet started. A lot of the furniture was broken, no soap in the bathrooms, broken locks on bathroom doors- expensive drinks and seemed that several people around us were not getting what they actually ordered. All around a pretty terrible experience and total waste of money.

Horrible experience! The management has no idea what they are doing. Me and my wife wanted to get a section and it took 20min just for the manager to understand! Then once we paid 150 just for the section I also paid another 200 for a bottle. Once they took my money with no problem they finally come back and say its illegal to give us a bottle but they would hold it for us and give us shots and drinks which was fine with us until after 11 1oz shots they told us the bottle was empty smh. The DJ was great expect towards the end i paid her 20 dollars to pay me and my wifes anniversary song Unica by ozuna which she also took my money no problem but never played my song! Even tho we made the best of it I wouldnt reccomend anyone to believe it what management or any employees of the club promise.

We paid $25 because The Sonora Dinamita was going to perform, we left the place at 12:30 am and they never showed up, don’t know if they did after that time . What a shame!

If all you want to do is drink and get drunk go to this place. This is NOT a club to go dancing that’s for sure. There was no good music played, just thumping noises all night long. The floor where wet and muddy and VIP table was a waist of money. We are definitely not going there again.

Came on a slow night so not packed, but the DJ had the vibe right so this place has plenty of potential. Its still considerably new but I will check back on a weekend for a better idea. Bouncers were great and bartender was friendly. Definitely a spot on the rise for the SLC night life

The best Latin night in Salt Lake by far!

I was discriminated against by a bartender. He ignored me and asked my friends, who are All fair skinned what they wanted and when I went to talk to him he ignored me. Really ruined my night. If you are black/dark skinned woman, DON’T go to this bar to drink. Great Bachata music though.

Last night I went with my friends to have a good time. Upon arrival we realized the place was empty but they were charging a 10 dollar cover fee which 4 of us paid. The fifth one didnt wanted to pay to enter en empty venue. We were willing to buy bottle service which is about 300 dollars which on their website States that they would include free entry. Well they didnt want to honor that and I said, if they didnt wanted our business, lets just go some other venue immediately one of the owners by the name of OSCAR CONTRERAS pulled me out, yelling at me in front of my friends, bar staff and security about how I wasnt welcomed anymore to that venue because of my comment. As a paying customer my experience was horrible. Have no complains on security, or bar staff but definitely, you cant treat paying customers like that, specially when youre building a brand. He forgot he is in the customer service industry. I know this because I am in the same industry.

The lady bouncer checking ID’s was super rude. She dropped my ID and moved away looked me up and down in a rude manner. Don’t recommend coming here. Super rude.

Pulled into parking lot there was one available parking spot on the left and 4 open on the right including handicap. Security approach my vehicle and told me those parking spots were reserved. I asked about the handicap spot that was open because I have a handicap hanger and he said he would let me park there if I gave him a $20 tip. There were no signs posted saying there was a charge for parking. Cover at the door was $50 and it was dead inside. Will not be returning to this place ever again due to them trying to rip me off for parking and the price just to get in.

Just walked up at 10:03 pm on a Friday night, literally the only people there are security and bartenders and one DJ. completely empty otherwise. Bought a vip table with bottle included and then they came back saying it is an additional $300 for the bottle. The owner came to make it right but then they come out with some excuse about not being able to show us the bottle. They had to pour the drink at the bar (which I’m sure they watered them down) This place has so much potential but this one experience ruined it for us. Not to mention it was extremely dead, we definitely were the biggest group they had in vip (out of 5 other tables) Yes, it was extremely dead but that didn’t matter since we support local business but no longer will support this one.

Way too expensive, yes they have a man dress in a robot suite u can dance with but its still pricy. It gets packed so u cant even dance maybe if they rearainged the tables it would be better, and hard to find parking close by.

Sound qulity is kind of bad. Music selection is good and bouncers are nice. A little bit pricey. My friends complained about the drink selection but I dont drink and cant speak on that.

If they can take advantage of you they will!!! the bartender try to still money from me trying to give me change for a 20 when I gave him a 50 pretending he didnt even have enough money to give me change after I told him twice he gave me my change.... if you dont make enough money bartending find another job instead of trying to steal from people

When they say the turn up they not lying. The vibe is amazing the ratio is never off and the music is always slapping. Coming out to salt lake I didnt know what to expect but some friends said trust us, i did and i cant wait to go again. Shout out to the Lounge

It’s an alright place the music is average and the service is average as well. You also have to pay $5 to hang up your jacket if you don’t want to hold on to it, so make sure to leave your jackets in the car.

