Paradise Total Spa & Nail

Came to do for my wife’s nails for her first day and asked for pink and white manicure. When service was completed the end result was a painful and messy display. Gel was left behind on multiple fingers and half of her hand was left bleeding red and irritated. As we were walking out of the establishment, who I assume to be the owner hunted us down in the parking lot and pressured us into giving ANOTHER tip despite the website stating that service was $80. When it was time to pay, we were asked for $100 (I assumed the tip was included, so we ended up paying $120 for poor quality). Would never come here for nails after this and I wouldn’t recommend any of you waste your money here.

Been coming to Paradise for years. Their staff is friendly and kind. Many of them going above and beyond to provide personal experiences. My nails were getting thin and Grace gave me some great advice. Thank you Paradise for providing great service and beautiful nails!

Just got the worst pedicure of my life. Cut way too short. Painted like my 6 year old niece did them. 4 coats of paint. Took too long to dry.

Friendly staff, clean salon, and today I had an Amazing gel pedicure! Mimi did a fantastic gel pedicure for me for my wedding and she did French pedicure with rhinestones that turned out beautifully and exactly what I asked for in the picture. She was so patient with me as I was trying to find the perfect design for my wedding this weekend. Definitely recommend and I will be back! 5 stars!

I came in for a gel pedicure and acrylic fill. My french gel pedicure outcome was very, VERY mediocre for the $70 I was charged. I definitely enjoyed the process before checking my nails at the end and realizing all of the white lines were crooked. During my acrylic fill, I was floored that they made me pay an extra $20 for chrome powder on my fingers. I still thought they looked great, though. I felt that spending $150 +tip between my toes and fingers was outrageous but chalked it up to a self-care day and moved on. The next day, one acrylic nail popped off. Overnight, I lost 2 more nails. The next day, I lost another. I was unable to get it fixed because of my work schedule but I probably wouldn’t have gone back anyways, as I was extremely annoyed that I barely had them on for 3 days when I ended up with 1 nail left on one hand. I wouldn’t have wanted to sit there and get them replaced just for more to fall off. I won’t be returning for manicures or pedicures in the future because $150 for my nails to barely make it to the end of one week is just something I cannot afford to be doing every 3 weeks. I strongly believe these nails should have lasted me at least 2-3 weeks and I am very disappointed in the outcome.

Love to support local business. Went in to get a regular pedicure and gel manicure. They did my pedicure first and while doing it the tech put acetone and cotton on my gel manicure and a pair of plastic gloves. I thought great this is time saving! Problem is after pedicure they left me waiting for a manicurist for over 20 minutes while having the gloves and acetone burning my nails and fingers. I asked girls at front desk they sent the same person that did my pedicure, she said “oh they forgot to send someone over to you” not that is annoying enough but my hands were still burning and I told two people now, no one seemed to care. The manicurist then disappeared to find the nail polish that matched my pedicure for over 5 minutes, still my hands were burning with the gloves on. I took the gloves off myself, paid for my pedicure and I stormed off. No one apologized or even acknowledged there was a problem, complete neglect! I’m writing this review because I’ve been going to Paradise for quite a while now and this type of situation has happened to me several times here. This was probably the worst since my hands felt like they were on fire from the acetone. How many chances can you give a place on top of the fact that you are a paying customer that also tips well??? It’s always hit or miss here…..be consistent in your business when providing a service, we are paying customers that have been loyal and yet the quality of service doesn’t equal the price!!!

This place is amazing!!!! Wow I got a french gel pedicure and Alma was amazing!!! i also got a wonderful gel manicure. I chose Movie Buff as my base pink color and omg I love how she did it! Also Kristen the manager is a wonderful person! Everyone is so nice here and really take their time to do a fantastic job!!! Jenny did my manicure and I also used Opi Movie Buff 0203 and wow such a pretty pink - love love love 💕. The great thing about this place is that the mani pedi last so long. You have to come!

Have been coming to Paradise for over 10 years and I love it! I never go anywhere else. The place is beautiful and the techs are always so sweet and friendly! I am always very pleased with how my nails turn out. I also highly recommend getting a message here. The masseuses are AMAZING!! I walk out a brand new person every time! Please come check them out! You won’t be disappointed! Also check out their Morris Plains location if Randolph is all booked up!

