The front desk smelled like weed and incenseI checked into the room and it smelled as well and Stains on sheets so we walked out room and left after being there 15 minutes and turned in key. There was drug users hanging out everywhere and none do the staff cared. I called next day to get a refund because I didn’t use the room and they tried to say the cleaning lady the next day said someone used the room so they won’t refund it. So yiur telling me because a housekeeper says this you refuse to refund. I wasn’t in the room more than 5 minutes because how nasty it felt nor did I feel safe there with the type of vile people you have hanging around there. First of all I don’t lie nor do I try and get money back for no reason. I tried being nice about it all and nobody cared enough to apologize or anything. I will make sure personally no fit stays there anymore when all you had to do is do the right thing and refund money to a customer for not staying in the room you sold them and if you ran your hotel better this won’t happen. I even had a grown man that was staying there approach my daughter that’s 13 yrs old asking her age. It’s the most insulting and fear my wife and child ever felt and this hotel didn’t have the common decency to offer a refund when I checked out 20 min after checking in. Worst experience ever! After reading all the other bad reviews it’s all similar and the responses to each review are all the same mundane response by taking the issue stated then placing a few words of empathy to make it seem like they care followed by “ we will use this to help make our hotel better” which is just another lie because it’s the same complaints over and over with no change. Just sad
We had a non smoking room. It smelled like smoke and had burn holes in the covers. There was a big hole where the smoke detector goes. I didn’t sleep because I didn’t feel safe. Didn’t get a 24 hour stay. Check in was at 3 pm and check out was at 11 am. Paid an extra 25.00 to stay until 2 pm.
Filthy. Roomed smelled of urine and cigarettes tv and ac were broken. Was denied another room and a refund when requested. Also employee walked into the room unannounced while i was naked in the bathroom and proceeded to offer me a towel. The maid service constantly opens the room doors asking if we wish to be serviced even though we clearly have a do not disturb sign on the door. This occurred twice while my husband was laying in the bed undressed. Do not go here. Do not waste your money.
Very clean hotel in area. Only first hotel I see who gives everyday room service after Covid -19 which the way keep bugs and germs away from the places. Internet working perfectly fine very secure. Staff is very polite and always be there for you whenever you need it. They’re open 24 seven very unique nowadays to see that.
We have enjoyed staying at Oyo Hotel. But July 4th at night was just overwhelming with all the fireworks at 9 pm. Especially when folks have to get super early in the morning to get ready for work. But other than that no issues. Oh they have a pool also😊
The young lady at the front desk Dawn is a wonderful worker her customer service skills are excellent. Her personality really shines through and you can tell that she really cares about everyone that comes through there.
Trash cans overflowing, the carpet was peeling off the floor, no remote for the TV, food left in the fridge, socks left on a shelf, and candy left on the floor from a previous occupant, the bed was hard, the service sucked, a maintenance man woke me up around 9pm to fix a refrigerator but he had the wrong room. Not worth the price.
Best hotel in area . With good weekly rate and clean. I have been staying at this hotel on and off last 5 years.I have always Received good costumer service always bing nice to me and polite front desk and housekeeping crew. Manager there always best.
First We’ll start off by saying Ms. Dawn was so respectful & handled my child and myself so nice & made me feel so welcome . & she was very professional in her own way ! & I loved every bit of it ! I haven’t met a better Front Desk worker as her self ! Thank you so much for everything & I’ll be returning every chance that I get to ! Wow I can write more but Professional is the moral of the story !
Very down to earth people the lady that worked the night shift She was very helpful my air conditioner wasnt working it was very hot outside So she moved me to a shade of your room My kids got to swim with no problems well into the dark Very good experience
Didn’t have hot water when I asked the front desk they said I just have to take a shower later! The tv remote didn’t work told front desk and he said he would tell someone and about two hours later someone showed up. The phone in the room was not even hooked up so had to walk to the front desk
Very nice set up and clean hotel for the price . Wifi works very well . I am plant worker who stays in hotels most of the year. I really like this hotel and they very nice and polite. Pool also helps

