Just bought bottle of cloud nurdz for $28 and some change almost three times more expensive than online bought three bottles online for $38.27 from a different company Jesus Christ ooouch on my wallet

I LOVE this place!! I’ve tried the majority of vape stores in Royse City & Rockwall; they’re the BEST for customer service & selections!!I can’t drive at this time & my husband does not smoke/vape. I can call the store, place my order, they will pull & hold my order till my husband picks it up for me. I TRULY appreciate the extra help they give me!!Kathy H.

Great little vape shop! The owner and his daughters are always very friendly and helpful and almost always have what Im looking for. The few times they havent, they have made some really great recommendations that I ended up being very pleased with. I will certainly keep returning here as long as I live in the area!

This place is owned by a small, local business owner (family involved). Theyll do what they can to help you & have always tried to get me what I need... its a little pricier than some places, bc some of the flavor options only come in one size, so there is less options to get a bigger deal.BUT☆ They have TONS of flavors & tanks & new e-cigs... GREAT VARIETY... Im just VERY VERY picky and only like ONE flavor, & the place I used to buy it just recently went out of business unexpectedly, so I had to find a way to make the flavor I like with by mixing flavors.☆☆Which without the owner/managers help I wouldnt have been able to get it the way I liked it! Hes great!You should DEFINITELY go here if youre 21 (& everyone needs to have their ID EVERY TIME, no matter your age or how many times you go in there... its the law. - just a heads up).

I seriously love this place!Every employee is so so friendly, you’re greeted as soon as you walk thru the door. They also know their stuff & can answer just about any question you may have. Great selection of vapes & a huge selection of vape juice as well. Very happy i found them since moving to Royse City.I have been to many vape shops & they were just blah...the employees acted as if they didn’t want to be there or help customers, let alone know anything about any products or vapes in general.So Vapor Shots is definitely refreshing & i will visit them any & every time i need vape products.

Vapor Shots has been my vape store for YEARS now. The owner Brian, is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only Brian but the whole staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone is so patient and have no issues answering any and all questions you may have. I have purchased my last 3-4 vape devices from Vapor Shots. I purchase my salt nic and coils regularly every month here. If I have issues with my device, I bring it in and they are always willing and able to trouble shoot and help resolve my dilemma. They have a wide variety of juices that appeal to every vaper’s desire. When I walk in, I am greeted like family and that is a quality in customer service you don’t see too often. If you haven’t tried their selection of loose leaf tea..you are MISSING OUT! They have the best variety and very affordable prices. They have my business for life.

The first thing youll notice when you walk in is how clean and organized this shop is. I was impressed. Hundreds of bottles of juice and not one had any dust on them. Yes I notice things like that. It shows a level of care and pride the owner is offering his customers.The selection of juice offers something for everyone and they offer a nice range of CBD products. Mods, Pods, Tanks, Coils are also plentiful. While I was there another customer was looking for an odd coil and the owner jumped through hoops to help this guy out and didnt charge him a penny. It was obvious that the owner enjoys a passion for helping people out. I have visited the other local vape shops and this store just outclasses them all on every level.The prices are exactly what I expected for a brick and mortar shop. If you want something immediately, well that comes with a cost but there certainly is no gouging going on here which I have found at other shops. In summary this is the best local shop and youre cheating yourself if you dont give it a visit.

Brian and his staff (family-owned & operated) are not only knowledgeable, but they are also very focused on quality customer service. I go to Vapor Shots on at least a weekly basis, and have never felt rushed by them or like an inconvenience. There was a time that they spent a week perfecting a flavor for me (Wendy Peach), and I suggest you try it!!! As far as other comments regarding the price of their juices, you should expect to pay a little more when you pay attention to what youre getting for your money-All bases prepared in a lab, double flavor from only the best vendors, etc. Even though I also make my own juices at home, I still look forward to treating myself to a bottle of Wendy Peach from Vapor Shots. Their selection of premium liquids is also top notch, as only the best make it to their shelves. Keep up the great work, Guys!!!!

