I had the most amazing float yesterday! The room and the float is so clean, and exactly what I needed. I had a situation with a gift card and the staff at the front desk and the owner went above and beyond necessary to help me. I am extremely grateful. Spoil yourself and book with studio anew.

Clara Scronce was 10/10 as a nail technician!I have a hypermobility disorder and most technicians cause dislocations, but not Clara. She was so gentle, I was pain free through the whole service. So personable and friendly as well as passionate and inspired. Looking forward to booking with her again and getting nail art in the future.

My float experience at Studio Anew was exceptional! I was hesitant at first to try a float, but the receptionist at the front desk was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. I love floating here, the monthly float membership is a nice reminder to make the time to care for myself.Its been a while since Ive had any other services done but I love that I can do a float and then get a massage right after, best relaxation combo ever. And everyone is so friendly and nice!

This place is beautiful! The owner has gone to great lengths to make sure it’s very comfortable for everyone. Each stylist rents their own station. Be sure to ask for Linda Rickert. She has over 30 years experience and is fabulous with color and styling. She will make you look gorgeous. Your neck will thank you for no longer making it bend backwards to get your hair washed thanks to the head rests! I can’t wait to try their flotation spa... It looks very inviting and healing.

Jessica gave the most thorough, relaxing massage Ive ever had. She was excellent in every detail of her communication and massage. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

First time trying a float today,I will have to say its an amazing relaxation you can have.i did it with the meditation music and just drifted away.your skin feels and looks refreshed,then I enjoyed a relaxing facial with Heather.OMG...Best day ever!!

They did a Groupon of jail now and Petty but the girl was just natural. She didnt act all that happy just as if he had to do a job. She didnt offer water or anything. She didnt tell me where the restroom was

I have floated at Studio Anew many times and have had a great experience. I scheduled a float and a pedicure via their online booking system. I received confirmation for both services.The float was wonderful. Cheryl was very attentive and went through all of the “need to knows” and “good to knows” about floating. I was in the king size room and found the temperature perfect.Unfortunately, when I went out for my pedicure, I found out that the person I booked with was not there. There was a glitch in the system, so I actually did not have an appointment. Cheryl couldn’t have been nicer about it. She tried to get someone else to come in, but that wasn’t able to work (no fault on that person—it’s Saturday and was spur of the moment). They offered to reschedule, but I was on a bit of a time crunch, so I declined. That was a let down, but I understand these things happen. She did take $5 of my float, which was appreciated.The one star off is for the online system glitch, but Cheryl was absolutely wonderful, and my float was great. I would maybe call to confirm services, but overall, a great place.

Prices are almost double what they list on their website. A makeup tutorial isn’t $60 it’s $100.

I was going to have extra time after work and decided to try a float for the first time.The float was great and very relaxing! I will be back again and probably schedule some other services as well. The entire spa was beautiful and I am happy I found it!

Came here for a float. It was a decent experience. The staff was very helpful with it. The float itself however wasn’t that great. One id recommend goggles . Even a little water in the eyes ruins the experience. The jets came on mid float so i had to search around in the dark for the door. i called the front desk and explained it and they offered to give me more time. I declined however will be back for another discounted float. Another thing is make sure you have no cuts! That water stung some cuts i was unaware of and it was not very pleasant lol.

I just had the best massage with Janette. She tailors the pressure to your needs. I finished up with a 60 minute float in their large single room. This combo is amazing to get you refreshed and ready to get back out in the world. Beautiful salon and friendly staff!

I enjoyed my first one hour float at Studio Anew! My entire experience was totally relaxing from walking in to leaving. The staff persons were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The environment was clean, beautiful and peaceful. I didn’t feel rushed at all and the relaxation room was wonderful after the float. It was a great, renewing hour for mind, body and spirit!

My whole family goes here for haircuts with Donna W. She is so friendly and does a fantastic job cutting our hair. My boys are 3 and 6 and Donna is so kind and patient with them. Most importantly, we look great when she gets done!I also use Studio Anew for massages and Stormy is the best! I always leave relaxed and renewed. I cant recommend her enough.Overall a great full service place that doesnt feel stuffy. Really friendly people and really great service.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean and calm. The staff were kind and knowledgeable.I visited on a list minute booking for a float. Not only were they able to accommodate me but they made me feel at ease during a time that I was on the brink of a complete mental meltdown.My float suite was clean and comfortable. I also didnt feel rushed as I have at other float partners in the area.Thank you so much, Studio Anew, for having a space for me to release the stress that has been building up in me for some time now. As a mental health professional, this is so important right now. I will definitely be returning.