Don’t stay here.We missed our connecting flight, which meant that we only stayed 1 of 2 nights booked here. When we arrived, we were grateful to be stranded in Atlanta Airport overnight.The bedsheets were filthy, full of stains and cigarette burns.The door wasn’t very secure, I recommend barricading the door for peace of mind.The toilet lid had lines carved into it, supposedly from drug use.The only reason that I managed to get a few hours sleep was due to the jetlag.
Busy hotel, mostly OTR drivers so you get a certain lot lizard element.. but the staff was awesome, the room was clean and quiet, and the location is right off the highway. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was great. Fridge and microwave in room with coffee maker and hair dryer, TV with cable. This was a great place to stay, we stayed 7 days and room service was good. I would recommend staying here. They are very well priced too, we enjoyed the week here. We are truck drivers and were able to park both trucks next door...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Employee asked if i had an EMOTIONAL SUPPORT or service animal when i told him i had a pet!!! He then told me i would not have to pay a pet fee due to her being an emotional support animal!! I also explained over the phone that i did not have her paperwork but did have her card. The employee over the phone told me i would just need to show her card to whoever checks me in when i arrive so that’s what i did!!! the lady allowed me to proceed without a pet deposit!!! I also requested a late check out at the time of check in (which is 1:00 pm) i called at 12:30pm letting them know id be a few minutes late to get my things due to me moving and trying to get lights and water connected at my new home!!! He then proceeded to tell me he had seen my dog in the room and i would need to pay a pet deposit!! i explained to him what both employees told me and he told me he’d just call animal control to remove my dog from the property ( I NEVER REFUSED TO PAY PET DEPOSIT) was just explaining what i was told by HIS employees being he was the manager!! After all of that he hung up on me then called back and told me i can come now to get my dog and my belongings, so that’s exactly what i did!!! Once i got there (which was 20 minutes before my check out time) both of my keys were deactivated!!! I went to the front desk to ask for another key and i was told the man would have to come in my room and watch me pack my things (which i wasn’t comfortable with & feeling like i have the right to say that when i’m paying to stay there)!! I explained to him i didn’t feel comfortable with him coming in the room with me being that i am a young female by myself. He then told me he wasn’t letting me in my room if he couldn’t come in and wouldn’t allow me to get my dog!!! I was forced to call the police to come get a key from the front desk so i can get in the room I PAID FOR to get my things!!!! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!! Rooms were decent and so was location but service and management was HORRIBLE!!!
Paid for a room for a 2nd night with debit card, it showed approved on their screen and the money came off my card. The guy behind the desk insisted that it didnt go through even though I showed him that it took the money off my card. We went to my mother in laws funeral only to discover that we were locked out of our room AND out of $75. VERY bad business! Will NEVER return!
Checked in immediately opening the door theres 3 flies not thinking anything we proceed there was a smell in the room which later I realized had to be from the wet carpet by the window anyway back to the flies 3 turned into Im not even sure how many my husband & I was using books to swat em for least 30 mins within that time we realized no cable I tried calling ofcourse it just rang & when someone picked up it was immediately hung up so my husband walked to the office he was told maintenance would come give 15 mins or we would be moved, well 15 mins turned into 21 before he walked back during which time we realized the shower did work but no shower head so we reported that & ask if we could be given another room I mean we did pay for 2 nts whos trying to kill flies, have no working tv, no maintenance at the time, he was then told maintenance just arrived so we waited an additional 20 mins by then we had irradicated all the flies but the smell was overwhelming I then just decided to spray my Victoria Secrets body spray every where. Maintenance finally came apparently the cable wire wasnt connected was told hed return to fix the shower head we waited nothing so baths it was for us. I would definitely ask to check out the room before actually staying in it & weve stayed there before quite a few times & didnt have these issues oh & one more thing the bed covers they were not cushy n comfortable almost like you couldnt move them.