Great place to get your vape supplies! The girls behind the counter are extremely friendly and helpful. They didnt carry the juice I was using, but they showed me a selection that I ended up liking more than my original juice. It was very convenient and they have a better selection than any other shop Ive been to. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Sublime customer service! Best people skills Ive experienced in a while. So nice to NOT deal with the I work at a vapor shop man...Im doing you a favor by helping you... attitude. These guys are very humble, down to earth, and honest. Not once did I feel they were just trying to make the sale They seriously took the time to educate me on juice/oils, using my vape correctly, etc. I never felt like I was putting them out by asking too many questions or that they had better things to do. Again, I cant gush enough on the young ladies that helped me and their expert customer service skills. Super sincere and genuinely helpful. Hard to find this kind of customer service anywhere in retail in this day and age. I have to travel out of the way to shop here, but you can guarantee I wont give it a second thought.

Ive only been there twice, but so far, they are very nice and knowledgeable about products. Will definitely make it my go to place. Ill be a regular.Only thing confused about is where, when checking out, it offers place for a tip. They do deserve it, but Ive never known to tip in a retail store.If everyone else does, let me know☺

The girls in there are wonderful and manage to suit your every vape need. A girl with pretty blue hair showed me products based off my budget and lifestyle to find the perfect/affordable mod. (I needed something durable) The girl with purple hair was adorable and helped me find my juice. When I got to the register they both took the time to explain to me how the mod work and put it together infront of me! Great place! Great selection! Wonderful customer service!

Weve come here for a little over 2 years. The owner and daughter are great! They make you feel welcome and they know what theyre talking about 😊 less a star because the rest of the workers could use a little more customer service training.

Very knowledgeable staff. Can not say how much I appreciate being able to discuss purchases with a human. Been buying via internet due to savings. Figured up shipping and realized unless I purchased over $100 from the online stores, I was getting the same deal in Vapor Shots. Which makes sense as they more overhead than an online retailer.Either way, was informed the current coil I was using was not rated for salt nic and associate explained why. To be fair, I had read not to use sub-ohm with salt nic, but ignored it as I enjoyed the flavor and vapor. Thing is, I havent been feeling well lately and after him opening my eyes to that and selling me the right coils, I came home and looked at side effects of too much nicotine. Cant thank him enough for his professional advice.By the way, just like a barista or waiter, ALWAYS tip your help. It goes a long way into showing your appreciation and rewarding great customer service!

Best quality productsThis place has been phenomenal in selection of flavours every few days theres always a new flavor to try and its hard to not find a new battle in flavours. By far the best selection and the mods are perfect, they have everything youd need to compare models and they have a great stock. Prices are cheaper than most shops Ive seen anywhere in Dallas.

Perhaps THE most helpful and knowledgeable staff of any vapor shop I have encountered. Knowledge of not only their products, of which the selection is vast & authentic, but of what is available elsewhere on the market & why they dont carry it. Premium juice line selections second to none and an in-house mixing bar that should be the industry standard. Did I mention they have tea?!?! Bulk tea!! Not Lipton or some other grocery store blandness, but REAL import teas!! Check em out!!

This is one of the best vape shops I have been to in the whole 5 years I been vaping. The owner and his daughter are very welcoming and are filled with tons of knowledge about their products. They are always helping you find exactly what you are looking for, and tell you the honest truth about how they feel about each product including their cbd selection. Their prices are very good considering everything is real no knock of juices or “fake bottles” every bottle is authentic. And they have lots of brands. Something for everyone they like to say. And it a fact. When I look for the right vape shop for me I look at customer service and by far they have the best. Pop in to see them and give them a try you won’t be let down.

Brian is a man who really cares about his business, and what goes on with every aspect. Ran into an issue with an employee there recently who was entirely rude. Brian was completely wonderful with trying and figuring things out. He deserves much more than 5 stars just for his hospitality. I posted a review with one star for him to be able to see the issue, and he addressed it right away. I applaud his personality. Personally, I dont have much experience with his shop because of the incident. But I know if needbe, I can always count on Brian and his wonderful ownership if I need to go back!

Was a loyal customer of vapor shots for as long as I can remember. Today they didn’t refund or exchange a faulty bottle of juice they sold me. Was shocked that they needed a receipt when I’ve been such a loyal customer. Awful business etiquette and won’t be back.

