I love Cloud 9 Spa. This is my favorite spa on Long Island. I was there on Wednesday, May 23rd for a facial, eyebrow waxing and massage. And WOW, my face glowed, my eyebrows look amazing. Both the facial and massage were top notch. Maya did my facial. Lilly did my massage. Both were friendly, courtesy and very knowledgeable. From the moment you walk you until the moment you leave you feel like family. All the staff are so nice and friendly. Its a warm atmosphere. I highly, highly recommend this spa. I have been going to Cloud 9 Spa for 7 years. They dont disappoint.

The Cloud 9 Spa on Queens Blvd Rego Park is an absolute delight! The staff is welcoming and professional; the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant; the treatment rooms warm and welcoming and super comfortable with padded heated tables, wonderful scents and talented staff who are very attentive and concerned with your comfort. Never have I had other than a wonderful experience there whether for a massage or facial. Highly recommend this place!

This place deserves no stars. When you call, there’s an extremely rude lady who thinks she runs the world with the way she speaks to you. How you treat your customers is how you’ll drive traffic towards your place. I called her a day before and she was rude to me there first, that was my initial impression of her. My mom walked in before me because I was looking for parking, she had the audacity to tell my mom that “I told your daughter yesterday over the phone, etc”, then when I walk in, i told her i was already spoken to extremely rudely on the phone and she proceeded to say that she doesn’t work in the Queens location, that it wasn’t her speaking that way and that she’s always in the city. Please spare the trash talk for someone else and learn not to lie. I bought the massage and facial package for both me and my mom. It was a gift for my mom but i joined her so she’d have company. This was supposed to be a good mother-daughter date, which ended up being nothing more than just going through the experience because we paid for it. They charge you gratuity as per their wishes, not what you’d want to give - I wouldn’t be surprised if they pocketed the gratuity for themselves. I paid double for taxes/gratuity than the actual services package itself. I would never recommend this place to anyone, save your time and money. How you treat your customers says a lot about yourself. If I hadn’t pre-paid for the service, I would have literally left from the way we were treated. I get massages and facials often, I have never been treated this way anywhere else, this was just unacceptable.

Ive been to a bunch of licensed therapists in my time, but they all eventually just follow a timed-routine and I feel like certain areas dont get the necessary focus they deserve. This was not the case with Tanya. SHe knew how much time to spend on each area and did a marvelous job. Not only that, but she decided to work on me for a few extra minutes because she knew I needed the work. Very professional, extremely nice and great hands! I will see you again!

Cloud 9 Spa is a delight! The owner is super kind and very experienced, and she did the best dip tips I’ve had in a long time!! Her attention to detail and speed was incredibly impressive, and the shoulder and hand massages were icing on the cake :) can’t wait to come back!

I booked a series of laser facial treatments at this spa after moving to the area recently. The spa facilities are really nice and inviting, soft lighting and the staff is warm, welcoming and very friendly. After a session, you are treated like family. I got my wife to start coming and we have gotten to be regulars. I can’t say enough nice things about this spa, and they always have great ideas and the latest equipment and knowledge!

My husband and I have a monthly massage/spa routine and expected so much more from this place; we completely agree with the negative comments below. We cant blame the ladies giving us the massages, as they were very nice and calm, but the spa needs better management and a professional receptionist who can understand that is not all about the money and that youre not supposed to call your customers hon baby or sweetie! shes not a natural at providing CUSTOMER SERVICE which is key for a business.We regret paying $180 dollars for such a bad service.

Tanya is Amazing! I had the signature massage done. I told her exactly how much pressure to apply and she loosened every muscle and released every bit of tension my body was holding on to. My face even looked refreshed and relaxed after the massage. I highly recommend Cloud 9 Spa! Very pleased with my visit!

Cloud 9 Spas massages are absolutely incredible. I have had relief from my sciatic pain, while also providing the most relaxing experience. She is always checking in with you throughout the massage to make sure the pressure and touch is just right. I highly recommend their services.