Love this place! This our third stay at this particular oyo and it gets a little nicer each time. Check in was easy, the clerk was polite and efficient and we were in our room within 5 minutes. I always love the peaceful atmosphere here and this is definitely the nicest oyo in the Baton Rouge area. The rooms are as comfortable as always. Housekeeping comes daily, no sketchy people hanging around and the owner is present for day to day operations so issues get resolved quickly. The other guests are mostly Families or plant workers and the pool is often in use. I think its the perfect little get away spot.
I stayed here for 3 days,and 2 nights. The price was very very reasonable. The staff was professional and friendly. Knowledgeable about the area. Yes the Sheriff Dept. made their presence to make sure that the area remained safe.I didnt notice any issues.
As soon as I pulled up, ghetto. People all outside, kids running around in their pampers, music loud. When I walked in my room it reeked of pee, smoke, & mold. The following morning, a man just walked into my room as I was laying in bed saying room service. Come to find out he’s the owner. I was livid. Never again will I stay there & it’s a 0 out of 10 for me!
I knew it was a cheap basic hotel when I booked and thats what I needed. The room smelled bad. Room was barely cleaned from last guest. The fitted sheet I can tell was not changed of washed cause of food crumbs and hair(quite a bit I might add) all over. It was a non smoking room but cigarette burns all over the bed and covers and I told the desk worker so they wouldnt think it was from me cause I dont smoke. The towels had an off smell to them. The toilet was dirty and the shower/tub combo was dirty. Few good things were it was right off I10 and it was pretty quiet even though being so close to I10 and a smaller truck stop next door. Another good thing was the road it was on had a lot of food and gas choices but if Im staying off I10 or I20 Im getting waffle house cause we dont have one where I live.