Haven’t been here in a while but decided to check it out. I was skeptical due to the reviews of people’s nails chipping. I noticed my nails were chipping after a week I called on the 6th day of noticing they were chipped. I had asked if I could come back to get them fixed. The girl on the phone said it was passed their 4 day grace period and I would need to pay for them to fix it. With this said , I will no longer give this palace business. I should have listened to the reviews.

I always have a great experience at Paradise In Randolph. Joy is the most meticulous nail technician. She’s an absolute perfectionist and is so sweet. My nails look perfect every time. I alao love getting my pedicures with Jessica. She takes her time during the massage and has such strong hands. So incredibly relaxing.Paradise is always kept very clean and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

I always come here when I am home from college. Paradise does a great job of fitting me in last minute. My go to for gel mani is Rina. She is so precise and makes sure to get all of my cuticles and hangnails, making them look and feel great! The pedicures are great as well, warm towel and warm rocks with a relaxing massage chair and more! Definitely recommend coming here!

I have been a client of Paradise Total Spa & Nail for a few years now and I am very pleased with the work they do. Front desk is always attentive. The salon is very clean and organized. Heather is my technician and she is absolutely amazing and always willing to do whatever I ask. I prefer to schedule my appointments and they are always ready when I come in. When I get a pedicure all the technicians are very knowledgeable of their work and friendly. It is definitely worth my 30 minute drive to get my nails and pedicure done.

I’ve been going to Jia for my lash extensions for years. She is awesome! She makes my lashes look very natural. She’s very professional. The staff is always friendly and polite. I would highly recommend Paradise Spa and Nails. I’ve also had good massages & pedicures there also.

Not only do my nails look fabulous thanks to Kelly and Joan, I have gotten pedicures from a number of technicians and am always happy. The front desk manager and young ladies at the desk are always friendly. Here is something unheard of at Nail Salons- I have never had to wait for my appointment. Well run and great service.

Paradise Total Spa and Nails is by far the best salon/spa in the entire north New Jersey area. Not only are they meticulous in cleanliness and taking care of their customers. It is an extremely relaxing experience! I highly recommend coming to the spa to get pampered!

I love this place! Ive been coming to get my nails done here for years and have always been happy with their service. I received a gift card for a massage for the holidays and so I went today. I got a one hour massage by Grace and it was seriously AMAZING. If you need to get stress and tension released, go now! Ill definitely be going there for all my massages in the future

I used to go to paradise nails all the time. After taking some time off from getting my nails done, I decided to go back to get a manicure for my baby shower. I had called earlier that week and had made an appointment. My manicure started 20 minutes late and this was probably the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The nail tech started off by pushing my cuticles back with a nail file which did not feel pleasant at all. She proceeded by never cutting my cuticles and missed all of the sides of my nails when paining them. Let’s just say I would have done a better job if I had just done them myself. After the manicure they will always give you a little back rub which my tech did not do. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Now a day later all of my nails have chipped. I’ll never come back here.

Anna has Angel like hands. The Jasmin Coconut Spa Pedicure was an amazing experience. The atmosphere is really relaxing here and the staff is professional and warm. I love this place.

I have been coming to Paradise Randolph location for many years, and can always count on excellent service. Spa treatments, pedicures or manicures, the environment clean. Of most comfort is the kindness of the workers.

I went for a pedicure and dip powder manicure with a friend. My toenail was cut too short and started bleeding. My nails are uneven and messy. Worse of all when buffing my nails the skin around them was also buffed. I was left with nails that look terrible and sore fingers. It has been two days and my skin is getting purple and puffy. I am worried the cuts around my nails are infected. I can not recommend this place. My friend and I were sat separately despite booking together and asking to be sat together. The staff kept forgetting what we were scheduled to get, and we were left waiting multiple times. Neither of us were happy with the finished product. Though luckily my friend left uninjured.

I’ve been going to here for years, and every time lately, it gets worse and worse. Tell me why I was recommended to see Alison and spent $50 on a gel dip only for them to be ruined 2 days later?! Now I’m on vacation in Europe and have zero recourse.