It was an okay experience. The massage was okay. They also tried to make me feel insecure about the fact that I didnt have makeup and was trying to sell me more services. Seriously? Its really not worth the price. I wouldnt recommend this place. They also have D+ rating on BBB website. They look closed from the outside and the women didnt seem to know what they were talking about. I have been to many spas prior to this and this, makes the list of the worst I have experience. No one also picks up the phone when you call, and I called throughout the week to make an appointment. I had a Groupon, and I felt that the price I paid for, with the Groupon, was not worth it.

Had a great massage today. I saw Maya she was wonderful, very personable and knowledgeable. The place is clean and relaxing. Other staff members were courteous and very nice. Will definitely go back.

Best facial I have ever had...and I have been to all of the places and dropped a lot on my skin before. Such a small quaint and place without a lot of frou frou, but she definitely knew about skin. She spent a lot of time answering my questions and talking about products and many are otc, so there was no pressure, which i love. I did buy a couple of great skincare items, though. I had a 1 hr facial with Maya and my skin has never felt better or clearer. I will be going back and definitely doing a facial with her and then a massage in a couple of weeks! Cant wait to try out the massages there too. Great place! Sweet people with no attitude.”

Cloud 9 Spa therapists provide people with the opportunity to connect, learn and educate themselves about theirs bodies. Each therapist does a wonderful job of creating a space for the clients to absorb the experience and take the time they need to find healing in the process. After over a year of massages at this place I can honestly say there is nowhere else Id rather have my body tended to. Amazing space, beyond friendly staff, and a level of bodywork that will be difficult to find elsewhere.

I took my mother to get facial & massage for her birthday, the staff was nice. The downside of this special day was we were not seen on time (they took us 45 minutes late). I was getting a facial while my mom was recieving a massage, in a true spa we should not have to change tables in order to finish our spa session. The Massage Therapist and Esthetician should be the ones to change positions to complete the spa treatment. Needless to say we were not fully satisfied with the services recieved.

These are fake reviews on the bottom, i would avoid this place, total ripoff, the boss who goes by the name of Samantha or Suzanna gave me and my girlfriend a hard time. Your basically paying for a cheap massage by unprofessionals who are not properly licensed. Please double check before your book your appointment. Go to Spa Castle in flushing instead. Total Ripoff. Owner is a scam artist, avoid

I have very little to say about Cloud 9 spa. All Nina did was transform my face! That’s all! Besides lasik surgery I’ve never had a procedure have such an impact on my life. I’ve never had so many compliments, or people noticing that my face looked different and clearer and so pretty. It wasn’t immediately clear to anyone that my brows were different and that’s was so wonderful about this procedure. When is done right, micro blading is everything! And that’s what Cloud 9 Spa does, they do micro blading perfectly! Nina has master this skill and takes her time mapping your brows to make sure they work perfectly for your face and features. I highly recommend Cloud 9 Spa, and will definitely be returning for up keep!

From where do I begin? Amazing customer service. From the first call to the second I walked out the door. I couldnt be anymore happier and satisfied. I even bought a package of 5 massages for $450. I recommend everyone this spa.

*** UPDATE 4/11/18*** they are now harassing me for leaving a negative review. I have contacted law enforcement for aggravated harassment. ***Scheduled couples massage and facial A MONTH IN ADVANCE and provided them the Groupon voucher as instructed. I called and confirmed the day before our appointment and hey confirmed all is well at 11am. At 8pm I got a call stating my Groupon is invalid and I would need to pay cash. I called Groupon immediately and Groupon confirmed my voucher is valid. I called them back and they said they are no longer accepting Groupon and my appointment has been cancelled. Thanks for ruining my pre wedding relax time morons!

I had microbalding done here and it is very natural and makes my face look perfect! I highly recommend Cloud 9 Spa.The staff is very nice and very good at what they do. I was so scared, but they did an excellent job.