Trust me, DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM there. My girlfriend and I were driving to Orlando and stopped in that area to find a room for the night. The hotel pictures online are deceiving, the bad reviews are true, and I chose to still give them the benefit of the doubt, like a dummy.We spent 80 bucks on a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes, mosquitoes on the ceiling, and the bedsheets were disgusting, yellow stains, burnt tips from cigarettes and towels and toilet were awfully dirty. I asked for a different room and the same quality like the first room we got.The location Is really sketchy, the environment feels like youre surrounded by bad activities. The best part is we didnt get a refund.How this hotel is still operating is beyond me, they need to be shut down.
Affordable and clean. the room was in order and seems all clean, found it comfortable, and the rate was good. I recommend it without doubt.
This place was a dump. Don’t stay here. Toilet rocks had to hold the handle down till it would finally flush. Bad smell. No smoke alarm. WiFi doesn’t work. Coffee pot broken.
The hotel was well worth the price. No free breakfast, but for the price of the room, Ill skip breakfast. The rooms are cleaned every day, which is a nice change from some more hotels Ive been too. I do wish they would keep coffee out all day though.
Went to check in to this hotel and was told we couldn’t check in until after 3p(which is understandable) so we offered to pay the $25 early check in fee that was posted and the girl at the front desk was like “ oh that’s doesn’t apply to anything. Checked in after 3 and when we walked into the room it overwhelmed us with cigarette smoke so I went to front desk to ask for a room change…there was no shower curtain or towels and wash cloths(even though I bring my own), linens were filthy, walls were dirty, no iron, etc. The guy at the front desk was really rude saying that’s all they have and good luck trying to find another room in this area on game day. We agreed to stay at the Motel(because that’s what it is) and a rude man brought over a shower curtain and dared me to ask for anything else. Long story short…after leaving for a while we came back to a room key that didn’t unlock the room, after getting that straight, we went into the room where someone had turned the heat to 80 degrees, they had taken our body wash, our Lysol, and they had taken some wet wipes that we had in the bathroom. Thank goodness we didn’t leave our luggage. When we told the same guy at the front desk about somebody entering the room and taking things…his reply was well how much did the Lysol cost blah blah blah….that wasn’t the point!!!! The point was someone entered the room that we had checked in and stole stuff!!!! We ended up taking a shower at the truck stop next door!!! Very disturbing. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel!! Not even worth 1-star!**Disclaimer…only booked here because the other OYO was nice but didn’t have any rooms.
Last resort! Pics online show beautiful beds with red duvets. NOT! Bedspread had cigarette burns in them. There was no breakfast or even coffee as advertised. A lot of workers that bbq outside their rooms on sidewalks. Carpet was stained and torn. Refrigerator didn’t work. I asked for another pillow from the cleaning maid, and was told.. there wasn’t any more available. The property was quiet at night, though. Man at desk was not friendly. It was the only hotel available because of peak season. But, I will drive extra miles to find another hotel next time.
I am plant worker who stay most of the time on road but this hotel makes me feel like I am at home . Very friendly staff with great service. I don’t understand why people don’t respect others . I have seen my own eyes that my next door room was non smoking and front desk manager told that guest that please do not smoke inside very polite but they continue smoking . I truly believe that all the other people gets mad and give a hotel bed review but I love this hotel I been staying here last 3 months with no problems . Wi-Fi works very fine .
If someone give Good review on this hotel. He probably lived in a cave.The worst place i had to sleep in my sleeping bag .They never change the sheets and clean the place do not be cheap spend few more to avoid this place
Terrible customer service, rude staff, trash left all around the rooms and allowing it to stink for a week before someone comes to take it. The only upside was, while it doesn’t have breakfast, they serve coffee in the mornings. But don’t bother waking up to catch the “breakfast times”, they never refill the coffee and will have you running back down every thirty minutes just to have you waste your time until they call a close on the area.
I read the reviews before staying the night. I didnt see all the problems the bad reviews was saying. The room was clean , no smoke smell ,and NO BUGS AT ALL !!. I dont understand whats with all the negative reviews...people try to bash on other people because they are not happy themselves. When I got there I seen a nice young man working, we started talking ,he was Very nice and polite. He was friendly to my baby girl (pomeranian) , then we parted ways. The next morning, we extended our stay ,and there was the nice gentleman from the night before , Come to find out HE was the Owner!.. We had a good stay and we will be returning to stay in the future. Great price for a good nights sleep. Dont go by the reviews ,just go see for yourself . Plus it is right next door to a Big Loves truck stop. Any owner that works as hard as this owner does shows just how special this place is.I do a lot of reviews for restaurants and businesses , and I dont just listen to reviews ,i use my own reviews ,plus i dont just give everyone good reviews , they get my Honest opinion. For the price and location it is a great place to stay !!
Booked through Expedia, convenient, plenty of reminders, too many requests for reviews even after submitting a review to Expedia. Surprised to subsequently receive a request for a Google review from the hotel. We stayed one night after driving from Houston for an LSU football game. Surprised to see the lobby permanently locked, business at window, no breakfast. Trash on the ground outside the office door on check-in around 4pm Saturday was still there on check-out at 11am Sunday. The upstairs stairway landing near our room was filthy, wet, and had a dirty, damp rag on the floor. The electronic room key was extraordinarily difficult to operate. The first time, hotel staff opened our room for us, and we asked the guy to do it again slowly so we could see exactly how he did it. The second time, after the game, it took nearly 5 minutes to get the door open. The non-smoking room had a very faint cigarette smell. The bathtub had mold around the edges. The coffee maker was missing the grounds container, and the on/off switch didnt work. The bedspread had old cigarette burns, and one of the sheets had a green stain that looked like ink. Housekeeping knocked Sunday morning and almost immediately opened the door on half-naked guests. This place was priced about 3 times what I think it was worth. On a positive note, the location was great.
Horrible. They didn’t have internet so we couldn’t check in until almost 4 in the morning the next day. And then we had to pay cash. Sheets were dirty, AC had a lot of dust. There was a moldy smell to the room. There was a machine in the room with a flashing light that stayed on 24/7. Refrigerator wasn’t working. Not a great experience. Would not recommend.
Very dirty and small!!! Stains on the bedsheets, very dirty floors as if they didnt own a vacuum! We were going to stay there 2 nights but I couldnt possibly put my kids through that. I asked if I could cancel and the lady in the front said I could get a refund I just had to call a number and turned in my room keys. I called the number and they said I had to take pictures of the room so they could refund my money. I go back to the hotel and they tell me they cant open the door anymore, cant give me the key back, maintenance doesnt want to open it either so its too bad. I ended up having to pay for a hotel I didnt even spend 10 minutes in. Worst experience ever!