But despite how many clients they see, everyone who works there does such an amazing job at honing in on *your* experience and ensuring that you feel cared for.That said, the best testament to every good word I have to say about Paradise, is my nail tech: Jenny! (Jenny if youre reading this, hi, you rock!). She always goes the extra mile in ensuring my mani exceeds my expectations, and she never ever makes me feel like a burden for speaking up if I want something different. And when shes not in the zone, we talk and laugh together like longtime friends. Its so refreshing.I truly believe its the little details in our interactions with people that have the power to make or break an experience. Jia is so beyond wonderful at what she does. The experience is restful and the result is beautiful. More than nails, hair or makeup the eyelashes are essential to me now.She is expert in her field, lovely , and dependable. I highly recommend Jia and am grateful every time.

They did a great job with my basic manicure but when it chipped the next day the staff were not accommodating when I asked to have the single nail repaired. It chipped as I was on the way to a family reunion out of state and I asked to pop by quickly for the one nail. The woman on the phone told me I would need an appointment and the next one was in an hour and fifteen minutes. My husband and dog and all our luggage were all literally in the car, we were on our way. So instead of running into the salon quickly, I ran home quickly and packed my nail polish bag. Guess Ill be removing the manicure I just paid for and doing it again myself in a different color while at the family reunion. Ill also mention they seem to have like 10-20 nail techs. Thanks for that experience Paradise!

I have been coming here for years and have always had an excellent experience. My gel manicures last a long time and are perfect. I highly recommend this salon.

I called prior to making the appt to ensure they could do a gel-x manicure. I was told they do and went ahead and made the appointment for 1pm. Once I arrived, I was told that their Morris plains location has the tech for a gel-x manicures. Was very frustrated and disappointed in the service since I confirmed my appt for the Randolph location and drove 20 minutes to have my gel-x manicure refilled. Agreed to have a gel manicure instead. Pedicure was done first. Once done, I was told to wait until the next technician could do the manicure. After about 5 minutes, I asked if someone was coming (it was 1:50pm) at this point. Was told someone should have taken you and after another few minutes, a technician came to get me. My manicure didn’t start until 2:05pm. In prior experiences at other salons, typically the process to remove gel manicures would start during the pedicure to help save time. That wasn’t the case here. Once everything was done, I was given the bill and noticed I was being charged to have the gel-x removed. After speaking with the front desk, I had them remove the charge since my original intention was to have it refilled, not removed. It was removed since they didn’t have the right staff on hand. Not going back for regular gel manicures since there are closer ones that I enjoy going to and charge less.

Paradise is an institution in Morris County! Ive been going to the one in Randolph since Ann opened. I have always had a great experience and I have gotten almost all of their services! I especially love their gel fills, gel manicures, Swedish massages, pedicures (are the best youll find!), and their hidden gem are their facials- absolutely amazing! Everyone that I take there, has a great day and becomes a regular! Both Spas (Randolph & Morris Plains) have great staff and a clean and calming spa environment.

Vera did a awesome job giving me a pedicure. She really took her time and it felt great. Im definitely coming back and requesting vera.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR NAILS. Gave them another chance and scheduled a 6 pm visit to get an acrylic fill, pink to white ombre. They rescheduled me to 5:30 so Id be with the ombre specialist. Technician was super sloppy with ombre, it came out dreadful. You could see the line, there were spaces with no color, and the acrylic was bumpy, uneven, and sloppy. Nails from profile view were completely flat, no arch and looked extremely unnatural. By the end of my visit, two different technicians were working on my hands! So tacky. They charged me $65 for the FILL. Different prices every time I go, so inconsistent. If you want a simple gel manicure or pedicure, this place is fine. Anything more and dont expect to the leave happy. Ive given them several chances and leave dissapointed every time. Ive attached a photo. I did paint over the ombre and try and make the nails bearable to look at, but you can still see the poor craftsmanship with the acrylic application.

Went there yesterday cause I got a gift card from a friend. Pedicure by Natalie was great, but by manicure was terrible, the tech only filed by nails put lotion on my hands and that’s it. No cuticle cut. By later that day but nail polish was starting to come off .

I’ve been getting massage for 35 years and Grace, my massage therapist at Paradise today, has been studying and doing bodywork for almost as long, which I found out as we went along. She has the magic hands, the strength and the confidence of a professional, using any type of massage she deems appropriate, but mostly she has the experience. A good massage therapist will give you what you want; a great one will explore a bit then give you what you need. Her hands seemed a bit strong at the start, but she dialed it back to suit my situation in minutes. By the end I was restored, rejuvenated and at peace.