My wife regularly gets her hair cut here and the service she receives is top notch.I have personally gotten a massage and did the salt float - both couples experiences. I enjoyed myself, the service, and the kind and helpful staff. Would love to return again sometime.I think that if youre looking for anything that Studio Anew provides you should definitely give them a shot.

Ilir Dosti is a great barber! It’s always great when I’m in town to stop in for a quick cut, and fun random chat on current events! He’s a wonderful and talented person.

My fiancé surprised me with a float, manicure, and pedicure at Studio Anew.I was offered the larger float pod that looked as if it was intended to fit 2 people. The float was nice, however it was too warm for me and I was sweating. I cracked the door open and noticed mold on the bottom of the door. There were also rust stains in the pod. Aside from that, the float was very relaxing.Eva did my manicure and pedicure. She was very personable and nice but she did not do a good job. The second and third coat did not cover my entire nail, or the entire first coat. Essentially my nails just look a complete mess!The picture was taken the day after I got my nails done. I’ve gotten plenty of professional manicures before and I have never had such terrible results.

I was in town and had been wanting to try out a float spa. It was a very Excellent experience. Booking the appointment was very easy, the building was easily accessible and clean, & the staff was very friendly/ helpful. Will be returning the next time I am in town. Highly recommend!!!

Had an amazing prenatal massage from Patti! Made me feel so comfortable through out the whole massage. She took her time and was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Very personable person and could definitely tell she loves what she does. Thank you again patti, you’re amazing!

We came to St. Louis on a girls trip. We were serviced by Eva for our pedicures. Eva was prpfessional and accomodating. She provided a great service. Next, we were serviced by Kelly for our spa treatment. Kelly did an amazing job working the knots out of my lower back and shoulders. These ladies are keepers!! I would recommend services at Studio Anew.I did not give a 5 star review because the room where the massage occurs is directly across from a stylist chair, so you can hear outside conversations while trying to relax. However, Kellys hands made it all worth it.

This was my very first float and the whole experience was absolutely amazing!!! Nice clean facility, extra friendly staff, and the relaxation room was nice! Plus you know its great when your husband equally enjoyed the experience! We definitely will be returning!!!!

This place is amazing. I walked in one day and just asked for HELP. My hair was falling out, it was damaged by another salon, fried, tormented, ugly color- you name it. I was taken over to Samantha Jarvis, who saved my head. She was SO polite and amazing. She treated my hair, brought it back to life and then fixed the hideous color. My hairs health was so important to her. This is my new forever stylist and salon. The staff if super friendly, the place is very clean, their services are unbeatable. They offer so much stuff! Highly highly recommend Studio Anew, and I definitely recommend you ask for Samantha!

I was scheduled as a new client and my appointment was for 4pm which I booked the previous week and as I arrived I received a phone call 20 minutes before my appointment and I was told I would have to change my appointment to 6pm or wait until the following week because the stylist had a prior commitment that was taking precedence over my hair appointment, which if that was the case they should not have made the appointment for me at that time. I had another appointment at 6:30 myself so no I was not going to wait. They seem to take exception to when I said I would find someone else to go to, so to act like this is on me is bad customer service and I would never go back there and I will never refer them to anyone. I was told the appointment that took precedence over my hair was she had to close on a house which if that was the case then don’t schedule appointments to do a service when you are not sure how long that will take. I was told in a response to my original review that it was her father-n-law that passed away. If this was the true reason, I would have understood with no problem. I don’t appreciate being lied too though just to give them another chance. Death I can understand wholeheartedly but a house closing when you knew ahead of time it could take a while and you still scheduled me-then no and then make it like it’s my problem because I could not reschedule for 6pm then again-No.

The owners here have spared no expense to make this salon top-notch. The facilities are gorgeous. If you go for a massage, make sure to book Lenora. She is the most talented massage therapist I have ever encountered, with an earthy demeanor and the ability to breakup knots at all levels.

I treated myself and my sons fiance to a spa day. Floats and massages. Pods broken down, dirty hair brushes and combs in the waiting area between services. Massages were below average for us both. Contacted owner 3x before getting response. She agreed to a redo. My sons fiance had an emergency arise so i brought my husband. They waited until i went into the float to tell him he gets no massage he is not her. Then my massage therapist was giving me a 10 minute selling of their products before i even go on the table. The music in the massage was a playlist on her phone! The first massage was a 10 dollar sound machine playing a thunderstorm!There will be no 3rd chance.Should have known when it was empty both times i came in.