Hotel was very dirty. The sheets and towels had stains on them. There was trash under the sheets on the bed. They have roaches. The microwave and refrigerator was rusted out, old and beat up furniture in the room. Floors, sink and tub was not cleaned. I booked for 4 nights and didnt stay one night in the room. They wouldnt give me a different room or a refund. Staff was very rude. DONT STAY HERE.
If I could give a zero I would. I was told I had a non smoking room so I asked if I could upgrade it. She told me sure and said you I’ve 25 cents because I booked online I said 25 cents to upgrade to smoking she replied yes sir well 3 days later I’mTold my friend couldn’t get his refund because it was smoked it and was told that that never happened and was called a liar. So I believe they split the money between them. Terrible service and rude manager. Rooms we’re good though. I’d watch south lobdell location in Baton Rouge

This is probably the sketchiest place I’ve ever been to. I was traveling and my options were limited and that’s the only reason I stopped here. It was booked while I was on the road so I didn’t know what I was about to get myself in to. It’s next to a truck-stop and from my point of view, all I could think of was truckers and hookers. Sketchy guys and gals in the parking lot at 1:00 in the morning.The room was partially clean and if I’m not mistaken, the bed was made without clean sheets, unless the person responsible for cleaning has very hairy arms.This was a learning experience. Next time, pullover and get a general idea of the location and READ the reviews.
Horrible company. They have no business in hospitality. I dispatch for a trucking company. Sometimes our drivers get tired of taking showers in the truckstops and want to take a bath. My driver is over weight and asked for a room with a oversized bathtub. We called to see if the OYO near him had this accommodation. They said yes we have that and there is a couch in the room, so we made the reservation. That was lie #1. Our driver arrived to find he was assigned to a regular room without the requested amenities. I called the front desk assuming he had simply been put into the wrong room. I was informed that this facility had no such amenities. My driver said it was okay he would make due. 45 minutes later I get a call that the bathtub was in need of repair and would not hold water. My driver went downstairs to ask that they move him to another room just to have the woman at the front desk get an attitude about them not having any large sized tubs before offering to send a repairman. I told my driver to go ahead and checkout while I found him another hotel to stay at. Meanwhile I call customer service to try to get a refund. The manager of the hotel was not there to authorize the refund so I was asked to call back the following day. The next day I called back to see about that refund and was told that the bathtub was in working order because the manager that wasnt there to authorize the refund had confirmed that it was working last night. That was lie #2. The customer service guy comes back on the line after speaking with the manager and tells me that they arent going to refund the first night, although they did refund the second night, their reason for that was because the customer was too large to fit inside the tub and that was why he left. That was lie #3. And to top it off, they had the nerve to fat shame my driver!!! These guys are one step away from a lawsuit. Their poor service is not just on a local level, it runs deep. We were unhappy with the the guy on the phone that booked the room for us, the customer service people they had us call for a refund, the woman at at front desk that gave him an attitude when he reported the problem with the tub, and the manager that lied about the tubs ability to hold water and my drivers inability to fit in the tub. We ended up receiving amazing service at the Hampton Inn & Suites on Reiger Rd in Baton Rouge!
Awful place & area. Outside is very dirty & sketchy. Interior of room was remodeled & is decent. Shower was good.. Bed was comfortable. We requested a refrigerator and microwave, which were in the room. However neither one worked. There was excessive noise & partying all night. We were supposed to stay 5 nights, but checked out after 2 nights.
When we checked in, the receptionist was very friendly, and professional. The King Premium room (211) was very spacious..BUT the carpet had stains, the bed sheets had a few cigarette burns (in a non smoking room) and a few stains on them. The recliner couch was tore up and the walls looked to have been patched up from a previous fight or something. For the cheap price, and the opportunity to get out of our big rig for a night to enjoy each other and explore Baton Rouge, it all worked out!
I stayed here for approximately a month. The property is a giant property with 133 lavish rooms with all amenities. Loved the warm welcome and homely approach of the staff, wifi connection, and other services than the stay. Personally, the maintenance and utility of the swimming pool had been my favorite peacetime during my stay.
The air condition did not work good.
Saw there was a room on hotels.com for 57 bucks and thought ah cheap don’t need fancy perfect for a quick one night stay. Got up sold because apparently that rooms door was broken and the other one that price was smoking…. Ok she said 2 extra dollar hey no big deal! Ended up being 10. Ok whatever I’m not a cheap skate even though I would be there for basically a few hours. Room was wet damp the whole night. The tv was just on a dresser with no stand or legs, didn’t work and was loud as hell. Could change channels or volume. The carpet was damp and stained to hell, the electrical outlets were dangerous and then the kicker in the morning. The shower flooded the entire bathroom and powder room area. Just water everywhere. The shower curtain was closed but some leak just kept going. Took a good 20 mins for hot water to come on also so me sitting in the bathroom waiting just made out side the bathroom worse. Hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stay in a few sketchy places. This doesn’t even help you understand how weird it smelled in the room.
Location for job site was okay. Rooms smelled, workers had to go buy sheets. some had to buy pillows. Some bought scensy stuff to get rid of moldy smell