Very pleased with my manicure. The cold weather and washing hands so much does a job to my hands and nails. Michelle took her time and did a nice job. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy.

Worst place… this place is a complete chaos. Every time I come they make you wait because there’s a huge lack of organization, the ladies in the front desk are not attentive and careless… I speak Spanish and I hear the staff complaining a lot, no wonder why… simply terrible.

I give this establishment 5* because their services are great! I Love the way its ran very professional Id stop going a few years ago because they didnt accept Amex. Because of their exceptional service Id go for a pedi instead of my bi-weekly fill in. They now accept Amex so I took my daughter for a pedi spa treatment. It was heavenly my feet are so soft, seriously they are as smooth as a babys butt!! My tech(Cindy) was Awesome she took her time & was very pleasant. BTW my daughter and I used the black chairs they are in the back so it felt more relaxed & personal for the both of us. A treat for my daughters birthday & over due pedicure after giving birth to her 4mo old baby girl.

This place deserves more 5 star reviews than any place I have ever been for anything. The services are immaculate, the professionalism is first rate— but it’s the people that put this place over the top. The women who work at this salon are phenomenal!! In particular, the woman who does all of my services, nails, toes and eyelashes. Her name, and your next best friend, is Clara. She is more fantastic than a small google review could let on. She’s been doing services for my mom for years, literally years, because she won’t go to anyone else, but now I am seeing her too and she is incredible. She treats me like a daughter and takes better care of me than I could pay her to. Let me tell you how out of the ordinary she is— she knows where I go to school, what I’m studying there, she knows the name of my boyfriend and what he studies at school, she knows as much about me as the people that I am close to in my life. When was the last time you could say that about anyone in the salon business? Probably never. Because you can’t pay for the kind of care, kindness, and genuine concern that she exhibits to everyone she meets. Clara is more than the woman who takes care of my eyelashes and my nails. She is a dear friend to my mom and to me. If you’re looking for a spa, try Paradise, but if you go there and don’t work with Clara, you’ve made a terrible mistake.

Today was the decision-maker to not return after going for pedicures here for the past few years. Used to be really good. Now its hit or miss. Mostly miss. Have left at times with ripped skin around the nail bed, the start of ingrown toenails or poor quality pedicures. Had a scheduled appt today yet it took 20 minutes for someone to surprisingly acknowledge no one started the pedicure yet and another 5 for someone to walk over to me. In that 5 minutes I asked for the manager. She was unable to and didnt care to acknowledge the poor service. Her response was to mark the account so it doesnt happen again. When i voiced the poor previous service issues she smiled then walked away.. Hmmm, not the most appropriate way to resolve an issue. Hope this review helps someone on the fence about finding another salon the way I should have listened to myself a while ago.

I went for a pedicure with my mother for her birthday. Both our technicians were very nice but we weren’t completely satisfied with the experience we received. It appears as though our technicians were new and I understand there can be a bit of a learning curve. We spoke with management and they were eager to make sure that we were happy with our service. I’m glad they were willing to hear about our experience, I have enjoyed coming here for years. I look forward to coming back for a Mother’s Day pedicure.

My daughter and I went there and they completely overcharged us for her acrylic set, despite the fact that we made the appointment for a teen set, they decided to do a fill in instead which was more expensive. They didn’t give her the shape she asked for and made her bleed and completely skipped even a five second massage. I will never go to this place again.

I love Paradise Nails! They are the only place I go to for nail and spa services. The environment is clean, bright, and well managed. The people are professional and friendly. Julia does a wonderful massage and pedicure! I can’t say enough about the service! I highly recommend them!

I have been doing powder gel (sns) for the past 5 years. I’ve recently moved from queens/Long Island area. I read the reviews and they were mixed messages so I decided to give this place a try myself before I judge. Lily was awesome on my pedi but she has no experience doing mani. I started at 9:30 and I didn’t walk out until 12:45 because she messed up my nails so much. She kept removing and fixing. I think due to the alcohol she kept using, my cuticles around my nail was burning and next day or two, it was bleeding. I got bright red for Chinese new year but she messed up so bad that there’s white swirls. I’m not sure what she did but terrible that they would even let her perform if she is not equipped too. She never used the machine to file my nails to proper shape. I complained but all they said was sorry. They wanted me to stay and redo it but I already was there 3 hours. It was a Saturday. I have a life and plans. I have no time to sit there for ppl to mess up and redo. Plus she made me pay full price. Just very disappointed in the service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The girls at the front desk are extremely rude and brush you off when you ask any questions. My two girls got almost identical designs. One was charged $5 one was charged $10. Extra money is not the issue. But the fact that there is no explanation other than the technicians get to decide what to charge you is unacceptable. I also had to argue with the technician that my 11-year-old daughter should not have been charged $30 for an adult pedicure. I have given this place a few chances. I will never step foot back inside. Work on your customer service.