Got my hair colored with Ellie and it cost almost $100 more than the listed cost on their website. On their website, they say a root touch up is $65 and Ellie tried charging me $150 at the end without even consulting with me first to see if it was okay. After discussing it with another employee, they agreed to charge me somewhere in the middle ($105), which I paid but was unhappy about. If the cost is going to be a significant difference than what it says on the website, employees should check with the customers before doing their hair to make sure this is okay with them. Ellie also blow dried my hair and I told her she didnt need to dry it all the way because my hair takes a long time to dry, but she didnt listen to me and blow dried my hair fully anyway and charged me extra for that as well.

Jenny is the BEST hair dresser ever! She takes her time to make you look great and is wonderful with kids too! If you want a great stylist who provides the utmost quality and care, look no further than Studio Anew!

Experienced my first float yesterday and it was awesome!!! I stand approximately 8-10 hours a day for my work. So my joints and back always ache. It totally helped relieve some of those aches. I wish I could float after work all the time. Plus your skin feels amazing after.I will be back.

I met Nathan this weekend. Nathan shares the smaller salon in the back of Studio Anew. I think it’s called the B Hive (?) He highlighted and cut and styled my hair for my sister’s wedding. He did such a fantastic job! Also, he was just very fun to talk to and made me feel right at home at 0800 on a Saturday. Definitely go see Nathan!

Meghan was amazing. I was super picky and wasn’t sold, but she gives great advice from her professional opinion. She knows ultimately you have to wear your hair so what you want obviously matters too. Great place. If I lived here, I’d be back. My friend for sure will. Great overall experience.

Another great float! I strained my neck in the morning and had a significant amount of pain. When I first got in the pod I was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to stay in for long because my neck was very uncomfortable for the first few minutes. I tried to relax and was mindful of my breathing, within minutes the pain was gone. I’m glad I floated and could enjoy the rest of my day/weekend pain free.

Wow!! I just wanna start by saying I walked in expecting things to go wrong since I was using a Groupon but OMG my hair turned out AMAZING!! I got a single process, cut, and style for a great price and everyone was so friendly! I had Eli Qamo and I highly recommend her! (Before and after pics of my hair for reference)

This place is so charming. Daughter went for a massage and float. Massage was so relaxing. Float was different. So wild to lay in 10 inches and not sink. Relaxed, listened to the music and let my mind drift. Will definitely be back.

We did a couples float today and wife said she would have gave it a 5 star but it wasnt body temp like advertised since whatever was out of the water got cold and stayed cold the entire 90 float. Other wise a very nice time.

There is nothing this salon cant do for you - they have it all....truly a class act...conveniently located salon, fun vibe that is casual and relaxed and never stuffy. Massage, floats, skin treatments, pedicures and manicures....really no reason to go anywhere else! Try it - you wont believe the difference from wherever you have been going, it is a GORGEOUS salon and you will feel pampered like you deserve to be!

I go to studio anew to get my hair done by Leticia Redington. Whether were doing cut and color, or highlights, or going from blonde to brunette, she is the person to see! I also love the atmosphere at the salon. Everyone is happy to be there, and excited about what theyre doing.

Wonderful place to experience floating. Already scheduled a longer session. Great staff gave us good first timer tips. I accidentally left my planner behind and staff was kind enough to be willing to wait for me to retrive it just before closing. Thank you!

I moved to St. Louis a year ago and I’ve been to many different places trying to find a quality fade. I just started going here to get my hair cut by Ilir. This man knows how to fade!!! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

They have a very carefully thought out covid-19 protocol to keep everyone safe. More full service than chain places -> I never had my hair washed before a haircut before. ( Hair washing not covid related I assume).

Very clean, nice staff and quite space for meditation. I floated, got a message and got a pedicure. But they had hair and makeup services available too. A full service type of place.

I booked in advance for an style/updo for a wedding shared the timeline. The stylist they booked me with was 22 minutes late for my appointment. They should have called me or at least told me when I arrived.

Ilir is the best barber around wont go anywhere except but to him quick in and out does it all eyebrow threading a wash straight razor shave and an amazing haircut would recommend him to anyone amazing facility and always friendly.

Simply put it was a very clean and nice facility with kind and professional staff! I did the 90 min float and it was bliss. The water is just the right temperature and you have control over the volume (if you even want music) and lighting so it doesnt get too dark or too bright. If youre looking for a treat for yourself, I recommend!

It is a large square where not only does it have a beauty salon for hair styling, but if you want you can eat something or visit other stores to buy what you want.