The manager Patrick, was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I accidentally paid for my room at a different location. I was unaware I had mad this error until I went in the office later that evening to get my room key activated. After figuring out what I did I to get hotels.com to fix it and switch my payment from the other oyo to the oyo I was actually staying at.they couldnt do that so I told Patrick Id have to go to the other location until the next day..he was so rude and he came n my room started grabbing my clothes shoes hygiene etc. And throwing my stuff out into the parking lot. He broke all my perfume bottles, candles, pictures frames and he even through my laptop. I was so upset and Ive never been treated like that b4. I will never go back there. Its so awful
Dont plan to stay, when you book on oyo rooms.com they just cancel your reservation right the day you are supposed to arrive. Not once but twice at two different locations. Husband has been staying here during the work week. Booked for this week and it was canceled so booked the next closest locations and that got canceled as well. Called and spoke with front desk lady was rude tried to tell me the system says guest canceled room, stated you must not be from around here. Rudest, poorest customer service ever! After several weeks of giving them business, my guess is they are price gouging hurricane victims and canceling their other rooms to get more money. At best even with the stay it was a 2 star, half the times rooms not cleaned til after 6 and you have to beg for towels
Its clean room and bothrooms the only thing that makes me uncomfortable is the blanket and pillows theres a lot of burned spot from cigarettes on the blanket and stain on both blanket and pillows it feels they didnt clean it up for weeks
My overall stay was OK but the heat and cooling system was rattling all night and I couldnt sleep. I turned it off but it continued to rattle. It wouldnt turn off..Another incident: I left the room for several hours and when I arrived back to the room my card keys did not let me in the room so I had to go the front office to get another card key.
Gave out the ADA disability access room I booked like it was no big deal. Told me I had to “deal with it” until it becomes available. There are ladies of the night, cops, and drugs everywhere.
Front desk staff were friendly, as were the folks making reservations over the phone. Bed linens and towels had holes and stains, but they were clean as far as I could tell. Single king smoking room was clean, small coffee pot. No ashtray, but you could tell it was a smoking room from the stained walls and cigarette burns in the sheets.
Only because it won’t let me do negative stars I’m putting 1. This is the worse place I ever been. Phone in office is disconnected!! When I got to my room it was full of people already. Told management they just shrugged their shoulders. Slept in my car. They didn’t leave at check out. I called big office for OYO explained my Problem the woman hung up. Called back explained again was put on hold for a hour before the line went dead. They wouldn’t transfer me or refund me. OYO is the worse motel ever!!
The experience was not good the mega dirty carpet a horrible musty smell the door did not have a latch, stained towels and there were no klenex and cigarette burns on the sheets. they should take away the OYO certification The phone mega dirty and not working.

