I always have such a good experience at the store. The associates are really friendly, very knowledgeable, and always willing to have a chat with you about what they like, what theyve seen, and what youre looking for. Be sure to sign up for the rewards program, its actually good!I live across town, but I find myself coming back to this smoke shop whenever I need something specific, or Im interested in exploring a new category of goods. I know that Ill always have somebody who can tell me the considerations to make, who will be kind to me, and who wont make me feel weird for being a beginner, or new to something.The amount of selection here is also just wild. They have flavors of things Ive never seen anywhere else, the number of brands they carry-from the commonplace to the premium- is stacked, and they dont carry anything low quality, so I always walk out satisfied.

Really glad they stopped selling nitrous as an art gallery that sells high end art and supports the local glass scene it’s nice to see them doing something positive for the community. A lot of our close friends have a big problem with this. There is a fine line we all walk at some point. Keep the headie scene headie.

I was looking for a new set up for my Ryan Fitt tube. Taylor helped me get my marble set up for my quave club charmer & I liked it so much I came back the next day because I forgot to pick up the dab rite pro! I appreciated the quick help and he even reminded me I needed the dunk bin for the charmer! It’s nice being only ten minutes from a reliable glass shop! Tons of American glass and the lay out is really nice and spacious too.

First time visiting this Art Gallery / Vape Shop in the Olde City area of Philadelphia.Large multi floor space with CBD, hemp products and paraphernalia as well as apparel.Fine Artisanal Glassware and accessories for most budgets.Very knowledgeable and attentive staff.

I love this place, they know and are willing to teach you what you dont know. Thats all I can elaborate on... Lots of vape products and custom blown glass showpiece art museum style and they host local events from time to time. Check this place out, the art is awesome, the staff are very pleasant people. I would refer to this place as a high class smoke shop. You can smoke out of most of their products but their products are so nice I dont think you would want to. Lol. First class smoke shop for sure. Top of the line, best smoke/vape shop in the area. And Ive visited all of the ones listed on google in the philly vicinity. Love this place. Next level for sure! But closed on mondays!

An absolutely incredible glass art gallery with some of the coolest pieces of functional glass in the game!

Came here for the Philly Loves Bowie Week art show. Nice place with a small upstairs gallery. Downstairs is the vape shop, which also has an extensive collection of different glass bowls and bongs. Pretty cool artwork.

Super dope gallery in Philly. Across the street from Illadelph gallery so it was nice getting to see both. They have a huge selection of glass and vape items. We will return!

I stop by while I was in town from New Orleans and pick up a few mystery bag as souvenirs for some friends and they loved them. This shop also has a beautiful display of bongs and pipes. The staff made it a really enjoyable visit they were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I love it here. Everything is cheaper than other stores and theres one really nice young dude that helps me save even more money on stuff every time I catch him there. They have a rewards system, and by writing this review I get $15 off next time I go! Also great selection of products, great location, amazing customer service...I couldnt be happier. I will never go anywhere else.

This review is for Ruckus, in Philadelphia I was skeptical to visit the one in Philly because I’m loyal to Primal the sister store in Phoenixville, upon coming inside it was an amazing experience the female at the counter was super knowledgeable and very helpful will definitely be coming all the time now that I know 1. They are around the corner from my job, and 2. They are amazing!!!! So much product options to choose from, amazing deals! Go check them out!

One of the coolest shops Ive ever been to. This place has such a wide selection of accessories, pieces, and gear that it took about 15-20 minutes just to take it all in. They have a beautiful collection of hand crafted glass in the back half of the store and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this place for anyone in the area and interested in high-end gear.

Wide Selection of smoke & vape products in a well-lit store. It was a rainy Sunday afternoon (10/2) and the floor of the store was kept very dry. The staffperson working at the time was very friendly and energetic even after working an exhibit the night before. Prices may be a bit high, but Ive been spoiled by wholesale prices and also they offer plenty of opportunites to save on purchases.