I’ve been getting massages for years at both locations, and they have been consistently good. I just got a deep tissue from Grace, who does an intense Thai massage. It was excellent.

This place is usually very good. However I booked an appointment with my regular gal. The woman who booked the appointment assured me that she was available. When I arrived in person, instead of telling me she was unavailable - Paradise in Randolph paired me with someone who was too inexperienced. This woman did NOT know how to do a pedicure. She did NO cuticle care and her polishing skills were very disappointing. What happened to this place? My son bought me a gift certificate here for Mothers Day and it was an overall disappointing experience.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for some time and finally did today. Probably the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. To start with, the girl doing my pedi spent the ENTIRE time talking to her co worker sitting next to us, looking and laughing (which always makes you feel uncomfortable when they are speaking a different language ) the massage was less then Satisfactory and the polish job (a French so you know how precise it needs to be) was even worse. I had to come home and take it off and polish myself. Safe to say, I will NEVER go back to Paradise nails and will NEVER refer anyone there. So annoying.

Been going here for years. However, the service is declining. I had my favorite manicurist/pedicurist but those talented ladies have since left the salon. I was recommended to Adahlia. Now my pedicures are rushed and the $30 price tag isnt worth the pinches, soreness, and skin rub (which should be a leg massage). I also dont receive the shoulder massage after my manicure anymore. Some places get really arrogant and the stellar service becomes mediocre. I dont go there nearly as often as I use to. I like to feel pampered not like Im on an assembly line. Im sure there are other talented ladies there.

If I could rate this salon any lower than one star I would. I walked in to the salon on my birthday preparing to have a relaxing day and was greeted by a rude, unwelcoming nail tech who didn’t make eye contact and dismissed me, as I stood in front of her. I felt so uncomfortable. I walked out. In addition to the rude demeanor of the nail tech/ owner the salon smelled horrible. It smelled old and stale.

Grace is absolutely amazing! She gave me an incredible Thai massage with hot stones and I walked out feeling brand new. Will definitely be back!

I have been coming to Paradise Nails in Randolph since they opened. The Salon is extremely clean and all of the employees are so nice. They have liners for the tubs in the pedicure chairs. They follow all Covid protocols and then some. All of the services are great. I have gotten gel manicures, pedicures, massages. facials and waxing. Everything has always been excellent. The place is beautiful and is definitely a one stop shop for relaxation. Im new to the area and happened to be speaking with someone who had just gotten their lashes done, so of course I asked for details and set up an appointment for that very day. As soon as I arrived I was told to go to the spa and was taken within 2 minutes of sitting down. The place was beautiful and clean. The only questions the women asked was how long I wanted my lashes, I told her a little longer than my actual lashes. This was the only discussion we had about the service until she was done. She never showed me samples, never asked the type of curl pattern I wanted or style. I figured this was just how things were done and went along with it, BIG MISTAKE. My lashes have a tight curl (which I hate), the lash style looks more like volume then my typical natural style that I prefer. There are so many lashes on my lids that my eye lids are literally heavy. During the installation there were a few ouches, and the technician was a bit aggressive. When she was done and asked if I like them, I told her they are much thicker then I would have liked, she mumbled something and left out the room. When checking out I was never asked about the service which was disappointing, but hey I figured I would never come back for lashes so it didnt really matter anyway. So this is more if a PSA, if youre in the area definitely stop by! If you want lashes make sure that you speak with your technician and make it very clear about what you want.

I always come here for my pedicures but think I need to find a new place. The water was ice cold. Told the girl but she didn’t speak English so I just let it go.Also when I was looking for a nail color one of the nail techs went right in front of me and reached over without saying excuse me or anything!Thought that was so rude!