We set our bags onto the bed, and their were BED BUGS!!! Bed bugs were all over the mattress, the pillows, the sheets, and blanket. The front desk acted like they were used to getting those kind of complaints but gladly said we could have our refund.
This hotel should be ashamed of itself !! Absolutely the worst place i have ever stayed at !!! You should not ever rent a hotel room in this condition!! Not only was the lady in the front office very unhelpful and she could care less .. but the room was unlivable !! From the moment i walked in .. bugs everywhere.. walls .. bed … Bathroom .. refrigerator.. dresser .. everywhere !! Tv does not work .. air did not work .. I’m disgusted at this whole situation.. i can’t get my money back .. they wouldn’t not move me to another room .. worst hotel chain ever !! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE !!! RUN AWAY QUICKLY
Been staying here for months now. Rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly. Owners are so nice. Quite, very peaceful , friendly atmosphere this place feels like home to me. Great place to stay!
No ice machines..Rooms smell like mildew or someone died in them.Front desk personal was very rude.Ghetto ran down motel ..Alot of drug trafficking .Paid the extra $100 and stay somewhere else bc this place is not good.Ac unit barely works..Im stuck here for 5 nights bc I didnt do my research correctly. The OYO site is misleading and doesnt look nothing like the rooms on the site..

I got to the hotel. Was a little skeptical. Went to my room. Air was off! Smelled like urine! Turned around and left! They already billed me for 2 night! I drove to hotel down street and got a room. I called their customer service they are working with local hotel to get refund but couldn’t guarantee anything! WTHE!

Its a great location and the staff was great.. but, I got 4 bites on my wrist from Lord knows what in the bed, and the manager would only offer me a room the next night at a somewhat discounted price which I couldnt accept,afford or need at the time 😢
Sheets had holes and blood stains on them. Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Ran down and sketchy area, would not trust leaving my car here. Lesson learned.
These people do a great job keeping this place clean and kept up.There are a lot of hotels in the area,and this one has the best price.Theres no since in the outrageous prices the other places charge,They have more to chose from at this place.any way.every thing you need is within walking distance.its quiet and clean.The staff will bend over backwards to help you with anything.i could go on and on , Youre gonna like it here trust me 😄
Disgusting. We did not stay, cigarette burn holes in the sheets, lots of them, smelt terrible, windows hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long. We turned around, went back to the front desk. They would not reverse the credit card. Told to call OYO. Oyo said it did not meet their refund policy.....WHAT?????? AVOID OYO LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
Had room 217 booked, walked in the door turned the light on and there was bedbugs all over both beds! Then it took over a hour talking to many different people on the phone just to get a refund! I do not recommend this hotel at all. Run away.

Clean and friendly and very affordable, wifi is acceptable for gaming and work. The owner and workers check on their customers and attend to their needs. Highly recommend this hotel for plant workers and late night travelers passing by I-10.

Horrible smell. I slept in my face mask. Meth head at front desk checking in same time as me. Tweaking out. Did not use towels or sleep in sheets. Gross.

The refrigerator didnt work and there qas was onetowel. We had to go to the front in the cold to get them. The door saw as lose in room 130.The staff was friendly.
Very welcoming check in process but the room had very dirty pillows with spots on them. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Room are dirty, smelly, service is not good,laundry room is disgusting. Door to the room doesnt close properly, everything about this place is disgusting. I had to leave after my first week , Im out here on business and I dont think I could stand a month at this place .

Creppy, creepy. Not really recommended. Its a horrible place. The hotel, the rooms, the people. The place is scary, you dont sleep because its scary. Removing insecurity. All dirty. There were terrible old towels in the rooms. It is worth paying more for another place. It should cost 10usd a night. A pittance of a place