This isnt your normal vape shop. Although they do sell an extremely large variety of vape and smokable equipment and items, this place is more of a functional glass art gallery.The hand blown functional art is mind blowing. Its so well made and spectacular. Whether youre looking to buy a new rig or you just want to see some cool glass, this is the place to visit. Definitely looking forward to our next trip back.I would also like to add that their customer service is top notch. They are always accommodating and if I call and ask for a product they will set it aside for me for an hour or so until myself or my husband can get there to pick it up. I absolutely love this place!!!ALL HIPPIES WELCOME!!!!!

Best glass gallery I have ever been to at this point in my life. Certainly worth checking out. They have gorgeous pieces with such intricate detail. Pieces from some well known artists and also some you have never heard of. Either way they will knock your socks off. The employees working when I stopped in were so helpful and you could certainly tell they loved what they did. Not only do they have a gorgeous gallery in the front but they also have a vape shop in the back and a smoke shop upstairs that you can find absolutely anything you could possibly be looking for. I had to make some purchases before leaving of course. Unfortunately I think the gentleman waiting on me forgot to put the dab mat I bought in the bag and I never realized until much later. Nonetheless they still get 5 stars!!!

Great service and products with a bounty of knowledge from their sales staff. Was in the other week to grab from CBD flower and the sales rep, Bud, was super helpful. Also, although Ive never purchased any glassware from here, they have an unworldly stock of unique pieces.

Ruckus Gallery is the best glass gallery and smoke shop in Philadelphia hands down. They have everything you need (and more) whether you have $20 to spend or $10,000.Besides the amazing quality of work here the staff is like no other. They always go above and beyond with knowledge or get help you find what you need.I don’t know how I’ve gone so many years without leaving a review!

Everyone at Ruckus was so nice! We had our dog with us, and they had no problem letting him come in while we looked around. Super helpful staff, pretty decent collection of pipes, and then also REALLY beautiful intricate pieces. Definitely recommend!

My favorite smoke shop to go to. They have just about everything you could want plus its a legit art gallery full of awesome pieces to check out for free. Everyone Ive met that works there was really helpful and they got point rewards and a vape punch card so every now and then you get a free vape.

This place is so great! All the guys that work there are so sweet and so helpful. They really know what they are talking about. I had been smoking juul for years and they introduced me to a new vape that I love and saves me so much money not having to buy those expensive juul pods. But really go check them out their spot is beautiful with so much cool glass!

Came in looking for a particular quartz nail brand and they were sold out in the size I needed, I ask a gentleman behind the counter who introduce himself as Mark if they had one by any chances and he said not at the moment and that they were waiting for a shipment. Mark then made a phone call and got the quartz nail ship over the next day from another location, Mark went way and beyond to help me and was very knowledgeable on helping me maintain a clean quartz nail. Would definitely come back and do business again soon.

Absolutely a place to go if you get stoned. Tons of beautiful smoking pieces. They must be original one of a kind art though because some things are a bit pricey. There was even an anatomically correct glass Tommy gun bong.

Lots of amazing glass pieces (pipes that are sincerely works of art), and a quaint little vape shop in the back with a nice selection of juices, oils, salts and equipment. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable too.

So this place was wild. I dont shop at vape/smoke shops however I do enjoy browsing their wares and appreciating the artistry that goes into their work. This shop had the best artistic pipes Ive ever seen on both the east and west coasts. Glass case after glass case of amazing pipe designs.In the back they have a cool lounge area and donation station.Upstairs is the art gallery which is one o a kind. Complete with a heap of meaning as the centerpiece thi gallery will certainly have you conversating.

Not sure where my last review went but...I have been coming to Ruckus for about 3 years now. The manager is ALWAYS available and goes out of his way to say Hey Tim every time I come in. This is a big deal to me, when a business care enough about the regulars that they call them buy ther first name. I have watched the vape selection grow, and I have been happy to give them advice for products/juices on numerous occasions. Last year on my birthday, I walked in and 2 of the employees yelled Happy Birthday Tim. That literally made my day and week.If you want a down to earth vape shop where you wont be looked down on for asking questions, or want to enjoy some really beautiful functional sculptures, this is the place. Its half art gallery, half head shop, half vape shop.