Update 2023:Always a great experience here! Just went in another gel mani and reg pedi and enjoyed my time! Also took advantage of their holiday packages. Got a $180 giftcard for $150 for my next visit. Todays gel mani and reg pedi was $75 total.Love this place after my friend recommended them! They give wonderful pedicures that include the callus removal, hot stone and foot massage, and this lemon lavender oil treatment for $30. I also usually get a gel manicure as well and feel that do such a good job! For me, their gel manicures are a little pricey than other places ($35) but since I dont do my nails often, why not! Theyre running a special for a mani, pedicures and massage or facial for $99. Im still here actually just got done. Great experience but must say my massage by Alison was amazing. Im a tough nut to crack cause I hold all my tension in my back and shoulders and she worked me like no other. For as tiny as she is she got right in there and I not only feel so much better I told her I think Im 2 inches taller LOL. Great first experience and special to be able to share with my daughter.

I have been going to Paradise for over five years for massages with Julia who is irreplaceable. I have gone to many places and was never satisfied. She is the best hands down. I also go for their facials which are very current , the procedures are always tailored and the esthetician’s are all excellent! I also go for pedicures since Ann owned the old Paradise. I have never had a bad service. Highly recommended!

They do a good basic manicure and pedicure. I like using the massage chairs during a pedicure. As part of the manicure they run your shoulders. St the end. The acrylics can start running up quickly so make sure you ask for the price ahead of time. With all the things you want. There are add ins like a design, shape etc. They have a location in Randolph and Morris Plains.

Went there with my mother in law a few days ago to celebrate my birthday. Upon arriving we had never been there before, the ladies at the front desk were not informative, they told us we could pick out our gel color but did not tell us where to pick it out at? The staff was not all that friendly, in fact during my manicure the woman did not say a single word to me. My gel polish peeled two days after the manicure. The prices did not match the quality of work.

They really do a great job on your nails and have many options for nail colors, even gels that match the toes. The staff are professional and curious. If you want a spur of the moment manicure this isnt the place. But its worth the wait

Always very inconsistent in the services of the nail technicians. If you’re lucky, you’ll get someone with experience but it’s always a 50/50 chance. Some of the girls barely massage during a pedicure. They always seem very rushed, always looking over their shoulder like they can’t wait to leave.The only positive I have is that they’re much cleaner than other salons I’ve been to, and that’s the only reason I have continued to be a return guest.

Extremely disappointed with this place. My sister and I had been coming here for years but after our last two experiences we are definitely not coming back. For some reason, even when we confirm the number of appointments multiple times, they still always claim to not have us scheduled in. (Note: the first time they claimed we didnt have an appointment was right before she was to be engaged. Luckily their spa down in Succassuna was able to take us- but still, when you book 2 weeks in advance and confirm there should be no reason that we are not in the schedule).

I’m sorry for the delay!I have been going to Paradise since the salon opened 8 years ago for services and I am never disappointed.Words cannot express how grateful I am for the owner Anne Park. I started working as a receptionist at Paradise 6 years ago now, I was a freshman in college looking for part time work. With little front desk experience, Anne gave me the job and trained me to be where I am today. I worked full time for six years straight, I drove all the way from Essex County day after day, every weekend and every Holiday rush. And having to learn to handle very difficult situations when it comes to the beauty of “customer service”. 😉 I have seen SO MANY front desk girls come and go, some for a short time and some just as long as myself. More importantly I’ve seen the way Anne cares for her business and her employees. She treats her staff like family and cares for them like they’re her own.I will never forget how selfless and caring of a boss Anne has been to me and so many others. I am so proud and happy to say I am currently working with the Walt Disney World company down in Florida and none of this would be possible without the years of experience at Paradise, and may I say it hasn’t always been easy working with women 24/7. I seriously feel like I can write a book with all the stories I have, good and bad. 😂So, if you’re looking for a place that is clean, does an excellent job with services, complete relaxation and Karaoke during the Holiday season? I would give this 0 stars if possible. We (3 of us) walked in with appointments for pedicures and gel manicures. We were seated at the pedicure station and the other two had their pedicures started right away and I waited 15 minutes. Then I was brought over for my manicure and I waited another 30 minutes while my manicurist finished another customer. Then before coming over to me she decided to sit on her phone for 5 minutes. The area where you pick your colors is a complete disaster area. None of the bottles followed the numbers on the swatches. It was beyond frustrating to find colors so I just picked a random one to get it over with. Then while doing my nails she stops to text and take calls. It was the worst gel manicure I have ever had. The polish didn’t go to the sides or even all the way to the end of the nail! When I went to discuss it with the girls at the front desk they both were extremely rude and said it’s not their problem and just because we had an appointment doesn’t mean you don’t need to wait. Yes, that’s exactly what an appointment means. They blamed it on their managers scheduling abilities and of course there manager was no where in sight when I asked to speak to them. They have young inexperienced and rude girls working the front and lazy manicurists who don’t care about your time or how well their manicures come out. I will never be stepping foot in their again. Absolute worst experience.

