This club has always been one of my favorites in Portland, unfortunately they really let me down the last time I went. Don’t learn the staffs names they will get upset with you. Dont bring someone in a wheel chair because security doesn’t understand accessibility. So make sure you’re able bodied and bland in personality before you go here. Drop all expectations before entering. it’s a great place to order one drink to use the restroom though! just come before 8 or else you’ll be charged for entry fee like Disneyland (except it’s a dive bar with dancers - which a majority of don’t have a dance background in) you’re better off taking a hike in the forest, elevated. Amazing club! Dancers only get paid in TIPS! So if you dont tip, you likely wont get a good show. If you dont want it to be boring, bring MONEY!

A $6 portland atm fee for a $200 max withdrawal is unacceptable! i would have loved to drink and watch/pay dancers like the last billion times…but cash was too expensive. pure garbage

Super chill atmosphere. Love the bar staff and manager. The girls are super cute, happy and talented. The bar is comfortable and I enjoy the closeness with the girls, they’ll dance on the bar in front of you or on the small intimate pole stage areas. I met the s e x i e s t dancer of my life here, and I’ve been coming back ever since ;)

The dancers are rude, and so is the bouncer. The whole system there seems strict and tense. As a customer alone, I’ve heard from other strippers, that this place is too strict to flow freely for their dancers. Their only plus is their location; which is why they’re so popular. Otherwise, the tile floors are uneven, uncaring of their dancers, with a long list of rules that cause friction within the working space. Let alone the atmosphere of any customers who end up being victim of this atmosphere. The dances are insane for even a no-touch club. They don’t even let the dancers sit in your lap. Heard from people who used to work at the club, that there is a whole booklet of rules that the dancers are not allowed to touch you. Not touching the dancers is one thing, but the fact that theyre not allowed to get close to you is another. Plus they charge more for dances than the average Portland club. Not worth it. Go to LD , DP, or DV8, Spyce, Kit Kat, or Casa Diablo instead….

This is usually my go to spot as I live close by and I often stop by during the day for a drink or two and always been a great tipper. I absolutely love the day crew, Stacey and everyone else. Well, I decided to go last night and my experience was horrible. The girls were extremely nice, to be expected when I’m the one being most generous with my dollar bills.Towards the end of the night, the server asked if I wanted another drink. Not seeing I still had two shots on the table I said yes before quickly meeting her at the bar to inform Her I don’t need it. I return to my seat, she comes back with the bartender (Hannah I believe is her name), two bouncers demanding I buy the shot that was never brought to my table. The bouncers were shocked as I was literally spending the most money in the place. They literally kicked me out with over $300 in ones stillLeft on the table because I stated I didn’t want to be over served. I kept my composure and politely left without any hassle.

Wow, never thought I’d do this, but here I am 😂 I love Sassy’s. Been coming here for at least 15 years and it’s never disappointed. The dancers are always friendly and lovely. Completely lucid and seem to be there of their own volition. The security and bar staff are professional and firm, but I’ve never found them intimidating or rude. The food is surprisingly great, and the crowd is usually an equal women to dude ratio. Doesn’t feel creepy, gross or desperate. Just people having a good time and appreciating that these dancers are essentially acrobats. This place and Devil’s Point (stripperoke)are the only two strip clubs I mess with. Other places (in PDX, or really any part of the US) are usually sad and/or scary.

What a fun experience! My friends took me here because they love the neighborhood bar plus hot dancers vibe! It’s so laid back which made everything more fun and authentic. Talked to a few of the girls and Edie was especially sweet and hot. Definitely going back and bringing more money so I can tip all the ladies well!

Used to be a great place.. but not anymore.. sad to see that.. buddy bought a drink and he tipped them 10 bucks. Almost as much as the drink.. bartender saw that and threw his drink on the ground. Bouncer came over and he tried to explain but the bouncer told him to leave.. I once told everyone to go there.. now Ill be telling not to be going there.. smh

I read all of the reviews before attending this club. This club is amazing. These girls are amazing. Every single one of them. Absolutely fantastic Saturday night. Ignore the reviews about the bouncers if you respect women and the work these ladies do. The bouncers keep these women safe so the women feel free to be as open as they want to. All the rules do is enforce respect. If you cant do that you shouldnt be going anywhere let alone strip clubs. These women are amazing. Seriously. All of them. So hot and talented. The stages are all ground level so you get a real up close and personal experience with all of the girls on all the stages. Dont touch and dont take photos. I dont know why that is so hard for some people.