I went there with very little knowledge of vaping. The employee spent a large amount of time with me to help me choose the right equipment for my vaping style. He was able to do that and help other customers. I am very happy with my purchase and will absolutely return. Thank you Vapor Shots.

Very few businesses these days hire staff that ACTUALLY knows their product. As a result of this, I do a ton of research before I buy anything. I assumed I needed this again when going to buy a new device. I couldnt have been more wrong. No, today the fine folks at Vapor Shots had all the answers I needed. I described what I needed; something super durable (my job requires me to spend hours outside in the snow), something with a long battery life (I dont have access to a charger for most of my day), and something that would last (its better to buy one thing for $50 than 5 things for $10). I was immediately pointed in the right direction with the Smok Alike. I even bought my wife a new device as well, the Smok Nord 2. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. When I called before heading up there, the gentleman who answered the phone was polite despite being obviously busy. When I arrived, the employee behind the counter explained he was the only one there for a short time, and made sure to juggle checkout, customer service, and greetings very fluidly. Upon return, all the employees made sure to show great attention to my needs and helped me to feel extremely satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend stopping by here to everyone, from the chick whos new to e-cigs and trying to stop smoking analog, all the way to the Youtube guys that makes little vape-nados and tells their viewers to smash the like button

This place is awesome. The staff is friendly and knows there products. The prices are great and they will even order items they dont keep in stock if you want . There selection of vape accessories and juices are second to none and the shop itself is amazing. They also offer lose leaf tea in a wide verity . If your looking for a vape shop to call your own this is the place . I dont like spending my time and money at any other vape shop than this one if possible.

This is a great local family owned store! Everyone who works here really knows their stuff and theyre always happy to help. This is a good place for newbies as they will walk you through how everything works and help you find what you need.

Really friendly staff, super stocked and its a really lovely atmosphere, only downside is they are fairly expensive.. I know theyll have the mod or juice I want in stock but its always gonna be about 30 to 40 bucks more for the mod, and about 10 to 20 dollars more for the juice compared to 4 other shops I go to..

Best selection in town and friendly staff, but it is pricey. That being said the owner always has a 30ml on sale every week for $18 bucks. I highly recommend vapor shots for your vaping needs!

ACT II went to this shop today after moving to the area. The two girls inside were very nice. I asked them for a vanilla mint flavor and she made one for me and I must say it is the nastiest thing that I had ever tasted, worst vanilla mint that I had ever had. There is no flavor of the mint at all. So now I have to go back tomorrow to see if they will add more mint flavoring or not. If they do then I will chalk this up to a bad mixture and change my review. If they do not rectify this then my review will stay the same.Act IISo I went back to the shop today to complain about my juice and as soon as I walked in the girl started apologizing to me saying that the owner saw the review and wanted to make things right. she then proceeded to make me another batch and let me try it out. To be honest as soon as I tasted it I could tell that it was better but the more that I started vapeing it the worse it got. still no mint taste what so ever at least to me.I will not blame them because they did try and it is a very hard flavor to get right so for that reason I will no longer buy juice from this location I will however start getting my other vape supplies from here, when an owner reads a bad review and makes an effort to make things right thats who I want to give my money too. I have given other companies bad reviews for bad things and they did not care but vapor shots in Royse City cares about their customers and thats why they will now get a five star rating from me.

My husband went in for menthol liquid and they didnt have it and what they suggested he buy wasnt menthol and it was disgusting. It was so strong it made me sick to my stomach I threw a full bottle away. They were way more expensive than Lone Star Vapor which is where we usually buy. We only stopped in because they were closer. I wont go back there, not even if Im completely out!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell, along with the different types of liquids and flavors. I have been to quite a few e-cig shops over the years and I prefer Vapor shots by far!

Shops well decked out in a kind of steam punk fashion. Staff friendly enough, but DAYUM will you pay for the ambiance. Definitely one of the most expensive shops for juice around.

I am a 57 year old female. I have suffered from chronic pain since1998. I see a pain management doctor once a month and prescribed two highly addictive drugs. I also do other things to beat the pain, but nothing gets it all. I tried CBD oil a few weeks back and feel so much better. I have lots of energy and can do things I normally couldnt. Thanks to my peeps at Vapor Shots in Royse City. I appreciate yall.
