I have been vaping for 3 years now and have actually NEVER had a bad experience at ANY store until this store.

There been less and less vapes for thc products throughout the years. Every now and again I’ll get some cbd. Idk what it is but the employees are anything but welcoming. Right as I walk in I’m asked what I want then I’m promptly rushed out the door. At least the Arab dude down the street is welcoming and wants to make money.

The selection and price here is Phenomenal!! Preston was so helpful and knows his stuff. He made our experience here great and we will definitely be back! We are from Cincinnati and this is the best vape shop we have ever been to. 10 stars for your store and 10 stars for Preston he’s definitely an Asset to your company.

Awesome and knowledgable staff! Preston is an asset to the store! Hes always helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase! I love the tasting bar, as you know what you are getting before you buy. Preston knows his customers as well, knowing what they like, what mods you have and what coils you use. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Well went in and bought a device. Within 2 hrs it started auto firing.Well we live a hr away. Well we have a place on Marblehead. So my wife went up and tried to exchange it the girl wasnt doing anything to make it better. All said and done I got the box and it was the same one that was auto firing. So went to Planet of the vapes and bought another setup.

My fiance and I bought a vape off Dion last night, she was so helpful since we were completely clueless lol. Had a bit of a leak and went back today, Preston helped us out right away, even spent 2 hours trying to fix the issue while also giving us a ton of advice and tips. I hope they get commission because we really only bought 2 and then a ton of liquids because of the great staff. I had planned on buying the cheapest vape they had, left with 2 of the more expensive ones. They didnt push us to buy just suggested things we may like based on what we liked or ones theyve tried which is almost all of them. Theyre awesome. We will be back.

Very nice people with tons of patience for a newbie. Glad I stopped in and saw what they could offer. I go in to buy stuff all the time now 😁 The only downside is that there isnt really a big enough selection of mods now that I am more experienced and want to have something better.

This place is it! Big city shop with little city prices. On vacation from Jax Beach FL and the manager Preston helped me get what I needed with knowledge on the huge inventory of both vape and CBD products. Cool vibe compared to the shops I’m used to and again Preston was more than accommodating even opening his doors a couple minutes early for me.

Great customer service. Really like the tanks I discovered while visiting Port Clinton and began ordering them online from Vapors since I cant find them in Park City. Good prices on products and orders arrive quickly. This shop values loyal customers.

When I entered the employee was wearing mask and gloves and a smile 😊 we were greeted right away, he answered all of my questions about vape juice even from a product (voopoo genie) they don’t even sell in store!!!🙃 my brother who was with me ended up buying 2 koko OG vapes 2 juices (aqua rainbow drop) and a pack of pods, we were very pleased with his customer service and the discounts we will be receiving within the next 30 days 25% off I believe! I mean can you believe that?!?? What an amazing experience and customer service thank you vapors in Catawba, Ohio!!

Im here in Ohio from North Carolina for my fathers funeral. I desperately needed some juice. I saw the Vapors shop in Port Clinton and went in. I was impressed by the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place . Definitely looked like a professional place, not 9/10 head shop and 1/10 vape shop with overpriced Then I met Preston who immediately asked if he could help me. I couldnt have asked for a more knowledgeable, friendly person to help me. I told him I vape a natural Cuban blend favor at home and he matched it very well. Turns out after vaping a couple of tanks of it Im going to order the juice from the Vapors online store. Again, kudos to Preston. This young man really impressed me. Give him a raise!

Being new to Vaping I love that I can go in and ask questions to such a nice staff! Dione helped me get set up with a great starter kit. I was going to cheap out but when she explained how the kit she recommended had a much better battery life... well it was like she just understood ME. (the fact my cellphone died in the store may have been an indicator haha)The Vape bar is a great way to get to try new flavors before you buy a whole bottle. Highly recommend this store to anyone who is even curious. You dont have to know it all to walk in those doors.

Love love love this place if you need vapes go here!!! They have so many kinds and flavors its ridiculous!! I go here all the time use me as a reference and I also get points! Then have your friends use you as a reference and get points! Friendly people that will even give you their opinions on witch ones are the best!

Pure CBD in Port linton, Ohio.I am a 70 y/o man with severe arthritis and my wife is suffering with a broken shoulder. When I go into the store I am greeted by my new best friend Mark. He knows the products like the back of his hand. He is a really nice young man and I just want people to know he is there to help.

Great worker named Preston helped my mom buy my sisters vape. He was really nice and helped her a lot, gave her a bunch of advice with what to do and how to work it without problems.