Ive been to Sassys all of 2 times, and I have very mixed feelings.At 8pm, they had 3 dancers, which felt light. But before 8pm, draft beers are $3, which is stellar.They hire beautiful women.But - my first time there, my husband and I went to the bar to check in on the $200 in $1s that I was getting exchanged, only for the (white, brunette) bartender to... Call me my husbands slave???? Followed by a comment about the money being my husbands, instead of mine.I think it was a race thing, because my husband is white and Im not. I dont know. Ive never experienced anything like that.Anyway, I returned for a friend, but I felt so gross and uncomfortable that I left after one beer. My husband said hed never go back.I guess my recommendation is - dont go there if youre in an interracial relationship. Do go there for $3 draft beer.

We came to Portland for my brothers bachelor party and this was one of the spots recommended by many of the locals and it did not disappoint. We ended up coming here 2 of the nights we were in town. Yes, the bouncer is douchey when you first walk in, but he was really nice to our group. I really liked that the girls didnt hound you for money and that they were all about having a good time. They were definitely professional and top notch. Also, the cover is super cheap as are the drinks. One of the better ones I have been to and would absolutely go back when in town.

The pizza is surprisingly good. They use house made dough. I have no idea why they dont promote their pizza more. They should build a small cart in the corner of the parking lot and sell it to the general public. the girls are pretty too if youre in to that sort of thing. 10/10 would recommend for good times.

Sassy’s has a friendly, low-key atmosphere that is a nice change of pace from some of the other more ‘clubby’ joints in the area; with no MC or bouncer wearing an armored vest, it feels a lot more like a local dive bar that just happens to have really attractive staff, and ladies that are stripping. On the note of staff, they are very friendly, accomodating, and put on no pressure. The girls are very attractive, and while the pole work is limited due to the nature of the venue, they do spend more time chatting and acknowledging patrons without being pushy.

One of my favorite neighborhood bars in Buckman. Unpretentious, welcoming and mostly friendly ( Im looking at you My Fathers Place ). I hung out there as a go to place for years, luckily they put up with me. Loved getting a chance to hang out on the back patio with the dancers, not normal that I have seen at most clubs ( even discussing The Evolution of Cooperation with dancers and other customers ). Try it. Update, look about the bouncers, they have a job to do , they are not there to be your friend. As a matter of fact even though I dont think he liked me, the head bouncer acted more like a rational mench than was warranted. They had just remolded the game area and I went to lean against a pole like I always do, but it wasnt t where I remembered it, I fell over sideways. He came over and told me he wasnt going to cut me off because I did not spill my beer. I would have expected otherwise. That is what a neighborhood bar should be, not about hard line rules but actual consideration. Nuff said.

Beautiful girls! Great music playlist and the bartender was friendly. Did have one patron reach from another table to run his fingers down my back (super creepy), but not the clubs fault and in retrospect should have told the bouncer. Otherwise I had a great 21st Birthday and would definitely return.

I’ve been here a few times with guy friends and loved it. Tonight no different! Edie, maddox and the other girls made my night. Sexy . Forget there names and feel bad. Love the beers and hot girls!

Was fun, lots of couples out to have an entertaining night. No creepy desperate vibes, not where we were sat anyway.Had my jacket stolen off my chair here. My keys were handed in though, which is weird as the pockets would’ve been buttoned. So I guess maybe the professional thief had a conscience…

I think this place has been one of the best strip clubs Ive been to. Atmosphere is great and dancers are just perfect. The drinks are cheap and you will definitely have a good night. Recommended.

The bouncers are a little sketch but the place is pretty cool. The little Mexican bartender with the nice teeth was even better than the strippers!

The Security is not good😡😡this club do not like black people so do not go there they very disrespectful. and when they feel like you not spending enough money. they said your are junk.this is unfair I bought my liquor and I go outside to check on my vehicle when I’m come back in they say I have to give two dollars I said no problem then the security said no you can not enter the building again because I am junk that is unfair because I’m not. I only drink two drinks. Do not spend your money and go there It is a bad club there a bed. the girls OK But the right because the bartender the security it is no good so do not go out there bro

This is unfortunate, because I loved this place. But there’s a bartender, a dopey looking tall guy with a baseball cap, that snapped at my girlfriend for just waiting in line and “claiming she was just waiting around”. When she said she didn’t appreciate the tone because it was a misunderstanding, he freaked out, cut her off, cut me off, took and threw away our drinks, and then threatened to send the bouncers on us? Absolutely toxic and unnecessary to a bar that I once considered to be about woman empowerment. I hope they get rid of him because this used to be one of my favorite bars. He obviously has some work to do on himself.