Hands down the best pedicure you may ever get. But that’s about it. Front desk staff usually is clueless and they overbook themselves. I’ve made appointments before and still had to wait because they overbooked. I have gone back several times for nails whether it be gel manicure or acrylic and they have failed every single time. It took 3 technicians to complete a regular gel manicure for me today because I asked for almond shaped nails and the original tech had no idea what I was talking about so she decided to basically file my natural nails off trying to figure out how to do it instead of getting help. Needed one nail extension for a broken nail and they decided to give me a tip instead but it was not filed down properly and is very thick. Horrible experience every time. Never ever go here for a manicure!!!

I made an appointment a week in advance for my daughters for a communion. They took my children 25 minutes late. There wasnt even a chair available when we got there with them. They made every excuse in the book. My sister had to get 5 nails redone the gel was so bad. My sister tried to complain quietly. The owner actually yelled at my sister throwing a $5 off coupon at her. She said we didnt deserve the coupon since we had the nerve to make an appointment at 4:30 and they are busy. (Isnt that the point of an appointment?) My sister gave it back and told her to keep it if she wanted it that badly.

You can never get an appointment when you need one at this salon, even if you call days in advance. I’ve called 3 times in the past 3 weeks and they’re always “fully booked” on whatever day it is I ask for. They don’t take walk-ins either. It’s an absurd way to run a business. …Oh, and not to mention, the manicures and pedicures are mediocre at best. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

Went here to get a pedicure first time since covid. Super clean. Theyre super careful about germs. Theres a screen between each person, and the nail tech. Did a great job on my nails and I wasnt worried at all about the virus.

Me and mommy came her from a referral from Dr. Del Piano. The staff is very friendly and excellent customer service the staff members are concerned courteous friendly accommodating to each customer. The establishment is gorgeous the prices are reasonable I thought this was a school but it is not. I love the environment and accommodations, 5 stars. I will go here anytime I am in townThanks.

I had my bachelorette party at the Morris Plains location and it was the most relaxing day. We had the spa area to ourselves and everything went so smoothly. I am a regular with Rose for nails and Veronica for massages. They always treat me like family and have pampered me for all my special occasions. I cant recommend Paradise enough. I drive an hour every trip and to me that says enough! Thank you Paradise for always making me feel like a princess!

A group of us went to Paradise to get our nails done for a wedding. The bridal party was promised a private room, which we did not get, and we were not seated together at all. I showed the ladies at the counter a picture of what I wanted, and they charged me accordingly, but my nail technician didnt give me the full french manicure and tried to charge me an additional ten dollars when I asked her to honor the picture that had been out in front of her literally the entire time she worked on my nails. Very sketchy - the girls at the counter claimed they hadnt realized the picture had french tips. Definitely a disappointment, especially right before a wedding.

I have had nothing but bad experiences here. The people are unorganized and the work done on my nails is always a rushed half-ass job. I always go back in hope of things improving, or maybe it was a rough day on the job but nothing ever gets improved if only its a worse job. And especially now that the prices are being changed I will never show my face in there again. There are so many much better nail salons that do a much better job for even cheaper then the old prices. Dont waste youre time or money.

Terrible job came in place was extremely packed the lady who did my nails did not even give me a hand massage gels starting chipping after less than a week because she did such a rushed job I called asking them to get fixed and they told me they only have a 3 to 4 day grace period for gels that should last up to 2 weeks if done well...never coming here again also my nails were very thin when taking off my previous gels the lady was literally ripping off my nails because she did not want to wait to soak them in acetone and leave them on the required time and laughing when she cracked one of my nails. My nails hurt so badly after. DO NOT COME HERE go to natures balsam in morris plains half the price and do twice the better job I expected at least somewhat good quality for paying higher prices

My first gel pedicure was amazing. Then they declined each time. This last time I ended up removing the gel myself because the lines from the French were uneven and weirdly shaped, not sure how that’s possible but they did it. My nails weren’t cut, and forget filing straight they were all slanted. There’s still dead skin on the bottom of my feet (I do maintenance in between so it’s not hard to get this right). My cuticles weren’t treated properly causing me to take care of them after. Oh and on 2 occasions they switched techs half way through. The unprofessional conduct is unreal. I will never return!