Very disappointed, is 1am and the concert of Alexis & Fido doesnt even start yet. Never will attend a concert organized by this club again. We deserve better as customers.

I went with some friends and this place was too hot, expensive and also the Dj Tatiana was terrible on her mixes.The same rhythm for absolutely all the songs during all the night.

They let a lot of people in and there is no space left to dance and thats what you go, you couldnt even walk.

Staff and patrons werent wearing masks! I understand wanting to go out and party but that was pretty concerning considering how tightly people are gathered inside. We left immediately.

I will give them Zero stars uf I could. I purchased tickets for a concert rhat was suspended due Covid. I have sent texys, phone calls and there is no response from this place about my refund. Terrible business. So unprofessional. Total fraud

This place is just not a vibe, like literally the vibe was uncozy and definitely too bright for a club. Kind of embarrased of taking ny friend to this place.

Finally a clean Ultralounge! Miami in SLC!!!! Clean, the Sound is unreal super clear and powerful, lighting and video is refreshing, but best of all service was on point. Just watch out for dress code is strict. But that is what you spect in New York, Miami or LA. Congrats.

Like all business you will always find something. Because of course, no business is perfect. However, theres a difference between a careless business and a caring one with ethics. I have paid a lot of attention to Ibiza, its team, staff and costumers. And heres what I have noticed.- Diversity- Great drinks- Friendly staff- Friendly & professional security- Professional bartenders- Great DJs- Different amazing types of nights (Latin, Top 40 EDM, LGBTQ, Hip-Hop, local bands & performers- Great lightning, audio & visual- Fun outside patio to chill, talk and laugh- Elegance- Hookahs- Non drama environment- ConcertsI personally love it because I can tell they care for people. Of course theres always someone unhappy. Heck, that even happens with our families 😆. That only means someone wasnt happy. But hey! Heres my advice. Only way to know if the positive or negative comments are true or not is what... By making your own opinion by attending. So... I say, go to Ibiza and experience your own experience. All I can say is; YOU WONT REGRET IT 😍😎🔥🎶🎶

Cover is $20, drinks arent cheap and the variety is only rum, tequila, and some beers. None of the bartenders know how make cocktails other than rum and coke. They wont sell Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or martinis because they dont have any ingredients. Beware to get drunk with beer and rum only.

Finally a place in Utah for a good clean crowd with great music and a very classy atmosphere.Well done IBIZA Ultralounge. This is what Utah has been missing.

It bugs me that they had to put ppls mariachi for their birthday when not all of them where there to celebrate those ppls birthdayI know that alot of people like to celebrate their birthday at a bar but we dont ALL have to know about itI guess thats what we get for covid-19 trying for IBIZA to bring in bussiness for themselves

We got a VIP table on the main floor. We were then taken to the upstairs. They were not able to make it right. The drinks are over priced. The place is dead. Would not recommend.

Love this place!! Great music and dance floor. I could come back weekend after weekend. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

I know nothing about the inside of the club, but from my hotel room, I can tell you that Ive heard the EXACT same beat for the last 4 hours, mixed with some random yelling from what I assume is the DJ. If I were planning to go to a club tonight, it for sure would not be this one.

This place is awful. They made me feel so horrible when I came to the door for how I looked. The owner/manager of the place acted like he wanted to fight me over nothing.We do not need places like this here. Not OK. Please DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

I visited the club 2 weeks ago with 2 friends, we spent less than an hour and a half in the establishment since the music was always the same, we really did not feel comfortable and they also made me an extra charge for $70 that I did not authorize. I called them the next day to notify them of their error since we never reserved a table, nor did we consume inside the premises. The person who answered my call only told me to send a text message explaining about the 70 and its been 2 weeks and they havent responded to the message and they havent returned my money either!

This doesnt even deserve a star. Disgust place. People who give bad treatment think theyre better than everyone else. The security people have delusions of being police officers and the others, I dont know if they are owners or if they think they are owners. They also have no right to bad treatment just for having a couple of pesos you cant leave because even if you want to come back in they wont let you even if you have paid your entry

We are from Peru, today we went with my wife for the first time to see La Factoria Demphra and we were delighted, from the moment we entered until the end, we will be attentive to other concerts by singers or groups that come with Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Rock, Reggaeton or any other rhythm, especially if they are from the 90s!!!

