Do not get acrylic nails done here. it has been 3 hours and my real nail is already lifted from the acrylic. i had to tell the woman 3 times that 4 of my nails were not put on correctly and i wanted them fixed since they looked like they were pointing up and quite honestly ugly. she gave me an attitude and who i believe was a manager came to try and fix them but only made it a little bit better. i made an appointment with lynn nobody called me to tell me she wasn’t there. i paid $108 for a set and pedicure and it was a waste of money. extremely disappointed.

She did an amazing job with my nails, very sweet and detailed. The flower and ombré came out beautiful. Definitely recommend coming here

I was in there for a pedicure. The owner or manager (I’m not sure) is always very nice. The woman who did my pedicure was rude and actually hurt me. She was rushing me. When she used the foot file I explained to her that it hurt. I’ve had the foot file before and it never hurt me before. I pulled away a few times and she asked me if it hurt and I said yes please don’t do it. She smirked at me like she was enjoying me getting pain from it. I told her I had surgery on my foot a year ago, so just be careful. Then she said confidently, “this foot doesn’t hurt, right?” It was very condescending. It did hurt, but at that point I wanted to get out of there. Then she then huffed me off, and showed me my dead skin from the foot file as if it was a problem for me and her. I told her that I had foot surgery and I haven’t been able to even get out with my chronic pain and foot surgery, so this was my first pedicure in over a year. And it got worse. She had such an attitude and ignored everything that I told her. I normally am so nice and I have a lot of patience. I stayed quiet the entire time. It was very uncomfortable for me. She kept yanking my feet and legs too. Why do I have to go through such a hard time just to get a relaxing pedicure, it’s supposed to be relaxing. She made the chair uncomfortable for me by changing the settings. Never again. I was a loyal customer who came when I could. But I won’t anymore. The fact that I had to explain myself over and over to her really got me really upset. Why am I having to explain myself in the nail salon to the woman that physically hurt me more than once during a pedicure??? It was allso messed up, out of line and horrible customer care. Normally I don’t do Google reviews but this needed to be done. You lost a customer.

I love this place so much. I live in mountville and will literally wait l to get my nails done here. Amy does a beautiful job. And very patience with everything.

I had a pedicure done there yesterday (at Eva) I told her that I have ingrown toenails, she started cutting them out before soaking my feet in water. Now I cant walk, sleep because I feel a huge pain and Im crying. For the first time in my life someone cut out an ingrown toenail before soaking my feet, I have wounds there, I cant touch my toe because of the pain I cant take any painkillers because Im pregnant!

Awesome Job!!! I showed a picture of what I wanted and they nailed it. Always going back to them. They never disappoint me.

Went here for the first time today and loved it! The owner is very welcoming and did my gel manicure. They have relaxing music playing, a beautiful atmosphere, cold water offered, and sanitized tools. They even have lotion gloves to moisturize your hands during the entire manicure! Will definitely be coming back! Prices are fantastic too!

I make an appointment, but all the girls where busy with other clients at the time. Other people walked also having same time appointments. I took over 30 minutes to get someone.Pedicure last 15 min. No hot towel, no massage, really poor.Manicure, 10 min. Didn’t even took all of the old color.I will never going back….

Loved the experience! I got a regular manicure and my sister got acrylics. We were both thrilled! Very gentle and paid tons of attention to detail. My sister really enjoyed that her manicurist made extra sure that she was comfortable and everything was exactly as she wanted!

I got a gel pedicure with light pink polish and noticed discoloration after two days. I explained to the owner that I didn’t come in contact with any chemicals that would cause discoloration but she still charged me to change the color. Her excuse was that the “nail polish came from a bad company” and therefore she’s not responsible. Save your money and go somewhere else !

The place was AWESOME! They had really friendly staff and I didn’t have to wait too long they have multiple stations and they did my nails really good I highly recommend their spa too because they take their time and make sure your fine with everything before doing anything like temperature and pressure. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I would defiantly go back

It’s dirty in here. they don’t clean anything, it’s a mess. They stopped working on my nails in the middle of my appointment to work on someone else.

The first time I went here I was very impressed but since then it has been disastrous. One time I got a woman who literally didn’t paint half my nail and was very dismissive. Then while massaging my shoulders at the drying booth she was yelling at another worker about a pay difference, being rough because she was distracted. This same woman left wax on my mom. Additionally, my mom made it clear she has a latex allergy. She was then massaged during her pedicure with latex gloves causing an allergic reaction. If you don’t want to touch bare feet, don’t go into the nail business. Never going back.

Overall, the massages are theee best. I believe they do take reviews into consideration. Staff attitude has changed alot, now I feel welcome, place is much cleaner than the first time i went there. Yuyu/Yoyo (sorry, not sure of her name spelling) does an amazing job! Im sure they all do but shes my fav. Still love the speed of how gel mani and pedi is done.

Loved, loved, loved that she took time with me for spa pedicure and manicure! Loved, loved, loved the same lady did both manicure and pedicure! Did complete pedicure then complete manicure. Even though I was on the phone the whole time - she asked questions and showed primary results of filing and color. Perfect.

So disappointing. Third time getting manicures. Today was very busy. Owner not friendly. Very rushed job. Had to refile my nails when I left. Polish sloppy with tiny bubbles. Cuticles not done properly. Nails not cleaned before applying polish. Like going to a factory. Wont return.

They make acrylic nails WAY to THIN. it doesn’t matter what you tell them because they don’t listen and end up filing it way too much. So thin that my real nail underneath broke as well. It was very painful. I went back to get a fill and specified that I need them thicker but no luck. Do not recommend getting acrylics here. Other than my bad acrylics it’s fine.

The manager Yan is soo sweet and does a great job! Prices are great and the place is spotless and very clean.

This place was great. Slower paces but they took there time with everything and made sure I was happy.

This place is a go to for acrylics. They are always neatly done, long lasting, and the staff is friendly. I’ve been going here for years.

Actually just left! Great atmosphere, quality work any very reasonably priced. To be honest I know Im a little picky and Yan knows exactly how I want my nails!

Paid alot of money for UV gel nails that were sloppily done. They chipped a couple days later as well. Looks like things have changed under the new management.

Was there this morning. Nails, massage and waxing all good!! Great service, always so nice every time i’m there!

Plenty of stations, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for a pedicure. The staff is friendly and courteous.

Owner is rude. .does not listen to what the customers ask...if you ask for your nails to be squared ~she does them round.When you question her she is rude back to you.
