This is a very unassuming place right off the highway. You would never imagine such a place of rest near a busy road. Perfect Balanced Life is a respite from the stresses of the world. I have been going here for years and continue to go even though I have moved 20 miles away. The kind staff and always growing services makes it a peaceful and inviting place to be. From simple massages to soon-to-offer chiropractic treatment, PBL is a place to shake off the cares of the world and spend some time being renewed and refreshed. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, PBL, for helping me to get some self care so I can care for those I love.

Booked their July special w/ body wrap, infrared sauna and pelvic floor machine. Upon arriving I was happy to find a clean, relaxing environment. I was offered water or a refresher after signing a couple of waivers. Emilie explained everything in detail, perfectly before starting each service. Super satisfied, left feeling refreshed and wanting to try some of their other services. & thankfully it’s so close to home. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

This spa is far ahead of its time. Eldri gave me a very calming massage & I could tell she truly cared. Jenna is very professional, giving me a very soothing facial followed by a detoxing foot bath. Very welcoming & if you are looking to relax, this is the spot. Thank you!

My sister and I wanted a spa day! We had a wonderful experience! Jenna did a great facial and was so personable! And Patrice was INCREDIBLE! I will definitely go back for a massage. She worked out so many knots-I feel refreshed!

I would and have been recommending this company and all of the workers (Jenna/Samantha/Emilie/Patrice/Tracie/Shelby)there are great and very friendly and care about their customers. You would not be disappointed.

Every single staff member I came into contact with was nice and helpful. I had a few services and every single one was worth the money. This is a no frills quaint place. And the value you get for your money is totally worth it. I went to a fancy place before this one, spent twice the money, and the massage was half the quality that I got here. Highly recommend. Today I had my 1st facial ever with Jenna. It was VERY relaxing. The all-natural products she used smelled so good. Jenna is also very kind & personable. I will definitely be back as Perfect Balance had many services to offer. :)

I was really looking forward to booking services, however because of the New Age, and occultic items solicited in every room, Im prohibited as a born again believer. The average person would not see but in one of the colonic rooms an alter is established. Dream catchers and feces, customers body fluids is . Im so disappointed 😞. Life is in the blood and in the spiritual world feces can be a substitute.

Im new to the area and searched for massages near me, and this place is 3 minutes away. I was able to get in the following day, and I love being able to book online. Upon arriving, the young lady at the front desk was very kind. My therapist was Judy, also very kind. We talked briefly about what I was looking for in a massage and then she got to work. It was a really fantastic massage. She did exactly what I asked. Medium Pressure Stress Relief and a little more therapeutic work where she felt could use a little more attention. Honestly, I wouldnt have changed anything. They have a lot of interesting wellness offerings here that Im not familiar with, but I look forward to learning more. I plan on going back at least monthly. Pricing was great, and spa was clean.

Husband gifted me a Valentines Day massage and it was amaaaaaaaazing. Patrice was the best and the lady at the desk (I missed her name) was super nice. I would most definitely come back. (They also have sugar free coffee thats so good I didnt even miss the sugar!)

I had the absolute best spa day here. Do yourself a favor and go see Tracie for one of the best massages you will ever get. I also highly recommend the body wrap and facials. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place. Jennas facials are super relaxing and my skin looks and feels wonderful afterwards. Jenna is so attentive, letting me know what she was doing during the process, and letting me know what she was noticing with my skin, without pushing products on me. Ive already scheduled my third facial with her. I can not recommend Jenna enough.

I called here to book an appointment with an Esthetician because of some problematic skin issues (acne and spots). This was my first time visiting with an esthetician. My experience here was phenomenal. I went with an open mind and allowed Jenna to do whatever she recommended. And I am SO glad I did! First visit here having recently moved to the area. So happy to have found this place!!! I had a facial with Jenna and it was amazing - so thorough, relaxing and just what my summer, neglected skin needed. She asked questions about any skin concerns and explained what she was doing at each step. Already made an appointment for another facial and can’t wait to check some of their other offerings!

I absolutely love perfect balanced life!! Tracie gives an amazing massage. She is the only one I have been to that can get my lymphatic system moving! I have also had the wrap, I have used the sauna, the kxygen bar and the foot bath. The service is very professional and the facility is always spotless!

I’ve enjoyed the sauna, foot baths, facials, and several other services they offer, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Donna’s hypnosis has really helped me release some of the negative bonds I was holding on to in my life. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t know a lot about hypnosis, but Donna is great about listening and only guides me through what I’m willing to do. I’ve experienced a lot of healing physically, emotionally, and mentally here, and I’m so glad we have this place nearby!

Absolutely love this place! Amazing services and staff is exceptional on treating customers as family. I enjoy the convenience of booking also. The sauna is amazing, I saw results with the cavitation service, foot bath and body wrap. Their shakes, teas and energy shots are my favs also!

Tracie is the best. She has helped me set and complete several health goals. She is always learning new techniques and has a heart for helping people. You cant go wrong with Tracie.Yesterday, I had Em do my eyebrows and a wonderful facial. I have had Em do facials for me before, she is amazing! My face still feels so soft and smooth. She also used this cream under my eyes that got rid of my puffy dark circles. She exceeded my already high expectations. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed.

I have been coming here for a very long time!!! They have truly become my family and true friends. The massages are fantastic. I get a tea almost everyday and its a huge pick me up. Best spot in town you have to come see them!!

I had a massage by Tracie Olson, owner. The facilities are beautiful, clean and offer an amazing amount of services. Staff is very friendly. They offer many shakes and teas. I had a Berry Beautiful Tea and it was delicious. I had a great experience and highly recommend this shop.

I absolutely love coming here! Emilie is the best when it comes to all things waxing and facials. I went to get waxed today and it was by far the best experience Ive had. I have extremely sensitive skin and Emilie was very gentle!! 10/10 would recommend:)

Not a great massage, not the worse but not the best. Asked for a 90 minute deep tissue but got 60 minutes that did very little to relax the muscles around the problem that I went in for.
