Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, good prices. A staple of our Portland community. If I run out of juice or coils, I purposely wait until I get home to buy more here. Ive been going since their grand opening, and I refuse to ship anywhere else

I love this place. They are very knowledgeable and carry everything you need. The thca is killer. The disposables last a pretty good while and give a nice buzz. I definitely recommend Vapor City!

Hands down!!! Best vape shop around!! I’ve been supporting Vapor City since day one!! The people here are spectacular! Jeff, Kathy, Ryan, even the newbie!! I’m in this shop constantly, and wouldn’t dare think of going elsewhere! I love the discount cards! Cause I can fill my card quickly, & get a vape half off!! I enjoy each visit!! I love our conversations! These folks are always happy! Their extremely knowledgeable on all their products! At any time I get a disposable vape and it just happens to be a dud, they have always taken excellent care of me and replaced it!! I know I can count on them for support on any given device, tank, juice, batteries, charging cords, disposables! I do miss the days of sitting at the bar, trying out new flavors, and talking with Kathy!! Then coronavirus happened. And things had to change! But it still was all good!! They introduced me to disposable vapes, and I was hooked! I always buy 2 at a time!! I only wish there was more parking spaces available!!

I bought a very high priced disposable vape. Everyone knows there not always going to work so you try them before you leave. I always do that this isn’t my first time shopping here i come here at least once a week.Because they usually are good with me. However i bought one today tried it before i left and it worked for about an hour. I still had my receipt from the purchase and called to tell them what happened. It blinked an hour after i bought it and they said “We can only return something if it doesn’t work out of the box” even if you are a regular customer they only care about money. Not if there regulars are happy with the product. It’s not losing the money it’s the fact that they could care less that they sold you something that was either FAKE or OLD. Or even used by someone there. Which would be disgusting also. I will never come back here nor tell anyone to come buy there fake high priced items.

I have to comment on something that you keep saying in your responses to some people on here. You keep telling people that you cant return used tanks to the manufacturer and that is a lie. I have dealt with all sorts of manufacturers before for years and yes they will take used tanks back you just want to keep youre sale status in tact so they will keep giving you breaks on new products. Youre so called policies are going to make sure that you stay nothing more than a high priced, low quality small potatoes shop and it just shows your character and business sense are very poor. In short stop lying to people

Best around and best prices. Better than any vape shop in 50miles. Ive been in them all and always come back to this shop. People that complain about this shop are just a little bit picky. And dont have a clue on how business works or what is the going price for juice in the area. The only shop I go to and continue to support.

I have been coming to vapor city since the day they opened back in 2014. I have been to all the other shops around middle Tennessee and have yet to find one that comes anywhere close to vapor city. They have an amazing selection of great juice and mods and tanks. They have legitimately everything that you could need and if they don’t, they will either point you in the right direction or place an order specifically for you. I’ve personally had Jeff place orders for me specifically because I didn’t want to go to another shop and wanted to give my business to them personally. They are such great people. Kathy Jeff and Ryan are hands down the best out there. I will always continue to give them my business and keep referring people to them as always.

Bob and his staff are the most attentive people in the world. Theres no stupid questions, and they make you feel right at home. If they dont have a product youre looking for, they will point you in the right direction. Ive been to vapor supply stores in 3 different states and in Canada and nothing beats Bobs level of service, all of his staff is supportive.

This The vape shop is pretty awesome! they had a fantastic selection of different vape juices from different manufacturers, the employees were knowledgeable and gave me multiple different vape juices to try before I made any decisions. On this particular visit I bought a mod and three different juices. I was extraordinary really happy with all of my purchases, but when the mod itself that actually broken they were more than happy to replace it the same day.

Used to shop online up to 2 years ago, but I find this shop so friendly and catering to the customer that I dont mind spending a few more dollars for a quality retail experience.

Nice little store with a good selection of juice. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable on products. Great place to go if you’re just starting to vape because they have experienced people working there to help you out. Prices are a little high, but not the worst I’ve seen by far and all the juice I’ve bought has been fresh. Definitely worth going there to support local business and to get quality service.

Excellent Service and and ATMOSPHERE of visiting an old friend. JEFF knows all and explains all . You will be guided to what is best for you, if you explain your situation. The most fun part is trying different flavors of Vape juice and eventually finding my perfect Vape flavors. PRICES ARE GOOD AND YOU CANT GO WRONG AT VAPOR CITY 🖖👍✌😉

Awesome place! Im a first time vapor and the guy i talked to was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, got me up to speed on a lot of stuff. Only shop Ive been in, had a ton of selections to look through. Even their Facebook page was quick to respond to some questions i had.

As a 5 year vapor this was the most over priced shop and most un knowledgeable staff Ive ever run into at a shop. Over 50% upcharge on all juices in this shop. Good shop if you are looking to get ripped off. Went to gaslight a week ago much better quality, service cheaper prices. Also turned me off that they didnt seem to ID anyone in the shop the four other customers looked very young to be vaping. Asked for no identification

Just met Hunter who was very knowledgeable and convinced me to buy $200 in products. But it is a good deal. Im now following on Facebook and Im going to be a regular. Thanks Hunter!

I live in portland I did all my business with vape city , I have purchased 3 Vapes there ,batteries and all my coils so the last vape I purchased was 2 1/2 weeks ago I did not know the top was a slider and didnt lock until it spilled all in my purse I let the guy I purchased from put it together for me never once was I told it didnt lock or I wouldnt have purchased this type so I went in with my receipt to see if they would exchange it being I was a loyal customer and the young guy was so rude about it I was shocked I told him I wouldnt be back and he said thats up to you ! What ever happened to customer courtesy ? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS I would have even got a new one if he would have offered some kind of discount this is poor business relations in a small town

Most expensive Vap Shop so far, but pretty good selection. But expect 300% markup on juice and 200% on Coils, and 30% on hardware. Nice guy, but like my money WAY better.

Vapor city is by far the best vapor shop that I have been into. The atmosphere is relaxed and even exciting at-times. Everybody there from the customers to the employees Go out of their way to ensure that you leave satisfied

After reading the reviews I just want to say..... I started going there about a month ago for someone else the clerk was very professional and answered all my questions. I will continue going there.

I’ve been coming to this vape shop for 4 years, such an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and always helps me out with those nice deals. I will be coming for as long as I vape.

They were very helpful being that I am a newb vapor. They allowed me to sample many flavors until I found the one for me. Great place. I would encourage anyone to visit this place.

This is The vape store in Portland. Guys working there are Awesome and they have just about anything you could want from a vape store.

I think they should have a loyalty program especially since Im in there 2 times a week so you can get discounys and rewards.

AT VAPOR CITY ITS NOT LIKE THAT YOU TRY THE FLAVORS BEFORE YOU BUY, THE STAFF CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE, THATS THE REASON I ALWAYS GET ALL MY SUPPLIES AT THIS SHOP IF I HAVE A PROBLEM THEY KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. They might be alittle high on the prices but it not crazy outrageous. They have always been very helpful, gave options and easy to communicate with.

They seemed bothered I was asking about juices. Decent selection and decent prices.

The guy in the shop was an ass. told me one price on the phone and when I got there it was double the price for what I asked for on the phone. I wont be going back!

The owner was rude and accusatory when I tried to return an item I had purchased the day B4. I do not recommend this establishment and suggest Lotto Land in Franklin, KY!

Might as well drive the 20 minutes to Gaslight Vapot in Gallatin because the shop clerks dont know much and they are overpriced for their juice quality.