Was treated very rude From the time I walked in and ended up walking out.... was about to spend $70 on much needed CBD until the guy continued to treat me like I was not welcome. I understand we are going through a very scary health crisis but when I follow the distance rules and still get treated like he doesn’t want me there, that’s when I couldn’t take it. Why even have your doors open if your treating people like that?!

Okay let me start off by saying the shop I have usually gone to in the past is by far the best shop Ive ever set foot in be it, in Ohio, Florida, or Kentucky. Hands down, even in Columbus I have yet to run into a comparable shop. Because thsibreview is about Vapors and not that shop though, I will withhold the name.There are a number of reasons I give 3 stars, The staff overall is helpful, one guy is VERY helpful and easy to get along with however, I will say 1 woman I ran into seemed to only know what she was told to know... The juice selection is.... Different, many juices are their own which are surprisingly very good! Dont be afraid to taste them, their cereal flavor Dino Bites reminds me very much of Audio Fog Flux flavor. HOWEVER they advertise 100% VG in store and on the bottles which is not true, (Because the ingredients specifically state it has PG.) I assume it means max VG so in the 80-90% range.What really got me, was the absolute total lack of decent Mods, or RDAs, and the fact that many of the tanks are twice the cost of what I could get at my home shop. outside a couple Smoks there is not much here, mostly just ecig sticks for the older crowd who reply on that stick to keep them off cigs. like vision spinners for instance. Now ganted I am a cloud chaser, I love to drip, I blow bigger clouds than most people, and I probably am what many would call picky. I only ever vape around 250+ watts. But I and many others like myself, like to be able to have options when making a mod purchase, yes I know the owner who makes all the purchase decisions probably thinks the Smok GX 2/4 350 watt is plenty for any cloud chaser, but Id much rather have a parallel mech box, or any mech box! I think they should get a suggestion box! The quality of Smok mods has rapidly decreased, they use to be a top brand but now they have too many internal computer issues! I wish they would atleast pick up the limitless and Ohmega mod line, and just fyi If they got in the Hammer of God V3 I would buy it on the spot!!In summary, the staff is helpful, the housebrewed juice is good, and they have brands any vaper will quickly recognize (I wish they would stock Audio Fog, or mod milk though). There really just arent enough mods for those of us really into vaping!!! I understand there is a lot of older clientele coming through this store, but with an increase in RDA, RTA, and mod inventory, they could do more business, and could easily turn this place into a destination rather than a quick stop.

Walked in and was greeted right away, very friendly employee! Got exactly what I was looking for. They did rebrand to “The CBD dispensary” but it is the same store with the same great products

Preston helped replace a burned coil, super friendly and answered every question I had. Also this place had some of the best deals on juice that I have ever seen. Definitely reccomend checking it out.

Phenomenal customer service and the knowledge of the products possessed by the staff is comforting and extremely helpful. Great selection and “tasting bar”. Preston was awesome and knows his stuff.

Within 10 seconds of walking into this shop, I was amazed. Beautiful selection for any casual vaper. Friendly service and prices are great. Definitely my new GO TO vape spot.

I Quit smoking 3 years ago thanks to the help from the knowledgeable staff here at vapors. Theyve always been helpful with all that is vaping! If youre thinking about vaping but just dont know enough, dont hesitate to go in and ask questions the staff is very friendly and very helpful!

I love this place and the staff is great and nice my only problem is I have terrible vision and I don’t expect them to remember me but I shouldn’t have to say I have really bad vision problems every 5 seconds, when I point at something and say tell me every single flavor from that company and then move down to the next I shouldn’t have to ask you again…hey tell what the flavors are cause I can’t read them, that becomes very annoying and I shouldn’t have to beg to spend my money.

Ive been to every vape shop around and hands down this place has the best juice flavors around and absolutely believe its because the employees witch are awesome dont have to make the juices its all done in a lab and shipped to the store iv been to the other guys like pucker **** and they dont even compare as far as juice flavors and deals on every thing and Im not discounting the service from the others becouse it was good from all of them no doubt but really it all boils down to flavors and vapors has the FLAVORS!!

Vapors Port Clinton is the only place Ill ever shop.The staff is really friendly and helps me with everything I need.The manager Preston goes out of his way to help me and all my buddys I bring in with me

Just got a new tank from them came in for coils and they gave me the wrong ones came back to get the right ones they would not take back the wrong ones they gave me and still had to pay for the right ones was a fun time

This shop is a peice of crap i bought two bottles.of juice got home and they made me sick to my stomach i went to the hospital and was told that i contracted a 48.hour stomach bug from something i consumed in the last hour This place sucks go to anyother vape Shop not a place that will infect you
