ME SPA

Used to go to the Santa Rosa, CA location and loved it. Booked a facial with “Any Service Provider” and was called 4 hours before my facial that, “because of my service provider.” it was cancelled. Planned my day around it and turned down plans to attend treatment. Won’t be counting on them. They did offer to reschedule and 15% off but, my time is worth more than risking another precious summer weekend day to just get cancelled on.

I have had pedicures, massages, and facials at ME Spa Tigard for 8+ years. My favorite was always the pedicures. Over the years, while pedicure technicians came and went from the spa, the service remained the same and I knew that I would receive consistent excellent service. Then I found one amazing technician and I went to her until she left recently. Since then, I have tried your pedicure technicians and none are even close to the excellent service I received in the past AND there is no consistency of service. Sorry ME Spa, but you have lost a customer and one who use to bring others into your business, but not anymore.

Never go see Bobbi. She made me feel so uncomfortable when I was in there. As a male with a very strenuous job who desperately needed a relaxing massage, it was not relaxing. Bobbi was very loud during the session constantly bumping into the table that I was laying on, bumping into things and having things falling off the desk and not to mention; clearing her throat of mucus very loudly which is not only disgusting but annoying to hear. I was referred by my mom who said it was very nice and relaxing. Bobbi made it everything but. The only thing that was relaxing was being in the lounge with just myself and trying to relax after a mess of a massage that ended 40 minutes on a paid 50 minute massage. With this being said, I do like the location of the spa and the general ambience of ME SPA. I do want to get a facial next time, preferably with a different person; so Ill review that

Went for a pedicure and Ashley was my tech. It was my second time having her and I had to request her because the first time she was so amazing. She was just as good as I remember. Me Spa is the only place to go for a decent pedicure in my opinion. Definitely will be back and requesting Ashley again.

This is a great place to go for an incredibly relaxing and luxurious experience for a decent price range. Ive been here twice as a gift from my boyfriend and I look forward to it every time. You walk into the salon to find the front desk and an adorable boutique with super cute items. Once you enter the back of the salon its dark and and lit dimly, and the locker rooms are very clean, and huge!

It’s impossible to reach them by phone or use any of their contact information to book an appointment. They encourage you to purchase membership and then you have a hard time booking any appointments. When I finally reached them they said their system is down and will contact me back, but never do. This is a complete waste of time and I don’t see how anyone has this amount of time to call and leave messages to make an appointment for services already paid for.They confirmed our cancellation of membership in person and writhing but still continued to charge us for 2 months. There is no reliable communication or management.

My wonderful friend treated me to a pedicure with Maria, it was wonderful! So relaxing and luxurious. I will definitely be back!

I had an 80 minute pedicure with Marie this morning in anticipation of my upcoming trip to Hawaii. This was hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. Starting in the relaxation room with a heated neck wrap, ahhh. Sitting in the most comfortable chair with a heated blanket, heated hand mitts and a lavender eye pillow was divine. Marie was so gentle trimming my toe nails. Her massage was lovely. I will now go back often. Nothing else will compare!

Tried to mediate the issue by contacting the company directly but they never responded. Awful mother and daughter experience this past weekend. Booked a 45-min pedicure and part way through the lady broke the nail polish and room smelled like it the whole time. No callous removal and she ended up painting my nails a color I didnt pick. Left with a headache and the wrong color polish. Very disappointed, and not even a call from the manager after!

The experience at this spa is so relaxing. I love the blankets, soft music and detached bowls that make the spa cozy but clean and sanitary at the same time.

Jessica did an amazing job! My 80 minute facial was incredibly relaxing and I left with beautiful feeling skin, a helpful skin tip and no pressure to buy.

Ashley provided a marvelous 45 minute pedicure today. She was gentle, it was very relaxing and the polish looks great!

I was originally booked for a scrub but when I got in and was chatting with the therapist about it we decided to pivot and Donna gave me the best facial I have ever had. She really listened to what I wanted/needed and made me feel very pampered and cared for. I wish I had booked a longer treatment and would love to go back again soon! Nice retail selection as well.

