Cigar Box Tobacconist and Vape Center

I never before had a bad experience in this store. Staff has always bin friendly and helpful I bin coming here for about 5 years between st.Clare and coal township. Today at this location I experienced the worst costumer service!!!! I only come ones every few months because we drive a hour to get here so I stock up.Every time I said what I wanted she grabbed it and walked away when I said I need more she just gave a look and did it again walked away right after I said what else I needed then again I need more!!! The whole attitude I got today was something else. I’m sorry you didn’t like me!!I just come to the store to get what I need not to bug you at your job I also wanted a new vape but didn’t even want to ask for info on a new one!!!!Update!!!After speaking to the owner things got cleared up!!! Thank you

On behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ and that great Holy Spirit of promise we would just like to say thank you through Tyson foods Incorporated for a great experience and your cigar shop. I was amazed at the staff had knew so much about the cigar industry and all the things that the farmers do to make the cigars thats a lot of knowledge. And to the young lady that manages the Lord Jesus Christ loves you so much and hes there for you anytime you need him. Its amazing thing that I found out in life and it took me 40 years to find it out, that theres no love like that of Christ. I also wanted to add to this review and be thankful for the men and women that work in here they are so polite and courteous and they know their business. I also want to let you know that as I travel the United States with Tyson foods Incorporated theres no other cigar shop like yours. They do not even have the selection you have and most of them dont even know what God of fire is. You are number one.

Most incredible cigar box find, and the representative who assisted me with it was amazing!! Really, SHE made my day, not the cigar boxes!! She deserves a promotion and raise!! She even bagged up my finds, and took them out to my car. Made my day so worth stopping by!!

My moms ex boyfriend goes there for vape juice and he said it is nice in there and have nice employees

Staff is friendly, store is clean, humidor well stocked, and a great smoking lounge for any time of year. A family run business and it shows. Bought my first humidor from them 15 years ago and they have kept it (well) stocked since.

We live in Sacramento, but use to live in Schuylkill Haven. My fiancee likes coming here for tobacco to make cigarettes and I like the cigar selection. This past time we were there, she decided to change to vaping and buy a setup. The gentleman helping her was very knowledgeable about the products and got her everything she needed. The only thing that could be added, would be swedish fish vaping juice in 0mg. Because 6mg was the only type carried and she doesnt need that strong, so diluting it would be the next option. Also looking in cigar area, I could not find Cohibas, Im not sure if they were available or not. I could have asked, but the gentleman helping my fiancee was swamped and I didnt want to bother him for something simple. Other great job on always having a clean store, with stuff in stock.

Just started ordering all my stuff online. This place never has the coils that I want or my fiance wants.

The store was clean and well organized. Very helpful and informative about the vapor juices. CBD products are great. I brought the watermelon gummies. On point with customer service and very friendly. I am definitely going back for any juices or CBD products.

Tyler and Zack were great. Had tremendous patience with me because Im going from cigarettes to vaping Tyler was extremely knowledgeable. And guided me through the process. A+++++service. Will definitely go back.

Best tobacconist in the area! All employees extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great place for experienced or novice cigar smokers. Even if you are looking for a gift for someone and know nothing about cigars, the experienced staff can help you out!

I stopped in today to check out some of the vaping options that are available there. Well, there is this awesome gentleman named, Jonathan that took me over all of the different vapes, flavors, etc. He helped me finally choose one and he was VERY thorough with how the,SMOK, Nord Kit, works and all of the how tos that help the vape last longer, how to clean it, etc. .. He went over every little detail with me. I seriously told this man that he needs a raise, haha, his knowledge of ALL of the equipment there is seriously important and he impressed the heck out of me. The Cigar Box is an amazing place not only to buy tobacco,(as Ive been a regular customer for about 5 years now) and vapes, but the staff (especially, Jonathan) actually care about their customers and I had an overall AWESOME experience today (as usual). Jonathan wouldnt let me leave the store without helping me set up my new vape and making sure that it worked properly and that it was something that I would truly be satisfied with. Just passing through town. Stopped in after a recommendation. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Nice selection of cigars, and a nice little lounge to sit and relax for a little.

Its one of the only places I can find my cloves. Then I got interested in vaping. My favorite associate introduced me to the vaping world and was nothing but helpful. Steered me right in every direction! Thank you crazy eyed guy lol