I just called about performing there 1/30/20 and the person that answered the phone was completely rude! I kindly asked what was needed to audition, and once I stated that I’m a traveling dancer, with an out-of-state I.D, I was told “Oh no, we don’t do that here! Have a good day.” ...and was HUNG UP ON, before I even had a chance to speak any further.If this is indication of how their club’s management treats any potential incoming entertainers, the impression is certainly horrible! In business, you don’t say what you’ve got to say, then close the conversation because you are finished with your statement. It’s also a sad indication for the entertainment they already have because it surely shows the club thinks they own the dancers that perform for them if they don’t like to hire dancers that travel.I travel quite often, and PACK A PLACE OUT (over 16k loyal followers & fans) when I do.By turning away talent, simply because an independent contract entertainer doesn’t desire to be tied down to their club specifically, they will do nothing but keep the SAME OLD FACES.They should know if they’ve been in the industry long enough that customers (mostly men), LOVE to see NEW talent...not the same old routines over and over.

Anyone that doesnt give Sassys a five stars... doesnt deserve to go there. Rain or shine, ballgown or sweatpants... This is my favorite neighbor place for fried foods (jalapeno poppers, please) and the most genuinely kind humans on the planet. Dont let the late hours fool you, the daytime crew are just aces too!

Paid $60 for a lap dance that was only $40, didnt get the lap dance, then was told to leave. They said since we didnt get the name of the entertainer it was basically as if we didnt pay. I said check the cameras to watch the exchange of money. They werent willing to do that. This place is a rip-off

Relatively low key. Calm atmospher. low volume music (mainly rock). Alternative girls tattoos and all of that good stuff. Maybe not the cleanest place of all but not overly dirty. The security at the door looks like a character out of one of the blade vampire movies, didnt have a problem with him but definitely intimidating for the first sight thru the door. Cheap drinks deff a plus. Didnt get a dance so you all will have to explore for yourselves. Overall looks like a cool spot to have a bruski with your Bros.

I wouldnt normally review any bar with one star, however... I am standing outside this one waiting for my two ridiculously drunk friends. The bouncer, wrongly,let them in intoxicated. As a responsible person I dont want to leave my people. That said, the bouncer tonight, at 1:30, wouldnt even let me in to find my friends. I am the only sober person in this equation. Thus, the door-person violated OLCC code and that is super unfortunate. Sorry Sassys

Gorgeous girls, fun routines, great music. Loved the set up of the three stages. I noticed people mentioning the bouncer being rude, but that wasnt my experience. I will be going back!

Talented and hot girls with mad skills, low key spot, drink prices decent. Only a few girls working 5-6 which was only down side. However, This made it low/no pressure for lap dances.

Somebody needs to tell the bouncer that aggressively threatening every customer as they come through the door is not sassy, its just a terrible customer retention strategy. Your insecurity is your responsibility, bud. Literally. And there is no reason to trash talk other clubs because you cant get control of your own. Its a shame because this place could be a lot of fun if you didnt have to get yelled at by an irrationally angry man on the way in.

Sitting here drink number 2 not one girl said hello, 3 customers in the whole place. Money to spend. You all need some training on sales. Takes more then being cute to make a paycheck

Not my personal favorite strip club, but Honey the stripper put on the best show I’ve seen in a while. The girl’s got talent, style, charisma, and dat ass...

Bartender told me I was standing in line too long. And I said I was waiting for someone to serve me. And he was super rude and asked me what I wanted. I told him I really didn’t appreciate this service. He took my drinks and told me I was “cut off” after one drink. Sorry I hurt your ego buddy.

I would put negative 5 if I could. So if its ok to sit at a table, be told you can order food, then 10 mins later being told you can only have 1 min to finish drinks, have your beer pulled out of your hand, this is the place for you . Police like tactics to pull drinks from your hand. Have fun here! Its horrible!!!

Hit most of the clubs in Portland, but ended up returning to Sassys for , good drinks, awsome dancers, and a good hard rocking beat all night. John (Cujo), and Mike, and the boys kept it on the move.......dont waste your money anywhere else......

The bouncers will pepper spray you with no legal purpose or warning. I now believe every bad review on here, it’s not just negative hype. If you’re in the mood for a strip club, skip this one with no remorse.

Drinks are stiff, girls are so-so, food is good however watch out for the rats out on the patio I was there a couple weeks ago on a Sunday and had several rats run past and over my foot... No bueno.

The chicken wings!!!! The food is soo good. Fried mushrooms were great! Staff there is wonderful ♥️ and the merch is bomb! I love everything about this place.

The standard for all other PDX strip clubs to meet. Competent and friendly staff, stellar dancers who are usually pretty effusive, always fun, definitely talented, and know their game well enough to ensnare even the most jaded.

Hot chicks, good variety, 3 stages. Cheap drinks. One of my favorite spots.Tip: its really easy to catch a cab from here.

Prices are low but the place is run down and girls are nice looking but the lap dances are not that good.