Recently visited my second home, aka Cloud 9 Spa, to have the clean as a whistle facial performed by Maya, my favorite esthetician, next to Wafa who is also sweet and fantastic at her profession.As always Im greeted by a very kind and lovely staff and immediately attended to with an offering of hot tea while I wait. So from the beginning I am already in a state of relaxation. My facial was amazing as always.Maya knows my skin very well and knows what it needs to keep its youthful healthy glow. She is thorough and has such a warmth about her that always puts me at ease with not a worry in mind. During my facial my shoulder began feeling intense pain from a long standing muscle pull and Maya recommended that one of the therapists, Eric, come by to have a look at me and offer some relief. I am so glad she did!..Eric found the spot instantly and with her amazing technique offered immediate relief. He really knows what hes doing with his hands. I have never been to her before but I will definitely ask for him In future when its time for a full body massage which I always need because of my intense workouts..So in conclusion, another day of walking out like a King and looking forward to a return very soon.

Just want to start off by saying; every time I called to make a reservations the phone goes to vm, then right after get text message saying “ did you buy Groupon “ if so we’re booked and don’t have availability. These people are phony, they just want you to pay full price, if this is the case why did they even advertised on Groupon . Also, they want you to take a picture of the Groupon with price and send them, then tells you - you have to pay taxes.All these people who are giving them 5stars must be family members or people who don’t know what they been doing to other customers

This place is the worst place ever!!! I paid $700 for large area laser hair removal and it was an offer on groupon and I did the first session. In my second session, the one who lasered me the first time wasn’t there and the front desk girl told me that bcz i laser large areas i have to pay tips bcz they don’t getting paid, they just depend on the tips!!! I said no one told me that before... I don’t have money to pay every time at least $60 bcz if that it will be a total of $1000 and more.. she said the lady that lasered u the first time is the owner and she doesn’t take tips!!! I made a problem then every time after that the peer lasered me.. before mt last session she called me and rescheduled the appointment and told me that the “owner has sold the business” I don’t know how in one month and i have to pay tips if i want to continue... aslo i had an appointment at 3:00 pm and she rescheduled me at 2:30, she wanted to make it earlier but i had a doctor appointment so i said I can’t.. today there was a delay in the train so at 2:30 pm i needed 5 min more to get there, i called her she said the lasy who is gonna laser me left bcz i am late and my appointment was 1:30 i said it was 2:30 she said no hon.. and i wanna to reschedule AGAIN she said u have to pay $25 cancellation!!!!!! This is the worst spa everrr...... all are lairs...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment for 1 pm and the day before I called to confirm and they moved my appointment to 12 and said I made the mistake online. I agreed to 12pm, the next day I texted the number because I was 5 mins late. The person asked me to call her and asked where I was. I was headed up the elevator and she made a big deal because no one confirmed the location with me and I was at the Manhattan location instead of Queens. I told her I could be in queen for my original 1pm appointment, the woman gave me a Huge attitude and told me they had a very busy day scheduled. When I tried calling her back to let her know I was on my way she did not answer my call or my text message. Once I showed up for my appointmenr at 1 the place was closed! All lights were off! This place is a JOKE

I came here for laser hair removal and saw results instantly. I wouldn’t highly recommend this place to anyone who’s tired of shaving ! Very reasonably priced as well. Thank you Samantha.

Very good massage nice place but , I bought a groupon for $89 and when I got there they charge me a $40 gratitude mandatory and $20!tax , they got there discount back that way , I don’t think it’s fare to put a specific price on gratitude so high sorry

One Fri 5 - 24 I really tired need massage and I going to here and the ladies tell me for the house $ 120 not included tip and massage almost done she asking ( if you want I helping you by hand job $ 100 I said what hell no right away she told me the tip $40 ? I said whatever ) anyway I give her $40 but I will not going there again.

This place is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there. One of the employees at the front desk took my credit card and never gave it back. I didn’t realize it until I saw a fraudulent transaction on it the next day. :(

My go to spa. Came here for a couples massage with my wife and we absolutely loved it. Highly recommend. Stop by. You wont regret it.

This was the worst place Ive ever been. I paid $150 and was met with so much attitude. The receptionist is a little disrespectful unprofessional little girl. They never answer their phone. They didnt honor my package.