I had a spa package here about a month ago which was great, but as I was leaving I had the front desk staff book another appointment for me which was supposed to be today. I showed up for my appointment and they had no record of it. Not even any future appointments in the system. It’s incredibly frustrating as I have a newborn at home and had to arrange care for him so that I could attend this appointment.I’ve booked the same service with them again, and we’ll see if it happens this time. But you bet I’m calling ahead to confirm they actually have my appointment on the books this time.

I used to love this place. Although the services are still great, getting an appointment to stick is not very reliable. I finally got a massage yesterday after booking a couple of times over the last year. Ive had 2 canceled and this one modified due to the person no longer working there. The massage I received was wonderful, but they had to eliminate my body scrub. It also seems like theres been a decline in the building maintenance - or possibly coincidence with staffing difficulties? Its been a while since Ive been because of the cancellations, but they had the showers with closed signs and the toilet paper holder was broken :(

It was a Mother’s Day gift for my mom and she absolutely had an amazing experience!!! Definitely worth it!

Had the best facial with Jessica today! It was so relaxing and Jessica is a real professional, my skin feels amazing and I love the product recommendations she made without any pressure. I cant wait for my next facial!

I got a spa package as a gift that included a massage, facial and pedicure and all three were incredibly relaxing! Donna did the message and despite warning her I am on the ticklish side but I barely jolted at all and was able to fully unwind.Ashley was the one to do my facial and pedicure, she was very friendly and thoroughly treated my face, it needed some real extraction love with the blackheads I had. My pedicure was the best I’ve ever had, I was amazed how relaxed I was, normally as I stated I’m quite ticklish especially with my feet but I nearly fell asleep which is amazing.Overall I left very satisfied and will certainly be back!

Staff and Management need training.In the locker room before my service I noticed a locker was unlocked with a purse and phone in it. I let the staff know several times and offered solutions (find the client, lock the locker, move items to a secure location). A staff member finally said they went and checked and the lockers were locked.80 minutes later after my service I went back to the lockers and that locker was still unlocked and it only had the purse there, no phone. I told staff again and she tried to “pretend” to show me it was locked. I showed her it was unlocked. She said there was nothing she could do because the manager said to leave it. I suggested at least locking it. She said she couldn’t do anything.At the front I told another Staff member, again suggesting they lock the locker or find the client. She said they didn’t want to interrupt anyone’s service and that clients were responsible for their own items.It concerns me that I’m more concerned about this client that the Staff and Management here. Ruined my experience here to see the disregard for someone.

For the cost its absolutely unbeatable. My girlfriend and I were treated to the deep tissue massage and it was amazing! Relaxing music and the room was fresh and clean and fantastic.My only (small) gripe is for the men, the facilities were lacking. The womens room had a shower and was considerably nicer than the mens room which is essentially a bathroom with some extra stuff thrown in.Overall, excellent service and worth the cost, could use improvements in design. That being said, well definitely be back!

Great services. I get a full days pampering once a year. Massage,facial, pedicure the works. I always leave so relaxed and well taken care of. The tea and relaxing room is so calming while you wait for your appointment. I would go back for the zero gravity pedicure alone. That is a real out of body experience. 10/10 would recommend. I only wish that in the common rooms they required whispering or calm voices. The staff was very talented and I felt like a princess!

In had an 80 min Facial with Jennifer- OMG! I cannot say enough about this experience.. relaxing/soothing/comfortable beyond belief. I joking said (when I went in) “I would like to be mistaken as Cindy Crawford when I leave”.. well- i RADIATED Cindy Crawford from my soul when I left!… I’ll be back!!!

My best friend and I never been to Me Spa before so we decided to get facials since we needed a stress reliever. The staff was so sweet and the waiting area was so clean and nice. Brittany was a great therapist and gave a great facial. She explained every step she did and she did a amazing job! My friend and I felt so relaxed and we will definitely be back in!

Such a wonderful, rejuvenating experience. I had the 50 minute facial and left feeling so relaxed. The foot soak and heated neck wrap prior to the facial really set the tone. The bed was heated to a cozy temperature with the most softest comforter I had ever felt.

I sent my wife here as a gift. She had really been wanting a facial but doesnt go very often. Being put in charge of finding a place and then also the correct treatment was at first frightening but then... super easy once connected with Me-Spa. My Wife came back super happy and loved that there is a special place to wait before your treatment instead of just in the lobby. She also really enjoyed the treatment and will be going back. Thanks again!