Very BAD, TERRIBLE, the worst music, the cocktails are literally garbage, there are other much better bars, the WORST Latin party, I dont know why they keep hiring the same DJs

I dont understand how they can let armed people enter the premises if they are supposed to search everyone when they enter, a fight broke out and a man came out with a gun, what kind of security do they have?

The security guys are disrespectful to women, they dont respect them, they think they are police officers, especially the security guy, a Cuban thinks he is the owner, he threatens to throw you out of the place for not moving from the bar, and even if you want to buy, dont come.

Boring music. Pure electronics and the DJ just talks and talks. And the floor is full of people who dont dance and there is no place to dance... all repetitive...👎

They do not have air conditioning, the service is rude, the attitude of the guards is terrible. The worst thing is that the prices are not what was advertised and the establishment is rude.

I am a little disappointed in the place, because I am Cuban and I visited the club for the first time and when I entered I met a Cuban worker and I asked her if they played Cuban music and she told me no, but since it was my birthday I had them play a Cuban theme and practically the DY rejected us for putting the theme even in a bad way. For my part, I wont return to this place again, because I think its a particular rejection with the Cubans because they play music from all over America except from us.

One of the worst places to spend a night out. Bad treatment from the entrance, they dont let you be comfortable and they are moving you around if you dont have a table, the pressure for a table is as if it were a Michelin restaurant. They abuse only because there are few Latin party places. And its not a lack of money on my part. It is discomfort with the consumer because of the monopoly they have and the unjustified prices they set.

A place that once was nice to go and enjoy a party with your partner and have a good time, has now become a very unpleasant place with very ordinary drunk people on the dance floor spilling the beers and leaving a mess and dangerous and The worst thing is having to deal with those men who do not respect and spend their time looking at and morbidizing women.

NEVER AGAIN!! For the second time I come to this club and this time it was a Horrible experience. Me and my partner from the beginning paid $80 for a table of 4 people plus the entrance fee. They placed us between the vaile court and we asked to be moved, they gave us Asia to the second floor, (they didnt put our name on the table) and after having spent almost $100 plus tip on drinks (with Maru) an old woman arrives with a tablet and picks up our drinks and to be offended and say that he would check if it was our table! Totally offensive!!! Of course we complained and rather they tried to offend us more by saying that we still owed the drinks that we had already paid with a $100 bill and $17 that I gave in advance to (maru) even so I gave her $5 as a tip, we tried to resolve the misunderstanding with the security and it turned out that they tried to steal $22 more from us. Its okay to go out and drink and have a good time because thats what its all about, but not all of us are so drunk that we dont know where we are investing our money. We decided to leave the dance and the security officers found my partner to the point of hitting him! What a horrendous place where the security officers themselves are willing to hit the clients! I asked them not to hit my partner and they just stood there doing absolutely nothing and allowing one of the security officers to hit my partner more and push me. . (A woman) And they still have the nerve to ask us not to come back again. Of course not !!! where I entered, the same workers agree to steal from customers!!! Maru is an excellent girl but the others are to blame for even misjudging the bartenders! NEVER AGAIN and I will make sure that this is heard by others and the better business bureaus! Report to the better business bureau so that they do not continue taking advantage of clients in any unfair way!

Terrible place, you buy a ticket to see a singer and they make you wait for more than 30 minutes outside in the cold, and inside the security treats you badly as if you were trash, dont come unless you want to be treated badly.

If I could give them 0 I would give them. Too many people for the place, they even opened a gate to let the air in because there were too many people. You dont have space for anything.

They didnt rate them any stars, because they are abusive with alcohol prices, they sell you regular alcohol for a small shot of tequila that they dont even serve from the original bottle, they charge $15.00 and for a cheap beer they charge $7.00 and the entrance fee is $10.00, thats what they are. some thieves. Not even the best bars are this abusive about charging for alcohol. Thats why Latin clubs dont last because they dont have quality control and the people who want to have fun dont have a good time. Thats why they dont consume a lot of alcohol. They should be more aware, not abusive. I do not recommend you drink a liquor in that club, you wake up with a headache because alcohol is common.