We have been to this salon numerous times in the past however we stopped coming 3 years ago when they double charged me.Our regular salon did not have an appointment so we thought we would give paradise another chance- BIG MISTAKE- our appointment was for 4pm we were waiting for 40 minutes and by 4:40pm they finally had someone available to take one of us(what’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t have someone available to take you???) by the time they had someone for us it was too late due to the fact we still needed to have our current polish removed and we had plans at 5:30.When I told the girls at the front desk they simply said “ok okay”.The level of unprofessionalism is just unreal!

I was there with my daughter yesterday. I spend a lot of money there. I always go there for my manicures and pedicures. Less than 6 hours after I left 2 nails on the same hand chipped. Not sure why I didn’t do anything with myHands to cause this to happen. I called today to see if I could get a discount the next time I come in and was told no I could fix my nail during the week. I explained that I work full time and have kids and other responsibilities after Work that makes it hard for me to get out. I was still told no that it isn’t something they would allow. So rude. I think it’s time for a new nail place.

I have nothing but great things to say about Paradise. The absolute best spa pedicure out there. I’ve been living in NYC for the past 4 years and still come back to Paradise for my mani-pedis. Heather gives the beat he’ll manicure. Lasts me 3 weeks and the attention to detail is impeccable. The salon itself is very well kept, clean and modern. No comparison, Paradise is THE BEST.

Ive been coming to Paradise since it opened 5 years ago. What drew me in at first was the size and cleanliness of the shop. There are so many pedi chairs and mani tables that you never really have to wait a long time. The best thing about Paradise is the gel color selection. For some reason, most salons only have a short list of gel colors to choose from. I now drive from the Hackettstown area just to get my nails done. Its mostly worth the trip but I will say that over the years I feel like the service and cleanliness have declined. Its probably time for them to invest in some new pedi chairs as the last few times I visited, the chairs were broken.March 2018 - Updating my review, now giving 3 stars. Im still a customer at Paradise but I am looking for somewhere else to go. They have updated some of the equipment, but the pedicure chairs are all almost all broken. I went a few weeks ago and they had no hot water. They were heating water in the back in buckets and filling up the pedi tubs with that. So weird. And didnt even offer a discount on service. A lot of times after I get a pedi, Im overlooked/ignored while waiting for a manicure. The atmosphere and service just keeps going downhill.

Making an appointment was very simple, and as soon as I got there I was seen. The building was very clean and organized. My manicurist was fast, but no quality was lost! She was clearly a seasoned expert.

Very clean, took their time. Only complaint is that I brought my daughter with me and she had her entire Pedi done before they could even find someone to start mine which meant she had to sit there for an extra hour afterwards. You would think with an appt that wouldnt happen

Excellent gel pedicure! Relaxing, natural ingredients (an actual lemon slice and honey!), and they worked hard to help me find a color I was looking for. My feet and legs are so soft and my toes look great.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They clearly do not know how to replicate a simple design. I showed them a picture of the glitter by the cuticle and they end up putting it on the top. When I asked if this was what I showed them and they said it’s exactly what the picture has. The same thing happened to the person next to me at the salon. If you want a simple, plain color then it fine. Anything else, don’t bother going here.

Very clean, the lady who did my nails was very nice, her name tag said Betty but her real name is Maria. I got gel polish and it was a bit pricey (30$) but she did a nice job and you get a little neck massage included 💆

Large clean facility. Always crowded but kind of a puppy mill. They move handle a large volume of customers but the results have been just okay in our experience. Some times they do well and at others you feel like you were rushed along and the results showed.

We went for a massage and they double booked us. They were extremely apologetic and while we waited, they comped us pedicures. This is the top notch service you can expect from this fine Randolph establishment.

Randolph salon called a week before for 6 pedicures. Friday at 11. When we got there we were split 3 on one side 3 on the other. Why bother with appointments if you dont honor them??
