Unfortunately the city is being hard on them right now but even so staff is very friendly and still helpful cant wait for everything to be back up and running again hopefully it happens soon the woman that was there was very polite and explain everything that was going on hopefully when everything is back up and running please put it up online or something so would like to visit soon as the other sides back open awesome experience tons of coils and good juice thanks again

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The guy that works at the store is extremely rude. He doesn’t respond when you walk in and will make you wait will he takes personal calls. I waited 10 minutes to grab one item because he sat on the phone. Then he proceeded to give me attitude the rest of the time in the store.

Best smoke shop they everything and if you want something and they don’t carry it you just let the guy know and he will order it for you .. Friendly customer service the guy that works there makes me feel welcome all the time. And he’s always help with anything. He makes sure you are happy with what you get before leaving the shop ..

My favorite shop . It’s 5 miles away from where I live but I don’t mind driving down there because the shops next to me don’t have what these guys have, they literally have everything and an amazing glass selection along with all the accessories !! they also have the best disposable vapes selection I ever seen in Philadelphia!! Horrible experience, this shop doesnt stand behind the merchandise they sell. Purchased a vape unit Wellon Tranformer for $ 75., only to find out months later that I cannot find coils. Went back to the shop & there were not willing to compensate me for anything. The young lady working in the store was very helpful. But bottom line the store sells items that are out of date & dont stand behind their merchandise.