I havent had a facial since COVID hit us. It was so wonderful to be able to go back to a spa and get pampered and yet be in a protected environment. The private relaxation room prior to the treatment is almost as good as the facial! Almost... :)

Donna is phenomenal at her job. I got the hot stone with CBD cream. Everything about the experience was so nice, from the warm lavender neck wrap, the footsoak, and the add-ons.Went back again a month later to see Donna. I got another hot stone massage, but this time I added an acupressure facial. Im hooked!

The best spa service! The place is clean, beautiful and very relaxing. Big shout out to Donna, my esthetician, who was professional, caring, sweet and very knowledgeable about skin care.The ladies that worked on front desk were very nice and made me feel very welcome.I will be back.

I just had the BEST Pedicure of my life from Ashley. She was amazing!! It was such a relaxing experience and worlds apart from nail salons. It is like flying first class, once you do, you will never go coach again. So worth the spurge. Do your toes a favor and call and ask for Ashley. You will be so happy you did.

I had a great experience here! The waiting room was extremely relaxing. You get a foot soak while you wait. The facial I had was the most relaxing I’d ever had to the point I almost fell asleep. My face felt great afterward and products were recommended to me, but they weren’t too pushy about it.

I had a facial with Cassia and she was fantastic. My skin completely cleared up and still feels amazing 2 days later.Overall the atmosphere is wonderful as well. The waiting areas are comfortable, well-lit, and quiet. They serve tea and soak your feet while you wait and all of the staff are very friendly.Definitely recommend!

So I had an absolutely amazing and fantastic massage at Me Spa today! My only advice to them would be to talk less during the massage. As much as I loved talked with the person who massaged me (name I will not give) I only wanted to lay there with my eyes closed and relax and not once did I get that. I didnt want to be rude and tell her to be quiet so I just kept talking. She literally talked the whole time. I would have given 5 stars if I had peace and quiet. Still a great place though!!!! I was impressed!

I just received an hour long pedicure from Laura. I had no idea what to expect since I have only gone to my lovely local Vietnamese gals. Laura greeted me and was so kind and welcoming. All the tiny details that go into your visit were appreciated. She gave great pressure with her massages and my nails look great. I even feel asleep! Thank you Laura and I will be returning!

My massage therapist was the best. She communicated with me and made me feel so good to the point I felt asleep.

Yesterday saturday (2/11/17) my husband set up an appointment for me to receive an 80 min massage and a 45 min pedicure... wow amazing after coming off of a long week of toddlers, keeping up with the house and a busy family schedule its just what I needed! Needless to say I was less then impressed. I have never wanted so badly to want the 80 mins to be done with a massage! Normally I fall right asleep no kids , relaxation?! Heck yes but this was by far the worst experience.... last time I was at this location it was cold water creek not ME! Spa and I can tell you I had the best message then, the bed was phenomenal and comfortable- it was the most relaxing experience! Fast forward new salon same spot a lot of the same ideas etc. you get a foot soak before your service etc. so the gal came and took me back- I was set up in the couples room so there were two beds I had the bed closest to the wall. They didnt have any hangers for your rob so I set it on a rolling stool, I get in the bed its heated which was nice, the bed its self not comfortable, the blankets were fine but not that heavy hug you feeling. The gal came back in and asked if there was a certain area I wanted more attention I said nope just looking for an all over relaxation experience 😬 then ensued the chaos - I cant tell you I was ever relaxed at any point as most of the time I didnt know what was coming ex. One second deep tissue next light touch, then hot stone and it was so jumbled I felt like I was trying to prepare for what was coming next. I think most of my massage was with her elbow. She crossed the comfort boundaries many times but how do you say something in that environment I was ready to just leave. She didnt know how to run the table so half the time she is fiddling with that its going up down Im feeling like she is going sandwich me with bringing both sides up. She never could get the table to flat, relaxing it was not! For that amount of money it was a bummer! I was so looking forward to the service as it was such a long week and so thoughtful of my husband but what a joke and a let down! The pedicure was great she was wonderful amazing! Would I recommend the establishment? Uh no save your money! The only reason I give it two stars was the pedicure! Had I just been for the massage it would be 0 stars!!! Bummer experience, I wont be recommending this spa to friends or family.

Lovely signature massage with Sophia. Went to shower afterward and absolutely no hot water! There was a second shower, which was occupied. Spent 5 minutes waiting for the water to heat up; no sign or verbal warning regarding lack of hot water. I had to leave, so wasnt able to wait for the second shower to become available. Left with massage oil all over body. Still like the place but expect more for the price I paid.

Both massage & facial were great. Next appointment I will make it an hour for each.

Ive been coming to this place for a couple of years now and they never disappoint. Theyve set the standard high of a spa place for me.However, lately the noise level once you enter the relaxation area has been louder than usual. Doors being slammed and cabinet doors opening and closing really loud. Staff and customers need to be more mindful of others who actually comes here to relax.I know this is an easy fix, and Ill definitely be coming back.

I have had the pleasure of getting many facials from Shari, she is an amazing therapist.I leave the spa every time with glowing skin, feeling totally relaxed and happy! I would highly recommend this spa, and definitely recommend asking for Shari every time you want to get the best facial youll ever have. She is the reason I go to Me Spa.

It is fine. The environment is lovely and pretty and the people are pleasant. It is just not worth the cost. The complimentary foot soak was mildly cool water poured in a bowl (I just took my feet out); the facial was nice products applied nicely by a nice person. Thats it. No stones which is an add on I was supposed to have. Again, it is fine but really for 70 bucks you would be better off buying a product and applying it yourself.

Nothing to write home about, pretty mediocre spa. I’ve had a massage and two facials here.This last time I visited both my card on file and the card I presented were charged the TOTAL for my service, generous gratuity, and product that was recommended. When I called to get my refund I was told the charge to the card on file was just to “hold my reservation.” Wow they must be physic to know what product I was going to buy and how much gratuity I was going to leave! I explained I know the difference between an authorization and a charge, and this was a charge and asked for a call back from whom ever handles the books. The “manager” called back left a ridiculously long and jumbled message and when I called back she wasn’t there and asked for her to call again. No call back, nothing. I just did a charge back with my bank and will let them handle it. I won’t be going back or recommending this spa to anyone, unless they are in fact looking for mediocre service.

I have had my share of facials, but my most recent facial at Me Spa in Tigard is the best Ive had to date. Jessica, my esthetician, gave me a beautiful 80 min facial. I cannot wait for my next visit. I plan on making this facial a monthly treat to myself.

My first visit was a drop in for a mani. They were able to get me in in about 30 min., so I was able to run an errand in the mall and then chill in the relaxation room before my appointment. I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service for a basic mani. Excellent service for the price. Im headed back for more of their services!

Absolutely perfect birthday experience. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Every staff member was so kind and friendly, and each treatment was outstanding. I will be back every year for my birthday!

Ive been here now prior to COVID and since, and even while following all of the necessary COVID regulations, Me Spa knows how to pamper you and really help you relax! Nearly fell asleep during my amazing pedicure today!

I had an 80 minute massage by Jenny and it was wonderful. Very relaxing and Jenny was very good about asking how the pressure was.Loved it.

Love everything from the foot soak to the robe and slippers they let you barrow. The locker room has fun products to try and has everything to put yourself together before leaving.

Total Bummer. They knew we were taking our daughters for a treatment and set the appointments- all at the same time. When we got there they then said- Oh, sorry, we should have told you- you need to be in the room for under 16YO appointments. Well- thats a whole day wasted after looking forward to this for weeks.

The 50 minutes massage was only 35 minutes. The lady was nice but seemed scared and unhelpful. I needed a massage when I left.

This place is amazing. The environment is so calm and friendly. The pedi in the anti gravity chair was next level. A bit spendy but well worth it!! If you are looking for a gift that will wow this place is it!!!

Had the best pedicure Ive ever had in my life. I think I feel asleep about 10 minutes in because those chairs are so incredible.

Drove from gresham to get a gift card for 200 dollars. Got there at 630, hours said open till 8pm and they were already closed. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks fo wasting my time i hope this review loses you some business

I just went for an interview yesterday. It was beautiful and the staff are really kind.

I love going there the prices are just right for the time and care that they put into their work, plus pedicures and manicures are really durable!
